Dear Team, For the past almost 4-5 days the Tata sky is hardly working . Only 10channels are working. It is given to understand through their advertisement that they are upgrading the system, however their claim that a miss call or msg to their designated number would send their representative to solve the issue is a false. Have been giving them the missed call, but no body has turned up till now. Even a call to their customer care probably yesterday or day before has fallen to deaf ears. Hope this complaint is heard by the competent authority and the problem is solved al the earliest. Also the company should ensure that daily subscription charge for these days should not be deducted.     Hi team, Its been 6 days i raised request that the services are not available. Sub id: [protected] NO: NS[protected]. What a horrible service you are providing. After TATA's exit, you dont know the meaning of VALUES. 6 days with out services, no body is bothered about. I will take this issue legally.

      Our tata sky is not working since 2nd april. Complaints are given but neither it is rectified nor any one is coming to see. It is ridiculous!! We do not want tata sky any more. Refund our whole money, take it back or else let us move in consumer court. Careless people are working at tata sky, not care for the customer care nor take any interest in solving the problems.

          I had raised a request for channel disturbance yesterday due to Tata Sky upgrade going on. As shown in your channel 100 it was said visit wont be charged. But next day I see Rs 300 debited from my account. They are using upgrade as means to loot customers. I am trying to get to your call-center but it has been keeping on hold for more than 40 minutes. I am sorry to say, they have a pathetic service and are bringing bad name for Tata.

            Dear sir, I'm fed up with your service I have wasted calling you'll in your customer service and wasted my money nearly Rs 100/-.After making payment for the whole year subscription for Rs 6700/- from the next day I am not reciving English channel, English news, Tamil channel's and god knows what other channels I don't know if you are not going to be serious about this matter.I have to complain this matter to any lDear sir, I'm fed up with your service I have wasted calling you'll in your customer service and wasted my money nearly Rs 100/-.After making payment for the whole year subscription for Rs 6700/- from the next day I am not reciving English channel, English news, Tamil channel's and god knows what other channels I don't know if you are not going to be serious about this matter I have to complain this matter to the consumer firm legally because you're not taking it seriously .               My subscriber ID [protected] is not working since 20 days now and have registered complaints multiple times. No body has visited site for attending to both the complaint and I received a message stating that your complaint No.NS[protected] DTD.03/04/2015remains unresolved...Till date no one has come to solve the problem.                 I have Tata Sky conection having ID no. [protected]. From 3rd April, 2015 daily I am requesting customer care executive to disconnect my other HD connection as my oher TV set is out of order. Every day they assure that it will be diconnected in 24 hours.But till this time it is not disconnected. Result of which for viewing Tata Sky, daily amount of both the connection is being charged. It is really painful to get such poor response and anti customer attitude from Tata Sky company. I demand that in my account rest of money be credited immediately. Pramod Kr. Sinha Mob no.                   Its very unfortunate that after repeated complaints no technician has visited to address the complaint. And I am forced to say that I am paying for such a LOUSY service for tatasky. I have registered a complaint on 3rd April 2015 at 0826 hrs. And got a call from the number [protected] for an appointment and I gave an appointment after 1500 hrs as I have some personal work. However the technician bearing the mobile no [protected] called me at 1326 hrs for the visit and I told him that I am not at home. Please visit after 1500 hrs. For that he replied back saying that he cannot come at time and simply disconnected the call. I was really shocked with his response and the attitude. I contacted the person who initially called for the appointment ([protected]) on 5th April 2015 and they said that they will be sending the technician in the evening. To my surprise no one visited. Today (6th April 2015 at 1630 hrs) I called them again for the issue and they said that they will be sending the technician today. But till now no one visited. I AM REALLY FRUSTRATED AND FOR SURE I AM NOT GOING TO RECOMMENTED ANYONE FOR TATASKY. PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE. DO NOT GO FOR TATA SKY.

                      I was not able to get a signal in my set top box for over 5 days. None of the 1860 - numbers were getting connected and there were instances when i had to hold my call for more that 10 minutes to speak to someone. I had sent atleast 10 "call back" requests but i never got any calls. At this point i called the technician (John [protected]) who installed my set top box. He was so rude to my queries on this matter. He was like "why dont you get another DTH connection which is better?" "why dont you keep on calling those number, maybe after 20-30 times they will answer my calls" Is this the way they are supposed to talk? Since i had paid for an entire year, i cant switch my connection either. If not for that I would have switched for sure. Even on the day of installation he was so rude. He didnt give an answer for any of the queries we had. He said that his job is to set up the connection. If we dont get a signal then we should call the customer care.

