sir/madam I am your old Tata sky DTH customer for since 2004, My Tata Sky subscriber ID [protected] is the name of Kamal Singh, I make a complaint regarding low signal problem for your Tata sky updating presses, I make a complaint to your customer care number and other complaint number it';s showing on your Home screen for around 2 week before but know one came to my home to resolve that problem. At last your service Engineer comes at my home visited on dated 13th April 2015 and he synchronize that Dish signal part. But after some hours tata sky that signal problem not working properly the tata sky channel';s are not coming. so I do complaint again at your customer care number, your executive said that the service engineer visiting our home next day. But your service Engineer Mr. Nitin called up his mobile no. +[protected] to my mobile and visit today morning dated 15th April around 11.50 onwards. I checked that tata sky Dish part said that is not working properly so he can change that Dish part and that part cost is Rs. 450/- and that dish part payment urgest on our tata sky balance. I tell him to change that dish part. But he is cheated me he instead old used that dish part and trying to cheated us. So I click a picture of that part. I also lunch a complete at your customer care regarding this matter, the complaint no. is 1-[protected] Dated 15 April 2015. So please do action about that service person Mr.Nitin who tiring to cheated us. He also don';t caring customer remarks documents.     My TATA Sky Subscriber ID is [protected]. I Purchased TATA SKY connection online with help of TATA SKY customer care person and Installation was scheduled on 13 APR but since then I have not receive any call from TATA SKY. I called 5 times and every time CC person says -" I will put your request on high priority and someone contact you very soon for installation time. " No one has replied and not sure how long would it take to. Worst part is ever time I call and the person attend call had no history of previous discussions. TATA Sky has worst customer care service,

          Since 9th March 2015 we are not receiving signals of TATA DTH telecast channels. My subscription ID is [protected]. It is a painful experience as my calls every day get neither connected and if at all connected they keep the headset aside while merrily laughing. It is obvious they have ni answer to the service issues. After sending an SMS repeatedly a technician comes and says there is problem at our end which is rubbing salt to wound as all neighbourhood connections also affected same problem but TATA itself says they are upgrading the system. We appreciate snags when you upgrade but the least we expect from a reputed company like TATA is to compensate customers the lost recharge and give customers a valid date from which they will be charged. It is unfair to fleece the customers for the non-existing service and deducting the recharge. We keep getting SMS saying account is deactivated which is unfair corporate ethics from an organisation like TATA. Looks like TATA also joined other street smart fly-by night companies bandwagon leaving corporate responsibility to customers to wind. I will be happy if this forum resolves my complaint and TATA reimburses and the charge deducted and also restores services, lest I have no option but switch the service provider or shut the TV as we are much more peaceful without this box Pratap Reddy

            I am subscriber of tata sky ( Id: [protected]) with registered mobile [protected]. I have subscribed for one year mega HD file. Since 1st April - we are not able to view many of the channels. we registered many complaints without resolution. Last complain register one week back with work order no. NS[protected]. No solution, now we are not able to connect to customer care due to conjection.

              Tata sky claims that they are upgrading their systems. But it has left many consumers without any signal. we are paying the full amount for monthly package for Tata sky. but not getting signal for majority of the channels. when a complaint was registered, i got SMS that a technician from Tata sky will visit on 11th April but nobody showed up.when i called customer care, i was told they will visit and then only they will inform about the days for which channels were not shown and accoridngly balance in the account will be adjusted. but nothing of that sort has happened till now. call center agents are not taking any calls. once i waited for 30 mins and was repeatedly told that my hold time is 9 min. 2ndf time i called and was told hold time is only 5 mins but still i was waiting for 15 mins. both the times, i ultimately disconnected the call as it was not connected to call center agent.

