    From past 3-4 days dish is not receiving any signal due to which we are unable to view HD channels and many other channels. Please get the problem rectified.       Subscriber ID : [protected] From last week some of the tamil channels are unavailable, can you fix the issue asap. also your system is not at all supporting to register the compliant and getting help from online chat... No responds from customer care and lot o[censored]sers are impacted, no steps taken so far. Please ask them to withdraw the licence.

          There has been no service on tata sky for a week. - WORLD CUP IS GOING ON. When the service stopped we spent one day in checking all the connections physically as the per message on tv screen. Then on 4th day when I tried to call the recorded message indicated that services are disrupted due to update of technology and that I should send sms to 56633. I have sent message 3 days back, no response other than sms saying that someone will contact in 24 hours and solve problem in 2 days. NOTHING SO FAR What I want is 1. Immediate start of services 2. return my money for the period of one week and counting for lack of services 3. If this is your new technology, send your technical team head to get his head examined 4, Also send the person who decided to update technology during world cup knowing that it would be disrupted to get his head examined 5.if disruptions were going to be caused, your duty was to warn consumers Failed in all counts - Disappointed in name of TATA - roadside cable operators would not dare to treat customers like this

            I required to contact with tata sky help line, but this is the worst help line service in world. No option is available to contact with operator or executive. I tried to on line chat my Q was of 75 I waited for 30 minutes and then your chat becomes off line. Think after waiting for 30 minutes to chat when no. came you become off line. worst worst. i am cursing myself why i am having tatasky. GOD help me. is there any no. of tatasky where i can talk with operator.

            i charged my tatasky on 04/03 but still it is showing as recharge due on 04/03
            I have called the customer service of tata sky today they have kept me waiting for nearly half an hour till I have not attended .so I disconnected the call and tried to another no for that also I have waited for 20 min .they have received my call but they disconnected immediately and I tried gain for third time I have cleared my doubts .but for my first two calls I have been charged nearly 20 rupees. so it's no fair on your part for charging to the customer for the problem caused due to your product only..and also there is no quick assistance and you are making your customer for more time and killing our valuable time also
            i am having 2 connections but still you are not able to give good service. You customer care team only trained to say sorry. They don 't have any hold on your technical team. Technician not lifting phone. I had given a complaint 6 days back but they are not able to solve till now.techinicians are very rude and irresponsible. They take money in advance but. Not able to give service. I strongly feel you should close down your company instead of harassing customers like this.

              Dear Sir, I has had been repeated problems of interrupted signals from past several months. During last weeks we repeatedly approach Tata sky Perhaps due to my extreme pressure, their team investigated the matter and concluded that a Jammer is being used to disturb the signal. They assured for curative measures to respond the Jammer. But nothing happened. The passiveness of tatasky is unfortunate and painful since we are paying our subscription without satisfactory services. Perhaps Tatasky is believing the customer like us is foolish.Do, nt make us foolish by looting our money in name of subscription.I do not know whether people of Tata sky having vested interest support the person operating Jammer. Kindly pressurise tata sky to compensate the lossess of not watching the TV by refunding my subscription deducted during previous months so that I could switch over to other service provider. Do not buy Tata sky as DTH Provider as once you will pay them they would trap you and loot you.Go for VIDEOCON a far better option.

                Since 3 days our set top box not getting signals for all the south channels. But cartoon network, Hindi channels are getting signals. Immediately we are training to contact your customer care and toll free number. But not got both the phone lines. I have contacted your local person (Hyderabad) for signals restoration. He advised us that he will sent technician on payment of Rs.200.00. For your service lapse, why should i have to pay the amount. It is learnt that Tata Sky upgraded the satellite, hence signal problem has arised. We are promptly paying the monthly rental. We are not getting good service from you Our Tata Sky subscription ID is [protected]. My phone no [protected] Please do the needful at earliest.

                  I Rajesh Vora customer of Tata Sky from past 9 years my ID of Tata Sky= [protected] n Register Mob. num [protected]... I am 60 year old person a retired person and service what i got from Tata Sky is always unsatisfied n too expensive n mentally torture...in this 9 year i changed my device twice n nw again 3rd time...the time when i took tata sky u had promised me that all service will be provide free if there is problem with your device...1st time i changed device they took 520 rs for change of device n even that device was used n repaired device + just to complaint on helpline num i called 7 times call charged me around 130 rs + 170 rs of that visiting person n serviced done after 10 days so 10 days of my period which i paid on monthly base was wasted...same thing happened 2nd time in that the service person person who came changed my device with the earlier device...the device when tata sky service started gave that un updated device...3rd time same thing happened again same charges of everything and now today after 10 days when person came with another new repaired device was also not working so he said he will come tommarrow again with another repair device n for this device also they charge n then he ask me to replace your device with upgrade version of Tata Sky HD i said ok...in short Tata Sky Service is cheating till now 3 times i called total i paid for just service is 1000rs for 1st service n then again 1000rs for 2nd service n now for 3rd service call charges happened till now is 200rs + 100 rs for this day recharge what i had + tommarrow that guy will come charge me 1500 for Tata Sky HD...