We have contacted the customer care multiple times regarding this issue but with no resolution.Please may you look into this matter urgently.                           There is no TATA sky connection Subscriber ID [protected] is not active from 2/April/2015. I have raised a complaint on the same day Complaint No HFG62E3 with a confirmation that by 10:30 A.M a technician visit would be scheduled. No call or any technician visit. I call the following the same thing is assured. But no news from any person from TATA sky. The following days i call up, either am disconnected when asked to transfer to the senior executive or i wont get through their screwed IVR. On 6/April /2015 i get to a executive after 40 mins and he disconnects again while transferring to his seniors. Without loosing hope i call up again and after another 30 mins i get to a senior executive and he gives me a number of the Area Service Inchagre : Mr Raje Gowda ([protected]) to whom my complaint has been divereted on 2/April/2015 itself.I call him up and at the first time his number is busy. Call him after 5 mins, he doesn't receive the call. This happened for 5 times inbetween he was busy on another call though. He doesn't have the courtesy to either call back or atleast receive my call. Now things i wont point out is : Last month same story of No signal had occurred and after 4 days issue was resolved by itself. NO TECHNICIAN VISITED. So is it that TATA sky is waiting for issues to resolve by itself all the time????? Also i was told that there are lot of issues and we have not been able to solve ... but i feel 4 days is sufficient time ... SO AFTER TALKING TO YOU GUYS MULTIPLE TIMES AND HEARING TO THE RING TONE AND BUSY TONE OF THE ARROGANT MR RAJE GOWDA I HAVE DECIDED TO DISCONNECT FROM TATA SKY AND NEVER EVER TAKE THIS CONNECTION NOR SUGGEST ANYONE TO GO FOR TATA SKY... I WOULD LIKE TO COMPLAIN TO ANYOTHER CONSUMER FORUM AGAINST TATA SKY SO THAT PEOPLE DO NOT SUFFER COS OF THEIR ARROGANCE AND CARELESSNESS...

                              Dear Tata Sky, NO SIGNAL ISSUE started just before the Cricket World Cup 2015. Then somehow till the world cup is over we didn't face this issue. BUT from last 10 days or so we are facing this NO SIGNAL ISSUE. We are unable to view any of the below channels, 1. No Hindi News Channels 2. No English News Channels 3. No discovery Channel 4. No Animal Plannet 5. No Marathi Channels 6. No English Movies Channels 7. Some of the Music Channels are off 8. No Hindi Movies Channels (Only 3 channels are able to view), etc. I already given missed call on the number Tata Sky shows[protected] for almost 30 times in past 4 days. I only receive message that "Your Work Order regarding the technician visit is pending. Thank you for your patience, our field service team will call you soon to fix an appointment" But NO ONE FROM Tata Sky has contacted. Then what to do with this kind of service. PATHETIC. Tata Sky CHARGE US (CUSTOMER) FOR THE LATE PAYMENT. SAME WAY Tata Sky SHOULD ADD THE NUMBER OF DAYS TO OUR SUBSCRIPTION WHEN THE SERVICE WAS DISTURBED ("NO SIGNAL") It is my kind request to Tata Sky that "Please do your upgradtion work at night after 12:00 PM so that YOUR CUSTOMER (US) will not face much of the problem.                                   sir this to inform you that i have taken Dhamal mix pack for one year. The TV was functioning normal for 2-3 days after the purchase of one year pack and the harrshment begins from 3rd of April and the screen is showing expiry date[protected]. i had launch the complaint and it was expected to resolve within 24 hrs as per your propaganda and marketing strategy. i feel very bad and it is a blot on the name of TATA. i am mentally harsh and only massages that ate send by you on my mobile. I am not satisfied with your service . As i cannot able to see TV for last four days and you are charging for full one year so who will bear this financial loss. Please look into this matter urgently don't give only assurance on mobile by SMS do it practically to keep the name of TATA

                                    HELLO, This is tata sky HD customer (subscriber id [protected]), am getting signal problem for all Kannada channels and few hindhi channels .I raised complaint to tata sky banglore division([protected]) on 3/4/2014 so for no technician visited, because of this we fed up with the tata sky services, So i won't want to continue further, please help me to return set-up box set and refund my amount paid to set up box.

                                      My subscriber ID : [protected]. Unable to view channels due to no signal from 1st of April. I have tried to contact customer care but unable to make contact. I was able to contact them on 3rd April, they told me it will get rectify. But I got a call from the technician today i.e 6th April 2015 stating they will rectify my issues but there will be a service charge of 200 rupees. My question is why will I pay 200 rupees for service charge because it should be free of cost. I have tried to contact customer care to complaint about it but was not able to reach anyone.I want some-one to get in touch with me ASAP.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam, My Tata Sky customer ID is [protected]. As of today it has been six days since many TV channels have become unavailable. I complained by phone three days ago and was promised that someone would come and attend to the complaint. Nothing has happened. I called them up again yesterday and followed the instructions asking someone to call back. No one did so. This is the second time that the same problem has recurred. As it is, Tata Sky signals disappear whenever the sky is overcast or it starts to drizzle, something that is absurd in this day and age. If they had told us about this when we expressed interest in Tata Sky, we would not have opted for their service. It is dishonest to charge a fat fee and give such shoddy service. The least they should do is to set right the situation at the earliest and refund the sum charges collected over the last many days. If they are unable to do so, I would like them to take back their antenna and desk top box and return the amount they have received.
