Charging more than usual

Customer ID : 1013052145 Complaint : NO SIGNAL

Dear Sir, We herewith inform you that we could not receive your satellite signal by 31.03.2015 onwards. The same problem has occurred last month also and there was nearly 1 week no signal condition. This was informed to your local technician, but they simply said to send SMS as NS to 56633 and there is no response till date. With out any prior information, your No 1 organization( TATA SKY ) done some mistakes causes so many embarrassment...

not receiving the services

We are unable to view our subscribed channels in spite of recharging due to the ongoing upgradation process.We are frequently coming across these kind of excuses and despite trying the measures suggested by the consumer care, we couldnt receive the services properly, except a few channels.I hope you would consider this problem seriously and fix it as soon as possible...

Every month for the last 3 months, my set top box shows the wrong subscriber ID and hence the Payment Due is also incorrect. Presently my recharge date is June 2015. Today I have seen the recharge date as 1 April 2015. I have called the helpline numbers (both) for over a hour between 5.45 p.m. and 6.45 p.m. I could also get through once and then also the call was terminated half way. YET again within a month their problems start, channels are not coming and something to do with upgradation as an excuse again this month! Dont you feel like this is getting old and is gettin onto customers nerves! should we also pay accoring to the times your dish goes off due to weather, upgradation and other rubbish you can even make up as excuses! No signal problem
