Hi,
I am a Tata sky subscriber, I took this connection since I saw some positive feed back online. But the service I am getting is pathetic. I am not having service since 6 days, Only the default Tata sky channel is available, I gave miscall to the number advertised over the channel, I got reply stating that my complaint has been registered and engineer will be visiting soon, but nobody visited or called, after 2 days I called customer care, your executive said within 2 hrs engineer will be coming and checking but till now nobody came, still having the same issue.
Most worst thing is that your customer care number is not toll free and we have to pay for the minutes which we wait for the call to get connected.
I had no service since 6 days, and lost all the good programmes during Easter time, I want that rent till the service get resumed along with the call charges which is approximately Rs 50 to 60 which was incurred by me calling your customer care to be refunded.
If I am not getting justice, I will be forced to end up my relationship with Tata sky and opt for some other service provider, since my family member is using Videocon DTH and the service he is getting is awesom.

Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
afternoon in a few minutes.
Two technicians came to my home.
NONE OF THEM HAD ID CARDS WITH THEM.
NONE OF THEM HAD TATASKY UNIFORMS.
AND ONE OF THEM WAS THE SAME MR SRINIVASAIAH WHO HAD ABUSED ME OVER PHONE IN THE MORNING AND
WHOM I HAD TOLD TATASKY TO KEEP AWAY FROM MY HOME.
Needless to say I it is now clear that TATASKY management IS LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT WHOM THEY
SEND FOR SERVICE, HOW THEY ACT, AND WITH NO ID CARD IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO TELL WHO IS CRIMINAL
AND WHO IS TATASKY EMPLOYEE.
AND THIS AFTER I HAD COMPLAINED ABOUT THE VERY TECHNICIAN WHO HAD ABUSED ME IN THE MORNING.
NEITHER TATASKY IS INTERESTED IN CUSTOMERS NOR IS IT FOLLOWING SIMPLE SECURITY PROCEDURES OS
ISSUING ID CARDS AS DIRECTED BY BANGALORE POLICE.
OVER AND ABOVE THAT THESE TECHNICIANS WITHOUT ANY REASON DECLARED THAT THE LEM UNIT HAS TO BE
BOUGHT NEW BY ME TO ADJUST THE ANTENNA FOR REALIGNMENT WITH THE UPGRADED TATASKY SATELLITE
SIGNALS.
I AM SURPRISED TO HEAR THAT THE SAME LEM UNIT WHICH WAS WORKING VERY WELL FOR THE PAST THREE
YEARS till last week, BEFORE TATASKY UPGRADED ITS SATELLITE, HAS BECOME FAULTY WHEN TATASKY
UPGRADED THE SATELLITE.
Very sorry to say that this is my last communication to TATASKY as it is useless to anymore
waste my time with any TATASKY personel.
