My i.D is [protected] and RMN is [protected]. No Signal message appears from today evening 4:30 P.M Customer care numbers are busy. I tried 16 times i could not get the line. I logged in to Mytatasky, But it is not connecting to Customer service. for a not working Customer service why are you advertising that 24 X 7 in 13 languages. please do the needful.     Hi My Subscriber ID : [protected], I am from Hyderabad, My TATA Sky went off and not working, I tried switching it on and ff and also restore settings, etc, I called your helpline no after replying to her prompts I was told that my call will be diverted to operator. I was holding the line fro my cell i was told that my call is important hold it the operator is helping other client so i waited and waited then i got fed up hanging up then l saw that this waiting has billed me rs 15, if my call was important, why the hell no one answers I tried to complain online and live chat, and nothing works, Please solve our problem by sending technician urgently

    I don't no what is wrong with tatasky since from yesterday its not receiving any signal nor showing any channels. I tried to call helpline numbers but I guess no one cares for their customers issue. Please rectify this problem as soon as possible...     With out our consent you have no right to activate any channel. Give up such habit. My monthly pack was Rs. 240=00 now suddenly it has increased to Rs. 264=00. Change it back to Rs. 240=00 or disconnect the services. (Id.No - [protected])

      Today I am facing issue with TataSky Service. I am not able get signal through setup box. I am trying calling to customer service since 30 mins but still its on wait. I don't know what kind of service they are providing. To log a complain how much time a person need to wait on call. Atleast some one should attend the call. I am still waiting on call. This is the extreem bad service i am getting from TataSky.

        I have purchased TATA HD set top box since then I am getting problems. Every time it shows NO SIGNAL. This is fourth time that the set top box problem. During February nearly 20 days suffered, besides this the viewing charges are continuing to be deducted for the entire period. If the charges are continued to be deducted, whenever problem arises the local technical personnel will have to attend to redress the problem but they answer negligently that they will attend on next day, otherwise asking to pay service charges even within warranty period. I had a conversation with local TATA SKY on [protected]. Then I tried to talk with TATA SKY personnel on [protected] it is continued to be busy. Later I tried on [protected] but I could hear IVRS but no body come on line. The same situation is being occur every time. In this regard Please arrange to change the set top box by the service provider other wise arrange to return my amount and take back the set top box.

            sir, We regret to inform you that no HD channels are accessing on my set top box since 3days .When we access the HD channel the massage display on screen is NO SIGNAL-YOUR SET TOP BOX IS NOT RECEIVING SIGNAL.All efforts we have been done as per display on screen.We also inserted the card in box.                 sir today i, e 11/03/15 we were watching tv sudenly it went off we tried so many things but always we got no input from antena so i called your helpline no after replying to her prompts i was told that my call will be diverted to operator. from here my second problem started i was holding the line fro my cell i repedely i was told that my call is important hold it the operator is helping other client so i waited and waited then i got fed up ihang up then l saw that tyhis waiting has costed me rs 28 .then once more i tried but the same thing from ur end this time it costed me 24 then my wife tried your no with our land line 23372615 for minimum she was holding for haln hour the same thing from ur end ur call is important pl wait our operator is helping other client. is this the way u peaple treat ur customer and who is going to pay my cell bill and the mental torture we have gone through it and now we r without t, v. kindly solve our problem by sending ur mechanic urgently and reply to the above if not we will go to airtel or videocon kapil

                      pls solve this issue your set up box is not receiving signal. but no rain outside. and set up box is power on mode only. as set up box suggested i switched off set up box and on again still same message is showing. if i change chanel it is working for some time and again same dilage box showing again.                         I have had several issues in the past with Tata Sky services. This time it has reached the limit. I am having a technical difficulty with their services as I am able to view only half the channels I am paying for. The error message on my screen is 'no signal' on more than half the channels available to me. I called their call centre today and went through trouble shooting steps as advised. I was asked to do a master reset and was told to keep pressing the select button without making any changes. At the end I was asked to check if the chanels are back. After checking it was still the same. She then tells me she can send a technician for a charge of Rs. 175. I said no so she transfered the call to her supervisor Rajesh Employee ID 95319 who advises me to pay for it again and I had to repeat my entire situation. He places me on hold and gets back to me saying that I need to recharge my account for Rs 100 first. I refused to make any payments. He transfered me to his supervisor after a long hold. I then spoke to Ramaya Employee ID 90663 who starts selling me a warranty on the set top box for Rs 499 for 1 year warranty on the set top box and all visits would be free. I asked for either my services to be reinstated or to refund my money paid for the entire year. Which they refused to do so. I still have no service.

