Hello sir, I am a customer of tataSky we are happy with the service but I want the inclusion of a new Hindi channel called iplus tv which is aired frDetailsai and is free to air the new channel has increasing audience the channel is provided in cable TV and some of the leading dth services I would like that tataSky includes this new channel iplus tv in their list in desperate need of that channel. Waiting for your reply and hope the channel is added soon.     I made a complaint on 11th April regarding the no signal issue. I received a text message saying that a TATA Sky Engineer will resolve this issue shortly. I complained again on 15th to receive the same message. i lodged a complaint through email to the customer care on 15th April. In spite of the repeated calls and complaints, no action has been taken till date. This is atrocious considering the high charges we are paying every month to view the channels.       Dear Tatasky, If you have any sense please work on the work order attached . This was sent by tata sky on 10 April '2015 regarding NO SERVICE / NO SIGNAL from last two weeks but, no one has come to resolve the problem.My recharge amount going away like water every day . Why should I pay the amount for the service which I have not used for the two weeks.

        Hi, My consumer no is : [protected]. On 17th March HBO pack had been added which I wanted to be discontinued. I was informed that this can happen only on 17th April. When i tried doing this on 17th April I am being asked to register cancellation request on 27th April through tata sky helpline . This is very frustrating as I have to keep track so that I am not charged for next cycle as well which happened in last month. I am disappointed with this service in which I keep loosing money for channels which i don't watch and also peace of mind. If this recurs I will not hesitate to take other service provider service as I expect some courtesy, discipline and basic norms to be followed for customer which is missing in Tata sky.Also I will share this with my friend circle on social media so that they also don't undergo same harassment through tata sky team.

          Respected sir/madam I have an tata sky connection in rajasthan from past 4 years and the id is [protected] And before few days we gave ccomplain for improper cconnection o[censored]r network As after few days ur pperson came to our place to ffix tthe problem But at first he demanded 190 rs fo fixing the problem and then when he ffixed it All of the sudden tatasky id changed to [protected] And we made a recharge of 500 on 13 th April but even that money got reduced to 428 I need a strict ccheck on this because this affects your rreputation and we have faced a huge problem because of this Hope you'll fix the problem soon

            My Tatasky subscriber id is [protected]. For the last few days beginning April 15, 2015 there is no signal/no service of any channel I subscribed for. On their website it is said that "We are upgrading our systems. In case you face any signal issues, please SMS NS to 56633 or give a missed call on[protected] in order to schedule a site visit by our technician to rectify the this." Despite giving a few missed call on[protected] and a few SMS NS to 56633, there is no remedial action. On April 15, 2015 I received a SMS to my initial missed call on[protected] that " Hello! Your Tata Sky Work Order No. NS[protected]. We will contact you soon for taking appointment related to technician visit." On all following reminders, I merely received few SMS that "We have already allocated your request to our Tata Sky Engineer who will contact you shortly." Till now, there is no action from Tata Sky. I am wondering if a service provider like reputed Tata Sky extends such pathetic service to its subscribers, where is the reputation of "TATA" in which many subscribers put their trust in to. I only wish that Tata Sky fulfils its commitment of trusted and better services now.

              I m tata-sky customer from last 10 years from last one month i m not able to see any complaint but they have not responded, that they r sending SMS with saying our tech engineer will contact you, even though they are charging money from my balance..where i m able to see few channels only...they gave recently change some satellite but it is not my problem..

              If they will not solve the problem and not give me back my money of last one month worst services than I m planning to launch FIR to his MD and throw his set top box in Lake...

                I am Krishnamohan, resident of Hyderabad. The Tata Sky connection is not working for the last one month. I had registered multiple complaints with their customer call center and registered the complaints. Every time I just get a message that service executive will come and resolve the issue. The supposed service executive has come on March 16th and rectified. But the services were intermittent. From April 1st the connection was totally lost. Since then registered several complaints and received the same number of messages to rectify. But all went in vain. At last My connection was deactivated on 16th April for not recharging. How a subscriber will recharge who had balance of rupees 53/- at the time of losing the services, without restoring the same. Now I have no option but to get a new connection from another service provider. I demand the Tata Sky people to pay for the new subscription fee. Else I want to approach the consumer forum to compensate my loss and agony suffered at the hands of Tata Sky. My subscriber ID: [protected].

