I am not receiving malayalam channels since 5th of April 2015. I had lodged a complaint on 6th April and got assurance that a technician would contact me within 24 hours. Till now, nobody has contacted me. I have already paid for the service which I am not able to avail.

    I am using Tata Sky Dish at Bangalore and i am not getting channels from 01.04.2015 to till today. I have made several compliant from my Registered Mobile and through your Customer Service. Till today no one approach from your company, I can't believe that such a big company and Number One in India of TATA don't have courtesy to call and response to the customer for their problem and they don't have time to call. Your customer care peoples don't have time to even speak. Heard that you are upgrading your system, how can you stop the channels to the customer without prior intimation. You customer service peoples don't know any thing and they don't have courtesy how to talk and they will not give reply to our query and will not give proper reply. Your customer support person will not call us. But you are giving add that your team will solve the problem immediately. I don't understand how your persons are trained with our any information. But your have trained your peoples to ask customer to recharge the account and sending SMS with out getting channels. If not recharge you are sending SMS the it will be deactivated from tonight. Pl give proper reply how long it will take to restore your problems immediately.

      Hello, I writing this message to check tatasky working or not, frustration I don't What I have to do against you. From the last 20 days I don't have signal in my home every time I am getting message like " your complaint is currently in queue" I am really sad about all tatasky customers how many customers facing same problem because still After 20 days also I am In queue I am sending mail around 15 times I got only one reply from them Looking forward to hear from you soon !         Hi, We are not receiving any Marathi channels since last 2 weeks. In the last 8 to 10 days the other channels are also not visible now. My issues with Tata sky are as follows. 1. Through the Help line numbers i was never able to talk to any customer service associate. 2. Nobody has bothered to call back in the last 2 weeks. 3. Neither our complaint is solved in spite of repeated reminder calls. We opted for Tata sky expecting good service & picture quality. extremely disappointed with the service quality. i don't think you guys need old customers any more. Request you to tell me the refund process of the charges i have paid at the earliest.

          I have a tata sky connection with Sub Id : [protected]. I am facing issues regarding the poor signals and digi card error for which I raised the issue with customer Care HNH09NR on 13th Apr. Till now No resolution is being provided. Even after making several calls to Tata Sky customer care, no one is really interested to resolve the issue and keeping all the time to hold for more than 10-15mins mins( Logs from telco operator can be provided). Request someone to please help to get it resolved asap. Its really pathetic service from Tata Sky.

            Tata sky is the worst dth service now.Ism a customer from 4 years.Iam complaining my problem of not able to view the tv for last 5 days, but no one is least bothered to the issue.I want to get all my 4 connections right now and get my refund of my hd boxes.If it is not going to done today i will even give complains in all newspapers.

                I have been making annual payment regularly for the package being availed by me. On 11th February 2015 I received a call from Tata Sky offering me two channels nos.358 and 360 both together for Rs.114/- for one month and requested to please try the said channels. The person further said that in case I am interested in continuing the said two channels beyond one month I must forward a request and thereafter the charges will be higher. I was not willing to take those channels even for one month but on the request I consented to try for one month. After one month I started getting SMS on my cell phone and also the message on the TV Screen that I should clear the additional charge for the said channels. On 30th March 2015 I contacted your no. and spoke to one Ms.Vidya. I told her my problem. She promised me that the channels are disconnected and I will not receive the message henceforth. I continued to receive SMS and therefore contacted again on your toll free no.[protected] on yesterday i.e. on 14th March 2015 but I kept holding but nobody spoke to me. Then I gave a missed call on[protected] and I received a call from you today. One Mr.Laxman spoke to me and told me that you have to pay Rs.114/-. Thereafter we immediately paid Rs.120/- online. After payment of the said amount of Rs.114/-, I contacted again on [protected] for stop sending SMS or message on TV Screen as a payment of Rs.120/- for that one month is already made and channels after that months are already withdrawn. Thereafter we contacted thrice and were made to hold on 20-20 minutes each time without any responsible reply. The persons whom we spoke to are Mr. Raju Prasad, Mr.Sayyad and Mr.Harshal Dhillon. Please stop sending SMS to us for these additional channels and payment thereof as you have already received the said payment failing which we will be constrained to file a complaint in consumer court entirely at your risks at to the costs and consequences which you may please note.                   Tata sky is upgrading its system and due to that singal problem is occuring. Almost 90% channels facing the same issue.Calling to the helpline number several times didn't worked.And also sending messages and giving missed calls as they have stated for an engineer help didn't help. No one came till date. I have msg NS for 56666 and given missed calls to[protected].

