    Every month for the last 3 months, my set top box shows the wrong subscriber ID and hence the Payment Due is also incorrect. Presently my recharge date is June 2015. Today I have seen the recharge date as 1 April 2015. I have called the helpline numbers (both) for over a hour between 5.45 p.m. and 6.45 p.m. I could also get through once and then also the call was terminated half way. I have paid approximately Rs. 30/- for these phone calls. In that one call, I was told the problem would be resolved in 10 minutes. It is now approximately 2 hours from the call. On repeated calling, I only get in through till "Thank you for calling Tata Sky" and then ... silence or some irrelevant beeps and background noises. No executive. This is pretty frustrating, especially when you pay a lot in advance. My subscriber ID is [protected]. The set top box shows [protected]. Can the reader of this message help me. I hope so. And also hope to get some kind of reply (of course if TATA SKY is concerned in any way. "The customer could be right" also does not apply here. I bet.

    I too have been facing similar problem for the past couple of months
    I have same problem since 09 Nov 2015.My subscriber id was displayed wrong. I have recharge on the id which was displayed to me but the recharge is gone to some one else. When I called to tata-sky help line they have updated my set up box and the subscriber id is now change. But this is now my real subscriber id, but the recharge is not yet refund on my new id.

      YET again within a month their problems start, channels are not coming and something to do with upgradation as an excuse again this month! Dont you feel like this is getting old and is gettin onto customers nerves! should we also pay accoring to the times your dish goes off due to weather, upgradation and other rubbish you can even make up as excuses! WORSE YOU SWITCHED OFF YOUR PHONES AND DONT ANSWER! SHAME ON YOUR SERVICE! PEOPLE SHOULD JUST TAKE AIRTEL OR DIGI TATA SKY IS !

        No signal problem happens often and we could not watch TV for two. Again it happens with in less than a month, The company always says upgrading the system. How long the customer will face these kind of problem from from a leading dish TV operator, We want the company to compensate for the inconvenience causing us

TODAY I CONTACTED YOUR CUSTOMER CARE AND AFTER A LONG CONVERSATION WITH YOUR ME. SAURAV WHO ATTENDED THE CALL AT 1:08 PM AND INFORMED ME THAT SOME MR. TINKU HAD VISITED MY HOME AND COMPLETED THE W.O. WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG AND MY HOME IS ALWAYS REPRESENTED MY MOM AND NO ONE CAN RETURNED SAYING "DOOR IS LOCKED".         Sir, my TATASKY DTH ID is [protected]. From the last few days we could not be able to watch some of the channels including all the Bengali channels due to no signal problems occured in those channels. In this context, several phone calls have been made during last four days to the representative but all found in vain as they are not taking proper initiative to rectify the same. I am an old customer and it is painful to me that this type of non-response has to be received though I am regularly paying my recharge amount.

          My TATA SKY ID is [protected] and have subscribe for Mega HD pack. Since last month there is serious issue with the signal.I am not receiving uninterrupted signal, It goes off frequently..I have complained many time but the problem still persists. i am not receiving signal since last night. The engineer visited my place once and told me that new tower is being erected hence the problem...But I fail to undersatnd why other consumers in my building are getting the signal and I am not receiving..Is it because I have already paid subscription for one year in advance?

Your Rep visited on 01 Apr 15 and could not rectify vide your work Order NS[protected] and he told tomorrow (02 Apr 15) will again visit.Now telling on phone that Dish is to be relocated at other place & to pay relocation fee. Once, the Dish is well cleared and no tree just nearby then what is the purpose of relocation and to pay relocation fee . I am not in favour of paying fee for relocation of Dish Please instruct to your all Rep to wear Crash Helmet while driving two wheeler.

My tata sky customer id number is [protected].Tatasky agent approach me for add vaidik maths but I refused this package . they add vaidik math package on 1 April without my confirmation.                         my tata sky id is -[protected], at the time of installation the executive said that you will get all channels in hd on this yearly package but after 2 months i got disconnected from the hd channels, now the customers care representative is saying that your plan is not valid for hd channels, .you all are making fool of the customers with wrong statement and making money. this is completely frod. you all are running a frod company. i want my all channels in hd otherwise take back your setup box.

Last complaint was made one week back. So far my complaints are not attended promplty. I have not got a permanent solution to my problems till date plus the dealer is also misbehaving and taking things very casually.                                   My Tatasky package is normally valid for an year from October 1 to September 30 th. But when you Pay one day earlier say 30th September.The due date is taken as September 29th of next year. They forget that the renewal is effective October 1, 2012. It is simply like renewing insurance policy. They donot reply properly. They blame it on Systems at the cost of the Customer. I had a big arguement with one of their senior support personnel then they credited me with two days cost two years back. This year they have again stolen one day of viewing. The call centre personnel and on line chat support donot understand basic mathematics. Their group company Tatacommunications allows auto renewal of internet before due date but the pack get activated from the correct start date. This complaint should be taken at the corporate level for all customers and the practice is not ethical.

                                    I am subscriber of TATA SKY since May, 2012.ID No.[protected]. Initially the service was reasonably good, but has gradually deteriorated. I paid annual subscription in May, 2012, which was renewed in June, 2013 and June, 2014. My subscription was till mid June, 2015. But for the last 2 months I have been getting messages on my mobile that my subscription has expired and finally I was threatened with disconnection of service and I was forced to recharge for Rs.564/- on 17th March, 2015. I have been trying for several days to speak to their customercare on ph. no.[protected] and finally I got through today the 31st March, 2015. The customer care executives are thoroughly useless and after almost one hour and spending about Rs.100/- as telephone charges I was able to speak to a lady who claimed to be the floor manager by the name of Sourandi. She was also not able to solve my problem but promised that some knowledgable person will call me back within one hour. This was at 12.30.pm. and now it is 9.00 p.m and nobody has bothered to call me.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam, Myself S.K.Kanungo and my Tata sky subscriber id is [protected].middle week of last February-15 your customer care representative called me & says that you get offer to watch all channel like Cartoon, Sports & other various channel with HD service just Rs.50/- extra paid per month with normal recharge for Two months. Generally I paid per month extra Rs.50/- for two months to get the facility but now I have no need this offer & I also inform to Tata sky to deactivate the offer but they do not listen anything. Yesterday (30.03.15) I paid amount for normal recharge for 30 days validity but they renew the HD service again with 21 days validity. Again & again I tell Tata Sky to stop the HD service and extend the validity from 21 days to 30 days but they do not ready to listen anything. This is very bad service. This type of cheating event happened second time with me. So I will kindly request u to deactivate this HD service and extend the validity from 21 days to 30 days. Otherwise I will disconnect your service.
