ID: [protected] THERE IS NO SINGAL AT MY PLACE FOR THE LAST SEVEN DAYS. I'M NOT ABLE TO GET HOLD OF CUSTTOMER CARE DEPT EVEN AFTER MAKING SEVERAL ATTEMPTS. NOT TO METION THE MONEY SPENT ON USELESS SMSs..EVERYTIME IT'S EITHER BUSY OR SAYS SOMEONE WILL GET IN TOUCH WITH ME. I WANT SOMEONE TO GET BACK TO ME ASAP. IT'S STRANGE THAT WITOUT GIVING SERVICE TATA SKY IS HAPPILY TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. THIS IS A VERY POOR SERVICE AND WILL NEVER EVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE ANYONE.

    I couldn't see services from more than a week, which i realized after coming back from my vacation(10 days) prior to that.Acutally, I got the problem on 17th Feb, and got that resolved on around 19th February. Problem repeated again. I raised complaint on March 9th, and still there is no action taken on that, where Tata Sky promised that they would resolve any issue within 24hrs after raising complaint.I have been chatting, calling (both standard customer care, and local office and technician whom I knew from previous visit). Everytime I call, they were are rescheduling the visit and I pinged all about more than 30 times, in total from week. Replies from CC: Please wait for our technical call. Reply from Local office, when I call: Sir, kal subah tak ho jaega, and aaj shyam tak ho jaega. More than 5 subah's and 5 shyam's are completed. Another good thing is, they receive call after at least 20-30 trials. Of course from yesterday they completely stopped responding. Reply from Technician: Sir, please call local office. Today, there was another shock, when I chat online, she said, my complaint is in cancellation status, an update from installer, and when i ask her the name of installer, she replied with CUSTSERV (looks like Customer Service) I have several questions here. Why is this problem not resolved even after one week? Why they are not responding when I call them, even those many times.? Why CC guys always reply with "Sir, please wait for our call and Sorry for inconvenience", even after asking 30 times.? Why the probelm repeated within 15days, after fixing the issue on 19th February.? Why did I get calls, whether problem is fixed or not, when they don't have any update from technician. And finally, should I continue with Tatasky or go for another service, leaving my 6mnth subscription into air/ should i keep taking this headache everytime? from, Vinayak Bodake

        I had renewed my tatasky ID [protected] in june 2014 for one year but have received a message asking me to recharge at a monthly charge of Rs.715\-on 12th march 2015. I do not understand this as this was the case in the previous year also. Please clarify and let me know why this is taking place it is disappointing to note that these errors are taking place in a company like TATA

          I have been using Tata Sky (ID: [protected]) since 2008 and this is the first time I am irritated with their service. I am facing NO SIGNAL issue since last 6 days (From 11/3/2015 till date). I have been trying to contact Tata Sky personnel over phone, SMS, mail and I am not receiving a satisfying response back from them. This is a pathetic service and an irritating behavior from the Tata Sky end. Need immediate attention on this. Below is my mail to Tatasky helpline as well as to the CEO of Tata Sky. Hi, I was always a big fan of tatasky. I have the connection since 2008 and I was always boasting around insisting people to get this DTH connection as this was the best you can get in India. Tatasky was known well for their customer support. But since last 2 days, all my hopes on Tatasky is lost. Since Wednesday, we are not able to view our favorite channels. And we tried to contact the customer care, but line is always busy. Luckily we got connected to the line once and got a message that the "If your facing problem in viewing channels, we apologize, as there is some technical problem which is getting fixed. Request you to please wait until we get back to you." The same with SMS messages as well. Msg No1 received on 12/3/15 around 10PM: "Hello! Your Tata Sky Work Order No:H5LRSRZ.We will contact you in next 2 working hrs to take appointment for installer visit & it will be attended in 24 hours" Msg No2 received on 12/3/15 around 10PM: "Your Request is under process, you will receive the response shortly" Msg No3 received on 13/3/15 around 12:15PM: "We have already allocated your request to our Tata Sky Engineer who will contact you shortly." But no calls since then. Also I had requested for a customer callback request option from your website. And no response for that as well. I had never expected this from TataSky. Since 2 days, my whole family is shouting back at me for getting such a pathetic DTH connection. This has made me loose hope on TataSky completely. Also I have decided not to advertise anymore of my Trust/Like on TataSky in buying this connection to others. My last hope is that you would respond to this mail in next 2hours. I should not be charged for last 3 days (From 11 March till date the issue has been fixed). If I am charged, then you are going to loose a customer for sure. Regards, Amith

            We are continuously receiving no signal since last 6 days. Tata Sky ID is: [protected] We are tired of calling their toll free number. It is either busy or ringing. This is very pathetic service. We are totally unsatisfied with their service. We would not recommend Tata sky to anyone now.

