I have been making complaints to customer care for the past two weeks but no response till date and surprised to see that the complaint is closed without attending the same

    Dear Sir, Subscriber ID : [protected] last week I call log for NS (NO SIGNAL), when Your Engineer Visited our Site, he check Dish Direction & LNB Direction, Some Adjustment Done for Improve Signal Level, Stop Adjustment when Proper Signal Strength Display on Setup Box. & Complete Call. after Evening Session In Our Account Relocation & Visit Charges Debited. when This is Free Service visit & Relocation of dish or Dish Uninstall & Install Another Location Not Done. (Dish Not Move one inch) why we pay this Charges. Rectify Issue & Refund Charges, & Active Service

            I changed my residence on 1st April, 2015 and 2nd April I contacted their customer service for relocation. I was given a service request no. HFQ80QE and was told that a technician will visit within 24 hours. But till date I did not receive any call from that technician and meanwhile I called the customer service every day for the last 4 days. I only received assurance but no action.

              There is no signal (customer ID- [protected]) for the last 7 days and shamelessly tata sky is charging daily rentals for these days. I had a similar problem in the 1st week of March and again its the same problem. Worst is the behaviour of tata sky call centers. A person deserves a Bharat Ratna if he/she is able to talk to a customer care executive. The standard message is all our representatives are busy. However if you order a new tata sky conection now, you will be flooded with calls from the same representatives. The Tata sky managemnt has to feel ashamed to charge money when they do not offer any service. Worst of all dish tv providers. I am moving away.

                My tatasky is not working from last 5 days and same problem i had from 9th march to 13 march as well. Many times i have complained on toll free numbers as well as by sending sms. All the custom care executive assured the solution of problem in next couple of hours OR 24 HRS OR 48 HRS... but after 4 (MORE THAN 96 HRS) days now, i am not able to watch any TV channels and worst things is that some of customer care executive put my call on hold for hrs and there was no answer... THIS IS THE ONE OF THE MOST PATHETIC CUSTOM CARE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH ANY SERVICE PROVIDER... AND ATLEAST THIS WAS NEVER EXPECTED FROM TATA GROUP. If you cant provide service to your client, then better put a disclaimer before selling the product..so atleast a customer will not suffer and will not expect after sale service...really, one of the worst experience with TATA PRODUCT.                     Dear Member, we lost signals for tata sky DTH service before 6 days i.e. 1/4/2015, we gave missed call to[protected] and we have got no response from thier side and i contacted customer care service with my mobile number [protected] on 06/01/2015 at 1:30 PM they are just saying to wait for technician but i lost 6 days money who is responsible for that. i want a tata sky technician to visit my home immediately and they have recharge my account with 6 days (loss period) Tata Sky : ID[protected] Reg Mob No : [protected]

                        I have raised so many service requests for the same issue but no one is bothered to act responsibly. Daily they are calling and telling someone will visit to resolve it but no use. Its been 7 days that i am not able to see any channels and still i am paying the amount. I was told that the technician will visit my place to fix this issue. But no one has turned up yet. Today is the 6th day since I’ve been facing this issue. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. I am facing problem for last month nearly one week, after problem solved and this month more than 10days and still problem is going and TV is blank due to no signal. I am near to tambaram but inside of chennai everyone will not facing this issue. Tatasky saying overall system upgradation in all cities but How its possible in chennai people viewing all channels.                               Signal problem for the past 6 days. Repeated calls to [protected] gives only an automated message stating already allocated your request and your work order pending service team will call for appointment. But non of the service engineer call till now. Repeated miss calls Repeated NS messages have been sent but action is not taken yet. Very bad service from TATA Sky. No proper response for customers. My Subscriber is [protected]. Very unhappy with TATA Sky services.

                              I want immediate resolution of my query. I have not paid for charity but for quality service which you have failed to deliver in all respects
                              True that!! I'm facing the same BLOODY problem since 6 BLOODY days!!
                              No follow up at all since 6 days!! False BLOODY PROMICES!! TATASKY is !

                                      Signal problem for the past 5 days. Repeated calls to [protected] gives only an automated message stating already allocated your request and your work order pending service team will call for appointment. Finally a technician calls me at 13:20 Hrs (Apr 05, 2015)and pressurises me for his job. I ask him to come positively by 16:00 for which he agrees. But right from 16:15 to 18:00 he will not pick up the phone (His No [protected]) . As such the problem is UNSOLVED. I wonder why such an organisation like TATA behaving this way and why they don`t have control over their people. I regret taking up this service. Worst case why you people have no basic courtesy to inform people of status.Also your customer care has a standard message asking us bear with if it is signal problem. I hope by this time you would have received a lot of similar complaints. At least now try to solve them at the earliest. I Srinivas

From last 10 to 12 days i am requesting to re locate my tata sky but there is no response from your end .
