    sir, my customer id-is -[protected]. i have shifted from bangalore to hyderabad, in dec-2014. due to shifting i have requested tata sky to disconnect my connection temperaly, but from feb-mid i have mailed them to fix the dish and give the connection, till nowthat is[protected], no response.and now i received a mail and sms from tata sky that my amount is over from my account, how can they charge the amount with out connection, when the service is temperily disconnected how can they charge for that.tata sky charges are very high when compared to any other service providers. but the service is waste.they dont respond timely, even after 20 calls to them. now i want them to fix the dish and give the connection. can it be done or not pl clarify, so that i can go for any other cable services. suresh kumar.         World’s biggest fraud company name Tata Sky. No company will cheat his customer within warranty period, but Tata Sky CHEAT his customers within warranty period. The real story of cheating by Tata Sky is, my new connection install on 2nd Oct 2014 with warranty of one year with service from Tata Sky. On 24th Feb 2015 my power supply of set top box will close then I complain to Tata sky next day two person came and replace power adaptor and carry back old adaptor, next day SMS on mobile Rs 125 of adaptor and Rs 170 of service charge, total 295 will deduct from your account with -134. So recharge today otherwise service will close at mid night. On 26th Feb 2015 so many time I call customer care on 1860 series number and spend 45 but Tata Sky not changed his stand and tell me you will pay for this within warranty period. And all day they give massage on center of TV screen in 4 to 5 time in hrs and disturbed in show up to 30 seconds. End of the day they deactivate my service on 27th Feb 2015 on that day I also call Tata Sky on same number but they not response, last I booked new Airtel DHT online and install at 11.30 on 28th Feb 2015. After I admit consumer case against Tata Sky at Navsari forum on 11th Mar 2015. For that matter Navsari service center or other I don’t know who recharge of my account 295 on 18th Mar 2015 and SMS from Tata Sky. But Tata Sky minus 134+7.56 = 141.56 from 295 and balance 153.44 on same day. For this I call and request I does not want fraud Tata Sky service please close it on same day at 12.15 Hrs, no 1-[protected]. That means Tata Sky cheat is valid he does not accept his cheating with costumer in warranty period.

          I am Hari Priya and my subscriber id is [protected]. We've relocated to Hyderabad and called tatasky customer care on 16th march to install tatasky in our new house. No one has arrived on 17th so I called for about 10 times to customer support on 18th. They told that the installer will come within 2 hours and you'll get a call from him but no one has called yet. When we were in Eluru(west godavari dist, AP) the installer came from some other town to install within an hour. Even though Hyderabad is a city no one even bothered of coming and customer guys are telling that they kept our request in high priority basis

            Tata sky activated a service name "actve cooking" Without any request made by user and whenever i calling then they are ignoring my call...so as a custumer i want my money refund which had been charged by tata sky...and requesting them not to activate unwanted service without prior notice..my tata sky id- [protected]

                Complaint Ref No. H6RN6WB This complaint has been lodged for almost a week now and having called their useless call center, nothing has moved so far. The call center agents have made commitments 5 times that someone will attend my problem on priority, nothing as has happened so far and the problem is unresolved. It looks like entire team of Tatasky right from their call center agents to their CEO are made up of shameless people as they take no responsibility or ownership. Rajiv Kotibhaskar

                I am your customer having ID. [protected] . My set top box not receiving regional language channels from 4.4.2015.My subscription charge goes waste towards regional language channels which I am not getting. I made complaints by email times, by missed call once, by SMS twice but so far no technician has turned up for resolving the problem. Let me see that how quickly responding and resolving the issue.
                Thanks for evaluating my patience by not attending the problem so far.

                R.V.Ketkar ID [protected] I have two connection in my house. Frequently i am not receiving signals on add on connection. Earlier I use to contact installer whose mobile no is [protected] and he use to telephone in your office and connection use to restart immediately. he has not disclosed this telephone no. There is no telephone no. display on any broucher for such complaints. I do not understand why there is frequent disconnection to this set ?. I am paying charges on annual basis regularly. next due date is 15.09.2015. Dis satisfied with this disconnection i am desiring not to renew the subscription for add on set.

                  sir, date 11 se promblem aa raha hai singal nahi mil paa raha sir issiliye tata sky 9 baar call kiya tha complaint dene ke liye likin unke tarafs koi bhi responas nahi mil paa raha hai sir iss problem ko 8 din ho chuke hai...sir plz...my problem solve.

                    my tata sky not getting signal from last 4 days ... i called tata sky customer care 3 to 4 times everyday but they guys only said its a conjession problem please try after some time ... this is very bad service...i didn't expect to tata sky that kind of service they are given my account number is [protected] & mobile number is -[protected] Please resolve my problem ASAP Thankyou.

                      I Movva Jaya was a customer of tatasky. I paid Rs.2, 990/-(Rs.180/- per month) for year inclussive of all connection charges. But after six months they have disconnected my connection .and they said that your monthly charges will be Rs.315/- per month without any intimation they changed monthly plan and disconnected.

                          sir we havebeen complain about our tatasky HD+ recording box is not working the complain was given on 14th of Feb and ask ur official to attend it very soon for noticing the world cup cricket matches the technician came and saw and told the box has to change.For that they took 14 days they change a box but it worked for a day only.Again we gave several complains but no one came and do the nessisity.Is it worth it still continue in TATASKY connections

                              The work order number given to me is H4T1SAO dt. 11th of this month. It was promised that with in 2 hrs. i will receive a call for taking appointment to visit and the problem will be resolved in 24 hrs. This has not happened. Everyday, i am calling, but nothing happened so far. I am charged with out using the service. Is it fair?

                                I got a call from Tata sky office regarding technical issue i am facing since last 4 days, his visit was scheduled to resole issue. I ask him to come at 7 pm since I was just leaving for home from office. he rudely denied to come, i ironically asked him whether he is into govt 9 to 5 job, he rudely said yes he is doing govt job and will not visit. First you take 4 days to contact to customer about the problem he is facing and attitude of your officer make this more bitter experience. I also got charged when i called on this no [protected], I wanted to know whether is this no not tollfree.

                                      There are no services from last 5 days in my TATASKY . I tried to reach customer care through call, but the call always disconnected before reaching the customer care () tried 8 times) . Tried live chat :- Always says that your queue number is 99. i waited for queue 1, after reraching the queue 1 again it says u r in queue number 99. Finaly after 4 days i reached the customer care through live chat ( thanks god) . they always said that we wil ltake care from last 3 days . but no body responded ..

                                      Hello TataSky Team,

                                      My name is vaibhav jain and ID # is [protected], we have no signal from last 5 days and we are not able to turn on the setup box, i am getting messages it could be due to rain but sky is clear. i tried to switch off and restart my set top box but still problem remains the same and one more thing is that your customer care is too worst because from past 2 days I am trying to contact you and I have got no response either. Seems I have to change the company of my setup box.

                                        In my web-portal Everywhere TV shows Rs 18 per month. If Tata Sky is charging me more from from past one year, I need my money back or Recharge my account with that account and disable the Everywhere TV. I[censored] did cheating by showing Rs 18 on web portal and taking Rs 60 per month I will drag tata sky to consumer court. I will file a cheating case against Tata Sky.