                    MY TATASKY SUBSCRIPTION ID IS [protected], FROM PAST 4 DAYS I AM UNABLE TO ACCESS REGIONAL CHANNELS, IAM KEEP TRYING TO REACH CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY SAYS THERE IS SOME ISSUE WITH SIGNAL, I CAN ACCEPT THAT FOR ONE DAY OR TWO THIS IS 4TH DAY, REALLY A BAD SERVICE FROM TATASKY, I AM TOATALLY DISOPPOINTED WITH THE TATASKY SERVICE.

                      Dear Sir, I am not getting services since last todays. I am trying several times by mobile to contact your office, but unable to talk any assoociate. Even the number toll free but every time charges being reduced by my mobile, this is totally unacceptable. Please take care the matter seriusly. Regards Md. Mohasin

                      Tata Sky service is not available since around 15 days. My account is active and i have also made a complaint at their customer center, but I am told that there is a system upgrade that has caused this problem and there is no date being given for restoration of services!
                      I am an old customer of Tata Sky HD service. I was not getting one of my favourite regional channels for last two months. Considering the problem is a result of your satellite change, I was waiting to get it solved on it's own. Ultimately, on 30th April, 2015 I lodged the complain and received a sms that the technician will attend to the call on 30th April night.
                      No one called me and again on 3rd May I receive another sms that someone will attend to the problem on 4th May at night 10 O'clock. By now my problem has aggravated and total system is down since last evening. Today early morning at 7.00 am I again called your helpline and got the assurance that she will send the technician by 10.30 am today. So far nobody contacted.

                      Would like to know your standard time commitment to attend to a problem. Pl confirm definitely when can you send your technician? Again to get your customer executive on your helpline is itself a huge task both from time and money point of view. Each time I need to wait minimum 30 mins with spending Rs. 15/- minimum as your no is not toll free. After facing such problems I have started thinking of changing the service provider.

                      Would like to have your suggestion please.

                          My set top box some times suddenly stopped problem coming on july2014 so I informed to your service persons but they persons not come after two months box not working purpose I'm given to your service persons on November 2014 but box not come return totally I'm problem faced with your service above 8 months but I paid they months; two times I'm called your service center but problem not cleared please clear my problem ; my contact no/RMN is [protected]; [protected]

                                I am a Tata Sky customer, Subscription Id: [protected] at indore (M.P.) India. I am facing problem regarding the Digicomp device since 10th March 2015 [device not interface with digicard]. I have filed many complaints (local Telecom Customer Care. Till now nobody has visited my place to see the device. Every time I enquire about this with same, i get a new resolution date about the issue. i have try many time from last three days to contact customer care, but there is not any response and no body received call. I have no service since 10th March 2015 but my balance is decreasing at same rate. I have discovered that Tata Sky is not at all serious to resolve customer complaints. Since, the device as well as connection has failed to serve the purpose, I want to know how I can get my subscription amount and my balance amount back, after surrendering the device and connection to the company?

                                  I am using TATA Sky from Ahmedabad but facing so much problem. I have recharged TATA Sky one year pack but I could not see the picture and also tried to complaint the problem through toll free number that is no use at all but one thing happened to me is that my mobile and phone charges increased every day. That is only the solution I got from TATA Sky. Some one tried my mobile number a day before. He said that there is a problem in the toll free number. Hence, I could not rectify it and we will soon solve your problem within three hours. But to my shock & surprised till date I am unable to see the channels.

                                    Sir, I am using TATA Sky from Bangalore, Karnataka to Trichy, Tamil Nadu. but facing so much problem without telling. I have recharged TATA Sky three days back but I could not see the picture and also tried to complaint the problem through toll free number that is no use at all but one thing happened to me is that my mobile and phone charges increased every day. Hence, I could not rectify it and we will soon solve your problem. But so far my problem is continuing. If your official not rectify through net work I will switch over to Airtel DTH. Already there is good name in Airtel DTH in the market than TATA Sky. If your ir-responsible goes again and again without further action. You will loose your business in the market by way of every one spread to another your irresponsible. I NEED TO REGISTER MY NEW MOBILE NO.[protected]TRICHY NO.)                                       I am having a DTH connection of Tata sky .ID NO [protected]. I had registered a complaint on line on 12th march that no signal is received and so far there is no response . I had also called the local franchisee in the no available [protected] .I had made several calls to the number in the first few instance he had attended the phone and said it will be rectified. in sbequent calls he is not lifting the phone. He had given a technicians number [protected] named sibi and I had called him also several times .He will say the he come soon and attend the coplaint.Nothing has happened so far.Morover I had selected a hindi channel add on package which was removed without my consent a month back.I feel the service is bad .I request for disconnection and refund the cost of set top box without delay.                                         We couldn't able to view tatsky channels for past 3 days starting from 03/11/2015 to till date. When we try to explain the issues to tata sky customer care center, All phone lines were always busy, Still now we couldn't find a best solution for this. If any of their customers pack was about to expire means, They will will call one week before itself(prior intimation) and ask us to recharge from our side. But now I was unable to view any channels due to their negligence( very poor signals). Will they refund the 3 days money to my account. Because i have not used their product for almost 3 days which cost some thing around Rs 70. VERY VERY VERY POOR IRRESPONSIBLE ARE WORKING IN TATA SKY. Their motive is to make money thats it. Customer complaint team can you please look into this issue and provide a best possible way for resolving this complaint. Thanks, Manoj [protected]
