TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN,
I want you to take a note of the below facts -
MY SUBSCRIBER ID - [protected]
I had recharged my subscription online as below -
On 13th Oct, 2014 - Amount Rs 2000.00
On 27th Oct, 2014 - Amount Rs 2200.00
Balance as on 27th Oct, 2014 - Rs 4130.74
This was also reinforced by a SMS from you stating that the next subscription due date will be - 15th April, 2015
However to my surprise I received a SMS in Feb'2015 that my subscription is due in one week time, this despite the fact the earlier confirmation mentioned my next subscription is due on 15th April, 2015.
Subsequently on 25th Feb, 2015 I recharged on line Rs 3500.00 and then received a SMS that the next due date is 25th August, 2015.
To my horror, I received a SMS on 18th April, 2015 stating that my subscription is due in one week time. WHAT THE HECK IS THIS AND HOW LONG U WILL CONTINUE FLEECING YOUR CUSTOMERS?????
YOU have not even cared to reply to my earlier mail (attached) identical to the same problem and have the audacity to remain silent and shamelessly continue with your daylight robbery.
I WILL NOT PAY ANY SUBSCRIPTION UNTIL 25TH AUGUST, 2015 and i[censored] wish to discontinue the service, please do then Iam at liberty to take legal recourse as well as refer the case to 'consumer forum'
You wish to clarify or not is your discretion.