              I, Prakash Chandra Lodwal, is a subscriber of Tata Sky HD under ID No. [protected] for more than last two years and I have subscribed "Grand Sports" monthly pack. "Investigation Discover" which was started screening in India few months back in last year is included in Grand Sports Pack without charging any extra fee/cost. Since I have also subscribed Grand Sports Pack "ID" channel was to be added in my pack but it was not so and the channel became able to see the channel only from 18th February, 2015 after making request through SMS to Tata Sky through my RMN. I also got surprised to know that I am been charging Rs. 20/- extra for subscribing the channel whereas it is free for all subscribers who have subscribed Grand Sports Pack. So many times I raised the issue with Tata Sky Customer Care and requested them to compensate me but no satisfactory reply was given to me. My concerned is to compensate me for not making available "ID" channel from the date of its starting in India and stop charging any extra amount from me.

                I, Prakash Chandra Lodwal, am a subscriber of Tata Sky HD under ID no. [protected] and I have opted Grand Sports Pack for more than last two years. A new Channel i.e Investigation Discover (ID)" was launched in India few months ago which is included in Grand Sports pack without charging any cost. Since, my Plan is also Grand Sports Pack ID channel should have been started screening to me from day one but it was made available to me from 18th February, 2015 only after making a request by me through SMS. So many times I have taken up the matter with the customer care no. of Tata Sky but no satisfactory reply is being given to me by them. I also got surprised that they are charging Rs. 20/- for adding the channel. I have requested tata sky to compensate me for not providing ID channel from day one and not to charge any addition fee for subsribing it.

                  Hi This is sanjay singh from fork you restaurant 30, 1 st floor houz khas village, new delhi 110016. in our restro v have tata sky dth concoction on 12/03/2015 our set top box showing no signal and we did request or complaint to help line number the comp. no. is WH# H59C3ZW since 12/03/2015 i personal following that and ur executive saying it will resolve to itself and engineer will visit at your place, he came n checked all thing n said the wire is brake from some where need to change we said ok then he goes back i called him next day on 13/03/2015 he reply that we don't have wire you have to purchase from market or let me check, after past a day he did not reply. again i call to costumer care on 14/03/5015 that our problem is not solved then they said today we will sending engineer but not came, then on 15/03/2015 again i called to your GREAT TATA SKY CUSTOMER CARE for my problem she said engineer will come today. he came (his name is ramkishore his employer is OCEAN SYSTEMS, c-73, basement, malviya nagar, new delhi 110017, phone no. is [protected], 97, 98, 99) and checked it and saying i dont have wire you have to perchas from market and install it then call me i will come and contact it. is this kind of customer service you ppl are providing i called him twice he denying to install a wire and can you discrive me the meaning of internal wiring please regards sanjay singh fork you 30, 1st floor houz khas village new delhi 110016 [protected], [protected]

                    My subscription ID is:[protected] Registered with name:Dinesh kumar choudhary. Last month on 25.1. 15 I recharged with Rs.1500 It was semi annual dhamaal mix pack but it got deducted in just two months. Then I had to recharge it again with Rs.500 .But I want full information about this issue. No pack were activated then how can whole amount be deducted in just two months.I called to tatasky but no response received.

                      Hello, I am Gautam Shah and want to make everyone aware about the fraud by the company employees. We got a call from one of the Tata Sky executive and he said that since we are very old customer of Tata Sky we are getting Active vedic Maths channel for free for 91 days and post 91 days the channel would automatically get de-activated. We agreed to the deal and asked them to activate. The moment it got activated I got a SMS from them stating that you are chargeable @ 6rs/day for the subscribed channel. It was a shocker for us as this was not the thing committed by the TATA SKY EXECUTIVE. In order to confirm we called up Tata Sky customer care to verify It. From there we got to know that the deal was instead of paying 10rs/day you have to pay only 6rs/day so you get a discount of 40% on this subscription. Obviously this was not what was committed. Moreover the floor manager mr. Hemant khanna also did not corporated in this matter. It seems to be a joint fraud in which everyone from top to bottom are involved.

