    I am facing signal related issue since today afternoon. HD channels and some other channels i.e. Aaj tak, Zee news etc are not coming. My subscriber number [protected] The call centres are also unreachable. Tried to contact customer care since last 4-5 hours but unable to contact. Every time getting message that "number is busy please try again". Really worst service from tata sky. I have seen since last 1-2 years that company doesn't care about their existing customers... going to throw out tata sky set top box and antenna.. We have 15 connections in my friend circle and all are going to surrender the connections and going for other companies.... (

      Hello, My ID#[protected] and there is no signal in bangalore since evening at around 5:30PM. I am also trying to call to customer care rep but no body is responding at the time. Please resolve this issue and get it done as soon as possible.
      Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      It's already 24 Hours done and no one is responding my complain which i have sent yesterday and i have reference number SR[protected]

      I have spoke with customer care rep and he did not resolved my issue and suddenly disconnect the phone here one more time i am sending this issue to you guys as of now 3-4 channels are working not in good conditions and also let you know that HD channels are not working and stating there is no signal since 3 days. Kindly do the need full as soon as possible.

      Please call me back if possible.

        Hello Team, Tata Subscriber ID: [protected] Mobile Number: [protected] There's a signal problem showing in the TV screen for the past 6 hours only for Tamil Channels and not for Kannada channels. I had unplugged and again plugged the device. Weather seems to be good and still its not at all connecting. Why it was so? What happened? I called customer care and they not all picking my call. Very bad service :( Please solve this issue as soon as possible. We want to view the tamil channels as well as per the Package. Very Very bad service Team :( Regards, Karthikeyan

        same problem for me as well. i have been trying to reach customer care but in vain.

        It is fine if they go through any technical problem. At least they should keep us posted if not on their own, at least when we contact them. Very poor service. When we have so many options available, it is only customer service that will help TATA SKY to retain their customers. I have registered a complaint in mytatasky.com and through registered mobile as well. Let us see if they respond properly. I will keep this space updated. Thanks!!

          There seems to be a general outage in TATA sky signal from today afternoon. I have been a TATA SKY customer for past 4 years, i never seen such outage this is the first time. The saddest part is not the outage it is the attitude of TATA SKY toward customer. If there is any mass outage, its minimum courtesy from a service provider to intimate its customers, which TATA SKY failed miserably. Also there customer care is unreachable always, There 24/7 chat support has become garbage. what can i say about this pathetic service. I have take FULL year subscription, that's the only reason holding me currently from not changing to other subscribers, which any how i will do once subscription over.
          Complaint marked as Resolved 
          tata sky representative attended today and resolved the issue. The representative adjusted the position of dish antenna and it started receiving the signal. thanks for the help from consumer complaint

            The connection today has been pathetic and even worse is the customer service that has followed. We have been trying to get in touch with a representative for the past hour. AT first it took an hour just to connect and now we have been on hold for the past 40 minutes. This is just disappointing behaviour and makes us want to change our service. There has to be a faster and a more convinent way to get our problems solved.

You have no good customer care service.you people are least bother about your subscribers Since today evening, i have stopped receiving signal..                 I am one of the oldest customer of Tata Sky, this is the first time I have encountered such pathetic attitude of Tata Sky I believe there is some issues with the signal and there are many complaints received today 11th March 2015, but the customer care number ig busy continuosly is just not acceptable If there is an issue and it can take time to resolve then doesn't Tata Sky guys think there customers should know. How can they keep a busy tone in the help line numbers ???? It is such a disappointing behaviour. The person who has Authorised the phones to be kept busy/engaged should be sacked I have been paying annual subscriptions for the past 9 years now, this is not done .

                  I have balance of 1650 in my account with subscriber ID [protected].I am not getting network none of your Helpline numbers work. I think they are just for advertisement can you show one person who spoke to you an given numbers Its all fraud as I was trying these lines for almost 6 Hours continuously We have no network reception and continuous message of pay your bill.you can check account which has 2 month recharge balance You have no good customer care service.you people are least bother about your subscribers You talk big about TATA values etc is all rubbish

                    Since today evening, i have stopped receiving signal across 95% channels including all HD / Non HD channels too. Its virtually impossible to speak to their customer care office as the wait times are more than 14 mins. While my complaint has been registered, they are not sure by when will this be resolved . My subscriber id is [protected] . I need someone to visit my house before i leave for office in the morning as i cannot sit at home for this . Also the Cricket World Cup is going on and we cant afford to have such a situation . These companies are quite quick in charging the montly rentals ( which are not cheap ) but when it comes to resolution of a complaint, they are not bothered.

