My tata sky ID Number is [protected]. I want to reduce my package that I want to remove the active coocking, ten sports& English from my package.I want package of only 240/-Rs.I have called several times to the tolll free number and want to talk to the customer care oficer but their is no response from them I have been trying from last three days for the reduction of my package. Your customer care service is mot up to the mark It wasted my time. Kindly take action for my complaint. Waiting for your reply. Regards Rajendra Nagar

I ve installed HD setup box subscribed for Rs 240 Package PM on 29/5/2015 but now message is flashed for Recharge with balance Rs 441 and package expires today.Talked on customer care and they set the new plan cancelling all the current plans. Why this message is flashed only after 15 days? Yea dada giri ha ise band caro.

We are unable to contact your organization over phone.         I UPGRATE MY OLD TATA SKY BOX WITH NEW TATA SKY HD BOX. WHEN I UPGRADE MY HD BOX ONE TATA SKY SERVICE BOY COME AND SAID TO ME ONLY BOX WAS REPLACE NO AND HE WAS NOT GIVE TO ME NEW REMOTE AND TATA SKY ADOPTER. AND I USE OLD TATA BOX ADOPTER SO WAS CREATING STARTIN PROBLEM.AND THE JHANSI SERVICE CENTER AND THE TATA SKY SERVICE BOY CHEAT TO ME. PLZ TAKE ACTION IN MY FABOUR

          Since two days our antena is not catching signal due to damage of some device after lodging the complain yesterday nobody has contacted so far for replacing the same. Thier customer care number is always busy even after chosing the option of call back nobody has bothered to contact us. i want the solution at earliest else i want to change my this sercive provider and want to claim for damage as well as my prestige cost in consumer court.

            Team, I m struggling to get service past 3days, Massage shown No signal, Tried to call on Helpline Number but same was not register. Only IVR Due to congestion issue you are not able to seen. its resolve automatically... But When????? This is happened 2nd time in past one month, I paying (Recharge) 580rs per month with validity one month, I m not able to view 3 days, My contact details : [protected]

              ID: [protected] No service since 02 April 2015 morning. [protected] customer care is always busy. And have spent around 25-30Rs by just calling this number in the past 2 days. Just received a msg with work order NS[protected]. No contact from any tata sky engineer after that. My SMS of NS was charged by 3Rs. In spite of no service in the last 2 days, am sure my Tata Sky balance might be still getting deducted. Such a pathetic service by tata sky was never expected.
              Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              4th day since no services. Only sms assurances still.
              Attached the same.

                  Dear Sir, I am Sekar from Thottiyam village(TRICHY district). I am using the Tata Sky product for past 2 months and My registered Tata sky subscriber ID is [protected] & my registered email id is engineer.[protected]@gmail.com. In past 2 -3 days, we are not able to view the channels thru TATA SKY connection and its showing the message in the display as NO SIGNALS. Even numerious times we tried to reach the officially registered customer care numbers for register our complaints but no use. Because no one is lift the call for help and its makes us fool of waiting our time to seek help from tata sky customer services. And we confused of, whether do they really have the customer services. Because if they said no and we won't waste our time to call the customer services and we will move on the another respectable service provider like airtel, dish DTH or sun direct connection. And Tata sky simply charging us for unviewing or un using days. For solving this issue we tried tata sky call help line services and SMS services, but no response we received. Please help the public and advice the tata sky service providers to solve this issue asap and please tell them to do not charge for if any of the viewers reporting no signals for the period of days. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL HELP AND SAVE THE PUBLIC...!

                    I am a tata sky user since two years. I have been getting "No Signal" twice last month after one week & now there was all channels problem. i have tried contacting them using their helpdesk numbers, but no response. I also gave missed to their dedicated number and sent a message NS to 56633. I got a response saying that a representative will reach me ASAP. Its been two days nobody has contacted or visited yet...kindly settle the no signal issue and when there is programme coming & we unable to watch don't deduct the amount.. ID-[protected].

