1.0 Service not available from last four days. 2.0 After repetitive follow-up also there is no action from Tata sky mgmt 3.0 The customer care no [protected] which is not connected to the person involved for register complain after continuous try of 40min from contact no [protected] in the morning 8.36 to 9.15am. Do you feel we have leasure time to register complain. 4.0 Contact No[protected] also not working. Why the hell it is showed in the TV screen. 5.0 we tried local Tata sky distributor at Aurangabad ([protected]) also not responding. Sincereity and seriousness missing. I talked to Ms Bharti yesterday noon and she informed service Engineer will be visiting tomorrow. But nobody visited. Response is very poor. 6.0 There is many service providers available in the market. If you are not able to resolve customer services we will shift to some other service providers. ashis pal, +91-[protected]

    ID: WO#HEH2X4D Sir, I have booked a tata sky connection through online. I wanted to book for HD connection instead of it, I have booked SD. So I called customer care to cancel the booking. After 24 hrs of booking, I once again called customer care and confirmed that they have cancelled connection. But still I didn't receive my money back. Please help me how to get my money back. tata sky Customer care doesn't even respond to me. I have ordered on 31st March 2015. Still I don't receive any communication from them.

      Signal lost on 2nd and raised the issue, after 2 hrs work order has sent with technician details. Again Signal Lost on 3rd Morning 9:00 A.M . Complaint raised and also gave a missed call from mobile [protected] for Signal loss. . Work order has been sent with out technician details on 3rd evening, but No response from yesterday. Called he technician who came to fix the Signal issue on 2nd, he told he will come, but didn't turned up.
      Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      The Technician (No: [protected]) Came and told that LNB is gone and need to change as the threads are gone. when we asked, last time you only came and fixed that how can be a problem now when it was fine yesterday. They started arguing that someone else would have removed bla bla.. . We told that fine change the LNB and give back us the non working one. He told no we cant give back we need to give back to the company . We told to change, they will comeback with the new one and never turned back

      As my TV was not receiving any signal so I gave a missed call to the number given by TATA SKY on 14th April. got a system generated registration sms. Work order no was NS[protected]. On 16th April received a message that my complaint has been addressed. Though in the registration sms it was mentioned that some one will contact me for appointment but neither any one contacted me nor problem was addressed. So again I gave my feedback. Then on 17th I called their helpline and narrated my problem.Then after a long wait I was told that by mistake it was shown as rectified, Then again I got a new work order no. NS[protected]. None has contacted so far and the problem is as such.

        Hi, We are not getting some channels because of signal problems as you mentioned that you are doing up-gradation and it will affects signals. Called many times on your mentioned no. [protected] but no one responded. Instead of saying missed call I called many times but no response. What kind of service is this and why you are making fools of customers if you can't provide them the service. This is not acceptable. Subscriber ID- [protected] Please send your technician asap and resolve this problem.

          For the last 2 days we have been getting an error message saying upgrade is happening...give a missed call. We have made numerous calls...no one has bothered to call. If payment is delayed by 1 day you guys cut the line...how are you going to manage this...we are paying for HD and none if it works...is this customer service ???

            I have been facing issues with HD channels from the last one week. Have given multiple missed calls on[protected]. Never heard back from you. Have called your helpline and waited for more than 30 minutes but never get transferred to the associate. This is very disappointing.

              Since its more than 2 days, I am not able to view my channels. My subscriber id is [protected]. I placed complaint sending NS to 56633 and also sent email to [protected]@tatasky.com & [protected]@tatasky.com. But no response. I am using tata sky from 5 years and I am very satisfied. I am happy to use your quality service and immediate technical support. But these days I feel that it is degrading because of recent technical hiccups that are arising from past 3 weeks For my family, TV is the main source of entertainment / time pass round the clock. You (tata sky) charge us on a daily basis and per day I pay around 15 rupees for viewing channels without any disruptions. Due to this upgrade I am not receiving signal from last 48 hours and still continuing when I am writing this email. This has happened in the past and I didn't received any signal for almost 24 - 36 hours. Why I should suffer because of your upgrade, can't you perform this upgrade without effecting our services? Are you compensating the hours / days of disruption of the service? Why the customer care numbers are blocked during this period? Are you deliberately blocking the customer care numbers during this period? if so you know the dates and time period when the services will be effected. if so why are you are not informing this prior? Why there is no alternate plan to continue the services for the effected users? I am not happy with the upgrade process you are being followed. I require a clear explanation for this.

              It is now 4th day and counting... no singal / services restored. They sent an SMS saying that they credited 3 days money into my tatasky account.
              Money is secondary, the way tatasky is behaving in handling this kind of situation is really disturbing & annoying. More how many days will you to take to resolve this? Please restore services immediately.

                    HI Team, From Past 2 days i dont have signal to me, the customer care does not reply back nor attend the call i ghad this issue last month also for 3-4 days i dont have signal but was restored the services on 5th day. Now the problem again started. In there add they mention "Subah ho yaa Shamm we will help you this is our commitment" Absolute Fake . They should first stop charging on daily basis when they are unable tp provide services. and they should apolizise the customers and should return there money if they cannot provide proper services.

                    I too have the SME problem. Its been two days and I am waiting for help. Seems the CC number is not working now. Seems they started the upgradation with out proper planning.

