If you are not able to control the problem then i'm sorry to say that we should change the service provided by you. We are not able to see the channel which we want to see as it changes automatically. As we are getting frustated by this problem.

    I tried to complain several time to tata sky coustomer care no[protected] on 6th April at 6.30 pm but no response received.I am not receiving HD channels and english channels. i am not getting satisfactory reply from them . after taking full advance payment theyare not giving proper service. .

      I have taken tatasky connection 2 months back. I paid Rs 180 for 1 month on 27/3/15, but the message come from you that the amount will get expire on 7/4/15. Since then I have been trying to contact your customer care person, but all result in vain. I am getting regular SMS, but in SMS only you can speak, I cannot. So I want to take to your customer care person, especially a local guy. I am from ernakulam. I took tatasky becase I value TATA group, their commitment to the nation. But this is a worst response from TATA grup, which I never expected even in my dreams. I this continues, I will opt out of TATA.

        ID : [protected]I have recently subscribed to tata sky dth connection(before one month). I am not able to see channels since from 2nd April. I registered complaints in customer care many times. No one is free to talk with customer i think. daily i'll recieve message that engineer will soon contact..But no one has called me yet. It's very frustrating.It's been clear to me that company is not at all interested in giving services to their clients.I am shifting to other service provider. dish tv is better than tata sky. I think tata sky is worse dth service provider.

          YOUR SERVICE TECHNICIAN CALLED TODAY[protected] MORNING AT 11:48 AM FOR ADDRESS VISIT. I TOLD HIMTHE ADDRESS. AT 11:54 HE CALLS AGAIN AND ABUSED ME FOR NOT LIFTING THE PHONE. WHEN ASKED IS WE CAN WAIT FOR 5 DAYS FOR A SERVICE VISIT AND HE CANNOT WAIT FOR 5 MINUTES. HE STARTED ABUSING US. HIS NAME SRINIVASAIAH NUMBER - +91 [protected] IN BANASHANKARI BANGALORE. IF THIS IS THE WAY YOUR TECHNICIANS TALK I DO NOT WANT THEM TO BE ANYWHERE NEAR MY FAMILY MEMBERS. I AM HEREWITH CANCELLING ALL TATASKY SERVICES AS IT LOOKS LIKE YOU HAVE NOW EMPLOYED UNSCRUPLOUS MEMBERS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. my tatasky ref number - [protected]
          Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          == Today after noon tatasky personnel called and informed that technician will visit in the
          afternoon in a few minutes.

          Two technicians came to my home.
          NONE OF THEM HAD ID CARDS WITH THEM.
          NONE OF THEM HAD TATASKY UNIFORMS.
          AND ONE OF THEM WAS THE SAME MR SRINIVASAIAH WHO HAD ABUSED ME OVER PHONE IN THE MORNING AND
          WHOM I HAD TOLD TATASKY TO KEEP AWAY FROM MY HOME.

          Needless to say I it is now clear that TATASKY management IS LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT WHOM THEY
          SEND FOR SERVICE, HOW THEY ACT, AND WITH NO ID CARD IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO TELL WHO IS CRIMINAL
          AND WHO IS TATASKY EMPLOYEE.

          AND THIS AFTER I HAD COMPLAINED ABOUT THE VERY TECHNICIAN WHO HAD ABUSED ME IN THE MORNING.

          NEITHER TATASKY IS INTERESTED IN CUSTOMERS NOR IS IT FOLLOWING SIMPLE SECURITY PROCEDURES OS
          ISSUING ID CARDS AS DIRECTED BY BANGALORE POLICE.

          OVER AND ABOVE THAT THESE TECHNICIANS WITHOUT ANY REASON DECLARED THAT THE LEM UNIT HAS TO BE
          BOUGHT NEW BY ME TO ADJUST THE ANTENNA FOR REALIGNMENT WITH THE UPGRADED TATASKY SATELLITE
          SIGNALS.

          I AM SURPRISED TO HEAR THAT THE SAME LEM UNIT WHICH WAS WORKING VERY WELL FOR THE PAST THREE
          YEARS till last week, BEFORE TATASKY UPGRADED ITS SATELLITE, HAS BECOME FAULTY WHEN TATASKY
          UPGRADED THE SATELLITE.

          Very sorry to say that this is my last communication to TATASKY as it is useless to anymore
          waste my time with any TATASKY personel.

            I have submitted a request for relocation on 2nd April 2015 and till now on 7th April I haven't found any solution from Customer Support side . As Tata Sky commits to close a call within 24 Hours, but here they are not able to do the same .

              Subscriber i d [protected]. Regd..Mobile no. [protected]. No signal in dth set top box since 5 days. Repeated complaints made, not repaired. Technician supposed to call, nobody calls. Defunct customer care says they will call back, but nobody does. How long do we wait?