Your engineer had called but did not come to upgrade the software till now. We should be compensated till we are not able to watch the Channels since we are paying for these channels . I demand per day compensation at the rate you are charging us . For your information it is still not clear whether your engineer will come today also.                       Not able view regional and pay channels for the past five days. Continuously calling the call center but not getting proper response or solution. Even no one has called so far for any courtesy. I have not expected this kind of proper service from tata group company. This is seems to be that the company is trying to cheat the people.
                      I am Sampath N, senior citizen. I am completely disgusted with the services provided by Tatasky. From last 25 days, I am not able to view any channels due to the upgrade work undertaken by Tatasky. I am trying to reach the customer care numbers, but there is no response. The wait time is around 10 min and even I have waited for 20 min, nobody responds. Then I have sent an email, except for the automated message, I did not get any response from them. This is really very annoying, even for a senior citizen there is no response. Tatasky claim themselves to be the best in the business and have top class services, but they have a such pathetic services, the worst part is we are not even able to reach out to them to register our complaints. This is very bad which was not expected from Tatas. Now losing the conplete hope on all Tata brands.

                      Hope this gets resolved through this complaint, otherwise I am discarding the tatasky services and going to escalate this in all media.

                      Tata is a reputed group. Still i dnt know how they can be so irresponsible. For last 1 month i am following up with them dt i am not able to view channels. Bt everytime dy say dy will send someone today or dy hangup d phone. This is ridiculous. Connection ia in the name of harish
                      chabra in hadapsar pune. I wil terminate the connection.
                      I'm not able to vew channels of TATA SKY.No body responds...

I have no signal for last 5 days.As was advertised by tata sky for last several days ( somebody of tata sky didn't participate in mohlla cricket match or dropped family visit to Agra etc), i gave number of miss called to ([protected]) from my RMN ([protected]). A auto message generated SMS was sent to me every time but no respose for rectification or visits or call back. Helpline numbers not responding. Not expected from a TATA brand

                                Tata sky has put out an announcement that they are upgrading their system and some subscribers May hav no signal. They hav provided 2 numbers, one for no signal SMS and another for missed call. Otherwise their complaints number is choked and their chennai number disconnects as soon as I am thru. They provided a work order number which is 4 days old and no response so for. Their announcement says, " You have put with our trouble for the last few days, pl. bear with us for some more days.😄😀. They think it is a joke. How many more days...GOD alone knows.. They must be knowing, how some ladies who are addicted to their serials must be suffering. 1. They Shd announce, how many days more exactly they are going to take. 2. Like sensible computer people with brains, who do their service between 12 and 4 in the night, their outage also Shd be only in the night. 3. They Shd refund the subscription for the days their service is down. 4. They Shd monetarily compensate for he mental agony.                                 I totally agree with you R Madhavan. Me too facing similar problem from past 2 days. Service providers like this take it granted and they know that in India it will be escalated to max shouting... media news... and then after couple of days... everything will be forgotten.

                                  We are sorry to inform you that our above ID tata sky is not working since day before yesterday and no channels is coming. we have send so many SMS in which NS sent to 56633. We received message i.e invalid request even though we have sent message from our registered mobile no. [protected]. Today, morning we have received call from tata sky in which they have informed that they are sending our request . We surprised to note that till time our request has not been considered . Such type of services we never expect from tata sky who is always providing good service. We have taken tata sky because of their good services. This type of problem repeated second time within one month. We hope that you will take this matter seriously and our services will resume today evening. Regards, Sunita sharma

                                        Hi, We are not getting some channels since 2nd April, 2015 because of signal problems as you mentioned that you are doing up-gradation and it will affects signals. Called many times on your mentioned no. [protected] but no one responded. Instead of saying missed call I called many times but no response. What kind of service is this and why you are making fools of customers if you can't provide them the service. This is not acceptable. Subscriber ID- [protected] Please send your technician asap and resolve this problem. Why we should pay my full subscription when i am not able to see all the channels. This upgradation activity is from Tata sky on its own. why should we suffer ? I want a refund of the days.
