This is to draw your kind attention to the on going agony faced due to the non service of Tata Sky subscription bearing ID number- [protected]. Time and again we have lodged complaint with the Tata Sky help line numbers, with out any constructive solutions. It's been continuous process as we are unable to view our favourite programmes, despite on time payment of the subscription amount. The voice on the helpline number keep on iterating about the Upgrading and so on, but Nobody has bothered to revert with the solution, It's been three weeks now, and can be construed as mental agony and harassment. We have also requested Tata Sky to return our deposit, however the same is still unattended. In the light of the aforestated facts, we request ICC to intervene and help us get the deposit along with suitable compensation to gain active service providers for the basic and humble need of entertainment, which is the basic right of any individual.

    Sub Id : [protected] Cant view ChannelsWe can't view channels for the past 3 weeks and this is crazy - we have submitted complaints multiple times, calls, emails and SMS's but no response. Work order number will be raised, without resolving the issue, work order is closed multiple times. Pathetic response times and horrible service and we are ready to disconnect both our connections and move to an another DTH service provider

      We have subscribed the South India package ( Kannada Channels) . Since 2 days, we are not able to view kannada Channels, but we are able to view other channels which comes along with this package. Can you please look into this and resolve it at the earliest. Our subscription id is[protected]

        I have two connections. The subscription ID-[protected], Since April 2015 both set top box is not getting signal & and are non functional. Menu pages appear but no channel signal. Customer care is not responding to my complaint. Online complaints gets closed without attending to the fault. For past one week, the help line nos are non functional. Very bad experience and poor support. Dont know what to do and whom to approach.

          Respected Sir/Madam, Tata Customer ID : [protected] This is with reference to my conversation with your executive on 10.4.2015 regarding my cable bill. Without my consent the executive added Ten Sports in my Cable TV pack and charged me for March 2015 cable connection Rs 402.20 .which should be rs 380.00. My due date is 17.4.2015 will pay the amount but plz reverse the excess amount not asked to be included in the pack. Thanks and regards, Sudeshna Sur

            We can't view channels for the past 3 weeks and this is crazy - we have 2 connections and we have submitted complaints multiple times, calls, emails and SMS's but no response.               This is in regards to your upgradation done in the month of March, after which some of the channel mostly Regional channel which is not functioning properly. As there was a message on the screen to give a misscall on [protected], on which I did so on 02nd Apr 2015, ( NS[protected] then after I received message on 04th Apr 2015 stating that sorry due to delay in attending the case, my account is been given a credit of 3days worth of subscription charges. and the visit was scheduled on 04th Apr 2015, between 2000hrs to 2040hrs, your technician visited my place as we were not having the key for the terrace he said he will come the next day at 1100am, unfortunate no one visited, we were at home waiting for the technician. When there was no visit, again I called on 08th Apr 2015, that time I was told that my earlier case is been closed as its been attended, when I told the customer service representative that its not been attended and also informed as above about the key. He said he cannot do anything, and I have to log a new request, which I did so on the same day ( NS[protected], till today no one has come to solve the problem, every alternate day I call them but no proper reply. Well in this case I think now Tata Sky is not been up to the mark as earlier, and is trying to get the customer shifted to other service provider.                 Dear sir/ madam on 12/04/2015 i recharge my tatasky ID [protected] THROUGH online and i got one OTP for final transfer and also i got one reference no after transaction i.e Ref No IG00WEMIZ2 and bank statement ref no CSBI[protected]IG00WEMIZ2 trasfer to[protected] but my tatasky deactivated. I try to contact tatasky but they cant do any help please help spo that i got that amount cr to either bank or tatasky

