Well I lost my signal on 11 of april, the reason given was system upgrade.Past one week I am complaining about it to customer care but my call is either sentenced to be on hold or they tell me that they will call in 8 hours. But till today's time they didn't call me back.They just take complaint of mine and forget it without taking an action against it. What else can I do to get justice...

    I lost my services on 3 rd April.I made so many complaints no responce.If you arange to give back my money i will shift to other DTH.Making complaints is waste of time and money.since two days i got message technician is coming.i wasted my time to waiting.no responce.i am user of tatasky since 2006. my user id [protected] please give me justice

    I have followed daily from 3 rd April.At the end I registered complaint and put mailsto Sri Ratan Tata and Sri Cyras Mistry.At lost it was resolved on 21 st April.

      [protected] is my I'm having 2 HD set up box at Mt home and I am not receiving signals since last 15 days and unable to view channels after paid full charge in advance and after made several complaints to the call centers still no one has visited my place to resolve the issue or no one has called back me to know about the issue of mine and now I am frustrated to do follow up as daily after 20 to 25 minutes waiting on call center they only replying we are only can take complains and other work do by senior level I want to resolve the issue on priority

        My name is mr.Parthasarathi Ray.. I stay at Mukand residential colony, Dighe.. and my phone number is [protected].. my subscriber id is [protected].. i have experiencing the problem of NO SIGNAL since the last 2 weeks.. at that time I had registered my complaint by giving a miss call on [protected].. at first the complaint was registered and then a call addressing the issue was answered by me.. where i was notified that a technician would be there at our doorsteps within 48 hours to solve the matter.. there has been NO such visit from any technician and furthermore a message was sent to me that my complaint has been cancelled.. i seriously dont get what is wrong with the tata sky service and how was my complaint cancelled without my problem being solved.. i would have to consider switching to other network if such pathetic service goes on..

On 13th April received a message stating that your WO No:[protected] has been canceled. i surprised without rectifying this issue, without any technician visit complaint get canceled. I request you to kindly consider and solve this issue ASAP. Thank you.

            My Tata Sky Subscriber ID is [protected] and as a loyal customer for more than 3 years, this is the worst/lowest level of service I have faced. I have gone for the annual package and paid a considerable amount for a multi pack plan for all channels; and only HD channels and sports channels work like they are supposed to. Signal issues and lack of clarity affect all other channels. Tata Sky keeps promising a technician visit, multiple calls have been placed, random technicians call up promising a visit and then nothing happens. I am extremely frustrated and do not know how to come out of this mess. Repent going for an annual package that does not allow me to cancel services as I have paid for the year.

                  I am not able to get a signal on my TATA SKY. This issue started about 2 weeks ago and when we called the customer care the recorded voice instructed us to sms "NS" to 56633. After doing this on the 6th April '15. We kept waiting for their representative to come and correct the problem. After calling several times and being placed on hold for more than 15 minutes each time. A person finally arrived on 12th April and reconfigured the system and we started receiving signals. However, this lasted only a day. Since 13th we were back to "NO SIGNAL" mode. Repeated calls have not got us any response. To add insult to injury, our balance recharge amount is reducing every day, despite not getting a signal. If the problem is genuine then the company should have the courtesy not to penalise the consumer for its inefficiency. I am extremely disappointed with TATA SKY. I hope they will resolve the problem asap.

                      I have 2 connections one in Mumbai and another in Kolkata. I have been trying to recharge the Kolkata connection [protected] since last 6 days but failed. Today I have been able to recharge Rs 80/- through "RechargeIt" and received a payment receipt confirmation from Tata Sky at 6.32pm However the channels are blocked and giving a message for making a payment. Your[protected] phoneline has a long wait period of 6 minutes. Twice I have managed to reach your customer care executive but calls get disconnected midway.

But yet no one call me & they send sms on 17th that your complaint has been completed & send yes OR no for satisfaction. I registered my complaint many times but no reply from other side, it is worst

PRESENT ADDRESS:C-1104, PURVA HEIGHTS APARTMENTS, # 14, BANNERGATTA ROAD, BILEKAHALLI, BANGALORE - 560 076( NEXT TO BRAND FACTORY, OPPOSITE TO KFC AND HOTEL NAGARJUNA) We have brought the DISH from the previous place. Iam daily calling the customer care and explaining about the issue and they were assuring that today there will be technician visit definitely, but no visit nothing.this is the daily routine happening since one week.Iam not receiving the signal since 15 days(from 2nd april 2015), till now there is no resolution for the problem. We are very much dissapointed with the services.I want to disconnect from tatasky.please tell me the procedure to disconnect. Thankyou!!!

                                      It is a matter of great concern that Tata sky is making fool to customers while upgrading . Many TV sets are either not working or partially working from last 8 days we get only few channel. Also I came to know that whenever technicans are coming, they simply say LNB problem and it will charge Rs. 350. Tata sky has selected the way of business of earning Rs 350/- . It seems that CEO Tata sky is also involved in this business while doing upgradation and the innocent customer pay Rs 350/- .In some case LNB was changed few months back. How LNB can go faulty very often. It is understood that DD channel should suppose to come free of cost which are not available. First it is difficult to get Tata associates on phone .If we get then you have to wait for 5 minutes, then phone automatically gets disconnected and we have to pay telephone charges which comes upto Rs 10/- My customer Id is [protected] . Upgradation is Tatasky problem. Why customer should tolerate it for 8 days. My compliant is pending from last 8 days and I am getting only 4 channels. I have recharged upto September 2015. A reply of few words will be appreciated. If CEO Tatasky is not capable to give satisfaction to customers then he should quit.He should not make business by charging Rs 350/- to customers or he should refund our amount paid upto september 2015
