I was booking a new connection of Tata sky on 1st oct 2020 with following details:
Customer Name: Rakash kumar
Mobile No.: [protected]
Email ID: [protected]@gmail.com
I did the payment of Rs.1484 and the amount got deducted from my account and the payment was successful but there is no confirmation sms of installation even after 48hrs and just got email of transaction on that day.

Complaint marked as Resolved As I mention that I was ordered on 1st oct and the payment deduct but the ordered not process, after many calls to customer care of tata sky any many emails, after 7 days they called and said that ur transaction isn't complete that's why my ordered is not done. then i call to bhim upi, they took a complaint from my side and process my issue. And finally after 14 days i got my refund back. thanks but the process is very difficult for new customer . please TATA SKY ensure that ur payment method should accept every online payment method and not getting any inneruppt like this.
