    Re: Subscriber ID [protected] Since February 2015 we have not been able to watch our TV programmes properly. More than a dozen Service Requests have been generated, but there has been no remedy. The persistent fault has been – picture breaks into squares, screen is blank, when picture appears it vanishes again after a few seconds, NO SIGNAL. The picture and sound never remain normal for even an hour. Disturbance continues and it has been a daily routine since February. Technician made three visits – twice I was charged in February and March @ Rs.170 for each visit, but there has not been any remedy or improvement. If it is clear after the technician’s visit, it lasts only about half an hour or so. So far, there has been no permanent solution. As a layman I don’t know the cause of problem. Your engineer once said that the cable required replacement, but later detected that he was checking the dish antenna of another subscriber, then I was told that the connection to the box was loose. On the third visit he found nothing wrong at our end and said that it was probably due to “up-gradation” process of Tata Sky in progress. Thrice I have sent NS messages to 56633 and twice made miss calls. However, no positive response has been received and the WOs are cancelled arbitrarily without any action. I am tired of receiving SMSs and calls without any action. We are made to pay for the recharge regularly and also for the visits but there is no service to rectify the fault. Please advise what should we do to enable us to watch our TV, fault free. It is high time that some competent person is deputed to detect the problem, and advise whether it can be resolved or not. We, two senior citizens aged 87 and 81 are tired of facing further inconvenience. Hope we will be heard appropriately and will not be harassed by fruitless calls and SMS.

      My tatasky sub id is [protected].I am facing the problem of no signal since 10th April. I have raised a complaint regarding the same on 12th April but the problem is not addressed till date. Till date three work orders have been generated but no visit is being done. Your technician in field are closing the work orders even without visiting.         We have been really very disapointed by the poor service provided by tata sky . For the initaial 1 week, none of the channels were available . When we tried to reach out customer care help the people over the call were ill-mannered and didnot have proper ettiquets to talk to . We did several follow ups but we didnot get any help. It has been so long and still we keep on trying very hard but no help yet .. We are so dissapointed with the service that we are planning to switch the service provider .. Above all i would request tata sky managent to take strict actiob for the employee who handle the customer support who handle the client . Did not accept this fom TATA sky .. Can i expect anything from you now..???

          Shame on TATA group Complaint ID no. NS[protected] Evenafter long followups of the complaint in consumer care, the network engineers not attending the complaints. it seams they are dead and good for nothing. They might be eating every day . This TATA sky DTH management team is one of the worst team and a big black mark on TATA group. ALL TATA sky DTH customers should log complaint in Consumer court and claim for refunding subscription and compensation of Rs. 200000. Also spread this information of not getting good service in all sorts of media and friends.

            Complaint No.HP2WGLI vide the help request for relocation was registered on 16th April. Even before that the same complaint was orally requested via customer care number 6days before. There was no response. Hence, the same cpmplaint was reminded thru website complaint option. Still no effect. I doubt whether such company or service is existing or ceased to exist. Whenever I tried to call customer care we r put on hold for mini 10 to 20 minutes for which we are liable to pay money for call charges. Feeling really depressed n annoyed.

              On dtd18/4/15 a call from tata sky center and provide fake information that only 6rupees vadic math provided by company and active this plan but my balance validiy cut for 15 days earlis so i want change this plan and complaint this fske informatin what tatasky also cheated company list o ead in very angry help in this

                Dear Sir, My subscriber ID is[protected]. I am using TATA sky service since from last five years and all time it results good but from last 6 Months the service become hell and without asking to the consumer any additional service is activated forcefully. On Dot.19.04.2015 without asking me the A-LA-CARTE HD channels activate to my ID and Rs.125/- imposed to me without my permission. When I asked the Customer care officer to Drop this channels they refuse my request and told that these channels could not be dropped and you will have to suffer. Now I am felling foolish that I had use TATA sky service where no body listen your problem.

From customer care it is said that "We are upgrading our systems. So how much time you need????. Secondly, if you are not offering any these services then why are you charging for the pack. We have subscribe for the Metro Pack + HD of Rs. 551/- and we are hardly any access to any of the HD channels and other channels.                         We are facing signal issues for last 2 months. Since then, we have called TataSky Customer Care almost daily. TataSky forcing us to spend considerable time on IVRS and finally informed that they are currently facing congestion and hence they will call later. This is happening each time. Till now, we received a return call only once and they informed that the technician will visit soon. However, nobody visited till now. Tried using the chat service also. After waiting for 20-25 minutes, just before our turn, the system suddenly started displaying "we are offline now". This is taking away the trust that we had in brand 'TATA''. Disgusting !!!

                                Sir, My Tata Sky ID- [protected] in the name Kulkarni PV was recharged with 100 Rs tomorrow (18 Apr 2015.) and Next recharge date is 06 May 2015 according to Tata Sky Portal. But whenever my TV ON - 'the recharge renewal message appeared in mid of programs and next recharge date (06 May 2015) is not updated at Setup box) till date. The unwanted repeated renewal message disturbed the veiwing of Channels. Please rectify the same at the earliest and update my set up box at the earliest.

                                  On 7-april-2015 i recharged online using my debit card on the official website www.mytatasky.com with Rs 2100, In the final stage after PAYMENT the website displayed an error message showing UNAUTHORISED ACCESS PLEASE TRY AGAIN.On contacting customer care regarding the same, they informed me that the amount will be refunded to my bank account in 6-7 days. 10 days have passed by but there is no sign of refund in my bank account!! So.I kindly request you to credit my TATASKY ACCOUNT with Rs 2100 IMMEDIATELY!! i already sent an email regarding the same but there is no response

                                    Hi, I am not sure whether this is the correct forum to file complaints here but I had requested tata sky to deactivate my tv effective 9th April but no response received. I have called them numerous times since then & they keep on telling me that they will deactivate it soon. It has been 10 days and my tv is still on. Since I am going to US for 6 months and tomorrow night is my flight, the action has still not been taken. I keep calling them on a daily basis & it also takes time to get through the IVR and then wait for the customer care reps to get hold after a long wait leaves me highly frustated.                                       I have tried my best to contact several of your telephone Nos. but failed & sent a miss call on your advertised No. but no technician turned up. Even two complaints from my customer ID have been lodged on Akosha.com for the purpose. We got one or two calls from ur side stating that since upgrading is going on, it will take some time to resolve the issue. About 5 days back I received a call from ur service centre that problem will be solved within 2 days & refund would also be made. On 17th I received a message that problem has been set right. This is utterly wrong and position remains the same & still 20-25 channels are not being transmitted. I fail to understand as to what sort o[censored]pgradation o[censored]r system is being carried out that it is more than 2 months that consumers are deprived of viewing several channels. Even technician is not deputed to check things. On checking my account that a little more than Rs. 100/- has been credited in it. I can't understand the maths behind this amount credited. This high time Tata Sky take a serious note & attend complaints of consumer & do not give false promises. Correct amount for non transmission of channels may be credited. Customer I.D. [protected]

                                        Customer ID : [protected] I have raised a installation request one week back, for which the customer care department is not working on the request, nor anyone is calling to fix the issue. Whenever I call them, they say they put the request on priority and escalated the request, I dont see any thing happening with that request. Customer Care department is incompetent of handling requests.