                I am facing no signal issue since 1st April, I had raised multiple complain from my account also raised multiple complain via miss call service. Initially I use to get the message as technical visit is pending which never happened. All the complain I raised just get closed without even informing me. The first complain was raised on 3rd April. It is so difficult to reach the customer service but still I wasted 20 minute just to reach the customer service. First time I was able to reached the customer service was 13th april, after 9 minute in the queue I was able to reach the agent called Swati who gave me the same standard answer technician will be visiting to resolve the issue, I insisted to speak to supervisor, agent kept me on hold for 9 minute however supervisor (Prakash) came on call and assured me that technician will visit on the same day which did not happen. Next day I called up again and I was on the queue for 21 minute 51 sec and finally it got disconnected by itself asking me to try later. The worst part is they started detecting money from the account without giving the service and finally they deactivated the account once money was exhausted. I recharged the account just for Rs150 on 15th April instead of my regular amount of Rs 494 on activation they detected Rs 10 as reactivation service. I do not understand what kind I service I am getting since 15 days.                   This is Santosh Singh a tata sky consumer since long. My tata sky no. is [protected] and registered mobile no. is [protected]. I am having secondary connection also. Now I want to discontinue the secondary connection. Accordingly I have tried several times to contact the tata sky personnel over the telephone no. provided in your site. But no response have been received. No one even lift the phone despite calling more than 100 times in a week time. This shows dictatorship approach of Tata sky. I again request u to resolve my problem and disconnect my secondary connection with immediate effect.

                    My subscriber's ID is[protected]. It has been more than 15 days now that we are not getting most of the channels Tata sky tells us that they are upgrading channels. But does it take so many days to upgrade and improvise? There are many toll free numbers Tata sky has given us, if we call any of them it says "our representative is busy with other calls...hold on the line". My question is is there only one representative to respond to everbody's call? they also say "press 1 to get back a call from us"...we have called n number of times but there is no body to respond to our problem...is it some kind of a prank they are playing on us? Tata sky people should bear in mind that we are not free users of the channels that they provide, we pay for the subscription.They should have some value for other people's money and time. If tata sky people can not resolve the problem please let us no so that we can make some arrangement of disposing the set top box of tata sky and also to suggest other people to not even think of opting tata sky. We have been using tata sky for so many years now...we been loyal to tata sky but i dont think Tata Sky understands the concept of consumer loyalty.

                      dear sir, Kindly pay attention to the following grievances regarding my tata sky connection 1. I had opted for supreme sports pack without HD channels which was to be renewed on 22nd April' 2015. Suddenly without any request from my side, I received one message and HD channels were resumed on my tata sky. The amount for this was deducted from my balance amount. 2. Due o this, my recharge date was preponed to 10th April' 2015. 3. Now I have recharged with Rs. 500/- and my monthly charges are Rs. 450/- including HD Channels which i dont want to continue viewing. 4. I tried a lot to talk to an executive of Tata sky but could not do so as your automatic helpline is ridiculous. 5. it is therefore requested to change my plan to Dhamal mix pack without HD channels costing to Rs. 240/- p.m. immediately. 6.                             This to inform that we have mad complained that we are not able to watch malayalam channels and when click it is getting blank. we have been informed that next 24 hours the same will be sorted out but even after 72 hours no body has contacted us so far.                               I am a registered subscriber of tatasky and am paying the subscription fees.In spite of that i am not able to see the channels.I get the message "no signal".I have contacted the support helpline, but of no use. I feel cheated by tatasky as this is some kind of looting people money.

                                Sir According to record Active Vedic is activated on date 3rd Jan 2015 for 3 months only.But now 3 month has complited i have given so many complain but they r not dropping it, Rather they r charging Rs5 per day.                                   I have given miss call100 times on [protected]. Its fourth week with no signal. What kind o[censored]pgrade Tata sky are doing from last one month? I am waiting for technician from last 20 days but no one turned up... what is issue????During this service outage, do not deduct any balance at all... Tata sky...shame on you.. They are looting Indian like anything.

I am following up with Tata Sky through all possible communication media for temporary suspension of my secondary connection (standard [protected] [protected] Secondary Active) since last 1 week however it has still not been done. This is the worst service which I am getting from tata sky. Can anyone will look into it.                                       Hi, There is no service for the last 11 days. Lodged a complaint and received sms acknowledgement also but no one showed up till date. Called Customer care multiple times but call getting cut after holding for 15-120 mins every time. The subscriber fee getting charged every day and up for renewal now. Don't see any point in renewing as the services are not there anyways. Expect TATA Sky to reverse credit for the no of days of non-service and immediate technician visit for rectification.

                                        I have lost tatasky signal since April 1st. After multiple calls a work order was generated but no further follow up or action done on that. All this while my account balance is being deducted including HD access fee, though I'm unable to view any of the HD channels. I need an immediate refund for the amount deducted since the start of the issue till date and the issue to be resolved ASAP. What is the point of maintaining a customer support number when the number is never reachable, always in waiting even after waiting for 1 hour no one answers. If the issue is not resolved within another 2 days I will be forced to move to consumer court. Subscriber ID: [protected]
