i am a TataSky user in bangalore, 2 months ago i had purchased Tata Sky DTH service, As i know they are giving a good service, but in these day they r fooling me, There is huge signal problem with tata sky, and if am try to reporting e.g if i call no budy respond, i tried online chat, it holds me for 45 minutes n than populate a msg "We are Offline"... haaa if tried to raise a ticket "Sorry...". Once I had a problem, as per there guidance i text a msg NS to xyz number, they respond me after one week n asking "sir still there is issue" clapps... So The main thing they r giving me pain from every side, a bad service n a bad care service. So please help me, why they are cheating me n other peoples

Tata sky official representative Mr Suprit took Rs 200 for doing repair but no result.
