I HAVE PAID RS 1785/- ON 06/11/2014 TO TATASKY FOR RENEWAL OF THE PACKAGE SEMI ANNUAL SUPER SAVER PACKAGE, FOR FURTHER PERIOD OF SIX MONTHS.I WAS USING THE SAME PACKAGE FOR LAST FIVE YEARS. HOWEVER THE SERVICES IS DEACTIVATED TODAY. WHEN I CONTACTED THE TATASKY THE HELPLINE DESK INFORMED ME THAT, ALTHOUGH I HAVE DEPOSITED THE AMOUNT BUT NOT INFORMED THEM WHAT PACKAGE IS BOOKED FOR. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED WHETHER SUCH INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO BE ADVISED TO THEM, WHILE MY PREVIOUS RENEWALS WERE DONE DURING LAST FIVE YEARS !! I FEEL HIGHLY EXPLOITED /CHEATED.     Sir, 1. Since last three day I am very much troubled by TATA SKY service call on my personal mobile number([protected]). Hundreds of calls are coming to my number since 27th Mar 2015. 2. I was never been a TATA SKY subscriber in my life and still not. And I have no relation to TATA SKY in any way. 3. But hundreds of calls are coming to my number since 27th Mar 2015. I talked with some of them. They are telling that they called [protected]/[protected]/[protected](TATA SKY help line) from their registered telephone number and they got the number from the IVR menu of computer guided help line. 4. I called TATA SKY help line thrice in last three days for the above said problem, they said there is nothing abnormal in there system and no-where my mobile number is registered with them. 5. But still lots of calls are coming to my number and all the number belongs to MH circle where as my number belongs to UP(W) circle and I am staying in Bareilly. I have purchased this number from Reliance three months ago and since then I am using this number and I had no problem till 27th March 2015. I am very much satisfied with the mobile service provider (Reliance). 6. Please get rid off the horrific event happening to me.

      sir/Madam, I am Ramesh Chandra, tata sky ID no. [protected]. I am a regular customer of tata sky since 2007, when I was posted at Mumbai. I normally get recharged annually and last I got recharged for the whole year with validity till 27 July'2015.Still my services have been disconnected min 7-8 times with my TV screen showing that ' your TV is not recharged' and showing a balance of some Rs 13 or 4 whereas as on talking to their customer No, they every time accept their mistake with the assurance that such mistakes will never be repeated but as and when I enter my house and put the TV set on, my set shows the same message. Secondly as per their version" sir may be you might not have used for a few days". I completely fail to understand when my TV is recharged annually then why should be disconnected in case I am at outstation.

        I wanted to remove Actve Vedic Maths, but on the call center told me it's in locking period that was it not removal of packages. Apparently, they just want us to the packages and make more money from us. Moreover, the search feature on tata sky website is utterly useless, and I finally have no options to make compliant in consumer cort

                  I am a customer of Tata Sky DTH with consumer no [protected], I recharge a monthly package of 380 metro pack. On the month of Feb I got the HD package for two months 50 rs per month basis. On last 20th of march I recharge 380 which should continue till 19th Apr however it was showing 12th Apr. so when I called the tata sky helpdesk on 23rd of mar they guy from Tata sky told me that the HD connection is in the locking period so he will not be drop it off. But he is raising a case so that the HD connection will be dropped on 27th Mar automatically and validity will be extended. However it didnt happen. So I called today but the guy named Parmit told that there is no unwanted deduction has not happened. As i have already had paid the charge for HD connection my current pack should continue till 19th Apr. Cause last to last month I had rechagred of 410 (metro pach360+HD pack50). That means I have paid for Hd connection and when the hd connection will be dropped off my validy should be extended. My question is if I was said that my HD will last till 27th and will be disconnected automatically. But Parmit told me today its validity was till20t of march. None is providing the correct informtion and just incurring money from customer. Now he has dropped my HD connection however the validity is showing till 17th Apr but as per the 30 days plan it should last till 19th of Apr. Question is who is saying correct and customer has to be suffered for it. I need a clear clarification for it and I need a comalint to be raised for and on the name of Parmit. He is very rude in answering. I need someone to call me on [protected]

                  Hello Sir,
                  I'm Kumar Anand, Im having issues with Unwanted charges which is deducted from my account from Tata Sky.
                  In the moth of December 2017, i had change my address and applied for Relocation, So Tata Sky representative comes and Install at my new location (Charges are 200 Rs).
                  Now 3 Days back there is an issues with my Remote so i applied for New Remote, from my account 496 is deducted and it shows my -496Rs (200 Rs for Remote and 300 Rs for New Address). I think this is completely in justice as i purchased 200 Rs Remote and Tata Sky deducted 300 Rs. I talked with Customer Care and They are not listning to my issues.
                  Kindly Resolve this or else i will change the operator to Videocon D2H as i will not pay for unwanted money.

