My name is Gagan Pirgal.We are not able to view certain channels for which we have paid the amount. We have been complaining about this from last month itself. But there is no reply from tatasky officials. We request you to remove your product from our house as we are not satisfied with your services.

          Dear TataSky team I have been with you for over 10 years now and happy till recent experiences. I made a request to the TataSky associate via the toll free helpline that my TataSky HD Plus is NOT GETTING SWITCHED ON! Is that a very difficult request? Here is how the request has progressed and without any resolution: April 15, 2015: “Greetings from Tata Sky. Your work order reference number is HOXJX0A. You will receive a call from us within 24 hrs” at 10:05PM NOTHING HAPPENED HEREAFTER April 17, 2015: “Tata Sky installer visit for WO: HOXJX0A is scheduled between 17/04/2015 14:40 & 16:20. In case of query pls contact our helpline on[protected]” at 12:11PM NO VISIT EVER HAPPENED April 17, 2015: “Hello! Your Tata Sky Work Order No.: HPT1YWG. We will contact you soon for taking appointment related to technician visit” at 4:24PM NO CALL NO VISIT April 17, 2015: “Hello! Your Tata Sky Work Order No.: HPT1YZ4. We will contact you soon for taking appointment related to technician visit” at 4:25PM NO CALL NO VISIT April 18, 2015: “Greetings from Tata Sky. Your work order reference number is HOXJX0A. NO VISIT EVER HAPPENED This represents a classical case on how YOU can lose a customer because of the composite experience of a team at Tata Sky which is inconsiderate, incompetent, unprofessional and full of false promises.             Dear All, Let me tell you, tata sky is the worst service ever I have experienced in life. I have raised complain on 10/03/2015 and till date there has been no response from there end. You call up there customer care and it will take min 20 min to talk to there customer care executive and after that we get to here today we will fix this and again there is no response but I get regular remainder for payments. I have been staying without any explosure to world / tv and today I have completed one month ten days I have got no response. Am not sure where to take this issue up. Expecting I will get any kind of help from this forum and posing my problem. I hope will reach some useful ears.

              TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN, I want you to take a note of the below facts - MY SUBSCRIBER ID - [protected] I had recharged my subscription online as below - On 13th Oct, 2014 - Amount Rs 2000.00 On 27th Oct, 2014 - Amount Rs 2200.00 Balance as on 27th Oct, 2014 - Rs 4130.74 This was also reinforced by a SMS from you stating that the next subscription due date will be - 15th April, 2015 However to my surprise I received a SMS in Feb'2015 that my subscription is due in one week time, this despite the fact the earlier confirmation mentioned my next subscription is due on 15th April, 2015. Subsequently on 25th Feb, 2015 I recharged on line Rs 3500.00 and then received a SMS that the next due date is 25th August, 2015. To my horror, I received a SMS on 18th April, 2015 stating that my subscription is due in one week time. WHAT THE HECK IS THIS AND HOW LONG U WILL CONTINUE FLEECING YOUR CUSTOMERS????? YOU have not even cared to reply to my earlier mail (attached) identical to the same problem and have the audacity to remain silent and shamelessly continue with your daylight robbery. I WILL NOT PAY ANY SUBSCRIPTION UNTIL 25TH AUGUST, 2015 and i[censored] wish to discontinue the service, please do then Iam at liberty to take legal recourse as well as refer the case to 'consumer forum' You wish to clarify or not is your discretion.

