My Tata Sky no. is [protected]. In which i recharge Dhamal Mix Pack of Rs. 230 + HD of Rs. 125 = 355. My Problem is :- You have started the Channel no. 102 (Javeed Aktar) without my permission from last 3 months & i am paying Rs. 99 for these..!! I want to say that Please stop this immidiately .I hope you take strict action for my complaint as soon as possible, i[censored] can't then i have to take strict as for the same..!!     My subscriber Id is [protected]. In past I was operating few add on packs also for which I paid separately. I Paid Rs.6400/- online on 03 March 2015. for renewal of my HD Mega Pack. Instead of renewing my Annual HD Mega Pack they renewed add on packs first without asking me. I received a message on my registered mobile that your account is active on daily charged basis. I tried to contact on given phone number but no one replied. I request you to renew my annual HD Mega Pack and inform me or cancel my connection and return my money back. M P GHAI

        tata sky services are very bad now. once they called me and told me that we are giving free active cooking to you for some days, i[censored] like it then tell us we will subscibe that channel to you. but without my permission they subscribed that channel without informing me. this was not expected from tata sky. and if i try to log in with my registered mobile no. they are not allowing and saying that this mobile no. is not registered. this is so bad, tata sky i've never expected such a thing from u, ur website is not working properly at one time it says that my no. is registered but when i try to login at self care it says that my mobile no is not registered!

          No signals are coming since last 4 days. To add to the agony, it's IMPOSSIBLE to reach there customer care. Even if you are lucky to talk to an agent, they will say servers are down so call after 30 mins. No other company in any category has such bad service.

            My name is Ankur Pandya and subscriber id [protected] . Actually your doing fool to us like chikawing your faltu scheme like your Active packs. First of all i would like to saying that if you are not rights this addition or modification of these kind of faltu scheme of Saturday jingalal, or any other promotions scheme than why you are suggesting to your customer to buy this pack.and if by mistakenly activated in ivr button than you Don't Confirm and it was Activated and if Customer dont want this pack and wanted to delete than you are showing your POLICY like this is Lock in period and you(Customer) have to suffer this kind and if next time he/she will recharge it will Deducted and also Deducted its package Expired date. sir this is not Good in to Service Sector . Sir you have Earn your Goodwill to like Good Service given to the public and now latest technology is come to Add or Modification facilities are there but past 1year i am trying to saying please dont fall your company repot by laving such disgusting things your policy. and now in mobile prepaid also have full one month facilites but in your tatasky deducting my full one month and deducting in to 24days.

Tried on customer support phone numbers and lost more than 100 rupees but no way to reach customer support person. all i am hearing is automated marketting message by using my telephone bill. Planning to again go for another provider.

                Hi Team, My problem with TATA Sky. They had additionally charged/debited on my account Rs. 236.07.When I am asking for backup they said me 6 Month back data is not available with tata sky and they are not ready to refund. For the same I raised the 3customer complaints ID- SR[protected]/ SR[protected]/ SR[protected] in tata portal. They are not ready to give the answer on my quires and simply closed with giving and proper solution. Moreover they are coming for settlement with Rs. 100.00 in the place of Rs. 236.07 Team, I am requesting you please help me to getting refund of Rs. 236.07. Thank You.

                  I have complained several times to Customer Care regarding change of my name from Yash Choudhury to Tara Sankar Choudhury, but to no avail. I am completely fed up with the service and attitude of the people managing the Customer Care Department. This is not at all expected from a reputed organisation like yours. I would further like to inform you that if my name is not changed immediately after receiving this complaint, then I will be forced to cancel my subscription from Tata Sky and opt for other DTH service. It may be noted that my original name as registered at the time of new connection was Tara Sankar Choudhry, but subsequently changed to Yash Choudhury. By whom or for what purpose I fail to understand. The matter may please be looked in to and necessary action may be taken at the earliest.

                    Myself Nasreen From Aminjikarai Chennai, i made a complaint on 5th of April last year it was neither looked into it neither a call from i kept on call them for the issue. Till 12th April i was following it up still it was not rectified. After that i was fed up thought of quitting. Then suddenly i got Chennai office no on 27th then i was taken into account the very same day i got the service from 5th to 27th the Service was not provided by Tata sky. Chennai office confirmed me that its because of Technical issue but my money was deducted on daily basis with out even providing me the service. When i asked to refund or to extend the service they just simply told me after 12th April there was no call my end so then cant refund.

                    What a stupidity, i registered a complaint they neither bother to call back nor rectified the issue for which i m suppose bear the charges.Can any body take responsibility.

                      dear sir, on our tata sky connection [protected] this subscriber id was getting displayed from last few days and also we were getting message to recharge urgently, thinking that tata sky might have changed subscriber id i did recharge of INR 351 on the same id on[protected] from VIJAY ELECTRICALS Bibavewadi. But our actual subscriber id is [protected]. I have registered complaint about the same on your given customer care number thrice they said the amount will be transferred to our account n wrong subscriber id will also be changed from our tv. They have changed subscriber id but the recharge amount is not yet transferred to our account. Please have a look at my complaint and refund my money.

                          I am online recharge monthly tata sky package on 23.03.15, Details also given to you, but now Tata Sky Recharge not done properly.                             Dear sirs, After recharging online for Rs.7500 it was found that the set top box is not working. The Tata sky customer care sent engineer for trouble shooting in Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) where I am living in my residence. The engineer visited and told that the set top box needed to be replaced. The engineer assured us to replace the set top box with immediate effect as soon as the ordered set top box reaches Bilaspur. But 5 days has been passed but no action has been taken. Please take necessary action to replace the set top box as my rent for 5 days (rent for one year has already been paid) has already been lapsed because of delay in the replacement. But this ID is owned by somebody else who is already registered at Tata Sky. My old digicomp with my old Tata Sky went away.                                     Hi, I have lodged a complaint through customer care call regarding issue in my set top box. It has been two days past and none of the technicians has visited my house to fix this issue. Every time when i call, the customer service people say theat within 1 hour you will receive a confirmation call and then technician will come to my place. But till now, no confirmation service and no technician has come to my place.Really fed up with this nonsense.Everytime i call they transfer to their senior executive and the exceutive then cliams that your request will be solved ASAP. What a poor service from tata skty!!!. Please solve my request ASAP otherwise i will have to file a complaint in consumer court.

                                        Enhancement the monthly charges every three month and not provided the bonus on six month yearly basis deposit and deduct the unnecessary additional amount and self contradict y that the amount deposited for 30 days or 31 days in a month pack. Rs 240/- per month is applicable for 30 days or 31 day in a month. Everytime enhancement the amount. If we ask for add the channnel then disconnect the same after some time they are not note the request ask to us remind in the last day of the month . Why not they note the request to disconnect the addition channeel even i agree to disconnect last date of the month mean completion of the month.