                    I am facing the same issue in delhi. Is yours resolved as yet?
                    Same issue I am facing in Mumbai since around 4:30PM. Call centre was being connected initially but couldn't talk to any 'agent' despite 15 min. each in 3 calls. Later, calls are just not getting through. Seems a pan-India outage.

                    TATA SKY, KINDLY DEDUCT A DAY'S CHARGE WHILE BILLING IF YOU HAVE AN IOTA OF ETHICS LEFT. BRINGING SHAME TO TATA NAME & BRAND!

                      Same Problem here and when calling their helpline numbers, the number "[protected]" is getting as "invalid" and their other number "[protected]" no answer, no matter how many time called.
                      Horrible Service!!!... again tried to contact the tata sky's customer care on both numbers "[protected], [protected]" but no use. ... not even courtesy to send SMS for non availability of services... Really pathetic service...

                      Worst customer service from the brand of Tata. Not at all able to reach their customer care. Waited more than half an hour in call, the recorded voice keep on asking us to wait and they will transfer the call to the customer care executive (note that the customer care number is not toll free)


                      I tried more than 100 times, then only it reached up to that level. Online custome care chat also in offline. cotacted the reginal office, they tranfered the call to someone who didn't pick the call at all. the phone keep on rining more than 15 mins.


                      Still unable to reach their customer care. Never ever faced such a poor response from any service providers in my life.
                      Been a valued customer for at least 4 years. This is worst experience from tata sky I am experiencing. From 11 March 2015 I am not getting any signal in my TV's (have a secondary connection as well from tatasky). Moreover pathetic customer service (IVR reaches no where).

                      Lines are busy or ring keeps going on. Did not expect this from tatasky.

                      3 days trying to reach them (SMS NS to what ever number) does not work. Nobody ever gets back.

                      I would like hear from them today otherwise. I would be disconnecting both the connections and moving to the other competitors
                      If the tatasky is being notified on this, why appropriate measures have been taken???

                        The Setup box given to me is already faulty, when i switch on button then the current pass through the setup box, several time I had complaint to your helpline number, but no response, now setup box is reset by mistakenly and I want to call helpline but numbers are not reachable, as I can't able call too.

All news channels, all English movie channels, most of the Hindi movie channels are not visible. Worst there is no contact with help line nose, Even the yellow help button is of no help. I TRIED TO CONTACT HELPLINE ON [protected] AND UNABLE TO CONTACT BUT EVERYTIME CHARGES HAVE BEEN DEBITED BY COMPANY AND FINALLY I GOT CONNECTED ON [protected], BUT WHILE CONNECTED WITH THE NUMBER FOR 19 MINUTES, NO PERSON CAME ON LINE AND EVERYTIME I WAS LISTENING ONE TAPPED MESSAGE "YOUR CALL IS IMPORTANT FOR US". MY POINT IS IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO HANDLE SUBSCRIBERS, PLEASE INFORM US. WE WILL SWITCH OVER TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER. PLEASE INFORM ME WHY I AM NOT ABLE TO WATCH HD CHANNELS.                               Have been facing a problem since this evening with No Signal. Subscriber number [protected] The call centres are not reachable. They are not accepting complaints online and the webchat wait queue was 98. I waited for 20 minutes and when my chat turn came, the window switched off saying "we are now offiline" Way to go Tatasky, you seem to know how to delight your customers by making sure they cant reach you when something is wrong AT UR END!!

                                My tatasky id number is [protected] does not recieve any signal the sky is clear i checked all my set top box connections and made it tight i reset the set top box many times but the display shows no signal on tv screen please help us and check it and give call on number -[protected]...

                                  My TATA SKY set up box changed on 24.05-2015, but from 26.05.2015 it is not responding signal, a red light glowing continuously. tv shows no signal. helpline no. not responding and no communication with any customer care executives however 13 Rs unnecessary deducted. pl. solve problem

                                    I am trying since morning to get my complaint resolved. I am unable to view the channels I have paid for. In spite of weather conditions being clear tjere is an issue. The call centre has no answer. They are asking charge for the technician visit. Also the hold time to get through an assistant is nothing less than 20mins. At present I am not even getting connected to the call centre. The service is absolutely poor and no help from them.

                                        Date 11th March, 2015 I am not getting any signal on my Tata Sky although the weather is clear. We understand that there could be technical issues but what is particularly irritating is that there is absolutely no operator support for the customers. The helpline number takes you to an IVR system which keeps repeating options and when you finally select the option to talk to a reporter, it invariably takes you into an infinite loop where you are kept on hold for an eternity. On top of this, the call charges are charged to caller's account. This is highly unprofessional, and I wish to report this complaint with the appropriate authority. My customer ID is [protected]. The issue stands unresolved till now.