                  निवेदन है की प्रार्थी टाटा स्काई का वर्ष 2012 से ग्राहक है मेरे द्वारा दिनांक 20/04/2015 को सुबह 05:30 बजे कस्टमर केअर हेल्पलाइन पर फ़ोन लगाया गया, श्रीमान मनीष जी द्वारा लगभग 6 मिनट बाद अटेंड किया गया जब मेने सर्वप्रथम उनसे ये जानकारी मांगी कि आपके द्वारा आई वी आर से कॉल को अपने पास ट्रान्सफर करने में कितना समय लिया जाता है तो बताया गया की 2 या 3 सेकंड । तो फिर मेरा कॉल लेने में इतना समय क्यों लिया गया तब उनके द्वारा सही जवाब न देकर बात को बदलने की कोशिश की गयी। दूसरी मेरी शिकायत ये है की टाटा स्काई द्वारा इंटरनेट पर व श्रीमान संदीप जी जिनका कॉल मुझे दिनांक 18/04/2015 को आया था मुझे बताया गया था की अपने रजिस्टर मोबाइल नंबर से आप टाटा स्काई के टोल फ्री नंबर [protected] पर बिना किसी शुल्क के सहायता प्राप्त कर सकते है परंतु मेरे रजिस्टर मोब न. से उपरोक्त न. सही नही बताता है जबकि में अपने अन्य मोब न. जो की आईडिया नेटवर्क का है उससे तुरंत कनेक्ट हो जाता है है और 1रूपये/ मिनट की दर से चार्ज लगता है। जब यही शिकायत मैने श्रीमान मनीष जी से कही तो कहने लगे की उपरोक्त न. चालू नही है जबकि मेरे आईडिया के न. से वही न. बराबर लगता है। इस पहली बार नही हुआ है मै सुबह उठकर कॉल सेंटर फ़ोन इसलिए लगाया की जल्दी रिसिव किया जायेगा परंतु इस नही हुआ आई वी आर के बाद 6 मिनट प्रतीक्षा करवाई गयी व मेरे रजिस्टर मोब न.से शुल्क भी कटा। सहायता केंद्र द्वारा झूठ बोलने व मेरा समय व पैसा व्यर्थ बर्बाद करने से मुझे काफी पीड़ा हुई है और मेरा आपसे निवेदन है कि इनके विरुद्ध सख्त कार्यवाही की जाये की भविष्य में किसी अन्य उपभोक्ता को ऐसी परेशानी का सामना न करना पड़े। अगर आपके द्वारा कोई कार्यवाही भी करके मुझे जानकारी नही दी गयी तो मै उपभोक्ता अदालत में जाऊंगा क्योकि यहाँ बात पैसो की नही बल्कि सुविधा के नाम पर धोखा देने की है। धन्यवाद राहुल राजपूत

                    I do understand that you are going through an upgrade and that's the reason that there has been no services to our set top boxes. But now the patience has ran out of time. Even after an SMS and a call of registering the complaint there has been no formal action on it. Its been difficult to follow up with you'll everyday and even more impossible to reach your helpline, as on an average the waiting time is always more than 10 to 15 mins and even after hearing a voice at the other end the response is still the same and absolutely neutral "Sir, we will contact you in 24 to 48hrs." Can some one please train your staff to at least hear the customer before giving out the patented line of 24 to 48hrs, rather we would appreciate if some one could at least give out a true time for the technician to knock on our door.                       I am having a night mare with the Tata sky services. I had raised a request to transfer tata sky connection to my new address on 1 st of April. After multiple followups also they re not ready to help me in any way. I have taken 2 connections and am charged 1000 bucks per month. one engineer called and told me to carry the set up box and go to the new address which I did. but some one needs to have that connected in the new address. again after multiple followups I am told they only work 11 to 5. now I get it with the pathetic service they are providing this is no surprise. Me being a working person and not as lucky and dishonest as tata sky team need to be at office a 9 and come back at 7. After repeated requests I was told this can be done this weekend and then no body turned up. I asked for a cancellation of the connection and was told somebody will contact me. Again no body calls. With all this ruckus on they have been charging me regularly and have paid Rs300 without even watching a single channel. My Subscriber ID : [protected] Thanks Prashant Acharya [protected]

