Subscriber Id - [protected] This is the 15 th day with no signal on TV. No channels working. Call center is unreachable. No technicians visited. My 3 previous requests also closed without any resolution. They close down the request immediately after it is opened. Customer would not why. SR[protected] SR[protected] SR[protected] SR[protected] SR[protected] SR[protected] They have kept the last requests open now but w/o any resolution. Would have called 20-25 times. Got through 2 times in all these days. Both times I was promised that resolution will happen in a day. Nothing happens. SMS and missed call to the specified numbers many times. Again nothing. 4 days back got a call from some technical person who said they do not serve in my side of the city so they are returning the request back to customer service. Apparently Tata Sky does not where the customer is located. God knows what upgrade they are doing. With so many upgrades their satellite would have reached Mars by now.. They never informed anyone about the upgrade and the possible time that it would take. There are 6 other Tata sky connection in my building. They are not facing any problem. I also had pre paid 2 months rental. I am appalled at their arrogant and pathetic customer service. Have never faced such issues with any other utility or service provider. They just do not care. These are exactly the kind of company who should be dragged to consumer courts. Please discontinue this fraud of a service and return the remaining amount and the amount for dish and set top box.

      My tata Sky subscriber ID is [protected] I gave a request for assistance with relocation on Thursday morning at 8 am. I have called 3 times subsequent to registering the complaint. I have been trying to reach the call centre from yesterday night but have not been able to get through as all the lines have been busy. It is very unfortunate that you treat your customers in such a shabby manner and that too those who call premier customers. Please resolve this urgently by end of today.         Hi, All of a sudden last Friday (10th April 2015 ) Tata sky stopped showing most of the channels. Waiting for 2 days we tried calling tata sky ; after being in queue for an hour the call dropped ( this happened three times). Finally when call got connected tata sky took complaint and said technician would call in 4 hours. After 4 days technician did not appear. Called again but could not reach as usual; laters got call from them saying they are taking complaint on priority. In between also has mailed them; lodged complain online; talked to customer support online. Complaint numbers : (NS[protected] on 15th Apr 20.45) (SR[protected] on 16th Apr 21:37)

          I am unable to view Tata sky service from over 20 days now and when ever I try to contact the customer care to get this issue resolved, I am getting very bad response. I have called customer care more than 10 times over the last 20 days and every time I receive the message that they have congession at the care centre and would give me a call back. Indeed I have received a call back 2 times and was informed that some technician would contact me in 3-4 hours. And based on my experience 3-4 hours means at least 3-4 days or more. I have created SR[protected], SR[protected] from the website and the requests are magically closed in 24 hours without resolving the incident. I am vexed with the services and I have asked that I need to talk to the supervisor of the customer care executive yesterday and was informed that I would receive a call back from the supervisor guy. That did not happen yet. I have some question for the Sky guys- Why are the services so bad? Why do you call yourself the best in business? If you cannot call back in 3-4 hours, why are you informing the consumers the time? Do you think that you can take customers for granted? Give us proper timings and reasons for the delay and who would pay for the services I have not watched for the last 20 days and I get the yellow alert magically on the screen and I try to go to the menu, I get beautiful blue black screen which tells me that the Set top box is not receiving signal. Why did you upgrade the satellite if your set top boxes/their settings are not compatible? Wasn't a trial run done with the changes?

            My Name is Gautham V and my Tata Sky Subscriber ID is [protected]. For past Twenty days there is no proper signal in the connection. I have raised totally 3 complaints and all of them are closed without proper response and action. SR[protected] SR[protected] SR[protected] Their online help center number is not letting me to talk with the customer care executive and demanding me to pay the subscription amount. There is no escalation point, no response, no actions against my complaint and nothing they did.

