Subscriber ID [protected] Account Status Active I have given request for change in normal set of box to HD box yesterday and the local executive called . I told him to come in the evening. Now is not answering the call. His number is [protected] & [protected]. Please tell me what is the problem. I think I have done a mistake in recharging my set of box after two year. I was happy with reliance.

    My Tata Sky Subscriber ID - [protected] Name : Sankar There is very poor signal and cant view the channels in tata sky. Its happening for 3rd time. Very poor Customer service and they doesnt care about customers. Most of the times cant reach them. They are not taking the complaints seriously. Kindly help me in this issue.

      Work order number[protected] NO Signal no channel visible -- time this incident happening Such things happening specially during my Leave . It is being bored. I have purchased 2 TATAsky connection (for me and my parents ) Now, I have to RE-THINK for alternative, by disconnecting TATAsky and go for normal/local cable operators.

        My son Anup Abhay Kokil is subscriber of your channel under Registration ID Number [protected]. Since last two days we are not receiving proper signals and we are not able to see most of channels. My son Anup Kokil has gone abroad His mobile number [protected] is registered with you. Thus I am not able to register complaint on given toll free number like [protected] or give message NS on 56633, As he has gone abroad, your response is not likely to reach his mobile number. It appears that we have to wait till your services get restored.           Hello, i am also facing the same problem not getting the signals for last 2 days, , and when we call customer care, i am getting no response, and my balance amount is getting reduced every day . this is the second time in last 1 month, lasttime i didnt have signals for 4 days, and this time it is 3rd day i wont use this any more, i will shift to otehr networks very bad response from Tata teams

            Team, eventhough i recharged my Connection [protected], due date is may 5th, still unable to view the tv channels, since displaying the bill details over the screen, and fed up with the time taken to call the customer care almost i have wasted 20 minutes. Plz reply immediately.

              Hi team. Just to inform u for the past two days I m not receiving a proper signal. I was trying to reach the help line services but they are not responding to our calls. Also I was contacted to near by tata sky agent but there was not response from Ur side. Can you pls explain in detail how to reach u to get a clear signal. On opening of the set there is a moving banner about upgradation of service with an advice to contact by a mis call at [protected] and SMS 'NS' to 56633. Complied with both the requirements.                   The TV channels are not playing on my tatasky network, as there is bad weather outside. However, it is not the case. I'm unable to speak to a customer care representative and am very frustrated waiting for them to call me back. Tata sky is not being resilient in fixing customer problems on the go. Please help

                    I Tata Sky subscriber with ID No. [protected] is unable to view channel from 2-4-15 at 7PM . I have given SMS to 56633 with NS but till today I did not view channels of package I have subscibed. This problem is repeated in a month. If you are not able to solve problem pay back our balance amount and I will switch to another DTH subscribers

                        You guys should really shutdown your call centres. We hear the same crap we are sorry. Being a ... Premium customer.. I will have to say your customer care department is good for nothing. I raised a sms ticket @ 10:46 am on the 2 of April 2015. NS 10:47 am I get the following sms We have received your request on the issue of No Signal. Soon we will be sharing with you the work order details No one even tries to call me. I called twice your call centre at 11:47 pm and you guys have put due to congestion in the call centre you may not be able to reach anyone.. Are you serious at 11:45 pm you have billions of people calling you.. Cut the crap be honest with the customers. Now the beauty your customer guy says he is sorry.. Dude where is the fix for this.. You know he started arguing and the best part he disconnected the call.. He has some ... to fo the Same. Now lets talk about your TL some one called swanet.. I am pretty sure not the real name... He has too much of an attitude.. In short my Tata sky issue still persists even after 13, hours. Damm good job folks. Now l would be getting an auto response and no actions would be taken... Two upgrades on the same month...awesome planning. Upgrades should ideally happening in the night time not in the day time you brilliant guys.                           My ID is[protected] held by A/C Kishore Kaikini at #1266, 1-B Cr. JP Nagar Phase II B'lore 78. My Complaint is as follows: 1. There is NO SIGNAL received at my STB : TV Set. I do not understand, , , , IN ABSENCE OF STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT How the BALANCE is shown as due for RECHARGE? 2. I had paid Full year Subscription for SOUTH SPECIAL on same ID ...Why the SOUTH SPECIAL is not Provided ? Is there no balance on the Account of SOUTH SPECIAL? How that can be since from the day we Paid there is no Service is provided on SOUTH Special. SAVE DOOR DARSHAN was airing WORLD CUP CRICKET was received and there was no issue of No Service except we were advised that TOWER was not in order hence signals were not received for some days. I DEMAND A DETAILED STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT ...AND not a patchy MSG on TV Screen HELP Button...?!? ID being same the money deposited MUST Be IN Account and we have nort been given DETAILS where as only Balance due and Recharge MSG is received regularly. THIS IS ABSURD?!? I shall drag TataSky to CONSUMER COURT for WEB SITE www.tatasky.com does not operate .HELP LINE said to be 24/7 is only repeating Balance and recharge Date ...NONSENSE as NO HUMAN INTERACTION IS AVAILABLE. Gmail sent to e mail ID of TATASKY bounced more often while I was looking for sure communication with E Mail ID correctly reproduced as per WEB info.drawn earlier. Your Local Office is ARROGANT and Not Courteous .. We have many doubts on how to use your service ...can you send a MARKETING PERSON with English for educating us and help solve issue of DUES ?Balance in Account NOT OPERABLE?                             My monthly subscription pack is rs.260 and i recharge on 18 march and balance on 18 march is rs. 276. according to this my next due date will be 18 april but tata sky showing 12 april. please do something for me. my tatasky id no.is [protected]

                              I was not getting signal around 15th mar thus contacted [protected] was informed by sms that my mobile is connected to multiple subscriber id's subsequently their service engineer visited me on 17th march and set things right. today ie on 2nd apr i have same problem of disturbed signals for some channels and no signals for some hence again i contacted[protected] by missed call as per the suggestions made on channel 100 and received the message (sms) that my mobile is connected to multiple id's. i then called their helpline number ie [protected] ( around 17.30 pm) and was informed by the call attendant that she is connecting my mobile [protected] to my correct id ie [protected] and that the service engineer will visit me or atleast take my appointment within two hours to put the problem right. so far, it is now 2200 hours but nobody has cared to contact from tatasky. i have paid yearly subscription so since my money is with them probably they feel no necessity to improve the service hope at least now they will try to correct the irregularities on receipt of this complaint

                                Dear Sir, We herewith inform you that we could not receive your satellite signal by 31.03.2015 onwards. The same problem has occurred last month also and there was nearly 1 week no signal condition. This was informed to your local technician, but they simply said to send SMS as NS to 56633 and there is no response till date. With out any prior information, your No 1 organization( TATA SKY ) done some mistakes causes so many embarrassment to public & consumer.                                       Yesterday we got a call from this number- [protected] at 10:35 am 1/4/2015, regarding a discounted annual pack for all hindi channels throughout the year @ rs1800. Today we got our id recharged for the same for rs 1800 & we were told form the both sides the caller as well as the shopkeeper that we should contact this specified number [protected] to get our offer, after we contacted this number there was nothing told to us regarding this offer. They have send us a message to our RMN that it has been recharged till 9 August 2015 while it should be for an year kindly look into this matter & make it for a whole year under intimation to us.                                         We are unable to view our subscribed channels in spite of recharging due to the ongoing upgradation process.We are frequently coming across these kind of excuses and despite trying the measures suggested by the consumer care, we couldnt receive the services properly, except a few channels.I hope you would consider this problem seriously and fix it as soon as possible
