Poor customer service and fake commitments

No Service since last 4 days and no response from Tata Sky

I had received a call from tata Sky on 17 March 2015 by one of the call representative . He told me about the pck n without my permission activated the pck instantly n my balance got deducted. I m hvng the complete recording of that call and twice I have complained to stop that pack n return the deducted balance as soon as possible. It's complain no. No action on complaint lodged 3 days ago