                  Dear sir, I K Sarangapani is using Your dish tv that is TATA SKY since a long but suddenly some problem has occured and it is not recieving signal. I tried to cal the customer care many times but there was no response from your side. Its takes alot of time to the phone to pickup by customer center.Almost 200 Rs have gone in vain by calling to customer care.A technician came and repaired the dish and was aking 150 Rs to repair it but TATASKY Company says that their technician will repair it for free cost.I think, this our mistake that we chose TATASKY as our dish. I request you to please send a technician to repair the dish. This is my humble request to you.                     Hi, My Name is Haribabu and customer id is [protected]. Past 15 days no channels are working. Several times i have called but no response to the mails, calls or complaints. Thousand's of the customers including me are shouting on the open forums but these tata sky guys are not responding and hiding behind. I really frustrated with the careless service from tatsky. Thanks for providing the services so far, and return my deposit and take back your device. I would like to drop subscription. For this complaint also if they wouldn't respond, i would like to approach consumer court.

                      Why Should People should trust on TATA Sky????? Please reply Mr. Ratan tata, If you are good CEO & you have any customer value. I got No signal for few channels like 135, 133, 192, 322, 582...etc. I already made complain on 6-4-2015, still not solve my problem, My wife call for same for this complain, but they add active cooking pack, without her permission, which she did not want.                           Dear Sir, I called Tata sky customer care for the installation of new set top box One person came & installed the system. He charged Rs. 2700 for complete installation without any bill. The price given in the site for Tata Sky DTH HD is 1800 + activation charges. The same product is charged for Rs. 1900 in my neighbour. Now I want to know what is the break up charge for this installation of the bill. I did not expect such unprofessionalism from TATA BRAND. Please provisde me the proper bill for the complete installation charges.

                                Hi my subscription number is [protected].Tata sky claims that they are upgrading their systems. But it has left many consumers without any signal. we have to pay the full amount for monthly package for Tata sky. but not getting signal. when a complaint was registered, i got SMS that a technician from Tata sky will visit on 11th April but nobody showed up.when i called customer care, i was told they will visit and then only they will inform about the days for which channels were not shown and accoridngly balance in the account will be adjusted. but nothing of that sort has happened till now. call center agents are very rude... I haven't not watch tv since 20 March... and complained many times butbut when I called him today again he claim no complaint was booked. This is sick we don't even know whom to contact or how to get it resolved . VVerVery bad service.

                                  I have a tata sky connection. For past 2 weeks I have not been receiving their complete service in spite of being subscribed to the mega pack (all channels ). I am not receiving any HD channel and not receiving many other channels. I have made a complaint to them NS[protected] on 3rd April after trying to call their call center for 3 days. I have contacted them via chat, which promised a resolution in 48 hours but even then there is no resolution. I have invested 6500 in the HD recorder box and paid 7500 as the annual charges which is valid till January 2016. After so much investment if I just switch to another DTH provider it will be a huge loss to me. So, I would like to pursue this case and recover my investment and make them pay for my damages.

                                    I am Kiran Hekare - subscription ID- [protected], Since 2nd April 2015 my set top box is not getting signal & Customer care is very careless to listen my complaint, its a mental torture. I want all my money back with interest & want all information about Tata Sky April collection from all India & how much they are compensating to customers. If customers are recharging late tata Sky takes Idle maintenance charges till recharge done. Now its time for Tata Sky to pay to customers by same rule. I guess its huge Fraud that tata sky is doing with customer money. If we imagine lacs of Indian customers 15 to 20 days money is not return how much fund they had collected.

                                      I Mr.Vijay Kambli, Id no.- [protected] and other residents from my building have not been recieving signal since 8/04/2015 which is almost a week (which also happens very often). Even after trying to call up you people hundreds of times we have recieved no response from you which is highly unexpected of you. Inspite of recieving no signal, ₹8 are deducted everyday from our account. Your delayed response is highly annoying and unexpectable. Please look into the matter within next one day or we are switching over from your cable operator to another better one. And not just us but everyone facing problem in our building...

Since i am taking your services from 2006 own ward to till date.is it right way to taking more amount from customer???? Request you to return my access amount what i have pay ed extra till date.
