My Tatasky subscriber id is [protected].
For the last few days beginning April 15, 2015 there is no signal/no service of any channel I subscribed for.
On their website it is said that "We are upgrading our systems. In case you face any signal issues, please SMS NS to 56633 or give a missed call on[protected] in order to schedule a site visit by our technician to rectify the this."
Despite giving a few missed call on[protected] and a few SMS NS to 56633, there is no remedial action.
On April 15, 2015 I received a SMS to my initial missed call on[protected] that " Hello! Your Tata Sky Work Order No. NS[protected]. We will contact you soon for taking appointment related to technician visit."
On all following reminders, I merely received few SMS that "We have already allocated your request to our Tata Sky Engineer who will contact you shortly."
Till now, there is no action from Tata Sky.
I am wondering if a service provider like reputed Tata Sky extends such pathetic service to its subscribers, where is the reputation of "TATA" in which many subscribers put their trust in to.
I only wish that Tata Sky fulfils its commitment of trusted and better services now.
Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
