Hi, This is M.S Ganesan here. My subscriber id is [protected] and registered mobile number is [protected]. Tata sky executives have fraudulently added Vedic Mathematics to my package in spite of me stating that I am not interested today morning. They have deducted an amount of 180 for 3 months from my account today. Kindly revert the amount and rectify this immediately. If this is not rectified soon, I'll deactivate my connection. This is outright cheating on your part. Thanks, M.S Ganesan
I have raised a complaint also with Tata sky. Complaint number is SR[protected]. No action from their end.

      The above id is installed at 2ND-FR, FL-2B, 21/A/27 GANGULY PARA LANE, GOKULDHAM, KOLKATA 700 002. it is lying in active since last 3 days and no one is being able to get contacted since all the help-line numbers are getting pre recorded message of system dysfunction. No contact point in Kolkata of Tata Sky is able to help us.

        Sir, 1. I have a tatasky connection having Subs ID [protected]. 2. But from the last three days we are not receiving our subs package of south especially (Malayalam channels). 3. We are paying our monthly subs of Rs 432/-, due subscription some Active Channels. 4. You are requested to rectify the package problem as well as unsubscription of the active channels and bought the account to its minimum monthly payment please. 5. RMN be considered as [protected]

            I regretted to inform you that yesterday i.e. on 11.03.2015 from 6 PM to 10.30 PM, I continuously ring on Tatasky Helpline No. [protected] & [protected] but no one pick the number. Two times, the above numbers gone on recording and one time 55 minutes and another time 27 minutes the phone was on hold. Due to above, I am very much fed up with your services of helpline as well as viewing the channels. From last 2-3 days all the channels are not in view and yesterday from evening only 10 channels was in operation and other channels have no signal. Even today some channel in operation and all HD channels have no signal. In this regard, I have to intimate you that neither I am not receiving signal of maximum channels nor receiving any help from your helpline. Even your representatives available on helpline numbers are not picking the phone. When they pick the phone, I getting on hold for 55 minutes & 27 minutes continuously. This is a serious matter and I will be compelled to go to Consumer Court for your disrupted services, wasting my time at helpline numbers. Looking for your immediate response.

              Hello. I cell number is [protected]. This connection is registered on my Wife's name. From last two days, I am not able to watch other channels except Hindi. On other channels, I am seeing a message, due to bad weather, there are signal issues. If weather is clear, Kindly power off your tata sky set top box and start again. Weather was fine and I tried turn off thing too, still i am not able to see Other channels except Hindi. I also tried to connect tata sky customer care which isn't connecting. Its really sad that I am not able to get in contact with any of the tata sky employee.

                    i have been trying to contact your services but to no avail. there is a problem with the dish from monday i think.. please contact on [protected] asap. i have tried disconnecting the cords etc but the quality is still deteriorating. this is not expected from a leading company .

                        As of 11th Mar 2015 evening I have not been able to receive English News channels and HD channels. As a premium customer I should be able to expect a better service. I'm unable to speak with customer care as the lines are not active. I live in Kochi, Kerala. Please resolve asap.

                          The service has become pathetic. Half the time, there is no signal. At the time of payment/renewal, Tata Sky is so prompt, it doesn't even give extra telecast of 1 second when the package expires. But there is no compensation for the time when there is no signal from Tata Sky's side. I am sick and tired of the signal problem. Even the village people get better transmission than I staying in Mumbai, thanks to Tata Sky. Also recently I bought package of 6 months. They converted it to monthly without even asking me. Every time I complain, they will give options like putting a booster, changing the set-top box etc. which requires more investment. Tata Sky is already one of the costliest.                               Hi, I am from Chennai. My HD box not receiving any signals from 11th march onwards. As suggested by tatasky I sent the SMS NS to 56633. My Work order no : H54ARM5. But no response till now. Kindly request you to resolve this issue as early as possible.

                              Technician visited my home and changed the signal of dish. its just 2 min work. i don't know why they took 10 days of time to visited my home.

                                  My id- [protected], mob-[protected], My tata sky is not receiving signals from11/3/2015, evening.I called the toll free no but there is no response, automatically the call disconects.Is there any solution or i' will go for another DTH Service. When the time for payment comes lot of reminders comes .And your toll free no is not toll free, I lost almost RS 100 calling more than 25 times who will be bearing those amount from yesterday service is not available will you refund those amount ore else seriously will be filing complaint in consumer court, This is worst service seen globally . PLEASE solve... And one more thing tatsky people doing business like these type, signal issue comes and eng visited collect visiting charge, and after part charges diffrent and after done, one more same signal issue problem comes again, last continiuos iam facing signal issue in my setup box 4th time attending for siganl issue.

                                        We are unable to view services on the Tata Sky HD+ since yesterday. The set Top Box is newly provided less than 3 months now and under warranty supplied by making payment through adding the amount to online TATA SKY account .Pl do needful.                                         recently i shifted to sanpada.i setup the dish from one of my friend.
                                        checked the signal...it was showing perfect. and checked my
                                        subscription was expired. So recharged my account with 380rs metro pack
                                        on 16 April 2015. tried to view channels but was unable to view any
                                        channel so called the customer care...they said there is some settings
                                        problem . will send the technician to your place.so waited for
                                        24hrs...they dint turned up. so tried to call them back ...they
                                        hung-up on me thrice... tried again... so they said will send
                                        tech...but till now no one turned up. and today in the evening got
                                        message that WO:NS[protected] is scheduled between 17/04/2015 20:50
                                        & 21:30. and after 2 min i got message that WO:NS[protected] of
                                        16/04/2015 19:35 has been completed. but no one visited my place nor
                                        any one called me.so how can it is completed. im very disappointed with
                                        the services. and the call center people are pathetic . im loosing my
                                        pack...please help me.