                          I have been using your services for last 2 year and till date i have not done any complaint. I am unable to understand how can they charge to check the issue. I have been facing the issue due to some software upgrade which done by TATA sky without permission from customer. if they done something wrong why should i pay.

                          ISSUE : - it takes 4-5 mins to come voice after power on the TATA sky/TV while video start on same moment.

                          i will not pay visiting charges as issue is related to TATA sky's service. there is no physical damage then why should i pay visiting charges.

                            We have Tata sky connection. We have shifted the location for stay. It was earlier in Hadapsar. Currently we are staying in Hadapsar close to magarpatta. We scheduled an appointment with technician to get dish connected again. The first request was done about 1.5 weeks ago from now. However everytime we get to know that someone will come but no once comes to sort this out. It looks as if Tata Sky does not really care for the customers.

                              My Tata sky Sub ID is [protected] First of all it is a task on your website to to be able to navigate the delete package section.And then there is no option given for deleting MultiTVHD account.Neither on the IVR.So one has to call on the helpline where i was informed yesterday that somebody would call me in 24 hours to confirm.confirm what? That i wanted it deleted.This was at 10.15am yesterday.Upon questioning as to why it would take so long the woman on the other end told me that it would take 4 hors.I just called your helpine again as a good 24 hrs later no one has called me.Is it not enough that you increase charges without informing customers but to have such shoddy service?Why r u behaving like a govt organisation?If someone can lie using my phone about the cancellation of a pack the first time they can lie about it the 2nd time too?Meanwhile I am still getting charged for your channel.Pathetic service.Hope everyone starts streaming in India so that u all come to your senses.U should b ashamed o[censored]sing the Tata name in your venture.Pathetic.

                                I am using Tata Sky service for more than a year but this time I am really concerned about the service message UNETHICAL for which I have called Tata Sky Customer Care to register it as a feedback or complaint on Mar 10 2015 at around 11:00PM and they refused saying they can't take such feedback and asked me to drop a mail instead, which is unacceptable as the email response time is 24 hrs. My pack for HBO premium channel is set to expire on Mar 10, though I got the following message on Mar 09, which the customer care folks mentioned as a reminder message 70% Off for 1st month offer on HBO Premium Channels Pack on your Tata Sky a/c ends today. Pack now chargeable at Rs 99 pm. To discontinue, SMS drop cohb70 to 56633 As I wanted to discontinue the service, I have replied back 56633 as drop cohb70 and to my surprise I received the below message Your Add On pack with a minimum 30 day subscription has been added to your a/c on 08/02/15. Kindly re-send the request on completion of 30 days 1) I am wondering why the pack was deactivated or extended even after I replied to DISCONTINUE? 2) Why the support guys in Call Centre refused to take this feedback or complaint? Please let me know if you need anymore details on my end. Everytime I call the customer care, they offer me a best deal but why it is difficult for them to enhance the service they provide to the customer by not cheating them?

From 2nd day of March, 2015, when I am starting TV it shows "NO SIGNAL". On 9/3/2015 I had lodged complaint on toll free number. Your executive tell me that the complaint will be resolved on next day and you will receive call from Tata Sky. But till this complaint, my complaint is not resolved. Please resolve the complaint within 24 hours.

                                    I had initially lodged complaint on 4.3.2015 as there was no signal but to my surprise when I called on 7.3.15 to inquire about status of my complaint I was told that your problem was solved.
                                    Then I was made to lodge fresh complaint which I did. Yesterday on 9.3.15 your person came and resolved the issue. as per him there was nothing wrong with set top box installed in my office but problem was due to some fault in your dish antenna.
                                    I refused to pay for service charges then He told me that Rs.170 will be deducted from my account.
                                    I just want to know if there was nothing wrong with set top box why I should be made to bear the cost of service charges when your own equipment .i.e. dish antenna was faulty.
                                    Levy of this service charge is not at all proper when there was no fault of ours.
                                    Please look into the matter and request no to levy ant service charges

