I couldn't see services from more than a week, which i realized after coming back from my vacation(10 days) prior to that.Acutally, I got the problem on 17th Feb, and got that resolved on around 19th February. Problem repeated again. I
raised complaint on March 9th, and still there is no action taken on
that, where Tata Sky promised that they would resolve any issue within
24hrs after raising complaint.I have been chatting,
calling (both standard customer care, and local office and technician
whom I knew from previous visit). Everytime I call, they were are
rescheduling the visit and I pinged all about more than 30 times, in
total from week.

Reply from Local office, when I call: Sir, kal subah tak ho jaega, and aaj
shyam tak ho jaega. More than 5 subah's and 5 shyam's are completed.
Another good thing is, they receive call after at least 20-30 trials. Of
course from yesterday they completely stopped responding.
Reply from Technician: Sir, please call local office.
Today, there was another shock, when I chat online, she said, my complaint is
in cancellation status, an update from installer, and when i ask her the
name of installer, she replied with CUSTSERV (looks like Customer
Service)
I have several questions here.
Why is this problem not resolved even after one week?
Why they are not responding when I call them, even those many times.?
Why CC guys always reply with "Sir, please wait for our call and Sorry for inconvenience", even after asking 30 times.?
Why the probelm repeated within 15days, after fixing the issue on 19th February.?
Why did I get calls, whether problem is fixed or not, when they don't have any update from technician.
And
finally, should I continue with Tatasky or go for another service,
leaving my 6mnth subscription into air/ should i keep taking this
headache everytime?

Last month on 25.1. 15 I recharged with Rs.1500 It was semi annual dhamaal mix pack but it got deducted in just two months. Then I had to recharge it again with Rs.500 .But I want full information about this issue. No pack were activated then how can whole amount be deducted in just two months.I called to tatasky but no response received.