                        Dear Sir, I am a Tata Sky Customer, My subscription ID is [protected]. Since the last 3 weeks I am unable to view Tata Sky. I have 2 conncetions at home and both are not working. I have lodged complaint almost 2.5 weeks ago. Subsequently spoken to their customer support executives number of times. They always promise that next day I will receive a call from their office and techitian will visit my place and the problem will be solved but till date no one has visited our place. In the meantime I have followed up many times with them but to no avail. I had earlier paid 1 years subscription in advance. There is a live chat help desk available for customers. I have visited the site multiple times but It always says you are in Queue. And inspite of your best efforts to reach them after 30 mts or so it flashes a message that you are offline. Hence you are unable to touch base with them. In the meantime I got an SMS with a work order "HMNJKM7' on 11th April and later again got a message that the job is done and problem is solved. In fact I also got a call from Tata Sky asking me about the technitian's visit and how was the experience and whether things are Okay now, Since no one had visited my place I mentioned that no one has visited my place and the problem persists. So the person apologised and took my address and promised to send the technitian the same day but till day no one has turned up. This is a thoroughly unprofessional behaviour demonstrated by Tata Sky. In fact I feel cheated. I am completely flabbergasted and do not know where to go for help, hence approachig you. I would like to get rid of Tata Sky as soon as possible and get a refund of my hard earned money so that I can approach some other service provider. Request you to help me Sir.                           We recharged our Tata Sky connection in March as the Tata sky connection showed it was expiring. We recharged on the subscriber ID that was being shown on the TV. However, about a month later, a few channels including all HD channels were not coming on the TV. On calling the customer care, we got to know that the subscriber ID being shown was not ours. It was of one Sanjay Sharma from Jaipur, while we are in Faridabad. The subscriber ID issue has now been resolved, but the recharge amount of Rs. 3000 which was credited to the subscriber ID of Sanjay Sharma needs to be reversed and credited to our ID. Tata Sky customer care has been of no help with this. The retailer from where we got it recharged tried his best to get it reversed but to no avail. Tata Sky should help in reversing the recharge amount and credit to our ID, which is[protected]

                                The tata sky DTH service is just not working since last 15 to 20 days. Inspite of many complaints there has been no response. They have given a numBer on which missed call is to be given and they would get back to us. But it is just not the case.

                                  I have paid for my tata sky hd plus connection for 2 tvs on 9th april 15. Nobody bothered to come for installation for 3 days inspite of being assured that it would be installed immediately. Person came on 13th but didnt install due to some cabling problem. Since the past 3 days i have called several times, but no one has come for installation. This inspite of put up a request that we are available only on weekends. I have been waiting at home since 2 days, as i am always told that the person would come in 2 hours. But even as at end of evening on the 2nd weekend, no one has appeared are othered to call back. This kind of irresponsible behaviour is not expected from a tata company.

                                    Tata Sky ID [protected] I am having problem from last 3 month first was the problem of box was for 2 month's which I upgraded to HD BOX thought problem will be solved but now really a big mistake I had done I thing after box replaced the box worked for 5 days. And I asked for recharge and customer care also not solving the problem such a poor service I ever had. Just doing fraud things to ask customer to recharge. Really poor service planning to change the dth. There is an advice for customers not to support for such a bad service tata sky fraud people. 😢😖

                                      The set top box of my Tata Sky HD+ had stopped functioning at 10;45 AM on[protected]. A complaint was lodged at 11:40 AM after little difficulty. This was acknowledged & a WO no NS[protected] was issued at11:52 AM on the very day. The local Tata Sky service personnel contacted only on next day i.e. on[protected].at 11:52 AM & visited thereafter 30 minutes. it was infmd. by him that the set top box needs replacement. However he infmd. that the same can be done on 18:04:2015 only as the same was not available at that time. Next day i.e.on 18th April the undersigned was infd, at 12:37 PM that the box will be replaced before 8PM. once again when no body had turned up, i enquired & was again infd, that the box will possitively be replaced next day that means on 19th April by 12:30 PM. now same story again. it was infmd. that this will be done on Monday. The above events had compelled me to rate yr services tollaly unsatisfactory & gross irresponsible with a total negative marking. it is very unfortunate that a company with Tata's name is behaving like this. By no means Such a reputed Co should take Five days for replacement of a set top box. I am forced to think why not this DTH connection shouid be thrown out. My Customer id -[protected]

                                        Dear all, I am a tatasky customer .my tatasky is not working from last 20, 21 days .I called minium 20 and more than that times to your customer care but nobady is able to solve the issue.always got replay from them is we have taken your request on priority basis.1st of all tell me your priority base request turn around time is 20and more days then what is your normal request time.I want my request to be closed today itself .
