Respected Sir/Madam, We are customer of tata sky.From last two days we are trying to call the toll free helpline number for balance problem and signal issues.Tata sky is not showing the channels and demanding to recharge. Moreover we had paid the balance on 23 June 2014 that is 5720/- and on 7th July 2014 that is 2070/- .As we had paid our balance so on television its asking again and again to recharge the account.After recharging the account they are not providing us facilities.This kind of behaviour is not accepted.Hence we cannot tolerate this kind of result.We request you to please take some serious action as early as possible.So provide us facilities as fast as possible. Our Subscriber ID-[protected].And other Subscriber ID ([protected]) ([protected][protected] are facing signal problem though there is no problem in environment.The company is not responding to our need.After waiting 50mins then to they are not attending the call .At last I request you to take severe steps.For more details contact us on [protected].

Same no signal issue, no call etc from Tat sky, only sms assurances, on ID [protected], that too since 02 april 2015 till now.

    There has been no service from Tatasky for the past 4 days and despite leaving smses and missed calls on their customer care numbers there has been no response fro them. This is utterly ridiculous and I request immediate action on this. understand that there is some upgradation work going on but as per their advertisements we have given a missed call to which Tatasky is supposed to address and attend their customer's grievances.

      Its with heavy heart I'm saying that I am very much disappointed from the kind of service your company is giving to customers. My subscriber id is [protected].Customer since last 5 years .Since last 5 days trying to raise an complaint that my set top box is not working.With great difficulty got to talk customer care (in my 14th or 15th attempt).They gave one number for sending sms or give miss call did both getting reply on sms that your number is having multiple subscriber id.Now don't know how to register the complain.looks like have to stop using and go for some body else.

        I GOT A CALL FROM TATA SKY PHONE NO [protected] TODAY 05/APR/2015 AT 1.32 PM, STATING THAT SINCE I AM A PRIVILEGE CUSTOMER I HAVE AN OFFER FOR ACTIVE VEDIC MATHS PACK FOR RS.6/- FOR 3 MONTHS, BUT I CAME TO KNOW LATER THAT IT IS A FALSE OFFER, ACTUALLY IT IS RS.6/- PER DAY. SO I HAVE BEEN CHEATED, SO KINDLY CANCEL THIS PACK IMMEDIATEDLY AND REFUND ME THE AMOUNT, SINCE IT IS A FALSE OFFER.           I am very much disappointed from the kind of service your company is giving to customers. My subscriber id is [protected] on 31st march 12:45 am i have placed a compliant that my set top box is not working through mail. Next day i got a message that technician visit has been arranged but till yesterday 04/04/2015 i did not received any call nor any technician visited my place. According to your policy the complain needs maximum 5 days to be resolved. After enquiring about the status of complaint i got the answer that the complaint had already been resolved. How can the complaint be closed without resolving it. How can you do such things. Again yesterday i have placed a complaint but again now i am tracking its status and its showing that the complaint had been resolved. yesterday i talked to your representative also and i was assured that it will be resolved within 24 hours but more than 24 hours have elapsed and no one had visited my place.

              I can not see channel's few days I already complaned 7-8 times They can not help only ok i think this service very bad I think i have to disconnect my both connection and i will not advice any body and relative for tata sky the problem is your service. Every day i am calling but not good response from your side.

You stop your fraud information through TV. For your information within few days so many customer changes their service. I have already paid total amount on 23.01.15 for whole year vide "MAA Communications, 52/b, Shop-5, Deshmukh road, Tilakwadi, Belgaum-06, Ph no.[protected]. Last 3 days, I am not getting HD Channels and also few Normal channels. I have informed the concerned. But my problem is not solved. Repeatedly I am getting such problems very frequently.                     ID No. [protected] mob no.[protected] Name k satish chadra I have lodged a compliant about no signal on 02/04/15. But even after four days no person has bothered to call me or rectify the problem. Call centre is only playing a recorded message and no person comes on line even after holding phone for 30 minutes. probably it is a dead call centre. Customer care people never care for customer. I am regretting for having opted for this lousy, costly connection. They are very smart to charge idle time fee if we fail to recharge in time. Very prompt in calling you for new connection. But you will come to know about their wonderful service when you have a problem. you cannot access them at all since no live person attends your call. I sincerely advise not to take this connection since other connections are available at much cheaper rates.Hope the top brass will note this and take suitable action to improve their service if at all if they want to remain in business. Or else better to shut down the shop.

                      Hi this is Sunil, My customer Id [protected], I'm unable to view all the channels in my pack, For this issue I called to Tata sky customer care from yesterday morning, Customer care executives told that the issue will close with in 2 hours.or our technical personnel will call back with in 2 hours (For this you can verify the call log).Atlast today morning one supervisor told that we can't give any timelines for resolve or close the issue.Iam very disappoint with the Tata Sky customer care and Tatasky services.I believe TATA is one of the best company in india, but like these situations TATA will lose customer faith.

                        Dear Tatasky Team, We are using tatasky service more then 6 years. Now a days its services are getting day by day worst. We have been facing same issue of no signal. Currently from last 3 days all telugu entertainment as well as telugu news channels are shows NO SIGNAL, we are unable to view them, not getting proper response from customer care, and after holding call till 10 Min.                           Dear Tatasky Team, We are using tatasky service more then 5 years. Now a days its services are getting day by day worst. We have been facing same issue of no signal. Currently from last 3 days all marathi entertainment as well as marathi news channels are shows NO SIGNAL, we are unable to view them, not getting proper response from customer care, and after holding call till 17 Min. Same answer is replied by Customer team, "Engineer will call you soon and visit as soon as possible". I tried to contact Customer care and lodged complaint But i am receiving only assurance on SMS.Neither any engineer has called up nor problem is rectified. Even there is no time line of resolution of this problem. If you can not address the problems of customers then there is no point in keeping the connection. When there is a delay of even one day for the payment from customer end, you shoot message and block the signal but when we are having problem you are just giving assurance on SMS without actually working on it. Every time i need to lodge a compliant & need to call plenty of time at customer care, but none of them able to resolve my problem regarding service.                           Even after writing to customer care, no response from tata sky.It has been 3 days now after registering complaint.No representative has visited us home to resolve the problem as they promised to do within 24 hours from registering the complaint. I tis highly disappointing and frustrating.
                          Complaint was registered on 3rd of April, 2015.(Mail proof attached as photo).No representatives/technicians has contacted or approached us so far on this regard.

