    Dear Sir I have tatasky set top box .RMN [protected], Few chanels are not available last 8 months and MPEG4 updation is reqired for set top box.There is zero charge option is available for updation on the web page of site of tatasky.com but the sevice centre caller said it is chargeable

      Due to tatasky upgradation process. facing the no signal issue on 10 APR, raised the query on 14 APR and generated the work order NS[protected]. But no action taken by tata sky. When called customer care, they said, your problem will be solved in 24 hrs. but still no action taken.

        My tatasky Subscriber ID : [protected], I had been struggling to get video for past 1 month no proper response no one is answering. I am now planning to change my connection but I need the refund of amount which I had paid in advance. I had given missed calls to the mentioned number more than 100 times & logged online complaints more than 50 times still now no proper response & no technician visited. I am getting stressed out of this.

          I registered my several complaints on line and through call centre requesting them to resolve the issue.My first complaint was registered on 11th April, Till today it has not been resolved.Pictures are garbled and broken .I got 3 smses saying the job has been entrusted to some engineers aand they will call on me..first message is 12 and then 13, 16thg, 18th and on 20th of this month.

            My customer id is - [protected] - Soumyesh Kumar Panda. I am not able to view any channels except Satmax, zcinema & startgold. Is it what i am paying for ?? From last 3 weeks, i am unable to get the service. I am calling to the service number, but all is waste of my time and money. For each call i am spending abt Rs 20, but only for waiting. No body is responding. Is this the kind of service TataSky provides. I recomended all my friend circle in bangalore and in other states, never to go for tata sky. When will my problem be resolved ?????? The worst service provider Tata Sky !!!

                I am Mr. Krishnan, using TATA SKY cable to view channels in my TV AUDIO/VIDEO. The audio is not there, but visual is available. Pl. attend to the complaint immediately. I am a Monthly subscriber. The subscription is valid till 26/04/2015..

                  Dear Sir/Madam I am satrughana Sahoo user of Tata sky since 6 year .I had request for reinstalation of my tata sky user id [protected] on[protected] & I had installed on[protected] & at the same time I had given Rs 200 to engineer for installation charge..but after some days again Rs200 deducted in my DTH a/c..for that I had lodge one complain on 12/04/2015 & the customer support person promise me to solve this problem within 72 hour ..but..still my problem not solve..& when I m going to contact by phone ..unnecessary balance is dedicating but no rpl nothing .. So suggest me what I will do.. With regards Satrughana sahoo

                    sub id [protected], Gurudatt.j No signal from from 9th april, neighbour had mistaken & taken away his dish, after 3 visit it was resolved today. All this has happened during installation, neighbour wire was connected to your dish using twin plug. for no mistake of mine i was deprived of my service during 9th april to 20th april, hope you would consider this & waive of my not utilised service.

                        I am a tata sky user with user id [protected]. On 20th april 2015 at 12:34pm I received a call from a tatasky executive named Rohit Kadam with employee id. 105512 as supplied to me by the customer care on my complaint; called me to tell that I am having the monthly active english pack for free for one month and after which it would have been chargeable and asked whether or not I am approving it. On a reply i said to Mr.kadam that i will take that free versions only and will not opt for paying for the pack as i dont need it. Still he activated the pack and then i received an sms that the certain pack has been activated and is charged too. Basically he told a lie that the pack is free for one month. Confronting this situation I called their customer care and demanded the refund and cancellation of the pack. At the same time I also demanded the executive's name and employee id. I believe that this type of practice is really unethical and a harrassment for the customers.

                                Not able to get tat sky service from last 1 months and Tata sky deducting money for the same. I booked the yearly package, no service engineer came to my home to check the problem. it's double loss for me i am not able to take tata sky service and do not have any other option.

                                    Hi, I am an existing TATA SKY customer and have been using it's services for past 3 years. I am currently using a TATA SKY HD set up. Yesterday, I ordered another TATA SKY HD box with annual grand sports offer around 1 pm. This is supposed to be new connection and not related with my previous account. The mobile number I gave for registration is [protected]. On making a payment of Rs. 5850, i came upon a page which said my transaction was successful. The transaction ID, which I also got on my email is DS[protected]. I got a call after 3 hours and they asked for a confirmation for installation and said the same will be done by evening. However around 8 pm I got another call wherein the Tata sky executive claimed that my transaction was not successful. I have an email stating the transaction is successful, I have a bank account which has been debited by an amount of Rs 5850, i fail to understand their claim. This morning I gave a call to tata sky customer care, after transferring my call to 3 different departments, after explaining myself to 3 different executives, the conclusion made was that no payment was made at all. Tata sky I would want you to know, you have got pathetic support staff for the consumers, they don't care what the complain is and are very adamant on not helping the consumer. They lack good communication skills both english and hindi and they are rude enough to put you on mute while you are speaking. Please understand our time is precious too. Money is one thing, the time and energy I have to waste in it makes me feel that I made a pathetic decision opting for your services. Please get this issue resolved at the earliest.                                       Dear Sir / Madam This is with regards to the above mentioned Subscriber ID and Complaint No. It is with great disappointment that I have to write this email and also file official complaints with Consumer Forum, Complaints Board and Akosha. My complaint has been pending for the past 7 days and I have made 3 reminder calls so far and every time I am promised that a technician will be calling and visiting with 24 hours. It has been a week and no one has bothered to call or resolve my complaint. I am holding 3 main connections in 3 homes with 7 Multi TV connections and all of them are Annual HD Packs. If a premium 8 year old, educated customer has to suffer so much, I wonder the plight of common man who is dealing with Tata Sky. My family has to stay at home throughout the day in the hope that a technician would come anytime to resolve the problem and in case they are not at home, this pending complaint would never be resolved. We are unable to view a majority of the channels and my subscription money has been wasted for the past 1 week. I hereby raise an official written complaint with multiple forums and platforms against Tata Sky and demand the following – 1. My complaint needs to be resolved within 24 hours of this email 2. My account needs to be credited back for the loss of non-availability of Tata Sky services for 1 week for 2 connections under the above subscription ID 3. Written Apology from Tata Sky for the hardship caused due to uninformed termination of services If my demands are not fulfilled with 24 hours, I will escalate this complaint upto Tata Sons Management and Executive Committee Members for their immediate attention for the hardship caused by their staff to Indian citizens. This is not a reflection of the Tata Brand that Hon. Mr. Jamshedji Tata and Hon. Mr. Ratan Tata had created for India. I hope my complaint will now be taken up seriously by the so-far deaf years of your pathetic Customer Care teams. Regards Ritesh H. I am not getting Tatasky signals for the past 21 days. I am also not able to reach to their customer care. They had earlier toll free numbers, now they have removed them and made normal chargeable lines to contact them. The wait periods are so long and calls are not connected at any time of the day. They are not available for chat and they are not responding to emails. I have availed annual subscription and so not able to disconnect without contacting them. Pl intervene.
