My Tata Sky Subscription no. is [protected]. From last 1 week my Tata Sky is not working as not a single channel is coming. I sent sms for complaint but for last 3-4 days no one is coming & all times sms is coming back saying Thanks for Patience as our technician will come soon.But till date no one is coming. Help Desk on Website is also not working for last 4 days where we can chat with technical team for resolution of our services. I mean what is this, is it way of treating customer & their complaints. Pathetic services being provided by Tata Sky. I m being charges for last 7-8 days but my service is not coming. I want my all amount back & i will discountinue Tata Sky immediately.     Unable to view channels due to no signal for last 1 week. Lodge complain with customer care 1 week before but no response till now. I have tried to contact customer care but unable to make contact. Every time it is saying that customer service executive is busy. Simply TATA Sky is not giving any service. Do not know what happened to TATA Group business. Seems they are not careful to its customer any more. My subscriber mobile no : [protected]

        Dear Sir My Tata sky id [protected] I am facing a lot trouble with this connection. Last 6 days I am facing this problem ‘No Signal’ I already raised the compliant but nobody attended. The mobile no. provided are not being responded. The technician is only interested for selling the product rather than the rectifying the problem. Contacted Mr.Ravi sankar but his mobile is busy. If this is the service provided by tatasky then I am afraid that the reputation of company is at stake. The tragedy is the consumer is running after tatasky as if tatasky is doing free service. Although the problem persisted for last one week. Kindly remove all the connection and repay my money on urgent basis otherwise I may take up this issue with appropriate forum. Further regional in charge of this tata sky person phone number may please be forwarded to us. Treat this matter most urgent.           Complaint no #HFTS752 Subscriber ID: [protected] I have a Tata Sky connection at home and there is no signal for past 5 days, the TV is not working at all. This has happened for the second time in past one month which, according to them happened due to their upgrade activities. As a normal user & customer we fail to understand what kind o[censored]pgrading of the system they do so that it takes so long, keeping their complete services down.[Being an experienced professional from IT industry, in my experience so far for over 22 years never came across such a planning of system upgrade that keeps the entire business for five - six days] Most frustrating part is that they do not bother to inform their customer through email, SMS or letter etc. about any such massive exercise which could possibly stop the services. This simple shows the approach and attitude of the company that they do not care about their customer, the inconvenience caused to them or simply they do not know the basics of 'customer service". The entire team of Tata Sky need to go to some B-School to learn basics of customer care and how to keep the customers happy and retain them. We had similar experience in other country when the service provider had to go for a major system upgrade, they started sending communication one month before through mail, messages and even letter, therein they specifically mentioned that the services will be down for a fixed period of time (24 hours). They also gave some reward points and gifts, in order to retain their customers, and a sincere apology to the customers. We have been trying to call many nos. of Tata Sky mentioned on their portal to complaint about this, but it takes hell lot of effort to reach any of those nos. After great difficulty we managed to lodge a complaint, we received a text message with the complaint no. and it says you will receive a call within next 24 hours, but it has been more than 72 hours, we are yet to receive any call or any action on the complaint. Last time also when their system was down for one week we had to struggle the same way and we thought that their system upgrade was done now. Again within one month they are stating the same reason for their services not being available. Needless to say, all this shows their in efficiency and unprofessional way of working. I would request and expect the authorities in Tata group should look into the issue ans try to bring their services to a minimum standard, we do not expect anything much from them.             i have filed sms complaint my account no [protected] and my regd moblile [protected] till now still now it is not working since one week. this is 2 time since 3 months i have not exoected this kind of service from a reputed company we are using six set of boxes in our house and office now we think we have to go for alternate

                Most of the time calling tata sky customer care number it will end up saying number is busy. If at all its get connected it keeps on host till infinite period (20-25 min quantitatively post which it automatically gets disconnected). Tried contacting them since last 1 week, but it seems either tata sky has single representative for the entire nation or its service has become so pathetic that all its representative are super busy every time attending other customer don't know whom. After all its impacting brand name of TATA group and lastly i would never recommend any one to go with TATA Sky just because of its very pathetic customer care solution to existing/new customers.

