Not receiving most of the channels since 11th March afternoon.Address: B-93, Second Floor, Gulmohar Park, New Delhi 110049.Pl intimate or correspond with Y.Sahai and not with Jasmeet Sethi Sahai who is travelling abroad.Mobile number of Y.Sahai is +91 [protected].Pl do not call on [protected] which is Jasmeet number registered with you. Pl attend to the complaint on priority since my grand-daughter who is not well is not able to watch TV.
Very customer unfriendly.None of the helpline numbers elicit any response.There should be a city-wise complaint number for early redressal.One does not know when the complaint will be attended or whether it has even reached the right quarters.

    Hi, I am Govindaswamy bangalore TATASKY ID is [protected] my pack south pack not able see from 11 march 2015, subsequently contacted customer care number either busy or out of order including local contact number, it is so ridicules after paying money not providing proper services by TATASKY. The compliant need to be attended and rectified to continues the services, if not i will appeal to consumer court.

      Hi, My TataSky service is down from 11th March 6PM and I'm trying to reach customer care but I did not get any response after waiting on call for more than 30 minutes. Call charges Rs 1.25 per minutes on[protected] and[protected]. I didn't face such bad service in life. Earlier, I was using D2H and they have very good customer care. Now, I'm thinking to switch again on D2H. I'm also try do reach customer care through TataSky.com help section but that also not working. My subscriber id is [protected]
      Tata Sky - Service down from 11th March 2015 6 PM
      Facing same problem. Not seen such poor service. Frustrating.

                  My mobile No. Is [protected] and I have a Tatasky DTH connection. Since yesterday there is no signal in most of the channels, especially the Tamil channels. Unfortunately all telephone numbers including the Local Madipakkam office one are effectively out of service and not reachable. All tatasky service personnel have disappeared . This is an unethical practice by TATASKY. Atleast they could have given a broadcast message in the screen and also in the website. It seems from the complaints in this forum that a group of customers suffer silently and Tatasky becomes richer by fleecing hapless customers. After seeing these messages Tatasky must respond and improve its services. Srinivasan k Chennai

                    I am frustrated since a couple of days as my DTH service provider Tatasky has failed to provide proper service. My subscriber ID is [protected]. I am not getting any of the regional channels, music and some other channels though these are included in my pack. The customer care is not reachable. I have recharged for 400/- and wish to see all the channels in my package. Kindly rectify!!

                          My Tata Sky ID is [protected]. Since yesterday evening not one channel is receiving signal, except a select few. On calling the customer complaints, either all lines are busy or even if someone picks up there is no respond from the other side. If there is a common problem then they should have informed everyone. And even if you have a technical difficulty you will still cut the balance. Why should we suffer for no fault of our own. No one has informed us till what time this problem will persist. With such poor customer care I might as well switch to another DTH Company.

                              My consumer number is [protected] from yesterday 11.3.2015 my HD set top box is not getting signals and hence not working at all.. all help lines of 1800 are either busy/not getting connected due to congestion.. weather in Pune is fine and TATA sky users of my area are not facing this issue.. no other help line details are available to contact.. service centre ppl are not answering calls.. pathetic service TATA sky..                                 We r not able to view tata sky from 11.3.2015. When we call on the toll free numbers its either busy or not reachable. then where does the customer log the complaints. let us know when the problem is going to be resolved. When it comes to payments we get a number of reminders and calls. but when it comes to solving problems no calls and no updates. so pathetic. if its this type of services you provide then its better for us to look at any other DTH provider or even the cable guy. since the cable guy resloves problems faster then you. if the problem is not solved at the earliest then i would prefer the cable connection. let me know of the same at[protected]

                                      Hi, I am a subscriber of Tata Sky- subscriber id no.[protected]. Since yesterday evening my set top box is not receiving any signal and i am unable view any channel. The weather conditions in Mumbai is clear but the signal problem persists. I checked all the cable wires to the Tata Sky set top box and ensured that they are firmly connected. There is no problem at all on my end. I tried calling all the customer care helpline nos several times, some time i waited for more than 10 minutes listening to IVR but could not get connected to any representative. I tried calling Nodal officer number also, but the contact number is always busy. I do not know how to contact you now. I do not expect this kind of service from House of Tatas. Look into this & fix the problem by today itself. I tried calling all the customer care helpline number but coudn't get connected to any & stating all lines are busy. very worst service from tata sky. This system of customer care is very very poor.

                                        Really its' too hard to get and speak to a Customer care person, just we need to hang on for more than 10-15 min, , and after explaining the problem. He doesn't know anything and he will say the rep will call u back. Its' pathetic when the person is unable to assist, then why they need to receive the call. Calling the toll free number is irritating and we lose our patience. I had been chasing for them for the past 5 days, and till date nobody have responded.
                                        Complain detaisl are many

                                        1) No connectivity to the customer service and takes ages to conneect to the call center agent
                                        2) Random release of the calls though specific instruction to the agent on not to dis-connect
                                        3) Random closing of the tickets with out customer's knowledge
                                        4) No proper escaltion numbers
                                        5) No call backs after repeated requests
                                        Our TATA sky set up box has been not working 20 April, 2015 we trying to call customer care every day but they are not responding properly to us, first for connecting phone to them it have to spend 30rs per cal and after connect call they are telling we registered your complaint our person will contact you but no one is contacting us. Pl sort out our issue we are facing so much problems.