                  On ar Sir/madam, I have filed a complain at your customare numbers that my tata sky is not properly working. After passing one week the situation is same as it was before. When I register a complain message through message or call, a simple taking parreot messages is forward to me. The few lines of the message is as below We have already registered your complain, our engineers will contact you shortly. After registering a lot of complaint the situation is, , "the same.                     My id [protected] and i have 1 had and 3 secondary connections at my place.as i had done a recharge of 4090/- for half yearly pack.my connection is not yet activated and after repeatedly calling customer care..were tata group have appointed all illiterates to help customers..i guess they so called representatives pay tata group instead..after waiting for 1 hrs and 17 minutes my call was connected to so called illliterates..the problem was mot rectified..and was instructed to charge 100 more i did tat through paytm and 1 more online portal tral but the problem was not rectified..now i m forced to write to consumer desk to deactivate the connection and refund my amount..if not i will raise this issue to higher level..this is just a glimpse as what i have faced..i ll issue a legal notice and i have the verbal conversation recording of tat illiterate too..

                        The Tata Sky connection is not working for last 2 weeks. I had multiple calls with their customer call center and registered the complaint multiple times. I just get a message that service executive will come and take care. The supposed service executive has come once and went back without resolving the issue and told that he would come again in evening. He never turned up. In this week itself, I had called him multiple times and he had told me thrice that he would come at a said time. Every time out of three, he did not turn up. I have spoken to call center executives multiple times and also senior executive Mangesh, but everytime was told that they would get in touch with their technician team and will resolve, but nothing has moved for 2 weeks. It is very obvious that they just give trained answer and do nothing to resolve the problem. My subscriber ID: [protected]

                          after 4 days enginer come to my house for shifting tthe connection. Morning open tthe dish & cutting wire many point not prroper open. In evening come to new house for the connection. He says tthe dish is not open properly so change some parts which you pay. Then call his boss and they if you paypay then conect other my enginer not instlall and they went . So Pl reinstnstall or cyliylinder the conection .

                                I have booked tata sky connection day before yesterday (16 April 2015). While I'd been promised a connection the very next day, I didn't receive it. My calls are all unanswered. I'm put on hold for more than 20 min by Ivr itself and my calls r later disconnected, I requested for several call backs but I'm yet to receive any calls. While I wanted to book a new connection they flooded me with calls. After receiving the payment (mode:credit card) they stopped responding.

                                  Great...so now I have a forum to express the great service provided by you people. Firstly let me take the opportunity to congratulate you guys for upgrading your dish services. Now, do you have an idea of how your so called customer service team is handling this recent change?? I am sure you do not. Three days ago, I was unable to watch any of the channels due to “bad signal” message. I called up your toll free number. One gentleman explained to me that you guys are doing some maintenance to upgrade the services and it will take 48 hours for your technician to reach my place. I was pretty cool with that as I understand that these things take some time. I asked him to place a note in my complaint that I will be unable to attend calls till 15:30 in the afternoon as I do not have access to my cellphone in office. He assured me that I will receive calls only after 15:30. Now, after 1day I got a message that my appointment has been cancelled due to no response. I called your number today and got connected to another gentleman whom I asked to put me to a supervisor as he did not sound that confident to resolve my issue. He put me on hold for good 20 minutes and then I had to disconnect as I do not have the whole day to listen to your automated response (please train them to be sensible to customer’s need. He could have come back and said that it might take some more time, please be online). I called up again and this time I was fortunate enough to talk to someone who assured me that he is raising it to his Team leader who has the access to go an extra mile and help me. He also gave me a reference number HQEF5F0. Now, it has been more than 3 hours that I am waiting for someone to come and rectify this. What a horrible services I must say. Do you guys ever forget to ask for your money when the due date is approaching? Then why to forget your customer’s need? I am all set to take it to the consumer forum as I have all your text messages as well as a recording of our phone conversation. Thank you for all your useless services!

                                      We have recently shifted our house. During this time I had to call the customer service for the first time and which I regret as this was the last time when I thought that tata sky services are best in class. After so many futile calls one of the persons has educated me that the pincode I have provided in the new address is wrong and hence the technician couldn't come (when it is correct). After so much of mental agony that I underwent, I really hope my issue is resolved asap and I don't get this opportunity again where I have to call the customer care.

                                        Hi, I have no tata sky service for past 1 month. I have tried to contact customer care. It has same message we are facing congestion if you are unable to view our service it will be resolve soon and if you want us to call you back choose the option. I have selected the option, till date no call from customer care or service engineer. They have also share another number to give miss call i have tried it as well. No response on sms alert is received but till date service has not resume and no single call stating the time line when it will be restored. I have only received one message my account has been credited with 3 days of subscription charge, where as i have no service for 1 month.I have put my complaint with the TRAI Public Grievances cell to take action against the TATA SKY and refund of my subscription amount.
