My subscriber id # is [protected] and am a resident of Bengaluru. Have not been able to access any channel since March 11, 2015 owing to unknown signal related issues at TataSky. This has not only left a bitter taste in our user experience but also appalling to see that there is no official mention or communication on disruption in service on their official website or to registered users' mobile number thus far. Furthermore, we are unable to reach their customer service number to lodge a complaint. This is unacceptable service and unworthy customer support from a reputed (or as they boast) long-standing DTH provider like TataSky. Instead of investing in R&D on 4K compatible set-top boxes, we would appreciate if you had the same passion and dedication used in chasing and harassing loyal customers to pay/renew their account during such unwarranted breakdowns and disruption in services. [protected]@TataSky: Anyone still on earth to fix this seemingly never-ending issue or is everyone busy marketing and setting up DTH services on mars and moon???

    MY SUBSCRIBER: I[protected], SINCE YESTERDAY NO REGIONAL CHANNELS ARE WORKING.. I HAVE SUBSBED FOR ANNUAL DHAMAAL MIX PACKAGE.., THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMARE CARE, CALLED THEM MANY TIMES NOT EVEN A SINGLE NUMBER WORKING..SO PATHETIC SERVICE.

      my Subscriber ID : [protected]. sir usually now these days signal lost whereas antenna and its wiring all are ok.yesterday i tried for apox 2 hours on [protected] and [protected] but failed to contact on helpline nos. sir it is very irritating when we have to see our favorite channel and we see that there is no signal. whereas movies ok was the only channel which was coming. sir i want to know that when there was no signals during that period will tata sky refund me .for the charges which they have charged. i am very sorry to say that the services of tata sky is going very poor.

        My customer ID is [protected]. I am not able to see any channel since last 2 days. I have been trying to contact help on[protected]Surprisingly this is not toll free) Lost almost 65Rs but no result. This system of customer care is very very poor. Why the cmoney backstomer should pay the rental and package charge when the service is not available? The service provider should proactively wave-off the rental for this period. Most important bring the service back to normal as fast as possible... I Want my money back...

          We are unable to view all channels expect very few. Tried contacting the customer care and the nodel officers but there is no response just waiting in the call for hours. kindly intimate what is wrong from your end and when will be fixed. and also we need a wave off for from the day we faced the issues till the day it get fixed.             Hi, My Tatasky Consumer No. is [protected]. Since yesterday evening 6:00 p.m. on wards my set-top box is not receiving any signals leaving most of the channels blocked. We do still have balance in our Tatasky but in spite of the same the TV is not coming at all. And there is nobody to whom we can contact. We are highly unhappy and irritated customers. I tried calling all the customer helpline numbers but couldn't get connected to anyone. There is no information from TataSky. Unable to contact them on phone or ON LINE No information or message from Tatasky. Very poor way of handling customer. Please look into this and fix the problem at the earliest.                 I have recharged the super saver annual pack, everything was fine for some days but after that the problem began . Its been about a day and no channel except home channel is coming . I tried many times calling customer care but no one answers, my balance also got deducted .. If there is no resolution within 24 hours then I want my all money back and I want the Tata Sky service to be discontinued . Their support phone numbers are neither connecting nor having an option to register a complaint. The Nodal officer contact number is 24X7 busy.                     I have subscribe Kids Supreme pack. From yesterday a lot of channels are not coming. It includes Bengali regional channels, few Hindi movie channels and baby TV. It is saying no signal for cloudy weather. Calling customer care is just waste of time, always busy. mytatasky.com is also terrible. Online chat is not working. I have posted one new complaint(new request) after trying four/five times. That is not showing in track request. In Tata sky help web page, there is a form where it is saying that if I fill up, Tata sky will call me. After 1 hour no call. Tata sky is another terrible Tata product like other telecom service.

                      Very worst service from TATA, No response from of their numbers. Seems they have some technical issue but why don't they just answer calls and explain. My ID is [protected] only no signal message displayed past 2 days. If any responsible person is there please respond. Please do not waste our time by making us wait with IVR, we need your response only when there is a problem but your neglecting during the issues.

                        Subscriber ID: [protected] Dear Sir/Madam, I am not able to view most of the channels subscribed by me since yesterday afternoon. HD channels, HBO Hit, DD news, LSTV, RSTV, etc, I can view only few channels like Z business, SUB Tv, india news etc. Not able to see channel 100, or even Help line and yellow button not functioning. Not able to reach your helpline, [protected] not able to chat with you for online complaint. Please restore my all channels immediately and inform why this bad service all of a sudden?

                              I CANNOT SEE TAMIL AND ALL NEWS CHANNELS OF ALL LANGUAGE FROM 11TH MARCH;[VERY FEW CHANNELS ARE COMING];CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY REPLIED TO RESET THE SETTOP BOX;IT WAS DONE BUT PROBLEM PERSISTS;THEN ONCE CALLED MANY TIMES BUT NOT ABLE TO CONNECT WITH CUSTOMER CARE AND I LOST 30 RS FROM MY MOBILE.DATE:-12TH AGAIN CALLED CUSTOMER [protected]@11AM.THEY SAID THAT ITS A ISSUE WITH BROADCASTER AND THEY CANT GIVE REASON UNLESS EXECUTIVE COMES TO VISIT HOME.THEY CANT SAY TIME AND DATE FOR THE VISIT. I DID NOT EXPECTED THIS FROM A TATA GROUP.TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

                                HI, This is aga raees abdul razzak i m a customer off tata sky my customer ID is [protected] last night i was trying to call the customer care because i m not able to view tata sky services however it was a worst call i have made 6 times i called up and 40 rupees i have wasted for the call but call was not taken i don't know who else was sitting there or sleeping there but still my query is not resolved why you guys kept customer care i dont know

There is no response from Tata Sky helpline If it is a major issue and so many people are affected they should send out a mass SMS to reassure all their customers

                                      This is frustrating. i have been suffering, like others i see on this forum, since yesterday not necessarily because i can't view my subscribed and paid for channels but due to NO SUPPORT FROM TATA SKY!!! I was on their IVR for a good 28mins and finally disconnected. I logged a complaint via their site (SR[protected] but i am sure nothing will come out of that too.
