DTH signal

I have done a big mistake chosen Tata sky DTH. No response from tata sky customer care. No signal. Only north packs are active South packs are banned. Chanel 101 untruth promises and tata sky employee of the year he is under 4 low grade employee wrong informer. Better go for Videocon or Airtel DTH good response. Tata sky DTH is like Nano car both are wast in the indian market....

Signal for set of box not recd. for past 3 days (02.04.15 to till date)

Wrong account balance as on 04.04.2015

Dear sir, I have recharge my account on 25.01.2015 by semi- annual package of Rs. 2040 =00 and my due date is 08.08.2015. But, account balance shows Rs. 118 =00 as on 04.04.2015. And once I call the number that is displayed I receive a message that they working on it but the issues has not been resolved and I wonder how long it is going to take them to resole this?...

Regional channels not getting aired due to signal problem
