Hi, I am a Tata sky subscriber, I took this connection since I saw some positive feed back online. But the service I am getting is pathetic. I am not having service since 6 days, Only the default Tata sky channel is available, I gave miscall to the number advertised over the channel, I got reply stating that my complaint has been registered and engineer will be visiting soon, but nobody visited or called, after 2 days I called customer...

This is Divya Motwani owner of a tata sky connection. My most of the channels are not working even after complaining so many times, whenever we call the tatasky helpline no they put us on waiting and its been a week since this is going on. We are very unhappy with the tatasky services and wish that they listen and work upon our complaints and provide us compensation for the trouble which we have gone through. I took Tata sky connection for 2250/- They are from Bajaj Electronics Shop Intital i paid 600/- and later i paid 1650/- at the time of installation But they have provided only 600/-Rs receipt. They Said they will not provide receipt for total amount. Initial i got all channels free as they said i will be getting free channels for Ist one month and for next month i paid 250/- But tata sky disconnected the services in 15 days without any notice....

To, Whoever it may concern Dear sir, Since last 10 days i am trying to get my secondary box deactivated.but company is not taking my request seriously.each time your executives ask me about my tata sky set top box no.and every time they assure me that my box will get deactivated in 24 hours.my subscriber i.d. is [protected]. sir, I have a connection [protected] since 2006. recently I had taken a second t.v connection few months back. since my mother went away I asked for disconnection of this 4 times in the last 6 days, my last complaint was[protected] yesterday. And again today[protected]. But no one is bothering to either ring me up and disconnect my second T.V which is causing financial loss to me....

Dear Team, For the past almost 4-5 days the Tata sky is hardly working . Only 10channels are working. It is given to understand through their advertisement that they are upgrading the system, however their claim that a miss call or msg to their designated number would send their representative to solve the issue is a false. After TATA's exit, you dont know the meaning of VALUES. 6 days with out services, no body is bothered about. I will take this issue legally....

Our tata sky is not working since 2nd april. Complaints are given but neither it is rectified nor any one is coming to see. It is ridiculous!! We do not want tata sky any more. Refund our whole money, take it back or else let us move in consumer court. Careless people are working at tata sky, not care for the customer care nor take any interest in solving the problems....

I had raised a request for channel disturbance yesterday due to Tata Sky upgrade going on. As shown in your channel 100 it was said visit wont be charged. But next day I see Rs 300 debited from my account. They are using upgrade as means to loot customers. I am trying to get to your call-center but it has been keeping on hold for more than 40 minutes. I have Tata Sky conection having ID no. [protected]. From 3rd April, 2015 daily I am requesting customer care executive to disconnect my other HD connection as my oher TV set is out of order. Every day they assure that it will be diconnected in 24 hours.But till this time it is not disconnected. Result of which for viewing Tata Sky, daily amount of both the connection is being charged. Its very unfortunate that after repeated complaints no technician has visited to address the complaint. And I am forced to say that I am paying for such a LOUSY service for tatasky. I was not able to get a signal in my set top box for over 5 days. None of the 1860 - numbers were getting connected and there were instances when i had to hold my call for more that 10 minutes to speak to someone.
