Dear Sir/Madam, my subscriber id of tatasky is [protected].And recently tatasky started upgardation process and due to this iam unable to view my services for the past 5 days and i called and lodged a complaint at customer care for 3 times but they will reply me with a message we will allocate to local engineer and your problem will be rectified in within an hour but its almost fifth day and i wasted my money and effort for this negligence service.Even the local dealer at Davangere who installed tatasky at our home is also not visited even i made around 30 calls to him he used to reply me i will come but its not taking place Please tookup this matter seriously.Waiting for a positive outcome or else i want to go to other routes to tookup this matter.

      sir, since later half of march 15 i am facing the problem of No signal stastus of many subscribed channels. Few channels from entertainment and Movies sections are available. I complained in your local office they told it is satellite problem. and will be rectified after one day it was rectified again since 28th, march same problem is erupted. I have complained and and got sms for sending your personal immediately. Yesterday evening when i was out of station i got a call from ur personnel he assured me his visit today morning leaving my othere commitment i am waiting for your person. i have following complains against your services 1-.you are increasing charges on your own on subscribed pack 2- you promise quick service but last 15 days i am not getting proper services 3- for deficient services you are charging me at normal rate there are other service providers in the market if you wish to get rid of 6 year old customer you can do so by refunding my remaining money. I can not wait for your deficient uncertain services Bavakar

        This is regarding the no signal for last 4/5 days for various channels. My name is Veena Tripathy and Consumer number is [protected]. I have being doing everything what you are telling all the customers if single is not good. smsing to 56633 then calling the number. The only replay is we know the complaint and technician will visit soon. That soon is I do not know when. Once I got a phone call saying the person will contact you in two hours and today after more than 30 hrs are passed and no one has come to check the disc or signal. If you can not address the problems of customers then there is no point in keeping the connection. Your customer care number is always busy and I have never got through that. When we do not pay you are prompt in messaging and cutting the connection but when we are having problem you are just sending smses without actually working on it.

            i am not watching chenals on tata sky for last four days. my tatasky ID is[protected] and ragisterad contect no. is [protected].I resistered my complain at tatasky helpline many times in three days but no action has been taking from tatasky yet .they said they call me in 4hours and solve the problem but in last three days there is no solution from tatasky.now I go to consumer court for decline in service.

              No one has assisted for fixing the new dish antenna the telephonic conversation is going no ware with call centres. Call centre employees slam down the call. No senior ever comes for listening your grievance I have recharged the set of box with Rs 400/- is gong waste without watching TV as No antenna is installed. Local sub contractor demands fancy demands. Delay/ Over charge Day of talking to the call centre No assistance, I want now to sell my set up boxes & request money back if you cannot help?               Relocation repeated!

              The system from TATA SKY informs that Mr Manish a service engineer will fit the new TATASKY dish antenna.

              Mr Manish gives a call & the never replies He never answers the call.
              Repeated callsl to the local agent who makes a point never to answer,
              I am guessing why should he do this I don;t know him he should meet or answer his inconvenience so that I don;t keep phone up.

              My system of TV is still not operative even the complain at the consumer forum has been a waste.
              I ask you if these people from TATA SKY are teaching some sort of lesson to the consumer??

                    I have not been getting signals from last 3 days...Subscriber ID - [protected]...Everytime we call the customer care, it is in waiting for around 15-20 mins and then it gets disconnected...somehow if you are able to connect them...they say " we are facing technical issue and our technician will visit your place but we cannot give any timeline"...This is sheer harrassment to customers since we cannot move to other service providers as well (because of initial cost of set top box and all)...Please assist with this regard...Tata sky need to compensate its customers if it is not able to resolve the issue in time... During March...I had ordered Pampers from Amazon and they had sent a incorrect product by mistake...they compensated by giving the product for free...Thats the kind of customer service and responding to people if you have done any mistake... Here with Tata sky, the officers are not even bothered what issues customers are facing...they just say.."we understand your problem"... but we cant give any timeline when the technician will visit...                       Tata Sky ID number [protected] The caption connection is in the name of Ajay Vora (myself). I am an NRI but my family stays in Mumbai. Our service provider is Tata Sky authorised dealer- Laxmi Enterprise ( Narendra- [protected] and [protected]). We paid the subscription for the year i.e September 2014 to August 2015. We have the receipt of payment with us, which is reproduced below. We are offline from last two month. On complaint with Tata sky, we came to know that our credit is finished. On the other hand, I have the proof that we paid the money till August 2015. This means that Tata Sky authorised agent took the money from us and pocketed the money. This is a clear cut case of Cheating and forgery. Being an NRI, we are very much aware of our rights. We will be registering the complaint against Tata Sky authorised dealer, which please note. With this email, we want to take action against Tata Sky authorised dealer who is spoiling the name and dignity of Tata sky. Looking forward to hear from you. Thanks Best regards Ajay Vora

