I have called the tata sky customer care and chat online with their executives a number of times. And they have given me appointments but not a single time they turned up nor they gave me a call.
Chat ids are: 2118885, 2120762, 2131284 Complaints no. H9AKTOI and WO# NS[protected]. Because of low balance I have additionally recharge for Rs. 50 to have some balance but they haven;t visited during that time despite giving appointments themselves, now the balance have gone down. I got the message on 26th night that your complaint has been cancelled.
First I have recharged on 20th March for 50 and got the appointment WO# H9AKTOI, the very same day I got the message that your WO has been completed.
On 22nd March I got the second WO no. and called to customer care executives and chat with them but no use.
My complaint is that why they are giving fake commitments to customers if they cant address.
If they cant come they should suggest other measures. and they do it repeatedly, their executives tell this every time that this complaint will be taken on high priority, the issue will be resolved today itself for sure. What the hell is this????

I'm Kumar Anand, Im having issues with Unwanted charges which is deducted from my account from Tata Sky.
In the moth of December 2017, i had change my address and applied for Relocation, So Tata Sky representative comes and Install at my new location (Charges are 200 Rs).
Now 3 Days back there is an issues with my Remote so i applied for New Remote, from my account 496 is deducted and it shows my -496Rs (200 Rs for Remote and 300 Rs for New Address). I think this is completely in justice as i purchased 200 Rs Remote and Tata Sky deducted 300 Rs. I talked with Customer Care and They are not listning to my issues.
Kindly Resolve this or else i will change the operator to Videocon D2H as i will not pay for unwanted money.