                      There is enough of tata sky problem . only 50% channel we have been getting from last one month. No signal for other channels. 100 times tried tto connect BT no response from their side . better to leave the connection as there are lots of options left for us now. We are planning to ttake other connection and say goodbye to Tata sky. WWhatevr they r doing with their customers iits cheating n nothing.

                        dear sir / madam, my ID number:[protected]. many times i try your customer service nobody not give response and nobody not lesson customer complaint. one hour i try customer service just now time 11:00 pm (3.04.2015) one guy pickup my call Mr. vasim, i raise the complaint he transfer my call with out information and another guy cut it my call. same problem i facing miss. deepa also. kindly take action necessary. and another prob;em with out intimation activate some channel few months back after three months back i cut it extra channel. avoid the bad activities . note : i am not get signal kindly send to your technician earliest. last time came your technician with out tools he asking extra money. this time send to eligible person. regards raju. d [protected]

                        I have been using tata sky dth for past 3 years .my subscriber id [protected]
                        . Since march 28 2015, we have not been able to view our tata sky service . Tried calling the customer care who were as clueless as us, giving vague information and finally assuring us the ground technician would get in touch with us.few days back some random person claiming to be a technician called to say whether they can come for service . But even he is not reachable noe .. no response after that . Tried calling the customer care numerous time making us wait for 8-10 minutes with no response at all . are they mocking our patience ????!! Whom do we approach ? No customer care !no online forum response ! Whom do we complain this about so that this problem would resolve ?? Never thought tata group would be so unprofessional to towards its customer .. very much disappointed . Thinking to disconnect the service (for that atleast someone should respond too !!!)very bad service ! Is anybody listening!!!??????????
                        There is no any response against my complaint (Some channels are not viewing bcoz my set top box does not support some channels) so i want to change my set top box

                            We are not getting Tamil and Malayalam channels for the past two days and even after registering with customer care no action has been taken so far.We are getting only SMS that the same will be attended by their field staff. tat sky work order no:NS[protected] and service request number is-- 1-[protected].                                 Our TATA Sky HD connection is not working properly from yesterday. It is not able to catch the signal properly. It is showing that there is first time installation settings in our television. Therefore I want you to send a person who is able to set our T.V.we have done our complaint from 4 days & there has been no reply. SO I request you to send your person by tomorrow as soon as possible.

                                  All other channel is working fine except regional Bengali channels. from last 2 days. The same problem was faced by myself before some weeks also and resolved by 2 hours. but now the customer care is telling that it will resolved soon. I have paid for the service. kindly arrange to resolved the same so that I can view all subscribed channels. For information my next door neighbour have all the channels running fine and he is also a tatasky subscriber.

                                    On[protected], at 12.56 my TATA Sky receiver stopped & no picture and sound received in my TV. Accordingly, I sent SMS. In reply they assured that Technician will reach my home within 1630 hrs. But no body reached. I called in their help line No. they assured that by evening the technician will reach, that also failed. Around 1800 hrs on my repeated calling they assured that technician will reach before 1900 hrs, that too failed. On[protected], I requested them several times, but no tech.reached. Same condition was on[protected] also. On[protected] the system restored around 1800 hrs, and I able to see the pictures in my TV. It means around 77 hrs I could not see TV due to their own problems. Again on[protected] from 1610 hrs, TATA Sky receiver stopped working. There after till writing this complaint that is up to 2130 hrs of[protected], I called them more than 15 times in which they repeatedly told that my complaint has been registered and tech. will reach my home . I am unable to see my TV due to their Technical problem and due to non attendance of TATA Sky Tech. In this situation I am unable to see the TV programmes. Necessary steps are solicited by Technician immediately. Only verbal assurance will not serve the purpose.Also urge necessary compensation for such harassment .Further, beside the pack I have paid, all extra added channels which I do not want to see, even not requested to add should be removed forth with.                                       My Tata Sky Subscriber ID is [protected] and I am not receiving signal since last two day.There is frequent disruption of service since last month in the name o[censored]PGRADATION. Are we the consumers going to get compensated for the period we are not receiving the service ? I have registered the complaint yesterday but no engineer has visited my place till now neither I am able to talk to any of Tata Sky Executive over the customer care phone no. Please resolve the issue IMMEDIATELY.

                                        I have been a customer of TataSky since 2007. Had no major issues so far. However My Tatasky has not been receiving any signal for any channels for last more then 26 + hours. Have tried calling the tool free number which says that the agents are busy and hold. After about 5 mins hold, the line autoometically gets disconnected. So how i managed to get the Tatasky West zone number. Where again it took 3 minns to reach the live person who heard me and said that he was in sales team and will transfer me to technical team. The techie said that some upgrade is on and i have to sms SN to 56633 and will get it fixed in few hours. I followed the instructions however i jus received a achknowledgement sms that a techie will contact me. Its almost 27th hour without signal and no one has even contacted me. I have tried many times to call the tool free and the west zone number but now no one answers it. It jus says. please hold..all agents are busy.. howver after 8 mins of hold no one answers. Am very unhappy and frastrated with this service. I would need compensation from tatasky in the form of extension of my next due date by equal number of days i dontt get signal.
