    I have done recharge for ₹315 via paytm and the transaction is success. Tata sky reference number is tp[protected] but the recharge is not reflecting on my account while the money got deducted from my account.

        My complain about over charges from tata sky to me. My subscriber no is [protected] and i have done my monthly recharge on 31st august. There were some tech. Issue on 4th sept. Which i reported to tata sky customer care and they advised to have a technician visit against the charges of 150/rupees only which i agreed. Your technician has come identified the problem and things was solved. But on 5th on words i am recieving a message from tata sky saying that i have to recharge again otherwise your connection will be deactivated from 6th onward. On my screen in a/c details it showes deduction of 150 rupees only so it means my a/c has to have balance of 270 rupees which supposed to be enough to manage my a/c for 19 days. And if you charge anything extra beside the visiting charges i should be informed and acknowledged by me. Secondly from yesterday i have made 8 calls to customer care but they have unable to genrate the complaint and send me the complaint no via message. Otherwise for every if & buts you all are sending us the message which is not acceptable at all.. Which i consider as fraud and cheating case.

            I charged my Tatasky connection yesterday at around 1445 hours. However, the connection had not started. So assuming that transaction has failed, I charged it again at around 1900 hours. My registered mobile number number is [protected]. One of the transaction details are attached.

              I Cannot watch my Tata from 2 days I have called to customer support they told they will arrange technician visit the technician visited firstly he told there is fault in Antenna and suddenly he is telling that my Tata sky set-up box has defect so he requested to change it and I have waited a day but my issue doesn't resolved after a day he came with set-up box I don't know it's new or renewed without bill & box he changed my box and told me a bill of ₹ 550 but after changing of my box then also I can't watch my program the problem exist the same then he again telling that your Tata sky setup box and the anteena both defected and he told me that tomorrow issue will be resolved no contact from Tata sky or from that technician then I have called to local Technician he came & just charged me 450 Rs and he changed just only LNB and my problem solved and no anyone contaced again from Tata sky after my box changed and when I recharged of ₹301 Tata sky Deducted my whole money and the balance is in -242 I only want to know my box was not defected then why they changed and if changed also then why after changing that box my problem won't resolved after waiting 2 days of box changing my problem not solved then I payed xtra 450 to local Technician as from 5 days I can't watch my Tata sky and my recharge is deducted day by day and I can't wait and there is no contact from Tata sky I have solved my problem ownself by local Technician by paying ₹450 then why I will pay Tata sky if my issue not resolved and they didn't contact me regarding that they directly charged me 550₹ and then also my issue won't resolved by them

              No refund has been issued I have paid 550 rs for replacing setup box then also my problem not solved then it's my right that I will not pay for that set-up box as my problem didnt solved only 120 rs has been issued by Tata sky I have right if my box has no problem why it has changed why I will pay 550 rs please return my old box it was in working condition return my old box as I have full right as my box changed without reason give my old box that's it...

              Simple thing if after box replacement if I can't watch the program then why I will pay for new replaced box kindly return my old box or refund my money or simply u return my old box I don't want repair from ur technician who is cheater it is depended on me that I have to change my box or not he changed program not came then I request u gya that kindly return my old box that's it the technician that have came for repairing was from Tata sky then it was ur problem the customer will not call u time by time the technician told me to wait I have waited as it was from Tata sky team so I have waited and u r telling why u not called us Cheater cheater cheater simple thing one word box changed program not came then why I will pay return my old box or return my money

              Ur visit charge was ₹150 u take that 150 and ur associates told me if my problem will be solved then only that ₹150 will be taken but the box price 400 and I have replaced it but problem not solved then kindly u can return that box but u have deducted my money from my account I don't want replacement then return my 480 Rs as 120 rs already refunded and take ur new box and return my old box I don't want replacement

                Problem is that every 2 minutes set top box (Hd) stopping and if switching working again for 2cminutes, previously same problem arised and then aftercsignal booster changed set top box working properly.. Kindle send your engineer immediately.

                  Despite having paid monthly recharge for full month, deactivation done before the expiry of full month i e recharge under monthly pack done on 1st aug for one month was deactivated on 31st aug. This amounts to cheating that needs to be looked into & restrained from doing illegality & impropriety

                    I am using tata sky since last 2 years. In Feb '20, due to no signal error, I contacted tata sky customer care and book for technician visit, they charged me Rs. 150. And again on 15th March '20, got same issue, but due to COVID situation and lockdown thing not contacted tata sky for this issue. Now I want to reconnect with tata sky. When I called customer care, they are saying, again I need to pay Rs. 150 for technician visit. It means, within 1 month time, I got same issue and its with their product, and they are putting these charges on customer's head. Its really ridiculous and pathetic services from tata sky which I never expected this from child unit of famed TATA group.

                        I have been a tatasky subscriber since its inception with multiple connections. The service has been deteriorating steadily and it has now reached a new low. We reside in an upmarket central south delhi society. We recently relocated within the same society. The relocation of the connection was done by a tatasky service engineer more than two months ago. Till today despite daily reminders the new address has not been corrected in their records and all complaints made are referred to the old address. Since the relocation the tatasky connection has not worked... Daily complaints have had no effect whatsoever the screen continues to show no signal. Recently we changed the pack in anticipation of the problem being fixed and our complaint regarding no signal was registered at the same time but we were informed that the complaint has been auto canceled. The status as on date is that the signal comes and goes of it’s own accord normally for about 15/20 minutes and then disappears showing rain weather disruption on an absolutely clear and cloudless day. We are at our wits end where do we go now?

                              Deactivated account even after recharging

                              I recharged my tatasky account on 21st March for rs 261, the money was deducted from Bank account but the tatasky account was deactivated. This issue occurred once again when i recharged on August 23rd and the account was still deactivated.
                              I lost a total of rs 522. The account is still deactivated.
                              Contacted customer care so many times and there customer service is terrible.
                              Please refund my money asap.

                              Tata sky is forcing people to buy new set top boxes every year because the set top boxes stop working just after warranty expires. This unethical business standards followed by a renowned company is a blot on its founders. I had to call for repair 3 times in 3 months and spent 1800 for a product which the company provides to its subscribers. So the company is cheating subscribers .

                                  I have recharged rs 1877 for my monthly tata sky recharge on id [protected] from my icici bank account on 20th august 2020 but my set top box id 5295 still says "your account is deactivated. Please recharge".

                                  I tried to complain on your website but you are fraudulently claiming that my transaction id should be 13 letters when icici has clarified that it can be 12 letters. Also you have pretended to address my complaint here but redacted your email addresses here so iccannot reach you! Shameless on your part to show on your website that 3 boxes are recharged and activated on my subscriber id when they haven't!!

                                    I have outgoing call issue for the same raised complaint on 11-Aug-20 (C[protected], today is 26th-Aug-20 in between I contacted customer care over email/phone several times (10 plus times) but no response and resolution, every time they are saying we are arranging technical person but nothing working out, and today (26-Aug-20) if I call customer care people intentionally disconnected my call twice so I need to action on this,
