I am facing no signal for the last 3 days and there is no response from them. I am frustrated keep on calling customer care and was keep on hold for 20-30 mints every time. Who is responsible for these call cost and the tata sky daily charge which is deducting from my main balance. I would suggest never go for such idiotic service providers like Tata Sky in future. This is my subriberid - [protected], i[censored] don't take any action in the next 24 hours refund me the connection amount or else I will go to the consumer forum and put a case against Tata Sky.

    work order no[protected] dt 3.4 15 we are listening only bengali channels like STAR JALSA, E TV, JEE BANGLA etc but not getting line from 2nd April 2015.My schedule of 30 days to be counted after resumption of said channel.There should not be any violation of this request otherwise, we will move to consumer court contact no [protected] BANGALORE

      According to your message that we will contact you in the next two hrs to take appointment for installer visit& it will be attended in 24 hrs on January 24, 2015 ...is still not honoured... Today, ie 04 April 2015 I still wait for you commitment to be honoured.. Please also be aware that I have two connections of TATA SKY registered on my mobile nos [protected]... The above mentioned complaint is for sub I'd ..[protected]. The other connection is for my house at Goa ...sub I'd ...[protected].

        ID No.:[protected] Since 25 March, I am unable to view any of the tataksy channels. I called the customer service toll free number, but to no response. I've had this problem intermittently for many times, but now it is totally gone. Very very poor customer service! and fake number[protected]Time Pass number)

THE BIGGER PROBLEM IS, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CONTACR THE RELEVANT PERSON IS THIS THE SERVICE OF TATA SKY UNAPPOACHABLE TATA SKY...
          Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I am also facing same problem for last four days (was facing the same 'no signal' issue last month as well). My work order is pending for last three days for technician visit. There is no one to answer in the customer care (it always says that call center is engaged). I am very much frustrated/disappointed with their service and planning to migrate to another service provider.

            tatasky dth has expired so we have 02. 04 .15 but still but still i haven't get proper connection so kindly take steps for connection as soon as possible getting chanell like discovery national geography historytv but still we are getting tamil channels. I

                      Since past 1 month i am not getting connected to regional channels .As i get message of rain but sky is clear and also i switch off set top box and check alll connection as per instruction but still issue not getting resolved.Some time of its own it reads wel come to tata sky and all channels gets connected for some time only. card id no :[protected] Bouquet _id : 24839 Release no : 109.

                          Hi I received a call from a associate representing tata sky who stated that he would be reaching my house within 30 minutes at 10 am on 04/04/2015 but after repeated attempts to reach the same associate over the phone there has been no response from him till now. I did not expect such pathetic service from a well known company like tatasky. The associate not only failed to keep up his time but also has not received my call for the last 8 hours. This is utter disrespect to a customer's value of time and a company like tatasky fails at addressing a customer's concern where i could not even reach the call centre because of its huge wait time. Shame on u and your partners Tata and Sky. Im not even sure if i will ever get an installation. Agitated Customer

                            Dear Tata Sky, my customer id is [protected] . Last 4 days am getting dark signal on ma tv. First of all, I get no intimation about such upgradation activites going to be performed on my mobile or television. Second, WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU DO UPGRADATIONS DURING DAY TIME??! THIRD, You guys are so prompt in reminding us to pay and if it comes to the last day, you even disrupt our viewing to tell us to pay! Like we're kids and don't know what to do!! WHAT IS THIS? THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS! Second time this is happening, signal issues and what not? No customer support, no chat available, no email intimation, no customer call back...hell with you. ..

                              My Tatasky ID [protected]. From last week we are not view hidi new channels and discovery, N.G. and Animal planet channels. Messege received no signals. I try your toll free number but I am not contact your cust. support exec. Also, I am wasting my money in phone calls. Pl. check from your side and sort out this matter.

                                1. My Customer ID [protected] 2. Service not received for one and half day in March, 2015. 3. Service not received since morning of 02/04/2015 till now. 4. Lodged complain at[protected] on 02/04/2015. 5. Local contact of Tata Sky[protected] did not pickup receiver telephone on 02/04/2015. 6. Could contact local unit on 03/04/2015 evening and they assured to send technician by 10-30 am on 04/04/2015. 7. Technician visit did not materialise till 2-30 pm today. 8. Call attendant's (young Bengali speaking lady) behaved admonitory to remind me that they had so many customers that they could not attend to my complain that was already lodged and abruptly cut the connection off. 9. My attempts to contact senior personnel of Tata Sky failed for which this mail is sent for redressal.

                                My customer id is [protected]. For the lastt 5 days I have been complaining that I have a problem with reception . Every time the call centre person says within 2 hours I will get a call and the problem will be rectified . The problem has not been solved till now. Only for charging customers you are very prompt.

                                I intend to file a complaint with the consumer course and drag in your senior personnel if I do not get a credit from the first day till the problem is rectified.
                                am also exploring other options . Tataskyservice is a disgrace to the brand TATA.

                                  from last week we cannot seee marathi channels no.785 to 798 .we have already lodged the complent and received the work order no as above . three days back we were getting lots of messages that the tech person will contact within 3hours today 3days are passed till noone has turned so far

                                        Hi, I am a subscriber of Tata sky and my ID is [protected]. I am receiving black screen with no signal message from past week. No channel is working. I tried calling Tatasky help line and always receiving busy tone. I also gave a missed call to the number advised and also messaged as guided. I always receive a message stating your technician visit is pending but there is no call or technician from past week. I am really getting very frustrated. If we wont pay for 1 day they will not provide the service for extra minute but they expect customers to wait weeks for them to solve the issue. Very disgusting. I would like this issue to the addressed ASAP.
