Renwal Message had been appear without specfic reason.

Sir, My Tata Sky ID- [protected] in the name Kulkarni PV was recharged with 100 Rs tomorrow (18 Apr 2015.) and Next recharge date is 06 May 2015 according to Tata Sky Portal. But whenever my TV ON - 'the recharge renewal message appeared in mid of programs and next recharge date (06 May 2015) is not updated at Setup box) till date. The unwanted repeated renewal message disturbed the veiwing of Channels. Please rectify the same at the earliest...

On 7-april-2015 i recharged online using my debit card on the official website www.mytatasky.com with Rs 2100, In the final stage after PAYMENT the website displayed an error message showing UNAUTHORISED ACCESS PLEASE TRY AGAIN.On contacting customer care regarding the same, they informed me that the amount will be refunded to my bank account in 6-7 days. 10 days have passed by but there is no sign of refund in my bank account!! Deactivation of tata sky

Hi, I am not sure whether this is the correct forum to file complaints here but I had requested tata sky to deactivate my tv effective 9th April but no response received. Re-Installation. Pathetic Customer Service

No Signal issue unresolved even after 10 days of complaint

I made a complaint on 11th April regarding the no signal issue. I received a text message saying that a TATA Sky Engineer will resolve this issue shortly. I complained again on 15th to receive the same message. i lodged a complaint through email to the customer care on 15th April. added channels not being discontinued

Hi, My consumer no is : [protected]. On 17th March HBO pack had been added which I wanted to be discontinued. I was informed that this can happen only on 17th April. When i tried doing this on 17th April I am being asked to register cancellation request on 27th April through tata sky helpline . This is very frustrating as I have to keep track so that I am not charged for next cycle as well which happened in last month. I am disappointed...

No getting signal, not able to see some channels from last one month

I m tata-sky customer from last 10 years from last one month i m not able to see any complaint but they have not responded, that they r sending SMS with saying our tech engineer will contact you, even though they are charging money from my balance..where i m able to see few channels only...they gave recently change some satellite but it is not my problem.....

No services-deactivation

I am Krishnamohan, resident of Hyderabad. The Tata Sky connection is not working for the last one month. I had registered multiple complaints with their customer call center and registered the complaints. Every time I just get a message that service executive will come and resolve the issue. The supposed service executive has come on March 16th and rectified. But the services were intermittent. From April 1st the connection was totally lost....
