Dear Sir, I have Tata sky connection with a package of premium Sports and Active cooking. But from last oe month many of the channels are not displaying. I have lodged complaint on mobile. But these customer care personnel always record my complaint and there is no action from their side. This is ridiculous that a company like TATA can have such worst service. Please help....

Hi I have been user of TATA - SKY since a year. I just renewed by DTH connection with yearly plan(all HD channel) but from past 1 month i cant see any HD channels as well as some other channels too. From almost 20 days i am continuously complaining in their customer service centre to resolve my problem of NO SIGNAL.

i have got two visit from their executive telling me that my DTH DISH needs to get reallocated, and i will be charged for it because it is not catching the signal at that point from where it was initially installed.br...
