T.V is not receiving signal from dish. Earlier [protected] phone number is easy to access, but current number always busy even we got line and complaint your not responding.
My compliant number NS[protected], as per you SMS 2 working hours, but no body contact me after 24 hrs. why your giving very poor service to the customer, if you are taking this much time to attend means why you promoting with this much advertisement, every time your help line number staffs trying to push more additional packages service to get revenue. But never concentrate on service if this is an situation pls take pack your HD set top box refund our money.we can't wait to get your service after a week.
I need solution with in today otherwise i'll complaint to consumer forum with supporting documents.
