no signal in most off channels

Channels not working from past week

Hi, I am a subscriber of Tata sky and my ID is [protected]. I am receiving black screen with no signal message from past week. No channel is working. I tried calling Tatasky help line and always receiving busy tone. I also gave a missed call to the number advised and also messaged as guided. I always receive a message stating your technician visit is pending but there is no call or technician from past week. I am really getting very frustrated....

no proper signal for regional services tamil and also some english channels

Renewal subscription

Issue with Network
