Hello, i am also facing the same problem not getting the signals for last 2 days, , and when we call customer care, i am getting no response, and my balance amount is getting reduced every day .
this is the second time in last 1 month, lasttime i didnt have signals for 4 days, and this time it is 3rd day
i wont use this any more, i will shift to otehr networks
very bad response from Tata teams
Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
We herewith inform you that we could not receive your satellite signal by 31.03.2015 onwards. The same problem has occurred last month also and there was nearly 1 week no signal condition. This was informed to your local technician, but they simply said to send SMS as NS to 56633 and there is no response till date.
With out any prior information, your No 1 organization( TATA SKY ) done some mistakes causes so many embarrassment to public & consumer.
So please avoid this type of interruption in future & take necessary action about said matter at the earliest.