                          I already raised request 3 days back for no signal, till now no one has visited in order to resolve the issue, i also tried so many time to reach customer care but like waiting in queue for forever. the signal problem that have shown in tata sky home page is not generic because my neighbours is also having tatasky and they are not facing this problem and any of the other friends that i know. so why it is happening for me and it also happened last month also. can you please take a quick action on it.chat system is also fake, they programed like you are in queue and your waiting number is 97 then it started reducing and when it reached to 1 and my turn after long time message came we are offline. so totaly making fool to customer.
                          From past 15 days we are having NO SIGNAL issue & everytime TATA SKY service person comes Rs.170 gets deducted & he tells us that we need to change the DISH which has no problem. We are tired of this kind of this service from TATA SKY.

                          Dear Sir /Madam,

                          I am facing "no signal" issue since 2nd April 2015 or which I logged complaint with customer care on 3rd April and they said that its the problem from their end which will be resolved automatically. But this didn't resolved and daily for 13 days I used to call the customer care and they used to say that your request is taken on priority and our technician will contact but on 13April to my surprise my call was closed without any intimation as to why its closed. When called helpdesk they told me that my address was entered incorrect to which only the pincode last letter was incorrect (instead of 411057 it was 411058). This was corrected on 13April and new complain was logged again same thing happen no technician visited or called, then I raised relocation request on 23April to which the technician visited the very next day, he didnt relocated my dish he just resolved the "no signal issue"which was the issue from TATA sky end and for this TATA sky charged me 200Rs. Also they told me that I will get full refund of amount for which I was not able to view the services. To which they gave me only 15 days refund whereas its 24 days.
                          Please look into the matter as they are not helping in this regards.

                          Despite numerous calls and promises of visit by technician still not resolved. What is going on? I am getting sick to death of the empty promises even from supervisors. Sort my damn signal issue asap. Useless, incompetent, lacking honesty and integrity, fly by night charlatans and diabolical are some of the words that come to mind of the TATASKY brand. Sort it out.

                          HI, I am unable to view service from 02/04//2015 to till date.

                          I have registered a complaint for No Signal issue on Mar 12 and till now no one has contacted me regarding the technician visit. I have followed up Tatasky nearly 20 times but simply saying they are working on Priority basis and already fix the appointed. This is such a painful service and I seriously dont understand why till now no one has taken action against them. Please look into this issue asap.

Last 5 days we have received that someone will come an rectify the mistake. Every day we complain but no response. What is happening with Tata sky.                               Subject Work order number received at 11.13 pm on Thursday the 2nd April 2015 based on No Signal SMS. No response till 4th April 2015 by any technician team of Tata Sky Telephoned helpline just before 10am on 4th April 2015. Was informed by the person who attended my call that the technician team would call after 10am on the same day and fix an appointment for the visit to rectify the NO SIGNAL problem. NO RESPONSE TILL AROUND 2 PM OF 4TH APRIL 2015 Again called at 2 pm and asked to speak to seniors. Was told to call after 3 pm as seniors were busy Again called between 3.30 pm and 4 pm and after a long wait could get connected to one of the "seniors". The person promised that I would get a call by 5 pm of 4th April 2015 POSITIVELY I AM RASING THIS COMPLAINT TO HIGHLIGHT THE FACT THAT YOUR CUSTOMER CARE TEAM IS NOT GIVING CORRECT COMMITTMENTS. THIS IS VEY DISTURBING FOR ONE OF THE LOYAL CUSTOMERS OF TATASKY FROM 2006 and I HOPE THAT I GET A CORRECT RESPONSE AND MY NO SIGNAL ISSUE WOULD BE RESOLVED WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS

                                  Since 3-4 days I am facing problem in proper signal. Many channels like Aaj Tak, movie channels and cartoon channels are not receiving signal even though they are included in the pack. And also some channels like Nat Geo and History TV 18 are not working properly. We also recharged recently but still HD channels are not working(No signal window is shown) And also there is some problem in viewing the messages on the Tata sky set off box. Kindly pay attention these problems and we also had called costumer service many times but we did not get positive response.

                                  My subscriber id [protected]. not able to view regional channel especially (HD) from past 4-5 days.
                                  Launched a complaint for the same but no proper response from tata sky. We are only receiving the sms that our technician would contact you soon and thats it.
                                  No one has called us till now for what issues we r facing.R we going to get free subscription for the no of days we are facing this issue. It is pathetic

                                      Dear All, We are using tatasky service more then 5 years. Firstly it was good, but now a days its going day by day worst. After every 2 week we face the same issue of no signal. Currently from last 3 days all marathi entertainment as well as marathi news channels are shows NO SIGNAL, we are unable to view them, not getting proper response from customer care, and after long waiting on call it gets hung up. If you can not address the problems of customers then there is no point in keeping the connection. When we do not pay you are prompt in messaging and cutting the connection but when we are having problem you are just sending SMEs without actually working on it. Every time i need to lodge a compliant & need to call plenty of time at customer care, but none of them able to resolve my problem regarding service.
