On 3 April 2015, received message from Tatasky regarding completion of request for Dhamaal Cricket Rs 275. But no such request was sent. I tried to make use of customer helpline, but of no use. Kindly inform about this non requested request completion.

    I have requested so many times to tata sky for discontinue my second tv connection all the time they have assure me that there executive call me back within 24 hours. But each and every time without any call back they close my complaint without any action. my tata sky ID is [protected].       Hello Mr. Nagpal, My subscriber number is [protected] and I am so frustrated with your company's customer care standards. First of all there is no direct person who can hear to the customer woes. Secondly, the all customer care is outsourced to some local "goondas" who don't know how to talk and threaten me to go and give a police complaint if they are not satisfied with the customer care. The only reason I took the service is because I thought "Tata" is a brand name but now it has become clear that nobody is genuine. I took a HD box in January and it has been replaced twice already and to my surprise everytime they replace they charge me a hefty sum of Rs. 350/- plus a technician visit of Rs. 170/-. I have not realized this until my account was showing as negative. I always keep balance in my account, which has apparently become a big welcome to the "goons". How can I be charged for a faulty device that Tata Sky has delivered and how can I be charged for a Technician visit because of a faulty device sent by Tata Sky. So far at least 10 technicians called me and said they want to come and solve the problem. They are not really interested in "Solving" the problem, they are only interested in squeezing out the Rs 170/- from the customers. I am deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with your performance that Tata is off the list for anything in our lives anymore. I cannot consciously use any of the Tata products in future because of this goons culture that Tata is promoting. I am complaining because based on this others may realize the fact and not fall prey to brand names anymore.

          hi, this is khalifa and my tatasky dth no is [protected] . i have been using tatasky dish for months and i have been facing some problem with connectivity in recent time . it shows " no signal " and i tried to contact customer care [protected] several times but i was kept in hold several times and its lose of money to me . customer care is not toll free but u guys should care to attend my call but u didn't sir .and then i gave miscal to [protected] and i got message in registered mobile number that saying "your mobile number is registered with multiple subscriber ID's " so i dont know how to contact u guys . so thought may be i can msg u here . please care to solve my problem mail id :[protected]@gmail.com contact no is [protected]

                    Most channels not coming for many days. After complaint TataSky engineers came and changed LNB and also the dish and charged Rs. 1150/-. System worked for one day. Today agan TataSky enginers came and again they say LNB is bad. This is not acceptable.

                      i am a TataSky user in bangalore, 2 months ago i had purchased Tata Sky DTH service, As i know they are giving a good service, but in these day they r fooling me, There is huge signal problem with tata sky, and if am try to reporting e.g if i call no budy respond, i tried online chat, it holds me for 45 minutes n than populate a msg "We are Offline"... haaa if tried to raise a ticket "Sorry...". Once I had a problem, as per there guidance i text a msg NS to xyz number, they respond me after one week n asking "sir still there is issue" clapps... So The main thing they r giving me pain from every side, a bad service n a bad care service. So please help me, why they are cheating me n other peoples

                            Dear TATA SKY, I have a TATA SKY connection since last 4 years and my TAT SKY id number is [protected]. Since last 2 days we are not able to view all the HD Channels and the Regional Channels. Last week their was some problem with the connectivity &; again this week their is problem with channel viewing. All this is spoiling TATA's image and the brand name. Anymore delay and people may start disconnecting TATA SKY and will take some other companies connnection. Its high time to act fast, analyse and resolve the customer issues on priority.                               We have not been provided Regional Channels Malayalam and Tamil to our Subscriber ID [protected] for the past two days, despite our repeated requests. Whenever we try their service No.56633, [protected], we have been repeatedly getting the stereo typed message that they have already allocated our request to their Tata Sky Engineer, who will contact us shortly. So far nobody turned up, nor we have received any call from them. The toll free number [protected], [protected] nobody picks up even after waiting for more than 10 minutes. No number is made available where we can speak to any of the executives.The work Order No.NS[protected] is still unattended. We request you to kindly raise the issue in the right forum where our grievance is sorted out. Also let them provide a land line or mobile number where can express our grievance to any of the executives. Thanking you.                                 I am a Tata Sky customer for the last many years. I had recharged the tata sky account on 26/3/2015 with a sum of rupees 1700/- on my tata sky id [protected] but the company has changed my plan and my account balance is being shown as 8 rupees with next recharge date on 8th april 2015. This is highly objectionable that company has put my 1700/- rupees in some other plan without my consent. My earlier plan of Rs 330/- per month may be continued and the amount should be credited in my Tata Sky account, failing which i will move to the consumer court and claim damages from the company.                                   Dear Sir, received one SMS to the registered mobile [protected] that your TATA SKYWO number HFZYO94 of[protected]:57 has been completed.Please share your experience. If you satisfied. I can not understand why SMS came from number [protected] and who completed the call. Still I am unable to watch TATSKY facility. Hope you take the issue seriously. Without attending the call, completed means its a serious issue. Please handle carefully.

                                      Dear Tata Sky, First of all, I get no intimation about such upgradation activites going to be performed on my mobile or television. Second, WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU DO UPGRADATIONS DURING DAY TIME??! THIRD, You guys are so prompt in reminding us to pay and if it comes to the last day, you even disrupt our viewing to tell us to pay! Like we're kids and don't know what to do!! WHAT IS THIS? THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS! Second time this is happening, signal issues and what not? No customer support, no chat available, no email intimation, no customer call back. WHAT AM I EXPECTED TO DO NOW?!! TWO DAYS have gone like this and you've conveniently taken the money per day from my account! will you return that or extend my package days? NO, i doubt! I've been recommending TATA SKY to all possible and this is how I am treated! And not only me! I know a lot of customers are facing this issue! Please grant me extra days in my account or maybe I shall just consider moving to another DTH! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS!

                                        HI My telephone no. [protected] Tata sky is spoiling the image of TATAs. In the last 2 months so far 8 days there is no signal or telecast. They call it as technology upgrade. They could not able to provide not even a single South Channel. It is atrocious. If they are honest and still want to claim TATAs they should waive off the charges for these days. They also should inform how long this will take.
