Most of the time calling tata sky customer care number it will end up saying number is busy. If at all its get connected it keeps on host till infinite period (20-25 min quantitatively post which it automatically gets disconnected). Tried contacting them since last 1 week, but it seems either tata sky has single representative for the entire nation or its service has become so pathetic that all its representative are super busy every time...
