    Dear Sir, Please note that I am terribly disappointed with tata sky's service. Since yesterday (11 Mar 2015) evening, tata sky channels are not coming at all, as per my package. "system error" is the message appearing. Thinking it would be a problem with my tv set, I got my tv checked by a tv mechanic. no fault in tv at all. Some channels are causing the tv screen going black even. I Tried to contact the tata sky's customer care @ both their toll free number many times (more than 10 times, but of no use. None of my calls could find an executive, even after I remained online for about 10 minutes. The other number appears busy only. I even tried today in the morning, so many times, but didnt find my call got through. I didnt find an email id where I could lodge my complaint. I feel I am harrassed completely. Still now, I have not been able to make them know that I am facing this problem. This seems a faulty or fake customer care system. I am terribly annoyed with tata sky.       Hello, Tamil channels are not coming from yesterday (11-mar-15). I tried to reach customer care phone no. Waited for more than 20 mins and still not connected with customer care executive. I have lost 24 INR to call this poor customer care number. Main issue is Tamil channels are not coming and the language showing is Hindi.

          I am having Tata sky connection with ID No [protected]. I paid for semi annual pack for selected channels. On[protected] when we switch on Tata sky dish from 7PM we are not able to view programmes in selected pack even though we have sufficient balance amount. Then I charged my pack with Rs.320/- thinking that my balance is not sufficient . I did not get message to that having no balance. Today at 8AM again I switched on tata sky still I did not view programmes. Please arrange to rectify the problem immediately . Thanking you, J.Viswanath Mobile No [protected]

            Sir, My Tatasky set top box ID is [protected]. Set top box not receiving signal properly. Only channel 603 is working that too not properly but with disturbances. We are unable to contact as always we receive a message that it is busy. You may identify the problems and rectify them immediately as we are not in a position to any programme from 11/3/2015. All the time busy. , do mot have courtesy to send SMS indicating problem. And Tatasky "Price" is well above of all DTH providers. After waiting 24 hors will go to cunsumer court. And im not joking.

                    My Tata Sky Subscriber ID is: [protected] from since yesterday. My Tata Sky set top box is not receiving any signal for any channel.I have checked all the wires and cables but could not locate any fault. Other users of Tata sky in my building are receiving the signal properly. In spite of all efforts from my part to contact the Tata Sky executives on the Help Line numbers I could not contact any one to tell the problem I am facing.I am paying for the services(Mega Pack) for this period but not receiving the service which is not at all acceptable.Please send an engineer to my place to investigate the issue and resolve the same Immediately. I hope that the company will take action and resolve the problem ASAP.

                      Since 1500 hrs on March 11, 2015, I am unable to view the services. When tried to reach to the customer care[protected], the line gets disconnected saying there is a long queue. When tried with the online support, the executive said that "I have to wait and they can't provide me a fixed time line for the resolution". I have paid the subscription for an entire year and dissatisfied with the services and communication of Tata Sky. The issue is still unresolved from their end. My subscriber ID is [protected]...

                          My Tata Sky Subscriber ID is: [protected] From last three days my Tata Sky set top box not getting signal for most of channels specially regional channels. It is not the problems of that particular channels because from other service providers these channels are easily available without any disturbance. In spite of all efforts from my part to contact with the Tata Sky I remain unsuccessful. I have recharged my Tata Sky accordingly but getting no service. It is not only the disservice from the part of the company it is also illegal too. Hope the company shall immediately solve the problem and adjust the proportional tariff for the period of which the company failed to provide the service to the customer.

                          my contact no is [protected]. i have called almost for 25 to 30 times for not able to get the connection since last 8 days. So far no body has attended the complaint. Worst part is now your help line nos are also help less. thay are also giving auto directed answer. Yr third class technical team is not able to solve the issue.. Its my humble and honest request that if it is beyond yr capacity you should have guts to replay the customer. Or declare in front of media that we are not able to provide you service so through yr set up boxes in gutter...

I AM FACING UNNECESSARY HARDSHIP AND THIS IS A HARROWING EXPERIENCE. NO TECHNICIAN HAS CARED TO VISIT MY RESIDENCE WHERE IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED FOR THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS.                             Holding tata sky DTH connection ID No [protected]. The set box is not receiving signal since yesterday. Calls to help line No[protected] did not materialise yesterday.Called them today. It is a very lengthy process and I am unable understand what they are saying. Hence my complaints are:- 1 Rectify and restore the connection 2 For filing such complaint an easy way should be devised instead of going through all the number games.

                                  I AM USING TATA SKY SINCE MORE THEN 10 YEARS. BUT SINCE TODAY EVENING THERE IS NO SIGNALS ONLY SUB TV AND COLOUS ARE VISIBLE .                                     Hi- There is no signal to watch services. I raised 2 complaints earlier and it got closed without asking customers feedback. What kind of mentality you people have towards customer service? SR[protected] SR[protected] Tata SKY HD installation was done by Tata sku JOKERs 3-4 months back. If single cable was not a solution, who the hell allowed them to install it? Why they made 3 T-Joints in the cable? Now my HD channels cannot be viewed as picture is breaking. They came and checked and said signal strength is weak and asking for 3 different cables (2 for HD and 1 for normal). They only installed and now they are changing their stands. Need escalation matrix to make this as an issue.