                                      hi, (ID [protected]- ph no: [protected]) I called ur customer support, , , , that was pathetic, , , customer support associate was drunk, , , then i hung up, , , , i called again, then a (u know female) picked the call & said sir aapke pack ko ye wo, , , i cudn't understand, , , she was next to pathetic...i called again (3rd time), 1 guy picked the call & said i'll transfer ur call to the concerned dept, then some one named naresh, i spoke with, , , he was also drunk, , , , then i tagged it on FB, someone replied 5 days ago, Dear Rahul, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We have your contact details with us and will get in touch with you shortly., , , i waited for 5 days, , , nothing happened, then i did it again, again same sorry sir & then they kept on deleting my post, without helping me out, , , that is quiet annoying..even there r lot of people facing issues with tata fry & their team is not doing anything...they r just activating services without our permission & charging 100-200 per month for the same...there is one more customer: 1) Their customer care personnel does not know what needs to be done. They make you go around in circles and you end up paying more for no fault of yours 2) Complained [Complain id : H244MN0] about the service on 5th March that it was not working properly. after making so many calls, ultimately got a call from your executive and he finally said in a threatening tone that, this time we solve your complaint but next time no one will assist you. I talked to all the people mentioned here but no action yet. Very disappointed with the overall experience. Help less: Front end Office: 1.Customer care executive. 2.Senior Executive. 3.Floor Supervisor. 4.Manger. Back end Office: 1.Floor supervisor. 2.Service Manger. 3.Nodal officer. [RMN : [protected]] 3) Your sales boy called me and activated Active Javed Akhtar without my permission. I received a message and tried to call on your number. But it was blocked! I called from another number and asked to cancel it. But they said its already active and so no refund. Dear Tatasky if you really want money then Beg but dont cheat. Or else i will have to cancel your subscription. 4) @TataSky it's been more than 2 months and I have still not received the free monthly magazine on buying 1 year subscription SR:1-[protected] these guys don't even talk properly, , , , , whenever they speak, comes out of their mouth, , , even i complaint to their manager but nothing went to his ears...so kindly consider it & take an action...
                                      Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Dated: 10.3.2015 Tata Sky Consumer Care Tata Sky Limited 3rd Floor, C-1, Wadia International Centre (Bombay Dyeing) Pandurang Budhkar Marg, Mumbai, Mumbai City District (Maharastra) (India) 400025 Sir, I have a Tata Sky HD connection with my Television set from last several years. According to the records available with me, I deposited a sum of Rs. 6400.00 (Six thousand four hundred only) with one of your Agent in Allahabad, namely Mr. Rakesh C/o Batra’s Electronic Cottage, 5-A, S.P. Marg, Civil Lines, Allahabad-211001 being Phone No.[protected]/[protected]. The aforesaid amount was deposited for the entire year services for Tata Sky + HD connection. After the expiry of 1 year, my aforesaid Tata Sky HD connection was disconnected and immediately thereafter, on 17.7.2014, I deposited a sum of Rs. 7050.00 (Seven thousand fifty only) towards annual subscription for Tata Sky + HD connection. It is unfortunate that when I came back from Supreme Court, New Delhi in the morning of 5th of March, 2015, I found that the aforesaid Tata Sky connection was disconnected. I became very much surprised since the amount for the whole year was already deposited by me as stated above on 17.7.2014 to the extent of Rs. 7050/-. Then I contacted with Mr. Rakesh C/o Batra’s Electronic Cottage, who deposited my aforesaid sums for the connection of the entire year. Immediately thereafter, the aforesaid person tried to contact at the Service Centre of the Tata Sky and then it transpired that my aforesaid amount, namely Rs. 7050/- has already lapsed and that is why my Tata Sky + HD connection was disconnected. Thereafter, I again deposited a sum of Rs. 700/- on 5th of March, 2014 to Mr. Rakesh C/o Batra’s Electronic Cottage. The aforesaid amount was taken by me with an assurance that this amount is for the period of 30 days. Thereafter, I tried to contact on your helpline numbers. It is unfortunate that no suitable response was ever given to me at any point of time by any of the persons available on telephone line. The action taken on behalf of the Tata Sky Company is totally arbitrary, unjust and illegal. Infact it is a case of criminal breach of trust and for which, I have taken a decision to lodge an FIR against the officials of the Company. In the circumstances, kindly provide me the complete details of the concerned officials of the company along with address and telephone numbers, so that I may be able to lodge an FIR against them as well as a criminal complaint in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Allahabad.