                My Subscriber ID [protected] - Since last week I unable to view channels. Hundreds of time call upon to Tata Sky Consumer CAre but no one comes on line. Only auto generated message that they will solve the problem with 24 hrs. or will take appointment to send their technician to get the issue sorted out. So no one has come or attended our complaint. Tata Sky Work Order No.HHTFTJJ dt..05.04.2015 stating we will contact you soon for taking appointment. why they Tata Sky6 need appointment to send their technician when customer is after them for last one week seeking immediate action to solve the problem. We already have subscribed for full year but Tata Skyn is totally failed to provide services. This is nothing but callous attitude towards the customer. Tata Sky should return our entire money stop the agony we are facing so that we can switch over to some other competent service provider. Immediate action requested else we will have no option but to lodge a complaint with Police and Consumer Forum.

                  Dear Team, Iam an Tata Sky User for last 6 Mths & above and i have subsribed for Hindi Dhamal Pack with Mthly substion of Rs.240/- last 1 Week & above there is a blackout of almost 70% of Channels from the given pack. I have recorded the complaint through [protected] & NS - SMS 56633 only to receive a reply it would be attended shortly but there is no further communication or action being initiated on the service. I would rather state this is on of the poorest after sales service were we are not able to speak with the customer care person in Live to express our complaint. In this competitive world company like Tata Sky cannot take such a long time to address a small query for one consumer like me, were as if the same is happen for million of consumer its a big loss for consumer and company fails in Cust Satisfaction.                     I am from Bangalore and have been messaging and calling up TataSky on the number that is being advertised. Everyday, I am getting messages that an engineer will soon be allocated and the problem will be attended to. However, since one week nothing has happened. It is very difficult to get through their Toll Free Number. Even the Bangalore office is not responding properly. I have been told that there is a backlog of 3, 000 complaints and that they are helpless. TataSky has collected so much of money towards subscription and are not providing any service to its customers. The attitude of the company is bad. Their website states that the problem has arisen as they are upgrading their systems which is going on for a month. Service has been pathetic. They promise that the problem will be resolved within an hour but it never happens. If they cannot service their customers, they should stop accepting fresh membership subscriptions. They should refund the entire money paid by the customers for the fault of theirs. Venkat

                          Dear Sir, Inspite of complaints lodged from 2.4.15 to till date on daily basis on tel no.[protected] and sending e-mail on 6.4.15, neither any person from tatasky reported my location i.e.plot No.287/10, Jagannath vihar phase-II, Nandan Vihar, Patia, Bhubaneswar to attend to complaint of no signal nor any response received. Kindly clarify what to do. How many days my family will deprived off of seeing TV. If it not feasible on your part to make it operational then kindly consider to refund back the yearly subscription amount plus tatasky equipment purchase cost(taking back the items) so that I can opt for another service provider.                             Hi, I am a Tata sky subscriber, I took this connection since I saw some positive feed back online. But the service I am getting is pathetic. I am not having service since 6 days, Only the default Tata sky channel is available, I gave miscall to the number advertised over the channel, I got reply stating that my complaint has been registered and engineer will be visiting soon, but nobody visited or called, after 2 days I called customer care, your executive said within 2 hrs engineer will be coming and checking but till now nobody came, still having the same issue. Most worst thing is that your customer care number is not toll free and we have to pay for the minutes which we wait for the call to get connected. I had no service since 6 days, and lost all the good programmes during Easter time, I want that rent till the service get resumed along with the call charges which is approximately Rs 50 to 60 which was incurred by me calling your customer care to be refunded. If I am not getting justice, I will be forced to end up my relationship with Tata sky and opt for some other service provider, since my family member is using Videocon DTH and the service he is getting is awesom. My most of the channels are not working even after complaining so many times, whenever we call the tatasky helpline no they put us on waiting and its been a week since this is going on. We are very unhappy with the tatasky services and wish that they listen and work upon our complaints and provide us compensation for the trouble which we have gone through.                                   I took Tata sky connection for 2250/- They are from Bajaj Electronics Shop Intital i paid 600/- and later i paid 1650/- at the time of installation But they have provided only 600/-Rs receipt. They Said they will not provide receipt for total amount. Initial i got all channels free as they said i will be getting free channels for Ist one month and for next month i paid 250/- But tata sky disconnected the services in 15 days without any notice. When i approached they said i need to change plan but i have not opted any plan but the tata sky people are activating the plan according to their wish but not as per customer. Please help me in getting my 2250/- back from Tata sky and i dont want the tata sky connection any more. Note: Toll free number [protected] is the worst service that i lost almost 100/- rs for making calls they will take call atleast 15-20 mins to pass on to the customer care representative disgusting service for each call i am charged for 15-20 Rs/- worst service of india tata sky Tatsky id: [protected] Dheerendra Hyderabad

                                        sir, I have a connection [protected] since 2006. recently I had taken a second t.v connection few months back. since my mother went away I asked for disconnection of this 4 times in the last 6 days, my last complaint was[protected] yesterday. And again today[protected]. But no one is bothering to either ring me up and disconnect my second T.V which is causing financial loss to me.