                        Hi, The Tata sky price for the packages increased and I did not get any notification. Only during Bill Payment, I had to call the customer service to find out what packages increased by what amount. This is wrong and illegal. I should have been informed before the price increase so that I can look for alternate options. Why should I pay for something I did not agree to!!!

                          I AM NAGARAJAN.A.LIVING IN KARUR TAMILNADU.I AM A TATA SKY CUSTOMER FOR THE PAST FIVE YEARS.THERE WAS NO PROBLEM IN RECEIVING SIGNALS SINCE INSTALLATION.ONLY A WEEK BEFORE THE SIGNALS WERE NOT RECEIVED PROPERLY.I SENT REQUEST FOR REPAIR TWO DAYS AGO. TWO INEXPERIECED STAFF CAME TO MY HOUSE TODAY NOON TO ATTEND THE REPAIR.VEHEMENTLY THEY ALTERED THE DISH AND WHICH RESULTED IN THE TOTAL SIGNAL LOSS AND THEY WERE UNABLE SETRIGHT DISH.THEY ACCEPTED THEIR FAULT AND WENT AWAY SAYING THAT SOME OTHER PERSON WILL COME AND SETRIGHT DISH.BEFORE THEY CAME FOR REPAIR I WAS GETTING SOME CHANNELS SOUTH INDIAN GENERAL PACKAGE ITEMS WITHOUT THE PAID REAGIONAL, EHGLISH MOVIE CHANNELS.

                                I have pd rs 7500/- as recharge for my tata sky mega hd pack on 12-3-15. I recd a message that my subscription has been renewed and bal amt was 7366. when I HAVE PD 7500 HOW CAN MY BALANCE BE 7366/-. Secondly Today I checked on the net and the renewal date was mentioned as 12-12-15. When I am renewng my annual subscription how can the renewal date be dec. It should be march 16. I complained on live chat of Tata Sky. at Around 1.30 today. At 4.30 I receive an SMS "Pack request completed. Current bal in a/c is 3276.19Due Date 7-12-15. What is wrong with Tata Sky and its employees. Why are they keeping employees who cannot understand anything. I called on Tata sky helpline after receiving this message. Spoke to mr. Mohamed Ibrahim. Like a parrot he kept on repeating taht my complaint has been registered and will be attended to.I kept on telling him that I had recd and Sms stating that the Pack had been renewed. I requested to speak to the floor manager . He put me on hold and then did not come back on the line and the line was disconnected. What do I do to get my subsciption amount pd to made for whole year for the mega hd pack.

Have made lots of calls to customer care number "[protected]". Have made calls to local tata sky office number "[protected]"/[protected] which are always switched off during office hours. Just want to say if you can't fix it by next india cricket match you can come and collect your set box from the nearest dustbin and be ready to face us in consumer court. Yours dear customer.

                                      My subscriber ID:[protected]. Last two days i am unable to watch T.V. T.V is not receiving signal from dish. Earlier [protected] phone number is easy to access, but current number always busy even we got line and complaint your not responding. My compliant number NS[protected], as per you SMS 2 working hours, but no body contact me after 24 hrs. why your giving very poor service to the customer, if you are taking this much time to attend means why you promoting with this much advertisement, every time your help line number staffs trying to push more additional packages service to get revenue. But never concentrate on service if this is an situation pls take pack your HD set top box refund our money.we can't wait to get your service after a week. I need solution with in today otherwise i'll complaint to consumer forum with supporting documents. Hope you understand customer situation, react ASAP Thanks &regards JEYAKUMAR [protected]

                                        My Tatasky Subscription id - [protected]. For the past one week from 09/03/15 not able to view channels properly. First two days no signal. I tried reaching customer care number (toll free number[protected], this number is supposed to be active. no idea switched off. Tried reaching another number[protected], need to wait for long, it automatically call disconnects. My call charges got deducted. This is worse. No idea how to reach them. No Customer Service stall in City's make things worse. Helpless to resolve this. Earlier thought Tata Sky to be very good service provider. Hence forth, won't recommend to any of my friends. Please Stop recommending Taka SKY.
