My Tata Sky Subscriber ID is [protected] and I am not receiving signal since last two day.There is frequent disruption of service since last month in the name o[censored]PGRADATION. Are we the consumers going to get compensated for the period we are not receiving the service ? I have registered the complaint yesterday but no engineer has visited my place till now neither I am able to talk to any of Tata Sky Executive over the customer care phone no. Please resolve the issue IMMEDIATELY.

    I have been a customer of TataSky since 2007. Had no major issues so far. However My Tatasky has not been receiving any signal for any channels for last more then 26 + hours. Have tried calling the tool free number which says that the agents are busy and hold. After about 5 mins hold, the line autoometically gets disconnected. So how i managed to get the Tatasky West zone number. Where again it took 3 minns to reach the live person who heard me and said that he was in sales team and will transfer me to technical team. The techie said that some upgrade is on and i have to sms SN to 56633 and will get it fixed in few hours. I followed the instructions however i jus received a achknowledgement sms that a techie will contact me. Its almost 27th hour without signal and no one has even contacted me. I have tried many times to call the tool free and the west zone number but now no one answers it. It jus says. please hold..all agents are busy.. howver after 8 mins of hold no one answers. Am very unhappy and frastrated with this service. I would need compensation from tatasky in the form of extension of my next due date by equal number of days i dontt get signal.           It's very unfortunate that we are facing difficulty not only availing the services from tata Sky since 2 days but also there is no response from customer care on msg or over the phone. We have spent hours of calling them to identify the issue & get a timeline for resolving the issue. However everything we call, while IVR transfers the call, the call disconnects while we wait on hold like fools. So basically our time, money & patience is tested however as consumers we are unaware of what's happening. Pl look into this matter as it's been 48 hours there is no service & no response from the company. Thanks

                Hi, I recharged my Tatasky account number [protected] last night with a balance of 446. However, still no channels are available and available balance is getting deducted without any service. Online chat is not attended to and none of the customer care phone numbers are working.                 There has been no action taken by tata sky yet; nobody picks up at their toll free numbers and nobody returns the missed calls from their designated numbers. We are being brutally cheated and there is no way to reach them!!!

                  Recharged existing pack with an annual subscription of Rs7000/- on[protected] . Received a call from Tata sky, Pune regardig the pack on 2-3-2015 . I opted for megapack. Received a message to the same effect. However unale to see any HD and english channels since then. Made complaints through sms and by calling customer care. No use. Missing prompt services of reliance dth.

                    Hello we are subscriber of tata sky i bought the tatasky on feb ...but frequently i get a complaint about no signal...within this month i got 2times the same complaint...i tried to cal customer care no [protected] but i received the busy tone...no is taking my call...i think tata sky was worst in its service my money is wasted without using...now thr is no signal in my tatasky...my id no [protected]

                      i have decided to switch over from TATA SKY to Videocon or Airtel immediately.You have no minimum responsiblity to inform your subscriber by a mass notification for your disruption of transmission for so long cotinious period..i received better service by local cable operator than yours i think.Even you never deduct charges for this period on daily basis.I think your technical device for sending signal to satellite is back dated or out dated.Even i think you want to wind up your business in near future. Unless you justify your disruption service in an acceptable, reasonabale and convincing way else i shall bound to post this massage in the consumer forum for redressel and publicity. I need your early reply within 24 hours.

                        In the past 2-3 weeks we have had disruption of Tatasky services for over 5 days with limited set of channels being broadcasted. In the name o[censored]pgradation, Tatasky is committing deficiency in service.                           Hello team, Kindly resolved this issues, from morning onwards I am unable to watch TV due to network issue even I had try to connect Customercare they were not responding call and keeping on hold more than half hours and no responce .                             i HAVE GIVEN COMPLAINT FOR NON TRANSMISSION OF TAMIL CHANNESL, WE HAVE SUBSCRIBED FOR 6 MONTHS SEMI ANNUAL SOUTH HD. UNFORTUNATELY NO SOUTH INDIAN CHANNELS ARE VIEWABLE FOR LAST 2 DAYS. TAKING AMOUNT AND NOT DOING SERVICE IS AMOUNTS TO CHEAT. THEY DONE EVEN CARE TO ATTEND INSPITE OF REPEATED CALLS AND JUST MESSAGES THAT THE COMPLAINT WILL BE ATTENDED TO. IS THERE A LEGAL REMEDY TO PROSECUTE THESE CHEATS. BEING A PIONEEERS IN INDUSTRY THEY ARE TRYING TO MONOPOLISE AND LEAVE THE CUSTOMERS IN LURCH. MY MOB # [protected]

                              Around tirunelveli for past two days we are not getting the tamil, telugu channels. Only hindi and sports channels are coming. We tried to reach the customer care for many times but they not even picked the call wat a worst customer handling and irresponsibility. I there is any planned network shutdown then tatasky should have been informed earlier. I think it time to change the DTH.

                                Sir. I am an unfortunate subscriber of Tata Sky. Id no.[protected]. I have earlier complained about overcharging by Tata Sky and non response by Tatasky customercare in spite of promise by their Floor Manager Ms.Sourandi on 31.03.2015. Since yesterday I am not able to view most of our favourite channels and as per message shown on the screen miss call was given on [protected]. It is more than 24 hrs. but nobody has bothered to contact us and it is impossible to contact the customercare nos. Tata Sky have turned out to be big cheats. I WOULD REQUEST THAT PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BECOME SUBSCRIBERS OF TATASKY AS THEIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. P.K.KAILASA BABU [protected]

                                  We have TV with additinal one TV and both have HD channels. Since last 2 days we are not getting HD and many more channels.                                       Hello All, We (Tata Sky Subscribers) are frequently facing "No Signal' problem from the Tata Sky DTH service. We are not even informed about this well in advance to make necessary arrangements. Whenever we dial the Toll Free Number the lines are always busy and the call does not connect on time. We need to wait for at least 10 minutes to reach the Help Desk executives. They keep on repeating that they have raised a high priority ticket and the technician will contact you shortly, which does not happen at all until we call them again. They state that the Satellite transponders are being upgraded and the problem remains for a couple of days more. The Tata Sky does not take the minimum responsibility to intimate its subscribers about this well in advance and just state that it is routine issue as a part of enhancing signal reception services. I request the concerned personnel to look into it and kindly recommend the necessary steps to be taken by the corresponding authorities and reach out the subscribers. Thank You One and All.

                                        Transmission of TATA Sky TV network has been non functional since 02 April. TV advertisement talks of a "few" TVs being affected due to software upgrade. It is evidently misinformation because a telephone complaint elicited Work Order No: NS[protected] on 02 April. It has still not been attended despite messages that Field Service team would contact "soon". Network connectivity has now been denied for two days. There is need for immediate restoration of network and compensation by extending the present date for renewal of connection appropriately.
