Dear Tata Sky, my customer id is [protected] . Last 4 days am getting dark signal on ma tv. First of all, I get no intimation about such upgradation activites going to be performed on my mobile or television. Second, WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU DO UPGRADATIONS DURING DAY TIME??! THIRD, You guys are so prompt in reminding us to pay and if it comes to the last day, you even disrupt our viewing to tell us to pay! Like we're kids and don't know what to do!! WHAT IS THIS? THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS! Second time this is happening, signal issues and what not? No customer support, no chat available, no email intimation, no customer call back...hell with you. ..
