WE MADE COMPLAIN ON 2ND APRIL FOR NOT SHOWING ALL THE CHANNELS FOR WHICH WE HAD SUBSCRIBE FOR. BUT STILL WE HAVE NOT GET CALL FROM THEIR SIDE. THEY TOLD US THAT THEIR TECHNICIAN WILL COME BUT NO ONE HAS COME YET. AND NOW THEY HAVE UNSUBSCRIBE OUR SET TOP BOX. WE CALLED THEM TO START OUR SET TOP BOX ON 21ST APRIL, THEY TOLD THAT YOU DONT RECHARGE, YOUR SET TOP BOX WILL CONTINUE TO WORK FROM TOMORROW.BUT STILL ITS SHOWING MSG FOR RECHAGE. ON 22ND APRIL THEY ARE SAYING FIRST RECHAGE THEN WE SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM.

    Hi, I am very much disappointed with the services of tatasky. I am not able to gain the services of tatasky from 20 days. I registered online request more then 50 times but they are not responding. The engineer is not coming to fix the issue. They have deducted all remaining balance of my tata sky account and when i called to its customer care number then they are not willing to serve better service.       I am unable to watch any of the English news channel for past several days. Any attempt to contact customer care fails due to "congestion". My emails remain unanswered. Contemplating cancelling my Tatasky connection of 7 years in next week. Your call-centre assures about visit by engineer/mechanic in reply to my SMS "NS" but nothing happens. Was planning to upgrade to HD+, but Tatasky does not deserve this.

        Hi my Name is Tanveer Pasha, Contact [protected], i have tata sky servcies which im not able to view any chanlled apart from some 6.. but im paying 410 per month, since one month nothing happenining im unable to reach to customer services not engineer visited as he was appointed hence im very un happy.. if not resolved i will take it to consuer forum... i will not be paying for one month... i need full one month compensation... COntact Me as Soon as Possible

          My Subscriber ID [protected] I have lodged several complaints by Phone, SMS, E Mail but still matter not resolved.They inform me that our engineer will come on 18 April at 12 noon but nobody comes and they send me SMS that your problem is solved. This is most humiliating treatment . Please note that I have paid one months subscription in advance and last 18 days I cannot view Marathi and English channels, is this your up gradation? You give me only 3 days credit, you must refund my 300 rupees . Your phones are not working Nobody is bothered. It is shameful to TATAS. Has the company become insolvent ?----- S H Vaidya

            Dear Sir/Ma’m, It’s been more than 3 weeks i.e. from 1st Apr onwards, that we are not receiving Tata sky signals for most of the channels. Every other channel shows an error message "Your connection is not receiving signal. Turn off DTH. It must be raining...etc" I tried to contact the customer care on 15, 16, 17th Apr but couldn't get through to the customer care to register a complaint as the lines were choked. Finally, I opted for back call from Tata sky and got a call on 18th Apr, Saturday. The customer care guy couldn't do much beyond registering the complaint & could only say that the technician will visit shortly. I got sms as order no HOZBWZ0, saying technician will visit soon but Till now there is no update on technician visit & my subscription fee is going wasted for last 20 days. I request to cancel the subscription fees for as many days I'm not getting & will not get the signals & adjust the amount. I'm not going to renew subscription till this is resolved.               I am chasing on customer care no. every day and almost logged many complaints to resolve the issue. 3 technicans attended till date and every one giving different resolution. at the end till date the problem is not reolved my Tata sky customer ID no. is [protected]. today i had also spoke to one of the online person but they are not working on it and they said we need to investigate what is the problem. currently I cannot connect on customer care no. from my registered mobile and it seems they have blocked it as i am continuosly following with them. please log my complaint and take it to resolution phase as I am tired now. I have almost 2000 Rs balance on my account.

                  I am tata sky subscriber id - [protected]. I have been experiencing the irregular signal problem with tata sky since past 2 months. Also, all the hd channels have stopped working since then. I have registered complaint and have multiple times and called customer care too. Each time I am getting the same response that my complaint will be attended shortly. I am fed up with pathetic customer service & receiving standard response. Get this thing working as soon as possible.

                    I am a TATA Sky subscriber with Subscriber ID : [protected]. We have been receiving no signal since 16th of April. I have registered complaint and have multiple times and called customer care too. Each time I am getting the same response that my complaint will be attended shortly. I have received SMS stating pending technicians visit but so far no one has turned up. Tried calling Nodal officer number shared for escalation but no one is picking up. I am fed up with pathetic customer service (huge delays and no resolution) giving standard response. This does not suit to to Tata company. Therefore I am requesting through this complaint to immediately sort out this technical issue. Orelse I am going to drop this services and go for other satellite service provider.                       I request to tata sky for upgrading set up into HD set-up box on 08 Apr 2015 by the name of my daughter Ms. Khyati Sharma, tata sky id - [protected]. Once a technician came to my home and change the set-up box by replacing old tata sky set-up box . When i use to watch tv programme from that day it was going to freeze the picture, i thought that it is signal or satellite problem, i was continued for the moment till my patient allowed after that i call to customer care number they said that we will get back to you and our technical assistant will come to redefined the problem, today ( 21 Apr.2015 between 14.30 Hrs. to 14.55 Hrs .) Mr. Rakesh -[protected] technician came to my home and he checked . Finally, he accept that " Sir, Tata Sky Set-Up box is defective and can't update . I said that please speak to jaipur support office and i dialed the number Mr. Sikandar - [protected] and he speak to his assistant . Between this conversation they are talking about to delude me . His technician saying that sir he knows everything and i can't him to be fool and said to me that it will take time . As i asked to technician about next then he said that it will take some time . i shocked that i am not using the service from last 12 days and still now, on 08 April 2015 .Set-up box given defective, with out receipt or bill, I paid Rs.990/- for installation new hd set-up box and package recharge of Rs.350/- . After that till today ( 21 Apr.2015 ) there is no conclusion from their side . I kindly request you to please do the need full against cheating and horrible behaviour in conversation as i got massage from custome care : 1.                         I am holding Tata sky +connection number [protected] at Ahmedabad.I aplied for KARAOKE on 12 April. A mike was provided to me on 14Apr on payment and a Demo ws given. Iwas told the KARAOKE will be activated in 12 hours.After that I made SMS requests on 15Apr, 18 Apr, and 19 Apr but no action has been taken. THE KARAOKE IS STILL NOT FUNCTIONAL. SUCH POOR SERVICE AND RESPONSE FROM SUCH A REPUTED COMPANY IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

