I am using tata sky since last 2 years. In Feb '20, due to no signal error, I contacted tata sky customer care and book for technician visit, they charged me Rs. 150. And again on 15th March '20, got same issue, but due to COVID situation and lockdown thing not contacted tata sky for this issue. Now I want to reconnect with tata sky. When I called customer care, they are saying, again I need to pay Rs. 150 for technician visit. It means, within 1 month time, I got same issue and its with their product, and they are putting these charges on customer's head. Its really ridiculous and pathetic services from tata sky which I never expected this from child unit of famed TATA group.
