Subject Work order number received at 11.13 pm on Thursday the 2nd April 2015 based on No Signal SMS. cannot view south indian special and English channels

sir, My ID no :[protected]-s.Lawrence mobile no:[protected].We are often getting' "NO SIGNAL" and for many days we are not able to view English channel or Tamil news, Hindi Food Food .THOUGH WE ARE PAYING rs 315/- every month it seems a waste .cable expenses in this area is only Rs.100/-.Kindly see that IT is permanently set right.We have been paying our recharge amount regularly. no signal for many channels(specially HD)

Since 3-4 days I am facing problem in proper signal. Many channels like Aaj Tak, movie channels and cartoon channels are not receiving signal even though they are included in the pack. Delay and Negligence of service

Horrible Service provider

I have not been getting signals from last 3 days...Subscriber ID - [protected]...Everytime we call the customer care, it is in waiting for around 15-20 mins and then it gets disconnected...somehow if you are able to connect them...they say " we are facing technical issue and our technician will visit your place but we cannot give any timeline"...This is sheer harrassment to customers since we cannot move to other service providers as well...
