      Since 20 September, signal is being stopped from 10-11 pm at night. This continued to 30 SEP. We complained 5-6 times. They suggested some useless options in the organiser menu which has only worsened the problem. Since the last week, signal is not being received for 15 out of 24 hours from 10 pm at night to 1 pm in afternoon. Such horrendous ###. Rude talkers and they are clueless about the solution. Pls help.

        I had made aa transaction on 7th October 2020 for recharging my tata sky account of Rs310 . The transaction was successful money got deducted but the account of tata sky was not recharged .

        The reference number of the transaction was[protected] and the money was sent to [protected]@icici

          My broadband was installed on 2nd july 2020 and from the first day it is not working as expected. I have raised many complains but it is still not resolved.
          They have collected rs.4000 for 3 month 100 mbps plan and once i asked for the refund they denied. They always told that they will resolve the issue but it was never resolved.
          I am not able to use many applications like hotstar, sonyliv, zee5, paytm, icici mobile apps etc. There is lots of disconnection as well.
          I think there is nobody who could punish these guys.
          I want my refund with interest

                Customer id - [protected], i had purchased new set top box in august last week, since that time this is third time that set top box stop working and show the message as "new software being downloaded " and it take whole day, many times complained to nearest location tata sky ofice vadgaon sheri pune -14, but still not getting permanent solution from your side,

                    I was booking a new connection of Tata sky on 1st oct 2020 with following details:

                    Customer Name: Rakash kumar

                    I did the payment of Rs.1484 and the amount got deducted from my account and the payment was successful but there is no confirmation sms of installation even after 48hrs and just got email of transaction on that day.

                    As I mention that I was ordered on 1st oct and the payment deduct but the ordered not process, after many calls to customer care of tata sky any many emails, after 7 days they called and said that ur transaction isn't complete that's why my ordered is not done. then i call to bhim upi, they took a complaint from my side and process my issue. And finally after 14 days i got my refund back. thanks but the process is very difficult for new customer . please TATA SKY ensure that ur payment method should accept every online payment method and not getting any inneruppt like this.

                            The sales guy misguided about following:
                            1. Installation in two hours.
                            2. Free Amazon firestick.

                            I am not bothering about the firestick, but even after 5 days, I am not able to use the services. I have paid money for 6 months in advance, but the services are still not configured.

                            Customer care is not responding well, the installation team is not picking up the call anymore.

                            But no action has been taken.
                            I want my money to be refunded as I cannot rely on such services.

                            This is the worst customer service experience I had. On the customer care call also they kept me waiting for more than 17 minutes, finally I drop off.

                              I'm shekhar ramarajan (Subscriber id [protected]) from mumbai and i've been a tata sky subscriber for more than 12 years now and i'm writing to inform you of the issues with service in general and the service technician in particular which have led me to suspend my tata sky services w. E. F. Yesterday.

                              To give you a background, i own 2 tatasky set-top boxes - one tatasky hd and the other tatasky+ hd and the connection is through an individual dish placed on the terrace of our building. Our society comprises 8 buildings with 2 tatasky common dishes on 2 buildings but not on ours.

                              I'd suspended services of my additional box (Hd) on 08/07/2020 due to lack o[censored]se given the plethora of ott content available. I'd also logged a complaint vide wo 1-28kvtqso on 21/07/20 for my (+hd) since the set-top box wasn't detecting signal and it was resolved on 22/07/20 by a competent and efficient service technician who not only set it right but also deepened the relationship by to cross-selling/up-selling tatasky binge to me. I was impressed by his dedication to both the company and the customer.

                              Little did i know that the joy would be short-lived as i would soon face the worst of tata sky services and service technicians. It started with a call to remove the dish from the terrace because of ongoing repairs which was logged on 29/07/20 vide wo 1-298wo25p. The service technician who landed up on 31/07/20 was the polar opposite of the one who'd come earlier. To cut a long story short, he went away leaving the work undone and cancelled the work order.

                              I called again on 31/07/20 and got another work order created wo 1-29e1uqm1 for which the same technician landed up only 03/08/20 (4 days as against 24 hours committed service guarantee) and removed the dish and he asked to pay him rs. 200/- for removing it (Which i refused) and walked away with my lnb too. Service technicians are supposed to be proactive but instead of suggesting alternatives he said that it's not possible to relocate the dish. Just for the record, the status of the call shows as cancelled because it was a call for relocation and which is why i guess he asked me for money since tatasky couldn't charge me.

                              His utter disregard for both process and conduct clearly show that it's not his first time treating customers like this. When i politely informed him that i've been a tatasky customer for more than 12 years, he has the audacity to tell me that it wouldn't make a difference even if i had been a tata sky customer for 20 years. Tata sky hasn't yet been around in india for 20 years and with service technicians like him roaming around unchecked, i really doubt whether it would too.

                              I then called the tatasky call centre to tell them of the incident but after being kept on hold on the pretext of being spoken to by the supervisor the call got disconnected twice without any supervisor coming or a call-back. I've since got my account suspended effective today and have called the tata sky call centre 4 times in all yesterday.

                              I have called the tatasky call centre a total 8 times from my registered mobile number from 31/07 to 03/08 and have spoken to them for an hour with each call lasting for at least 5-6 minutes.

                              For the record, i have 2 airtel postpaid connections and an airtel broadband + fixed line and they have been constantly wooing me with x-stream offers which are comparable with tata sky but i'd chosen to stick with tata sky because of both the brand and stupidly sentimental reasons.

                              To cut a long story short, this kind of experience is enough for me to sever all ties with tata sky. Please send someone to collect the tatasky binge dongle and arrange to have the rs. 968.98/- balance in my account refunded on priority.

                                I have recharged my tata sky account rs 331 through idfc first bank upi on 17 september. I received a message that the recharge is unsuccessful and the money will be credited within 7 days. But it is more than 10 days money is not credited in my bank account

                                    From last 15 days i am not able to watch tv on tatasky as we receive no signal or due to rain, tachnician attended the problem and next day same problem next time another technician came and informed me that there is a cable fault. And cable replacement how there can be cable fault as system was ok previous day. Againno signal or due to rain, i referred the matter four time but still not resolved the issue. Why there is a deduction of money from my account without any services?

                                        tata sky box stuck on standby mode

                                        When i on my tata sky, it works fine after few minutes it said not receiving signal. Then i restarted
                                        Setup box now green light only glowing (Standby light) remote doesn't response and nothing is shown on tv. I checked all wires but it won't work.

                                        After many hours of switch on tv it works... Again it start from above step.
                                        But today it stop working completely. I call customer care they doesn't respond correctly...