                  My subscriber id is [protected] I'm using Tata sky since three and half years and having 3 connections . From past one month (march end to till date) tata sky is not working showing message no signal till today I called several time every time the same answer, we have taken your request on priority basis and the problem will be resolved within 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours and our technician will call you, he will be coming to your place to rectify, the same answer given by all agents in help desk and today[protected] one guy picked my call after 15 minutes waiting even he gave the same answer I've taken your request and our technical person will call, I've taken your request I was fed up with that answer and asked when the problem going to be solved what is the use of purchasing the tata sky, he started doing drama - Ma'am your voice is not audible, are you able to hear me, his voice is so clear to me I'm answering him saying hello, he himself started saying since there is no response from customer end I'M DISCONNCTING THE CALL . I don't think so this is the way to talk to a customer when is not able to answer me to my question ... I need a solution for this problem and action to be taken on the agent who disconnected my call

                    TATA SLY CUSTOMER ID - [protected] REGISTERED MOBILE NO. - [protected] from several days most of our channled are not functioning like some English Movies and News channels, and we are consistently complaining and trying to get in touch with TATA SKY Executive, but we have waited on HOLD for even an half hour, we also did complain by giving miss call and sms, but after some days we got the message on mobile that (Dear Subscriber, your Tata Sky WO NS[protected] of dated 03/04/2015 13.04 has been completed. Please share your experience. if satisfied, sms YES or else NO to [protected]), but no one arrived to solve our complain. Request you to please try to solve the problem ASAP

                          Hi we have already complained multiple times to TATA Sky regarding no Signal and they respond system maintenance. but this answer is there for nearly one month and they generating next month bill.                             I am a Tata sky user from last several years and did not have change to register any complaints till date but in the process of your upgrade from 4th April we are unable to see Most of channels which we are watching. I have given complaint on 6th April and got a message on 7th April that your technician will solve your problem. Second complaint was lodged on 10th April and message and phones assuring technicians visits comes but not the technician.                               Rs. 400/- has been paid on 17/04/2015 at Viveks, Tambaram West, Chennai - 600 045 and bill no is [protected] dt. 17/04/2015, time 17:52. This payment has not been credited to our account and we are getting a message on TV that 18/04/2015 (i.e. today) is due date and we have to pay Rs. 385/- to avoid deactivation. We have also tried the toll free nos: [protected],[protected] but there is no provision for recording such complaints

                                Hello, I am so depressed with the Tatasky services. It is been almost 3 weeks not able to see any channels in tatasky except 2 sports channels. To contact customer care executive we need to wait for more than 30 minutes and mob subscriber charges more than 30 INR. This is the worst part in Tatasky. I am suggesting other friends not to buy Tatasky. The worst service ever. Every day they are charging for the channels but not able to see any channels for last 3 weeks. The executive said it is the software upgradation issue in Tata sky.

                                  Ive been struggling with TataSky since the last 14 days now. Not getting any signals. I've complained numerous times. Called 21 times, have been on phone hold for a collective of more than 200 minutes, tweeted to them 6 times. Twice I've been told that someone will come to resolve the issue but no one has turned up. I Am not sure where to go now or how to get them to resolve this. Putting this here hoping that theyll respond Sub ID [protected]

                                    Dear Tata Sky CEOs, We have tata sky at our home. The card number is[protected]. We have called up several times regarding the non-availability of most of the channels, including all the news channels, for the last 3-4 weeks. In spite of our repeated phone calls, no one has attended to the problem - we keep receiving the SMS that "We have already allocated your request to our tata sky engineer who will contact you shortly". We do not know how long is this "shortly". This is really becoming unacceptable and we will be forced to change the service provider in a day or two, if there is no response from you. Thank you very much for your great service. You have really taken the customers for a big ride. All the best for your "upgradation" tamaasha!!!

                                        I am Unable to view service past 15 days. I raising this request past 10 days but no response.I am getting message that TATA SKY Installer visit is scheduled . I got two times this message but no one come to my home to check the issue, I'm waiting the person by applying leave to office and he is visit is not happen still again process start. Simply TATA Sky wasting my time. This is very very bad. I'm staying in Mumbai I'm not get proper service then what about rest of people. MY customer id : [protected]
