Sir No TV connection for past. 5 days. So many complaints registered over SMS. No rectification or relief. Helpline is busy all the time and even when connection is successful they cut the lines. During summer vacation kids at home and lot of stress caused by this. Cons no [protected]

    I have been 2 weeks without Tata Sky signal. I filed a complaint and the Tata Sky rep keeps promising someone will visit my home to solve this issue. Still no TV. This is absolutely unacceptable. I want a refund for these 2 weeks (going on to 3 weeks) when I have been unable to use a service I paid for. Is there a regulator with whom I can file a formal complaint?

      My TATA sky subcriber ID:[protected] It is been 5 days since i am facing issue with network. I am aware of the upgradation process going on by TATA SKY but this is highly disappointing that there is no assistance provided since all these 5 days.my complaint no is NS[protected]. I have always completed all my payments on time and expect same on rather higher commitment from this company. They are promiding to send technician to the house in case we are giving missed call on specified no. but even after calling multiple times i have not recieved any response from them, I also chose an option to get a call back by pressing '1' on the call of customer support, since the call is kept unattended for more than 45 min.but this is total hopeless company.I have not gota single call back atleast asking for what exactly the issue is facing.The other customer are not facing this issue so it makes me more worried that i might face this issue for other reason, but this company doesn't even bother to attend their customer.

      Hi, From the last five days i have been experiencing NO SIGNAL issues. None of the channels are being displayed. I have been trying to REGISTER A COMPLAINT with TATA SKY but apart from my balance getting lower and lower there is NO RESPONSE from their end. TATA SKY SERVICE IS DEPRECIATING IN QUALITY day by day. FIVE DAYS WITH NO RESPONSE FROM A PROVIDER. WHO DOES THIS TO A CONSUMER?? On inquiring in the nearby store and neighbouring flats which use the same connection, I came to know that they too are facing the same issues in connection and plan. They are planning to DISCONTINUE TATA SKY connection and subscribe other providers. TATA SKY charge exorbitant service charges and channel subscription charges but to what joy. No dedication in providing customer satisfaction. From continuous attempts to contact customer care, I was informed that the issues in connection are due to some ongoing upgradation procedures. If you don't have quality engineers who can fix the issues WITHOUT ANY DOWNTIME or restoring capabilities why are you bothering to upgrade in the first place??????? I was told that TATA SKY would send technicians to fix the problem with my connection within 2 hours on 3rd April, 2015. It's 6th April, 2015 now and still no sign of the technicians. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY YOU GUYS ARE DESTROYING A GOOD NAME!! Kindly restore the connection at the earliest. I also request that the past five days charges be credited to my account.RMN -[protected]
      I had complain to tata sky signal problem on 2nd April 2015 first time after I did it many times but there is no one to come at my home for solve it.
      My Tata Sky connection is not working since 1st June 2015 and today is 3rd june. Everytime i call tata sky customer care number, i am kept on hold for 10 minutes, even after waiting for 10 minutes the waiting time does not reduce and the call automatically gets cut. Plus the automatic machine says that due to bad signal lot of customers are calling hence you may not be able to get in touch with us, so if you want us to call you back then press 1.When i do so, i receive a call from Andhra Pradesh landline number & no one speaks also. As soon as i receive the call it automatically gets cut. This is ridiculous!!! Also once i was kept on hold for 6 minutes, then waiting time came down to 5 minutes and then it went to 10 minuets suddenly. The system of pressing numbers all the time is very bad. This is my third bad experience with Tata Sky...day by day the service is deteriorating. If this continues i will change my connection soon...

        There has been no service from Tatasky from past 5-6 days and despite messaging and missed calls to their customer care numbers there has Been no response from them. Please look into the request immediately. Same answer is replied by Customer team, "Engineer will call you soon and visit as soon as possible". I tried to contact Customer care and lodged complaint But i am receiving only assurance .Neither any engineer.My ID no.[protected] My on line complaint no.HHQOSCB...

          My subscriber number is [protected] and since last 5 days Tata Sky is not working. For many channels I am getting No Signal message. I sent them SMS but no one called back, called them but they didn't pick up my call, I dropped mail but didn't get any response. Such a pathetic service was not expected from TATA company. If there is delay in recharge even for a day TATA disconnects the signal and now frequently I am getting No Signal, there is no word from TATA Sky.

            HAVE TRIED AND CALLED TOLL FREE NBR KEPT ON HOLD SAYING WITHIN 5 MIN AND THIS CONTINUED FOR ALMOST 14 MIN AND THEN DISCONNECTED LINE. AND ALSO TRIED CALLED LAND LINE NBR WHO REQUESTED TO CALL ON TOLL FREE NBR VERY BAD SERVICE THIS IS GOING ON FOR ALMOST 3 DAYS I AM TIRED NOW. CANNOT DISCONTINUE AND ADVANCE PAID FOR ONE YEAR SUBSCRIPTION UPTO DEC 2015.

              I am using tata sky service from last 2 year, I am enable to see the Channel which is frequent seen by us like Zee Marathi, Discovery Channel and few more our favorite channel, I had very bad experience when I spoke with tata customer care (Toll Free No) the person who attend my call told me that some one form tata sky service will come to you within two days and he wiill resole your Problem, He will Charge me for the same, But it is almost after two month i dint get any call for the same.till date I am facing the problem please resole.