                        NO action still. Tata sky services are extremely poor. To top it all there reps at the call centers are either ignorant or blatant liars.

                            My subscriber id is [protected] and using Tata Sky DTH service. We are not receiving signal for many channels since 5th April, 2015. Inspite of calling several times to the customer care nvumber no one receives the phone. It advises to send a message with NP to 56633 or give a missed call to [protected] for siginal issues. Inspite of sending sms and multiple calls we have not been contacted by any service rep till now. It is almost half ace month and we are not getting the proper service inspite of paying.                               Dear Sir, I have Tata sky connection with a package of premium Sports and Active cooking. But from last oe month many of the channels are not displaying. I have lodged complaint on mobile. But these customer care personnel always record my complaint and there is no action from their side. This is ridiculous that a company like TATA can have such worst service. Please help.

                                Hi I have been user of TATA - SKY since a year. I just renewed by DTH connection with yearly plan(all HD channel) but from past 1 month i cant see any HD channels as well as some other channels too. Tried contacting customer care and followed their instruction to resole my problem but nothing worked out. Logged complaint to customer care but totally unsatisfied by their service. Its a pathetic service I got from you guys. My subscriber-id : [protected]so I am complaining now on this, hope so you guys will take this Seriously and resolve the issue otherwise will switch from your Connection to other provider who at least entertain for he such issues.

                                  I am a TATA Sky subscriber, ID - [protected]. We have shifted house to new house and I had requested to tata sky customer care and they registered my request and promised that they will provide service within 24 hours. Since from 72 hours the service was not being provided and there is no response from tata sky on the complaint and service is not good. Tata sky service is totally bad and they waste our time and money. But they never forget by sending sms about deactivate of service if we not recharge. Please shut down your company

                                    Subscriber ID : [protected] I am facing "No Signal" issue, since 2nd April, 2015. I waited till 6th April, 2015 to register complain with Tata Sky, via SMS method (I waited as in March, 2015 had faced similar "No Signal" issue which got resolved on its own). I was unable to reach to the customer care number for initial couple of weeks, for the first time I was able to reach customer care representative on 18th April. They mentioned service engineer will shortly contact me. I contacted on 19th April, they mentioned my query is already closed, I kindly asked them to reopen and they mentioned engineer will contact me "as soon as possible". On 20th April, I again called, this time rather than engineer I asked for the antenna adjustment steps as I was keen on getting this resolved myself for which they refused and I was assured I will be contacted by service engineer "as soon as possible". This whole ordeal has left me wondering, as a customer do I have any value? As I have been prompt with due payment, I should rightfully be getting prompt service. However, "Tata Sky" is taking advantage of my "need", as I don't have time to take "Tata Sky" to consumer court (and I am sure they would be having better lawyers employed), and I do not want to waste money in switching to other service provider. Let me know how to find help in such situation, .

                                      i am shubham kansal using tata sky dth services since last two years.

                                      From almost 20 days i am continuously complaining in their customer service centre to resolve my problem of NO SIGNAL.

                                      i have got two visit from their executive telling me that my DTH DISH needs to get reallocated, and i will be charged for it because it is not catching the signal at that point from where it was initially installed.

                                      Firstly, i complained about it that why am i supposed to pay for the reallocation since it is not my fault, (this conversation is of 10 days ago).

                                      now, when they have said that they will NOT HELP me in this situation & then since last 5 days i am waiting for their executive to reallocate my dish, but no person is coming or contacting me.

                                      These people only dont have any customer support facility and only know how to irritate the customer.

                                      moreover, no senior executive is talking in this matter, all they do is hang up the call while transferring it.then cut it off.

                                      these people are a big crooks and huge pain.

                                      such a disappointed service is not suited to a TATA brand .

                                        I mrs P.Bara having tatasky connectionID No [protected] was running mix dhamal pack of Rs 240/- the company has been requested telephonically but no reaponse has been received till date hence you are again requested to change may tatasky pack to mix dhamal pack of Rs 240/- Monthly and no other channels be atteched so that I can continue with tata sky channals otherwise I shall colse it .thanking you yours sincerely P.Bara.Bhilai.

                                        please reduce the pack rate from Rs 438/- to Rs 240/- immediately.
