Extremely Poor Response and No Action for almost 4 Days Now

I am a Tata Sky Subscriber ([protected]) for the last 4 years now. I had raised a request for a installation as i have moved residence. It has been 4 days now and there is just no response. Reaching the call centre has become extremely difficult. Even the on line chat seems to be go off line quite often. When i do get through the call centre has no trace of my earlier request. Relocation of Services

I changed my residence on 1st April, 2015 and 2nd April I contacted their customer service for relocation. I was given a service request no. HFQ80QE and was told that a technician will visit within 24 hours. But till date I did not receive any call from that technician and meanwhile I called the customer service every day for the last 4 days. I only received assurance but no action....

No signal for 7 days

There is no signal (customer ID- [protected]) for the last 7 days and shamelessly tata sky is charging daily rentals for these days. I had a similar problem in the 1st week of March and again its the same problem. Worst is the behaviour of tata sky call centers. NO signal from last 5 days.

My tatasky is not working from last 5 days and same problem i had from 9th march to 13 march as well. Many times i have complained on toll free numbers as well as by sending sms. All the custom care executive assured the solution of problem in next couple of hours OR 24 HRS OR 48 HRS... but after 4 (MORE THAN 96 HRS) days now, i am not able to watch any TV channels and worst things is that some of customer care executive put my call on hold...