                No signal for last 4 days. I have been getting sms daily promising quick resolution, but nothing happening. Are u sure we the subscribers are not April Fools?. The problem started on Apr 01. You promised 3 days' credit. Please note we need the cable services not credit. Tata Sky work order No. NS[protected]

                    Hello Sir/ Mam, Since three days tata sky signal is not coming & I have sent mail also reg the same on April 3d my SR-Service Request number is 1-[protected] so far nothing has been done from your side.                     I am facing signal issue since last one month, for the same i have register the complain (Work order Number NS[protected] dated 8/4/2015), since then no one from Tata Sky has called me and tried to resolve the issue. I am chancing couple of engineers from my area who came for the installation and they are giving me tough time by fooling around ( Prince [protected]). Apart from this i received an SMS from Tata Sky for my recharge this is so frustrating, they have major signal problem which they have not resolved and they are inform me to recharge so again they can eat my money.

                    Very Pathetic service by Tata Sky would never recommend anyone to go for it.

                      My Tata ID no [protected] I made SMS from yesterday for NS . I have received SMS that your engineers will contact me . No one contacted me . Today at about 10.22 am, one engineer from the mobile [protected] called me and asked directions to reach. he was at adyar and time taken to adyar to Besant Nagar, chennai will take 15 minutes Till the time of writing this mail he has not turned up and keeps his mobile switched off Tata sky services are deplorable now, like any other service of DTH Merely by giving 3 days free extension of services will not suffice. Shame on TATA SKY and Tata company Tatasky web site does not have provison for written complains by mail. They keep us waiting on toll free number, half the time it gets disconncted and we get to speak to them after three to four times . They now tell us to send SMS and do not respond Can you take this up Baratharaj [protected]

                        My subscription Id is[protected]. I would like to register a complaint against Tata Sky for their poor signal service During the month of March we had a similar problem of receiving only one genre of the package and the rest were not available. This lasted for nearly 10 days The same thing is happening in the month of April and we have already faced this problem in the last 5 days . I am very clear I will not make the Subscription Charges for the Month of April unless and Until I am assured o[censored]ninterrupted service by Tata Sky .The only response we get is that Tata Sky is upgrading and hence this disroption . I am sorry then there must be a communication to this effect prior to the disruption in services giving an explanation with commitment on when this will be resolved

                        1) Most channels have no signal at all.

                        2) The ones that have signal, the quality is extremely poor.

                        My ID: [protected]. Due to poor signal I was in touch with your customer care(!) for 4 days from 20th to 24th May. On 25th May one technician by name: Mr. Rajendra mob. No: [protected] visited but could not solve problem but promised to come next day with an amplifier!

                        In fact my problem became from bad to worse! Rajendra did not respond on his mob next day. Please let me know whether he is a fly by night operator or from your reputed company? From 25th to 28th I made several calls and my call complaints as :IB288KT and I-[protected] but till now 5 pm no technician visited!. Today at 9 pm made another complaint bearing No:1--[protected] who assured me technician will visit tomorrow!!!.

                        On these days when TV is not considered as luxury but a necessity. How do you expect your customer to wait for 8 long days? On 24th when I made my first complaint I was informed no visit charges will be applicable but only material charges will be levied. To my surprise Rs. 170/ deducted from my account on the very same day for not solving my signal trouble that deteriorate further!. No materials were used!

                        As on date a total of 10 days over after my first complaint. God bless Tatasky customers!- Hameed.

                          Dear Sir/ Madam I have been facing problem with my tata sky connection on no signal issue for the past 5 days. When I was trying to contact customer care, some other things have been activated in my package apart from exisiting package which includes HD channels and balance had been deducted with out any reason. I request you to please get the connection correct and refund the balance amount for which it had been deducted without any reason.my subscriber ID is [protected]. The customer care call remains busy all the time so i am not able to contact customer care also.

                            I am using tata sky subscription (Subscriber ID [protected]) for more than 1 years. We are not able access most of the channels for last 4 days, Starting 2nd April 2015 due to some technical error and we get to NO SIGNAL error message on many channels. When user is due for any payment, TataSky sends reminder messages to Subscribers which will be displayed on the TV. Any such subscription expiry or payment information is displayed on the TV screen blocking the view of the users. I have sent a complaint SMS to 56633 on 4th April 2015. They did not use their regular means of communication to inform the subscribers. They are least bothered to get in touch with subscribers to check whether the issue raised is resolved or not. I am yet to get any response from TataSky on fixing the problem. I would request TataSky to compensate for thier mismanagement and causing inconvenience to me and my family.

                                I am not able to see TV since 5 days.We suffered similar problem even in the previous month.I am continuously contacting your customer care but they not even attend my call.I even contacted the local Tatasky representative and he asked me to pay Rs.500 to solve my problem.This is really disappointing and shameful for your huge company.So I request you to pls solve my problem by starting the channels of my pack and the amount which is deducted everyday should be compensated by adding it up in my annual payment.Otherwise I will register a complaint against your company in Consumer Forum and inform to my area's BJP Sansad.If you won't solve my problem till tomorrow then I will switch my tatasky service with any other dish service. When try to contact customer care, the message comes as custmer service representative is busy assisting other customers. To whom we contact, when the activation done??? The bigger problem is, it is not possible to contacr the relevant person is this the service of tata sky unappoachable tata sky...

                                    Due to some technical issues going on at tata sky their is no signal in out TV for past 4 days and their is no way to reach out to tata sky. The cust care numbers have an automated recordings and even if you are placed on hold for hours together the call doesn't get connected to any one. Their is no response from tata sky on multiple messages & calls placed. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER PROVIDED BY ANY COMPANY. I want to get my service with tata sky disconnected.                                         Dear Sir, From almost one month or more tatasky signal giving problem. I am telling very straight forward that I am paying money for viewing the channels. If I cant see for your problem that is not my fault. more over u people are telling miss call "[protected]" this no or send sms to 56633 this thing is also chargeable. why u people are making foolish the customer. Don't cheat customer .pls do business honestly not trouble customer. I[censored] have upgrading so open a toll free number where customer can talk. I am very frustrated.
