not getting Malayalm channels

This to inform that we have mad complained that we are not able to watch malayalam channels and when click it is getting blank. we have been informed that next 24 hours the same will be sorted out but even after 72 hours no body has contacted us so far. No signal from tatasky

I am a registered subscriber of tatasky and am paying the subscription fees.In spite of that i am not able to see the channels.I get the message "no signal".I have contacted the support helpline, but of no use. I feel cheated by tatasky as this is some kind of looting people money....

No Service since last 20 days - Sub ID 1034051860

I have given miss call100 times on [protected]. Its fourth week with no signal. What kind o[censored]pgrade Tata sky are doing from last one month? I am waiting for technician from last 20 days but no one turned up... what is issue????During this service outage, do not deduct any balance at all... Tata sky...shame on you.. They are looting Indian like anything....

No Service for last 11 days : Subscriber ID 1093828414

Hi, There is no service for the last 11 days. Lodged a complaint and received sms acknowledgement also but no one showed up till date. Called Customer care multiple times but call getting cut after holding for 15-120 mins every time. The subscriber fee getting charged every day and up for renewal now. Don't see any point in renewing as the services are not there anyways. Expect TATA Sky to reverse credit for the no of days of non-service...

I have lost tatasky signal since April 1st. After multiple calls a work order was generated but no further follow up or action done on that. All this while my account balance is being deducted including HD access fee, though I'm unable to view any of the HD channels. my sub I'd [protected] .just recharged for rs 400 on April 4.On the very next my box stopped receiving signal, started trying customer care but no use my balance was going in vain but few days later technician showed up he said we should change the setupbox and it will cost rs 350 we also accepted then he said hell come with a box after an hour but five days over still we have not received anything...

Worst customer support of tatasky

After placing the order confirmation mail came from tatasky team and they scheduled date for deinstalling my tatasky from old home. At that very day noone came to deinstall and noone even call regarding that though sms and mail confirmation came to me regarding engineer visit. No response ot help from tata sky customer care

I am really disappointed from Tata sky services. I am paid for the HD services but the HD channels are not working from last 15-20 days, i have complained about it at Tata sky customer care and was promised that technician will come to check, but there is no progress of the complaint yet. How can you people be so careless and waste our money like this. Highly unprofessional and unethical behaviour....

Annual pack recharge

tatasky channels in tamil not functioning

Tamil channels not functioning for the past 15 days citing technical problem. Whereas local private technician sets it alright at Rs400. Will tatasky personally depute someone to rectify this.