                    Subscriber ID[protected] your consumer service is very bad & your helpline number is service is very poor, i am calling to every day but no reply i request to you again and again please Check your Service.I cant watch my favorite Marathi and Hindi channels for free but how marathi channel not Open ( no single) and activate for Sport and Car tune not to Open last 48 days. When contacted dealers they are not able to explain . Helpline numbers are not working. How can they act like this in this age of fierce competition. When the name TATA is prefixed we expect high standard and prompt service Set right the things immediately.

                      I have been using Tata sky since more than 3 year now... My ID No. [protected] Since 12-13 days, mostly channels are not working.only 10-12 channels are working.                         I am Arun Puranik. Mobile No [protected] Tata Sky ID [protected] .My services are disrupted since 25 days due to their own upgrading of system. Registered mobile on Tatasky no is in the name of my son. He is abroad and my complaint given on 5th April 2015 on "[protected]@tatasky.com". by Email. We are Sr. citizens at home and nobody till date has attended in in-spite of contact on email. Typical auto reply sent with Complaint no 1-[protected] on 13th April. How can you help to sort out this kind of problem. No technician has called up so far from this reputed service provider. Service provider Tata Sky Contact no [protected] & [protected] are not available. Waiting for reply on my Email "[protected]@gmail.com"

                          Reference : Subscriber No. [protected] On return from Out station on 13/04/2015, late evening found no signal. Lodged complaint from alternate mobile No [protected], at 11AM on 14/04/2015, as registered No. is abroad. No response in 30 HOURS. Have been deprived of viewing since almost 48 Hrs. Called DGM Customer Services four times. She did not lift phone in office hours(before 5 PM). No one in Tata Sky is bothered for Customer complaints.

                                despite of several call for past one week of requesting to install tatsky to my ne moved location no responce from any team. I am paying charges wasting my time and money...customer care helplines are also chargeable took a day leave for the same as well but the only reply i get is the technician will respond in an hour...if tatasky is incapable then they shud tell that we are sorry ur request shall take a weeks time to get attended. but these liars do not show the real picture. i want my money back. enough of tantrums and false promises. subscribers id:[protected]

                                  Dear sir / Madam We are using Tata Sky for last 5/6 years. Our Tata Sky Id no is --[protected]. For last 15/20 days we are not receiving the signals of about 8/9 channels. Many times complaint was made over phone and message were also sent. From them only said that they will send the technicians within 2/3 days . But not sent. I don't know with such poor services how many days more they will take to solve the problems. Therefore I request through this to take immediate steps to solve the problems. Otherwise we have to think to discontinue Tata Sky. With hope. Dinesh Ch.                                     My Tatasky set up box does not show any signal for the last 14 days now. Earlier in this month it did not work for 5 days. I have been trying to contact customer service but have not managed to speak to any of your BUSY executives. Why tata sky is so SHAMELESS 1. Despite no signal daily charges are been charged for the customer 2. The customer care numbers are unreachable but are charged Rs. 1.50 per minute 3. Each time customer care is reached the customer has to wit for 5 minutes and suddenly the call is cut 4. Sending a NS to 56633 costs Rs. 3 per SMS 5. Overall a customer loses minimum Rs. 150 for choosing tata sky as the provider The person who scheduled a service after 12 days of complaint They gave a credit of 5 days and no idea who will give my lost amount for 16 days. Mr. Rupesh ([protected]) who scheduled a service abused me and is not picking the call after I requested him to schedule it before 11 aM and after 6 PM and the person scheduled to visit Mr. Nagraj ([protected]) is a liar. He told he would show up at 6 PM on 13th and has not yet showed up. Now he is not picking up my phone.

                                      We are facing issues in viewing MARATHI CHANNELS since more than 15 days but not at all addressed by TATA SKY.They are continuously telling us that system is upgrading and they will schedule engineer visit to rectify the issue, but no one revert back with solution.. Also be noted, engineer calls us from ([protected]/[protected]) stating calling from TATA SKY and schedule engineer visit.But surprisingly no one came to our place and also when we call on this numbers they will not picking call and switching off the phone. Request you to take strict action against TATA SKY from non response TATA SKY CUSTOMER ID -[protected] COMPLAINT REGISTER ON -- 3RD APRIL 2015 COMPLAINT ORDER NUMBER- HGDN5RT

                                        I have a HD connection (reg mob: [protected]) and since nearly a month have not been receiving all the channels. Repeated attempts at contacting Tata sky help line or local technicians have either failed or have not been dealt with seriously. In the meantime, money keeps getting deducted from my account. Extremely disappointed with the service. Please resolve this issue ASAP. I am seriously considering discontinuing your services and actively discouraging other people from using Tata Sky.
