Dear Sirs My Tata Sky Id is [protected] and mobile nu, ber [protected]. I am in Bangalore. From the last 4 days there are NO SIGNALS or sometimes partial signals in my Home DTH TV. My efforts to contact the customer care nos. [protected] and [protected] has been unanswered. I just got a sms on my registered mobile number yesterday that a TATA Sky engineer has been assigned the job and he will contact in the next two hours. THE 2 HOURS ARE YET TO BE OVER. Can you please take up the matter seriously and set right the problem immediately. There is no way I am able to talk to your customer care executive in the above numbers because when I dial 9 on your voice help line it says that you cant talk to the customer care person now and dial 1 for us to call you back but no one calls or comes for repairing the system. Please take urgent action else I may have to take legal actions since you ensure that the line is disconnected if the payment is delayed even by one day but you are not providing uninterrupted service.

Same problem across India. Me too reported tatasky 2 days back, but till now no response.
Same problem is faced by me, am also in banglore . I must have rung their customer care about 50 times, but to no avail, their taped statement says to sms at 56622, but the sms is not being recd, in the end the taped voice mutters something and cuts the phone .Its pathetic, frankly speaking never expected this from TATAs.The present guys in charge are hell bent to ruin the good name of TATAs,

Kindly take action as more than 4 days have passed, if it persists will have no option but to go to consumer court .
Wow, today morn ie after about 15 hrs of writing the complaint to Consumer complaints, my Network has been restored and all channels are working, wish I wud have known this, then I wud have raised the complaint earlier.

            Very shameful act by Tata Sky that inspite of being very old custmor it made a BSNL Landline contact with my child instead of with me on RMN i.e.[protected] or ID-[protected] and imposed completely useless Actve Vedic Maths using dirty tricks while I do not need it at all.It has become a burden for me because my ongoing Cricket Dhamaal Pack of @275/-per month is quite sufficient for me.I did not expect such acts from Tata Sky.Please drop Actve Vedic Maths pack immediately and inform me or should I look for another fair service provider or cable operator

              From last three most of the channels are not coming Even customer care is not reachable Tried calling customer care more than 100 times It is not connecting Sent mail to [protected]@tatasky.com twice no action taken Sent message 'NS' to 56633 thrice no action taken Daily around 30 Rs will deduct from Tata sky balance What is this service Dont know whom to reach when customer care number it self is not reachable. When i took "Current Base Pack : Mega South HD" pack i was informed that there will be no charges if any executive visits but forget about executive charges we are not able to reach customer care.               I am using tatasky service. From one week i am unable to see any chaneels.
              When called to customer care, they take requests and no response after that. They dont even have the toll free number to call. I almost spent 200rps in calling them from a week. Only once they picked the call and taken request. Then onwards no response. Worst service i ever seen. Atleast provide the toll free number for the customers. Subscriber ID is [protected]. This is really bad service.

I am trying to contact the helpline for which the numbers were indicated for having not receiving the single, I have registered my complain with Tata sky web site SR[protected] and SR[protected] but nobody has bothered to set right the problem. I have changed my Set Top Box into HD Box a month ago. I wanted contact with Local Dealers but he is saying simply pl register your complain with Tata Sky and at Tata sky customer care no one is taking call. The call center of Tata Sky is not giving proper services, Customer are loosing confidence with TATASKY.                 It has been a long time now (more than 10 days)since you are not able to restore the service. Your nonsense call center keeps on playing the same recording again and again. They don’t even understand the problem. If this
                was a satellite problem then how come after spending Rs 150 to a private technician I can see all the channels? This is clear case of negligence on your part that you are not able to maintain the customer satisfaction. I had made
                several calls with call center to fix an appointment with the technician but no one called back nor turned up at my home for a free visit (As quoted in your recordings).

                Tatasky is preferred because of its service and not because of its costly channels (compared to other DTH providers). But now service is also pathetic so no point in continuing Tatasky. I need a clear explanation from your side else I have to move to different DTH provider.

                I am Sreekanth having tatasky connection with the subscriber ID [protected]. Past 8 days I am not getting regional channels. Tatasky people telling that due to technology upgradation you many not get all channels. I am calling customer care daily 3 times. They will tell the same old story that our technical team will call you back. Still no body called me. They made my issue as high priority. Still now no technical team called me to resolve the issue. I am fed up with the things going on.

                I raised a complaint on 3 april 2015 to tata sky that I amunable to view channels. I got SMS from tata sky that technician will visit myhome and fix the problem. Till today, no one has come to fix the issue The call centre line is busy all the time and they are not able to meet the consumer demands at all.

                I would like to write a complaint in regards to WOHYZBN6R where from 1st of april i was unable to view around 20 channels and every time TATA SKY assign the work order and resolve it even without sending anyone to my house. today my wife had received a call from tata sky and rep has asked are you able to view channels and when she complaint the rep said she don't understand language hindi, well this is a surprise and very inconvenient from tata sky and this is not the first time, today they fooling people by saying that we can watch all channels where still we can't watch most of the channels due to signal issue. so please fix the issue first and then promise anything as such.

                Compaint placed numerous times for id [protected] and also spoken to the floor supervisor that there is nothing on my tv since 10 days but little was done to rectify it.

                Since he had left there was no one who had either called us or visited and moreover your helplinenos are giving a 13 - 20 minutes waiting time where in the executive places us again on hold and the call gets hanged up.
                You ivr says to press 1 for tatasky to enable to call u back.no call received back.
                Your ivr says give a missed call to a specified no., no response after giving a missed call.

