Dear All My Tatasky is not working at all. I have tried to call up the numbers "[protected], [protected] & +[protected]". But all the times the numbers are very busy. It is highly frustating we were given several other numbers of tatasky but all of them are out of service. I also tried to call up the mechanic but he disconnected the call. We do still have balance in our Tatasky but inspite of the same the TV is not coming at all. And there is nobody to whom we can contact. We are highly unhappy and frustated customers. My consumer is No is "[protected]". And my contact no is "[protected]",[protected]" & "[protected]". My email ID is"[protected]@yahoo.co.in. Please do help me it is urgent.       Hi I had tried to reach the customer care, was on hold for 8 hrs and lost 150rs and no one attended the call. I contacted the local vendor who installed the tata sky for me. he took a service charge of 550rs. Please till now body called me from tata sky. Please help i dont know whom to contact. Regards Ajit

        My subs no is [protected] Since yesterday, most of the channels, including HD ones, are not working. There is no information from TataSky. Unable to contact them on phone or ON LINE No information or message from Tatasky. Very poor way of handling customer concerns.

            My customer ID is [protected], Name is Mr.J Prabhakaran. Since yesterday (11th March 2015) from evening 5'o clock onwards we are not see of any subscribed channels . I have been trying to reach TATA SKY customer care no but i couldn't able to connect it. I have tried more than 70 times to reach them but not connected in the end. Hence pls solve this complaint at the earliest to have healthy relationship with you. Hope this complaint will be addressed.

Sir, I am having a HD set top box purchased about 14 months ago..Since yesterday after noon I am not getting my basic channels, Malayalam Channels English news channels and other channels here and there including your channel "100". My frantic efforts to contact you over your telephone nos [protected] and [protected] has become a failure with surprisingly with the announcement all lines busy, which continuous even now.making my life miserable. I am a Senior citizen of 71yrs, I choose you against all other DTHs for your efficiency in providing trouble free service.I hope I have not made a mistake.                         ***MOST URGENT ** I am terribly disappointed with your attitude towards your care for consumers of tatasky. 2. I am trying your toll free number for addressing my grievance of non operation of HD Channels and distorted images in other channels since yesterday evening (11/03/2015 4.00 pm onwards) 3. Your numbers are continuously busy and the other toll free number is not in existence. 4. When contacted nearby Tatasky Service provider, he is advising to register complaint through toll free number. But none of your toll free number is either busy or not functioning.                             Since yesterday I am unable to view the TATA Sky services, and non the customer care numbers are working to register the complaint, my subscriber number is [protected]. For any new services the response would be in no time, but for the existing customer there is not time to respond. TATA sky is pathetic in customer support.

                              Please note that I am terribly upset with tata sky's service. Since yesterday (11 Mar 2015) evening, tata sky channels are not coming at all, as per my package. "No signal" is the message appearing. Tried to contact the tata sky's customer care @ both their toll free number (really not free) many times (more than 100 times, but of no use. None of my calls could find an executive, even after I remained online for about 20 minutes... Not even courtesy to send SMS for non availability of services... Horrible service...Time to teach lesson for such fellows...

                                    From yesterday most of the channels are not working and saying signal issue. I called their WORST customer care and they put me on hold forever, waited for almost 1 hour but no use. Then i sent them a mail to [protected]@tatasky.com which is also not useful. I didnt get reply to any of the things. One of the worst and lazy and bad and idiotic customer care i have ever seen My Contact : [protected] Subscriber ID : [protected]