                    Dear Sir, My Customer ID is [protected] I have taken a Dhamal Mix Pack, Star sports and English Movies pack. I have made several complaints that channels are activated without my permissions to customer care. They simply say sorry and deactivate it for time being. Again the same thing happens after few days and some other channel is activated without informing me. This has happened 5th time. I have made several request not to activate any channels without my permissions.TATA SKY has activated in the past English learning package, Active Cooking and now star sports 2 channel. I am really Fed up with TATA SKY. Looking at a reputed business house and brand TATA, I didn't went for other options, but to chose TATA SKY and now I am repenting for wrong brand selection. Do they understand the customers request or simply wants to mint money by fooling customers. I hope TATA SKY would really look into this matter or else I would have no option left with but to change it.

                      i have recharged Rs. 313 from the dealer Raj Electronics, Bharuch(GUJARAT) on[protected]for Dhamaal mix Rs. 240, Actve music Rs.23, English news channels Rs. 50 so total Rs. 313) these packs are monthly only for which i have proof of receipt as well as sms in my mobile. but tata sky has activated ACTIVE ENGLISH PACK for 1 year(ANNUAL) without asking me. i have never ordered any english pack but the customer care professionals are not responding to my complaint. my connection is deactivated since[protected] they are asking me to do more recharge of Rs. 50 to active my connection but then they are not agreeing to refund back Rs. 50. i have all the proof in chat as well as in my mobile of communication. moreover i visited consumer court Bharuch the Officer is always unavailable they are also not helping me out. i am attaching proofs- receipt & mytatasky a/c details) here with. i request you to please fix this issue my TATA SKY subscriber id is [protected] & my contact no. is [protected]. Thank you so much for noticing my complain & helping me to resolve the issue. only because of you & your team TATA SKY has finally responded to my complaint & resolved the issue as well. they called me on the same day in the evening(when i complained here) & activated my connection & the amount has been settled.                         My Tata Sky ID is [protected] .I was received SMS which is stating that "Tata Sky base pack charge on your A/C revised to Rs. 220/ PM .One additional channel, south sports special added. I have never authorized to add and additional channel .Moreover I have paid Rs 1980/- on October 2014 for one year subscription with Rs 180/ PM base pack.Hence I request you to do the necessary correction and maintain Rs. 180/ PM pack. Also in future do not change pack without my permission.

                          My tata Id is [protected]. Today morning, I was told by your executive that one additional channel Star world premier has been activated since 31 Jan and Rs 60 has been deducted from my account. I have never authorized addition of any channel or given any permission to do so then why has it been added. If it is a market strategy to add additional channel and charge then company must be making millions without the knowledge of customers. I would like to be clarified as to who has authorized this and with what intention. Refund of course has to be made. In the absence of any clarification, I may upload this practice on social media to warn simple customers.                               I have taken Tata sky connection at my current residential address as under: Udayan, 100 A, napsean sea road, Mumbai on 16.03.2015. Incidentally another Tata sky connection with ID no [protected] is there and one of the occupant of the flat is using the same and a TV is attached to that connection. I bought a new Tata connection on 16.03.2015 and also purchased a TV for separate Tata Sky Connection in my room. Your representative who had installed connection wrongly attached new Tata Sky connection with above mentioned ID instead of alloying new ID no to my new connection. On the very same day ie 16.03.2015 when I pointed out to him, he confessed that it has been done inadvertently and the same will be rectified within 3-4 days. But nothing has happened . I request that a new ID no May be allotted to me and my mobile no is also linked to new ID. The name of your representative is Shaukat and his no is [protected]

[protected] purchased multi connection ..first was normal box they supplied and installed but when screen was unable to show channels properly boy went away and charge was deducted 1800 rs ...after repeatedly complaining to tata sky toll free no. just next day they told ki aapki tv me nahi chalega doosra (higher version) purchase kariye when i asked ki nahi chalne wala tha ye to pehle kyo nahi bataya ...ladka jo lagane aya tha usne bhi nahi bataya ...they told me ki hum kuch nahi kar sakte doosra purhase kariye when i asked ki replace kar djiye and ill pay the difference they said we cant help you now after paying 1800+200 wire charge etc iam unable to see channels and iam feeling black mailing that i have no option kindly help thanks and regards [protected] [protected]

I recharged my account on 26th March of Rs. 400/- as per my monthly consumption, but even after 24 hours the recharge is not been upgraded from your side.                                     My subscriber id is [protected]. I have opted for annual maintenance scheme and i pay rs 399 or 499 annualy to tata sky. I called from my registered mobile to customer care for knowing the date when i have to pay for my next annual contract. After 9 minutes of talk she did not tell the date. She kept me waiting and said that system is hanged. I have noticed that your staff does not reply properly and keep me waiting always. Plz take action against them and deduct charges of annual maintenance from my balance under intimation to me. If such type of behaviour is not improved then i will be left no option but to leave tata sky services. I hope i will get reply immediately on my mail id too which is [protected]@gmail.com.                                       I have called the tata sky customer care and chat online with their executives a number of times. And they have given me appointments but not a single time they turned up nor they gave me a call. Chat ids are: 2118885, 2120762, 2131284 Complaints no. H9AKTOI and WO# NS[protected]. Because of low balance I have additionally recharge for Rs. 50 to have some balance but they haven;t visited during that time despite giving appointments themselves, now the balance have gone down. I got the message on 26th night that your complaint has been cancelled. First I have recharged on 20th March for 50 and got the appointment WO# H9AKTOI, the very same day I got the message that your WO has been completed. On 22nd March I got the second WO no. and called to customer care executives and chat with them but no use. My complaint is that why they are giving fake commitments to customers if they cant address. If they cant come they should suggest other measures. and they do it repeatedly, their executives tell this every time that this complaint will be taken on high priority, the issue will be resolved today itself for sure. What the hell is this????