                [Me] No use of generating a request if you don't have any SLA or not meeting the SLA for serving that request.

                [Me] So my preferred date and time has already gone.

                [Me] your field representative didn't responded till now. Forget the field representative, your customer care didn't responded even though i have opted for a call back several times through several modes.

                Lastly its not required any more becuase i called Dish TV customer care and they are more helpful even to Tata Sky customers and they managed to serve my DTH(Tata Sky) request for which you have just created a request number and left it unresolved for indefinite period of time.

                    not able to view all the channels from last one week.complaint already given but no response till now.only four channel are coming zee, sony, sab & colours. my packs dhamaal mix pack. times now ten sports, kids channel. free reginal marathi & telugu

                    I am facing the same problem. The company is totally irresponsible in responding to our complaints. I have made three complaints and not one has come and rectified but keeps on reminding about the payments. Such suckers...I really want to why the High Court made Set Top Box mandatory that we are suffering today...The High Court should cancel that order and it should be choice of the consumer to go for Set Top Box or Cable Connection in the four cities also...otherwise, goons like TataSky and others will keep exploiting the consumers...

                      No Tata Sky telephones are not attended - tried both numbers of help line, tried nodal officers number, tried mumbai HO, ...I have been sending sms, put on line complaint nothing seems to be moving, It is a big harassment, I feel that the only way now is to find out how I can go to the consumer court for redressal of my complaints. Tata Sky has no infra structure to service the large customer base, I would appeal to all the people who are considering tata sky dth service to give a second thought as I am repenting paying one full year subscription to them.

                        They fooled me with promotional offer and now Customer Support phone line is not responding. Waited for 30 minutes on helpline just to talk to customer support twice and call got disconnected automatically. VERY FRUSTRATING...!!!

                          April 6, 2015 at 4:54 pm After my earlier complaint on the 4th, sorry to state that today is 6th and still no one has contacted us so far except that the company has sent an SMS stating that they will not charge me for three days. What a ridiculous largess on their part!!! I’m again pasting the message sent on 4th. I doubt whether anyone reads and acts on this as I have not received any communication in this regard, referring to my complaint. I’m Gayatri Natrajan, a Tatasky subscriber no. [protected] and contact no. [protected]. Our transmission has been down since Wednesday, the 1st April, 2015. We called Mr. Deepak, our area service engineer, who could not help. He directed us to customer care. We registered our complaint with the no. 56633 and a prompt reply came stating “We have received your request on the issue of No Signal. Soon we will be sharing with you your Work Order details.” After that there has been no communication. Both the toll nos. are continuously busy and the service is pathetic even if you by chance get connected. God help me. God Almighty help Tata to improve.                             Its been a week since I am not receiving any signals and I have been raising complaints umpteen number of times but finding no response till date.Such a worst customer service is not expected/encouraged even at a normal cable connection.You charge and advertise so high ...When it matters to service you are just like any other non promising organization.I would also like to bring it to your notice that you should also ensure my payment due date to be extended for all these days where viewing is not enabled from your service.If the same is not possible I will not even mind to Forgo my TATASKY connection and switch to a new brand. IMMEDIATE REPONSE IS REQUIRED.PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT ...PATIENCE IS A LIMITED COMMODITY. WILL SURELY GO FOR CONSUMER COURT IF A VALID RESPONSE IS NOT RECIEVED WITH IN 48HRS. TATASKY ID : [protected]

                              I am a Tata Sky Subscriber ([protected]) for the last 4 years now. I had raised a request for a installation as i have moved residence. It has been 4 days now and there is just no response. Reaching the call centre has become extremely difficult. Even the on line chat seems to be go off line quite often. When i do get through the call centre has no trace of my earlier request. Even today a new request was taken. I would prefer if they can let me know how to cancel the account as there are other options.

                                        Having Tata Sky ( [protected] ) for nearly more than a decade . First time their customer service has been so bad . Had been trying all means to contact them to upgrade to HD & to do yearly renewal but NO response . SMS, missed calls tried everything ...
