My customer no [protected] on 2nd April 2015 I got message on my TV displaying pay immediately for disconnection even after making payment on time...I called customers care, executive said she have done some technical changes and now the problem will be solved. ...my problem got solved but another problem start. ...I could not view my add on packs I.e movie pack, marathi pack, HD pack etc. On my primary TV and on my second Tv I could not view anything. ...I called customer care from time to time but with no result. I also mailed them but no reply. When we call helpline number we are kept on waiting our mobile balance reduces but we are unable to talk with the customer care executive. I have all conversation with executive recorded with me. My problem Is not solved yet nor I have got any call from tata sky...this Is cheating with consumer. Please do needful

    I am using tatasky dish. I am facing problem for last month nearly one week, after problem solved and this month more than 10days and still problem is going and TV is blank due to no signal. I am near to tambaram but inside of chennai everyone will not facing this issue. Tatasky saying overall system upgradation in all cities but How its possible in chennai people viewing all channels. The worst thing is No proper response for 10days, except daily one message will came we will clear the problem soon. Subscriber ID : [protected] Dont buy tatasky dth services because in rainy season weak signal and summer season no signal. Few days your luck signal will get and you can view the channels but sure you have to pay amount for not viewing for every month in that great tatasky dth only.

      For past few days none of Tata Sky HD channels are working. I complained about the same on Friday and a technician was sent of Saturday Complain ID NS[protected]. Who said that TATA sky is upgrading and that is the reason we are facing this issue. After he went we were not able to view any channel, we again called Technician ([protected]) who said that TATA sky has asked him to visit only once and not again and again. For past 2 days I have not been able to view any channel and I am sure I am being billed all this while. Today again I called and registered my complain with Request # HINPQ0S who said a technician should contact you. Its been few hours havent heard from anyone and while I asked this representative to give me regional head's email or number he put be back in IVR. I seriously dobt that I would suggest anybody Tata Sky. I have worked for fortune 500 companies and this was never tolerated. Hope the same happens in India.

        I paid Rs. 2, 640, to get offer "Pay for 11 months & Get 1 months subscription Free. So enjoy uninterrupted viewing for 12 months." And I received SMS saying that my monthly payment will be 355 and i will service till November 2015 only. Where as I subscribed for annual pack on 5th April 2015. When I try to access call center, my all calls got fail. They are just saying that sorry. After 2640, we are not able to see a single channel and even money is getting cut. They are behaving so pathetically?

          Hello, My subscriber ID is [protected]. I have paid 6500-00 for Grand sports for one year + HD channels. As of 3rd March I am not able to view any of the above channels and sometime there is absolutely no signal at all. I have sent emails to tatasky helpdesk but there is no response. Can you please let me know when I can hope to be able to see the channels. For the days there has been no service are you going to extend the number of days or do we have to pay for your inefficiency. Also do let me know what is the recourse to getting my money back. This kind of apathy is not acceptable. I have nowhere to turn to with all your help lines not getting through and no one from your dealer network seems to know what is happening and say it is a company problem and they cannot help. Would appreciate if you can either resolve it immediately or return the money for the balance of the year.

            Hi, From the last five days i have been experiencing NO SIGNAL issues. None of the channels are being displayed. I have been trying to REGISTER A COMPLAINT with TATA SKY but apart from my balance getting lower and lower there is NO RESPONSE from their end. TATA SKY SERVICE IS DEPRECIATING IN QUALITY day by day. FIVE DAYS WITH NO RESPONSE FROM A PROVIDER. WHO DOES THIS TO A CONSUMER?? On inquiring in the nearby store and neighbouring flats which use the same connection, I came to know that they too are facing the same issues in connection and plan. They are planning to DISCONTINUE TATA SKY connection and subscribe other providers. TATA SKY charge exorbitant service charges and channel subscription charges but to what joy. No dedication in providing customer satisfaction. From continuous attempts to contact customer care, I was informed that the issues in connection are due to some ongoing upgradation procedures. If you don't have quality engineers who can fix the issues WITHOUT ANY DOWNTIME or restoring capabilities why are you bothering to upgrade in the first place??????? I was told that TATA SKY would send technicians to fix the problem with my connection within 2 hours on 3rd April, 2015. It's 6th April, 2015 now and still no sign of the technicians. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY YOU GUYS ARE DESTROYING A GOOD NAME!! Kindly restore the connection at the earliest. I also request that the past five days charges be credited to my account.             Hi,

            Still no response from TATAsky :(. From 6th onwards daily one SMS is coming saying that " An engineer will call to fix an appointment" but no action/call. I am trying to get tatasky customer care with no luck.
            It now almost 08days over. Kindly help.