                At last i now wanna know whether tatasky would refund my money straight or after a complaint is placed to the Consumer forum or get the connection rectified immediately without any further delay??

                We will definitely reach the consumer complaint forum once 30 days are completed.
                The problem has been existing even before the online email complaint had been done and was informed to customer care 10 days earlier but since there was no response we had to write a mail which also did not give any result.
                The subscription has been paid for 1 year in advance.
                Therefore we still expect to get the problem sorted as soon as possible.

                  Tata sky is giving really bad service. In my account their is a balance of Rs.205 still they have terminate the service.                       Hi Sir / Madam, Pls note from yesterday date :[protected] cable has been disconnected and we are trying to connect with tata sky customer but if we call customer care number they will keep on hold till half an hour or 45mins waiting that time amt will deduted... I don't what type of service is giving tata sky... till date cable has been not rectified...really worst service...I want to cancel this tata sky connection and I want amt return back... thanks to consider seriously and convaye them... regards LOHIT [protected]

                        I have installed Tata Sky at the Restaurant for business purpose. My Tata Sky has stopped working, it gets hanged, gets auto rebooted and most of the time does not work. I have launched the complaint on the 14March calling the toll free no. I was promised tech support team will call me in 2 hours and a visit in 4 hours. But the day passed no one called nor visited. So called the next day and launched the complain again. But still no results. Called again the 3rd day and spoke to a senior level executive and i was promised that will received a call on priority and will be resolved in 4 hours. Waited till evening and called again to check the status and was informed that its already 6pm and will be taken care tomorrow. Called the next day again and was surprised that to know that scheduled date for technician is 21Mar as per my request. Spoke to a manager and was promised again that will be taken care the same day as they have corrected the date. This hide and seek game went on till today. Today on 21st March again i was surprised when called the customer service to know that the technician visit is scheduled for 24march now as there is a shortage of technician in the company. A big disappointment for the service provided from a reputed brand. Now i was told that complaint has been forwarded to the concerned dept and a technician will visits soon. Its been more than 7days, more than 15 calls and so many complaint numbers, no callback from the support team and STILL NO RESOLUTION !!! Is this customer service what is guaranteed. Good that i have 2 Vediocon D2H connection at home.

                          since yesterday evening the service was disrupted severely. Whenever we made calls to tollfree no., they replied that it will be restored within 3/4 hours. also it was shown on the TV screen that due to updatation, some channels could not be seen, even requests were coming to sms to a number with NS. Today, from your tollfree number it was told that a mechanic would come to solve the problem. The person came and did some work with the antenna and told that a sum of Rs.170.00 will be deducted as Service charge, not only that he made a caution that a parts in our antenna to be replaced which costs Rs.425.00 It seems to me nothing but cheating the clients, since you admitted that it was your problem, for which we could not see some channels, whereas your mechanic told us that it is the fault of our apparatus. During the recent few months you have abnormally enhanced the charges, thereafter, if you make cheating with the clients, then we will be compelled to find other alternative and quit your association.

                            My susbscriber ID is [protected]. When i switched on my TV last night, i got the message that the set top box is not receiving the signal. I found the weather to be clear and it has been wonderful throughout. However, the service is still not restored and it is late evening on 12th March 2015. There is no semblance of any response coming or action being initiated. I sent an SMS to 56633 typing NS as mentioned in the Tata Sky website. I got a reply as follows from AM-MYTSKY: Hello! Your Tata Sky Work Order No:H50YW2Z. We will contact you in next 2 working hrs to take appointment for installer visit & it will be attended in 24 hours. This message was received at 9:11 this morning and it is now 9.04 pm today with no action being taken. None of the Tata Sky helplines are of any use. If the issue is not resolved, i may be constrained to file a suit on Tata Sky for toying with consumer faith and taking them for a ride.

                                Have been using Tata sky for more than a year now and have faced numerous issues with their service, policies and behavior. Would NOT suggest any one to go for Tata sky, worst service provider. Since yesterday, there were no signals.A vendor of tata sky came dont know what he did after which all HD channels were gone. He also asked for 700 Rs to repair this issue even though it was a known fact that service was down since yesterday. Tata sky vendor was ready to fight with me when i said, " i will complain against him"
                                My Tata sky HD Channels are not working.. Need immediate addressal..have been trying to contact the customer care but in vain.. Pls call back..

                                    sir, i hav Tata sky DTH, ID no.[protected], which is not working since 4.45 pm yesterday, ie 11.3.15..I tried to contact Tata Sky representative 3 to 4 times thru your helpline no. but i was kept waiting for 20 minutes on each occasion before i could talk to ur representative who informed me that DTH is not working due to solar interfearence and lodged complaint vide H4YLPOY. I was told that rep of Tata Sky would come and confirm the timings within 2 hrs ...but so far neither rep has contacted nor came to resolve the problem . you r requested to look into it and resolve the problem at the earliest and confirm thanks Sanjay Gaur

                                      My Tata sky customer id is [protected]. The set box is not receiving signal. Complaint filed need immediate attention as I want to watch ongoing world cup cricket matches. I am subscribing to their mega pack costing Rs. 6300/- per year. The customer service need a lot of improvement.

                                        hello my consumer id : [protected]. i am trying to call the customer care of tata sky from one week, my tata sky is not working . the msg which pops out says partly cloudy sky please wait for sometime for the the tatasky to restart . and it is hot summer in hyderabad. i have paid my tatasky amount also my set top box is gone for a week now. kindly refund that money and also activate my set top box before i complain to the consumer court. [protected] this toll free number which is mentioned in your site is fake and the other number number you only make us wait for hours together with any responce.
