Tata Sky has been calling me repeatedly about installation of a binge. They say the the device is installed in the set box. There is no such device on the box and I have explained multiple times that the I dont have this device and I dont want this service. Still they keep on calling me.

    I am writing to lodge a complaint against tata sky. I don't have any accounts in tata sky and dont avail their services. However, I keep getting calls from them in the name of Subir/Subhas Bhowmik. I don't know how but according to tata sky my number [protected] is registered in tata sky in that person's name already mentioned above. I have already told them several times in last few days that there is something wrong and get your registered number rechecked and reverified as this number belongs to me. However, They didn't resolve the issues and I keep on getting messeges and calls from tata sky in my number. Please help to solve this issues. As they keep harassing or disturbing me by calls and messages.

      On 30-June-2020, Tatasky broadband company has promised me to give firestick free of cost by replacing existing Airtel boradband connection by tatasky broadband connection.
      After following up with the company sales head whose team (including him) gave me the offer. Later he said this is Tatasky DTV Binge offer in which I will get free of cost Amazon Firestick but I need to pay Rs249 as subscription fee lifetime. Whenever I stop paying, firestick will be taken back. I have asked him why he didn't provided me these details earlier (before paying 6 month advacne) and moreover Tatasky boradband monthly plan is Rs200 higher than Airtel broadband plan.
      Tatasky broadband customer relation person has contacted me some days ago and he naively giving me compensation of same Binge offer. He agreed upon false information and false promise being made by tata sky broadband sales team just to sell their product.
      Resolution: I want my full refund of the connection with interest or fulfill the promise made and also compensate me for this issue.

        Worst ever service by tatasky. My hd set box is always showing “no signal” due to cloudy weather. If so how come all others in our apartment are viewing channels (tatasky, airtel, sun, . etc) I have complained more than 50 times for the same issue every time technicians visit & cut Rs.150 from my account. Big looters, simply loot our recharge money & create problems purposely it seems. Above this whenever the service guys visit they replaces parts & charge extra saying repair is done personally for lesser charges than the company. Waiting for some more days as i am subscriber from many years or else will switch over for the different network. My tatasky ac id[protected].

            Hopeless service. Heaps of misinformation from very begining. We had taken the connection because we trust Tata service. The initial advertisement says that we can opt for temporary service disconnection, but after connection informed that the option is available only once a year. Next without informing they attach HD settop box and charged us for the same. Every monsoon there is a signal problem. When contacted the customer service they adviced us to go to settings and instructed us to go to First Time installation thus disconnecting the connection which forces us to ask for a paid visit by the service personal.

              There were glitches on my tv screen. All the channels were doing the same. The tech came and fixed it as the satalite antenna was not receiving proper signals. And then i got a text message saying "greetings from tata sky, charges payable towards wo# 1-1sdlm3xd completed on - 22/12/2019 - is rs.550/-. For any further queries, please call[protected]"
              I find it difficult to believe that we have to pay for the service and also pay to get the service properly.

                I have recharged my TV DTH ID [protected] on 12/08/2020 at 6 pm with 500 rupees from my ICICI Bank savings account but it still shows my account as deactivated on my TV screen. I had kept my set top box switched on while recharging. Why isn't the recharge reflecting on my DTH account?

                  I had talked to the customer care representative of the tata sky on phone multiple times since 31st july. After continuous reminders, the service person came thrice but we were not given a proper solution to the issue we are facing (Explained below). Mr. Deepak chauhan (Service personnel) do not respond to our calls and keep delaying the visits and have a new excuse every time.
                  It was committed by mr. Satyam who visited my house on 10th aug 2020 that some mr. Rahul and shubham will make arrangements of a new firestick in my name without any additional cost. Also, the firestick that was given to us previously is on some other person's name (Dharamendra rajput).
                  Issue :-we have paid rs.920 in the month of july for tata sky firestick but it is still not in the working condition. We are facing a lot of problem due to this and it is an unacceptable service from tata sky. Also tata sky binge is also not working.

                  I would like you to please resolve this problem as soon as possible. Awaiting for a prompt and positive response.

                    From 5th august tata sky is not operational in our building. I registered a complaint but they cancelled it without resolving on 8th aug. See sms i recd from them.

                        My Subscription id of Tata sky is - [protected], We have done Recharge of Rs.4272 on 4th Dec 2019 ( 1 year Pack which has to expire by 4th Dec 2020), But on 12th December 2019 (approx) they said they have activated some smart manager pack which is charges Rs.60/- for every week without our permission, That too when we found out our recharge is amount from wallet is Finished we raised complaint to customer care, they told to recharge from basic amount of rs.50/- to activate the amount till we get our refund, than as the case was not resolved i have raise complaint again today[protected] i got call from customer care department Executive- paramjeet i explained her again the case she said as complaint is for 6 month back recharge we can not help or refund, and very rudely denied to help ...this is the worst experience we have got from tata sky

                            Tata sky set up box stuck in standby mode

                            I am tatasky user since 2015. My tata sky setup box is stuck in standby mode. Red light and yellow light is continuously on....

                            I added channel number 1422, but due various reasons channel is not showing to me. The technician charged wrongly by replacing settop box. Even after changing channel is not showing. Another technician recommended to change the whole cable as per his analysis problem is with cable. Still my problem not solved and un necessary they changed settop box. Please refund my charges.

                                I was promised by their sales team that service can be shifted to a different city. But when i asked them they denied saying service isn't available in new location. I was also promised by the sales team in case service isn't available at new location, amount will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. I took the service of 4 months and used only 20 days, for rest of the days i am unable to use the service. And now they are denying the fact of refund, nor they are providing any service at my location, whereas they are servicing in bangalore.
