my sub I'd [protected] .just recharged for rs 400 on April 4.On the very next my box stopped receiving signal, started trying customer care but no use my balance was going in vain but few days later technician showed up he said we should change the setupbox and it will cost rs 350 we also accepted then he said hell come with a box after an hour but five days over still we have not received anything

    Hello, I am not able to see any channel since last 3 weeks (25 Mar 2015) due to non sense up gradation process. No one is calling back for complaint resolution (got call in this week from customer care to ask nonsense question 'should I register your complaint?') Really poor an pathetic service from Tata Sky. I will move to consumer court by next week if problem is not solved. Imran Nabab [protected] Pune

      Hello, My subscriber id is [protected]. 2weeks back i placed one request regarding moving home. After placing the order confirmation mail came from tatasky team and they scheduled date for deinstalling my tatasky from old home. At that very day noone came to deinstall and noone even call regarding that though sms and mail confirmation came to me regarding engineer visit. I was completely helpless that time and i own open tatasky umbrella from terrace. Now, in my new home to install tatasky, i again placed request and again the confirmation came from tatasky team regarding this. SMS and mail confirmation came from tatasky regarding the date and timing of engineer visit. Its around two weeks i am chasing to the tatasky guys after the engineer visit schedule day, after that mail calls came, all are telling sorry for the inconvenience. But no one is telling when they will come to install tatasky. Its around two weeks i am spending money to call tatasky customercare to request them installing tatasky. Its really a harassment taking tatasky and its service. I don't know when my issue would be resolved. Thanks, Debanjan

      It really a matter, these tatasky guys promote their service so vigorously, if they have invest that strength in real service, that could have better. To all customers who are planning for new Dish Tv, please dont prefer tatasky.

        I am really disappointed from Tata sky services. I am paid for the HD services but the HD channels are not working from last 15-20 days, i have complained about it at Tata sky customer care and was promised that technician will come to check, but there is no progress of the complaint yet. How can you people be so careless and waste our money like this. Highly unprofessional and unethical behaviour.

            Hi this is the second time I am complaining that on 26th of March I paid Rs 7900/= for charging my main box for an annual SOUTH MEGA PACK.I was surprised to get a call from Call centre wether to charge accordingly I do not understand why the question when I paid for it.The more surprising was getting a call on 10th of April asking me to pay anotherRs450/= as they said they have charged it to my second box without my request or consent.I am with Tata group since last almost four decades and we never behaved with the customer in this manner.You people are promissing to get back within 24 hours and this is my FOURTH complaint twice on Akosha and Twice directly to Tatasky.I do hope to get an earlier reply this time.               Tamil channels not functioning for the past 15 days citing technical problem. Whereas local private technician sets it alright at Rs400. Will tatasky personally depute someone to rectify this. This problem is every household in Salem. My id no [protected] Sivaraman [protected]. Not out of place to mention that tatasky should compensate for this channels going off the air.

                my consumer ID is [protected]. My set top box has not been receiving signal for past 3 weeks. I have registered complaint again and again. Still of no avail. I am losing money like this. Please reply whether you can resolve this or else give us a n ultimatum so that i can shift to some other provider.

                  This is for sixth time I am writing my complaint without getting responce from any one o[censored] in .Brief; I made on line payment of Rs.3150 on 10-04-15 for supreme sport (My due date of renewal is[protected] Now I want to change pack to DHOOM pack So Rs.179X18months i.e next due date will be October 2016 Another complaint; I was befooled by installing HD box when I do not have LED T V set !

                    I use Tatasky HD(Subscriber Id: [protected]) from 3 years. On 002-Apr-2015 it stopped receiving all HD channels as well many other channels. I came to know from there adv that they are upgrading there systems. They asked to send an SMS 'NS' to 56633 or give missed call to [protected], from my registered mobile number. I did the same on 07Apr-2015 and received SMS from them saying "Your Request is under process, you will receive the response shortly". After this I daily received SMS from them saying that my request is in queue and my account is being credited by three days or 2 days. But The issue is not got resolved yet, are you serious about your service or what? I think I should go to other D2v where I can get better service . & your customer care service is very very week, they only call but they do nothing and I who remind them that my channels are not working.

