I am your old Tata sky DTH customer for since 2004, My Tata Sky subscriber ID [protected] is the name of Kamal Singh, I make a complaint regarding low signal problem for your Tata sky updating presses, I make a complaint to your customer care number and other complaint number it';s showing on your Home screen for around 2 week before but know one came to my home to resolve that problem.
At last your service Engineer comes at my home visited on dated 13th April 2015 and he synchronize that Dish signal part. But after some hours tata sky that signal problem not working properly the tata sky channel';s are not coming.
so I do complaint again at your customer care number, your executive said that the service engineer visiting our home next day.
But your service Engineer Mr. Nitin called up his mobile no. +[protected] to my mobile and visit today morning dated 15th April around 11.50 onwards. I checked that tata sky Dish part said that is not working properly so he can change that Dish part and that part cost is Rs. 450/- and that dish part payment urgest on our tata sky balance.
I tell him to change that dish part. But he is cheated me he instead old used that dish part and trying to cheated us. So I click a picture of that part. I also lunch a complete at your customer care regarding this matter, the complaint no. is 1-[protected] Dated 15 April 2015.
So please do action about that service person Mr.Nitin who tiring to cheated us. He also don';t caring customer remarks documents.

Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Tata sky tells us that they are upgrading channels. But does it take so many days to upgrade and improvise?
There are many toll free numbers Tata sky has given us, if we call any of them it says "our representative is busy with other calls...hold on the line". My question is is there only one representative to respond to everbody's call? they also say "press 1 to get back a call from us"...we have called n number of times but there is no body to respond to our problem...is it some kind of a prank they are playing on us?
Tata sky people should bear in mind that we are not free users of the channels that they provide, we pay for the subscription.They should have some value for other people's money and time.
If tata sky people can not resolve the problem please let us know so that we can make some arrangement of disposing the set top box of tata sky and also to suggest other people to not even think of opting tata sky.
We have been using tata sky for so many years now...we been loyal to tata sky but i dont think Tata Sky understands the concept of consumer loyalty.