                        MY S.ID-[protected] FROM 30-03-14 I HAVE FACING LOTS OF PROBLEMS FROM TATASKY CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE AND TECHNICIAN. AT 11:15 AM THAT DAY I CALLED TO C-CARE FOR UPGRADE HD-BOX AND INSTALL IN MY HOUSE, THEY TOLD ME THAT WITHIN ONE HOUR SOME ONE CONTACT YOU, BUT NO ONE CONTACT ME, THEN I CALLED AGAIN TO C-CARE AT AROUND 2:00 PM, THEY TOLD ME THAT YOU HAD SCHEDULE THE TIME AT 3:35 PM, WHEN I SAID I NOT TALKED TO ANY ONE FOR ANY SCHEDULE THEN HOW IT POSSIBLE, THEN HE DISCONNECT THE PHONE. NO ONE COME IN MY HOUSE AT 3:35, AGAIN I CALL TO C-CARE AT AROUND 4:30 NO RESPONSE, AFTER 5:30 SOMEONE CALL AND COME AND THEN INSTALL ALL THE THINGS. FROM 02/04/2015 I HAD MISSED CALL TO TATA-SKY REGARDING NO SIGNAL. MY COMPLAIN NO. WO NS[protected] RAISED ON 02/04/2015 AT 14:09, THEN A TECHNICIAN COME AND SAID THIS IS BACK-END PROBLEM DON'T WORRY IT IS AUTOMATICALLY SOLVED. AFTER HE GONE A SMS RECEIVED AT 13:53 YOUR TATA-SKY WO NS[protected] HAS BEEN COMPLETED. ON 03-04-15 I ALSO SEND THE SMS TO [protected] 11:14. AND AGAIN A SMS RECEIVED AT 11:15 WE WILL GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU SHORTLY. BUT NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL. THEN I CALLED TO C-CARE AT 17:50 BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT TECHNICIAN WILL COME AT 5-6 PM AS PER YOU SCHEDULED THE TIME, BUT THAT NO ONE CALLED ME FOR TIME SCHEDULE. WHEN I TOLD TO YOUR C-CARE TO TAKE ACTION AND LISTEN TODAY'S RECORDING OF MY VOICE, THEN THEY DISCONNECT THE PHONE. AND ALSO WRITE TO COMPLAIN IN HELP -DESK MY REFERENCE NO IS SR[protected] AT[protected]:38. AT 8:43 AGAIN I WROTE A MAIL TO [protected]@TATASKY.COM & [protected]@TATASKY.COM. THREE AUTO RESPONSE MAIL RECEIVED (Service Request number is 1-[protected], the Service Request number is SR[protected], Your Service Request number is 1-[protected], “Our representative will get in touch with you shortly”). AND TODAY[protected]AT 2:24 PM A SMS RECEIVED ORDER NO.HH96274. WE WILL CONTACT YOU SOON FOR TAKING APPOINTMENT RELATED TO TECHNICIAN VISIT.BUT TILL TIME[protected]NO PHONE & NO ONE COME AND RESOLVED PROBLEM.AND ALSO WASTE MONEY IN PHONE CALLS. SO PLEASE CHECK YOUR SIDE AND SHORT OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS PER YOUR COMMITMENT WITHIN 24 HOUR SOLVED YOUR PROBLEM.

                          service provider not giving the service for last 3 days Not getting channels fro the last 3 days . Complaint ref NS[protected] chat ref 2156247. my subscriber id [protected]. complaint by SMS to 56633 and giving a missed call to [protected] as per their instructions have also proved a waste of time. In the help desk there is a provison to chat with the agent live.whenever i log in there will be a long queue and have to wait for a very longtime for the turn.when the turn is about to materialsie the chat line will go off line. I feel this is a deliberate action.Often i got the message in my mobile that they are attending to my complaint. But nothing contract is happening. Recently a week back i have renewed the premier membership and i am now repenting for the action for this wretched service.                           one more instance of callous behaviour on the part of customer service executive on the helpline no [protected] just around 8, 30 pm to 8.45 pm . His name is Mr Ravindar Pal . While i was talking to him for the redressal, he has the audocity to cut and disconnect the call . I was informed that the helpline is a paid one .

                            I have done a big mistake chosen Tata sky DTH. No response from tata sky customer care. No signal. Only north packs are active South packs are banned. Chanel 101 untruth promises and tata sky employee of the year he is under 4 low grade employee wrong informer. Better go for Videocon or Airtel DTH good response. Tata sky DTH is like Nano car both are wast in the indian market.

SMS given to 56633 and called to help line no. [protected] and there is no proper response or feed back as when this will get resolved.

                                    iD [protected] We had no signal in march month from 15th to 21st and again in this month from 5th afternoon There is no defect in installation and we weren't able to call and register the complaint in the normal way as the lines were busy or no reply Even after registering the complaint no service person visited us and no improvement in the connection Nearby relatives were getting the reception and we are now put into a lot of inconvenience due to the non response and are keen to stop using the tata sky services Kindly reimburse the cost that is in balance and take back the set top box and reimburse the full cost as we are fed up and would like to shift our operator In case we do not hear from your end we plan to approach the local consumer court

                                      Dear sir, I have recharge my account on 25.01.2015 by semi- annual package of Rs. 2040 =00 and my due date is 08.08.2015. But, account balance shows Rs. 118 =00 as on 04.04.2015. Signals problem in reginal packages from last 3 days. Correction in the account balance and improvement in signals are required.
                                      Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I had recharged metro pack with Rs. 2040 on 1.8.14 through SBI Debit card ( Bill Desk.com[protected] dtd. 1.8.14, SBI A/c No. [protected] ) and also renewed metro pack with Rs. 2040 on 26.01.15 well in advance against due date, 08.02.15 through SBI net banking ( INB tatasky TRF to[protected] dtd. 26.01.15 SBI A/c No. [protected] ). But account balance shows only Rs. 118 as on 04.04.15 in my tatasky . This said mistake has yet not been rectified nor updated.

And once I call the number that is displayed I receive a message that they working on it but the issues has not been resolved and I wonder how long it is going to take them to resole this?