                      My Tata Sky Customer Id is [protected]. Its has been 13 days without signals. In this "'13 days'' span I called many times and spoke to your customer executive 10 times. My 1st complain No is - NS[protected]dt. 02/04/15). On 04/04/15, I got a call from [protected], saying he was a Tata Sky Technician and asked whether my problem was solved or not. Then he came to my house and suggested me to upgrade my dish and then I could able to watch my channels properly and it would cost me 350 bucks. But before your "system upgradation" it was clear and I could able to watch my channels properly. So I called at your customer care on 04/04/15 at 2:47 pm to make myself confirmed about the price of the dish and why should be I liable to pay the amount. Then I was informed by your Tata sky Executive, M. Chandan that, the person visited my house, was not a Tata sky Technician. And He assured me that a genuine Tata sky Executive would visit my house very soon. As my set top box was not receiving signal properly till 09/04. Again I called at your customer care desk and after so many tries I could able to speak to your Customer Care Exc. at around 9:40 pm. This time it was with again Mr. Chandan. I described him everything and I was asked to hold the phone. I waited for 8-9 minutes. As I couldn't get anything from your side, I had to cut the call. And just after that phone call I got a message from AM-MYTSKY, that my Tata Sky WO NS[protected] of 02/04/2015 22:01 has been completed. I was totally shocked. How could this be possible!As per Mr. Chandan, none has visited our house, then how could be the Work Order be completed. I called again at Tata Sky Customer desk at around 10:25 pm and spoke to Mr. Luv. Then he assured me, the person visited my house, was the none but your Tata Sky Technician. Now let me know whose assurance to be taken? Is it of Mr Chandan or of Mr Luv. Again I lodged the complaint bearing no.: HL9MXD3. Mr. Luv assured me that the problem would be solved by the next day that is by 10/04. As usual till 11/04 none has visited my house. So I spoke again at 2:45 pm and repeated the entire matter to your Customer Care Executive Mr. Shiva. This time I got this call from your end as I mentioned ''NO'' at your feedback message. Mr Shiva assured me that I would get a call within next 4 hours. But the result was the same till 13/04. Again I called yesterday (13/04) at 12:45pm. Then Miss Harvindar transferred my call to Miss Prajakta. Now she assured me that my problem would be solved within 1 hour. You failed again. I called again at around 4:08pm and spoke to Mr. Kartik. And the same drama was repeated. I have spoken to your customer care executives 10 times, mailed at your help desk id ([protected]@tatasky.com), but everything is in vain. I'm really frustrated. Now either you take a action against my entire harassment and refund my money back to my account or there's left no other way but to get redress from Consumer Protection Forum (NCDRC).

                        I purchased Tatasky HD(Subscriber Id: [protected]) on 12-Feb-2015. On 03-Apr-2015 it stopped receiving all HD channels as well many other channels. I came to know from there adv that they are upgrading there systems. They asked to send an SMS 'NS' to 56633 or give missed call to [protected], from my registered mobile number. I did the same on 04-Apr-2015 and received SMS from them saying "Your Request is under process, you will receive the response shortly". After this I daily received SMS from them saying that my request is in queue and my account is being credited by three days. The issue got resolved on 15-Apr-2015, but I didn't received any credit as promised by them. I tried to call on there help line numbers, [protected] and [protected], but again was asked to wait because all there representatives were busy. These are not toll free number and I have already wasted around 150 Rs calling on them.I tried to call late in the night but even at that time they were busy.

                          Repeated calls and complaints are either disregarded or not attended to. Two work orders were generated, second being NS[protected]. The service is disrupted since 02 April. Please take action for immediate restoration and extension of present subscription by the period of denial of service.

                            Tata Sky, what is wrong with you. Their is no network and few channels that are coming even they are not proper. Even the customer care is not responding, even after waiting for them for about 25 minutes. When there's a late payment, you directly revoke the connection, what are you going to do now. We have already paid for the coming month, I really hope you will adjust our changes with this last 15 days service disruption. My subscription if: [protected] From, Exhausted Tata Sky Customer.

HAVE GIVEN MISSED CALL ON 8TH APRIL TILL NOW ONE HAS TURNED UP. CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE HAS GOT NO KNOWLEDGE OF ATTENDING CALLS. YOUR IVR IS MOST PATHETIC.                                 Hi, My subscription id is : [protected] setupbox type : HD Setupbox no :[protected] ' Since First week of April, there is no service from TatSky. If I call them up, they tell next 4 Hrs it will be resolved, or next day it will be resolved. But no one communicate. No resolution done. After repeated calls, one representative claims there are 40+ lakh customers facing issue and service engineers need to visit and resolve it so it is taking time ! I do not understand on what basis TataSky UPGRADED their sercive without understating the implications of change. There are technical competent folks who guide the management? How can the UPGRADE decision can be taken without understanding I am facing the signal problem for more than 15 days. From last sunday (5th Apr 2015) I gave missed call to the number [protected] daily and I called to customer care number almost daily. Apart from this I raised ticket and chat in online . Online ticket details are SR[protected] and SR[protected] Without the technician visited the house the tickets are closed. Even doing all this for last 15 days still no proper response from you guys. None of the technician visited so for and fixed the issue. So many calls, missed calls, chats, raising tickets but no use, still the same. Its really pathetic, very worst service which I never faced so for. Really pissed off on your service. Worst service which no one will bear.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, My DTH service provider (TATA sky) is not able to provide the service what i have already paid them as monthly subscription. The services were stopped from 11th April 2015 midnight. I had already submitted my request vide Service Request No: SR[protected] on 12th of April 2015 via online submission for request as well as telephonic submission of formal request. On 15th of April 2015 the customer call center executive told me that today my complaint will be addressed asap but still no actions have been taken from the Service Provider against my complaint. As a customer i had already paid my subscription fees in advance as directed by the rules of Service Provider. Kindly take strict actions against TATA SKY and solve my issue as well as i demand a total refund of my subscription fees paid in advance. Thanking You.