              There is no signal specially the regional|(odiya/oriya) channels since 2.4.2015 in tata sky ID No.[protected].Inspite of complaints on No.[protected] every day only I am getting response to be patient everytime and tatasky people will visit my place i.e plot No.287/10, Jagannath Vihar Phase-II, Nandan Vihar, Patia Bhubaneswar but all in vain. Kindly advise what further step I have to take . If it is not feasible on your part then kindly return back the yearly amount I have deposited so that I can choose another service provider.                 I registered a call with Reference No. HEZRF4I on[protected] for De-Installation of my Dish connection scheduled on[protected]. NO ONE VISITED MY PLACE TILL DATE but to my surprise I received a SMS on 3rd April 2015 at 7:00 PM that WO HEZRF4I has been completed. Since than I have made plenty of calls to TATA SKY helpdesk and different field engineers but nothing happened. Making situation worse, DE-Installation charges of Rs 200/- has been deducted from my account on[protected] for work which was never completed. I am very dissatisfied with your services as all my household goods sent to new place whereas the DTH setup is still at my place.                   From last two days I am rather my aged parents are not able to view some channels especially zee TV Marathi which is favorite channel for them as they can't move out of home due to age. I am trying to reach customer care since yesterday morning but not able to reach. Almost I waited 2 hr or 1 hr but machine spoke same words we are connecting your call to out cu tom ser care representative. I almost spend too much time on phone. This I very ridiculous. Due to best service i had taken Tata sky and removed earlier connection videocon.but it seems that Tata sky lost his quality and all like trust. I request you the concerned officials please look into the matter urgently because in duty hours we can't seat hours and hours on phone to reach customer care. Otherwise I have lodge official complaint. My no. is [protected] and cutomer ID is [protected]

                    The signal went off four days back without any intimation.Still neither rectified nor elicited any human response.This is happening a second time, forcing customers to migrate to other Service Providers who care for the Customers.                       ***IV REMINDER**** *****MOST URGENT ***** SUBSCRIBER ID_[protected] There is problem in getting signals on all HD Channals and Regional Language Channels. Except some News Channels & Color (non HD), all other channels are not getting connected fore more than 6 days. Despite several reminders through mail, Telecon etc., the issues are not resolved. 2. I am totally fed up with your auto reply of resolving the issues within 24 Hrs but it seems to be mockery of subscribers patience. 3. Please rectify the issues immediately and please note to postpone my subscription for the number of days for which I am out of connectivity. 4.                           I have never seen any agency providing any service so pathetic and insensitive to customer's problems. My customer number is [protected] and I have lost count on the number of times I had called and the number of times I was promised that a technician will visit. I have lost count on the amount of time I had to waste on this account. Perhaps, the only way left is to lodge a police complaint against Tata sky of plain cheating. To add insult to injury, I was called yesterday by some agent of Tata Sky asking me to subscribe to more channels. If indeed, the company is not able to deal with the complaints, it should close down. The experience with this company has been pathetic and nightmarish.

                            My Digicard No. is [protected] (my name S. Chandrashekar). over last 15 days there is no receiption of tata sky channels. only very few channels are available and that too very distorted images with lot of interruptions. I have complained on 4.4.15 and they have only sent me a couple of SMS on my mobile stating that it would be resoved soon. So far not attended. I have super south jumbo package which is costing me a lot. Since last 15 days it is not working i also need to get my validity period extended till it is set right. s. chandrashekar

                              Hi, The services of Tata Sky is pathetic...im unable to view the channels for the last 10 days...When i spoke to customer service they put me on hold for 15 min and disconnected the call...i called again and after waiting for 15-20 min i was assured a technician would visit my place yesterday morning 10AM but alas no technician turned up...Im disattified with the customer service being provided and consider moving to other DTH providers...shame...

                              Even after making several calls to tata sky customer care no technitian has come to reinstall it to my given address. Been using tata sky more than 6-7 years but never faced such bad service.I regret to say if noone turns up to install at the earliest I would have to disconnect the service for ever. Hope appropriate action would be taken on immediate basis.

                                  My subscriber number is [protected] and since last 10 days Tata Sky is not working. I am getting No Signal message. I sent them SMS but no one called back, called them but they didn't pick up my call, I dropped mail but didn't get any response. Such a pathetic service was not expected from TATA company.

                                  We have 6 Connections at Hotel the Nook and have been experiencing Signal Disturbances for the past 10 days even though we have complained about the same to M/s Rajamani Enterprises but no one has come to rectify the same and also they gave us a contact number of Mr. Muthu kumar who did the erection of the same in the initial stages. Now they are demanding Rs. 250/- to align every Dish and also they said that if we are not ready to pay, then rectification will be done on their own suitable time. We need to know about this fact.

                                    Sir No TV connection for past. 5 days. So many complaints registered over SMS. No rectification or relief. Helpline is busy all the time and even when connection is successful they cut the lines. During summer vacation kids at home and lot of stress caused by this. Cons no [protected]

                                      I have been 2 weeks without Tata Sky signal. I filed a complaint and the Tata Sky rep keeps promising someone will visit my home to solve this issue. Still no TV. This is absolutely unacceptable. I want a refund for these 2 weeks (going on to 3 weeks) when I have been unable to use a service I paid for. Is there a regulator with whom I can file a formal complaint?
