i purchased tata sky -HD through online for 2050/- on 19/02/2015, installation, activation... all done without any hassles. As per their online offer i suppose to get... - 2 months Grand Sports pack Free. - 2 months HD Access Free. - 2 Show case Movies Free. Today i got call from their customer care representative informing that.. i am eligible to get 2 months Grand sports pack, 2 showcase movie but i would get only one month HD Accession free instead of two months as per their offer, i am disappointed with their credibility... waiting for the clarification.

    I somany time call custemer number but no response from you but call charge now yat 50 rupees gone i want stop music ch 650 and yesterday your person call me immediatly re charge i asked how many ruppees for year south pacgage your person told me now you have rs 365 today you recharge rs1400 pay the same pacgage will condinu i immdideatly recharge rs1500 but pacgage is only up to december in this year 2015 10 months my subscriber i.d is[protected]

      Dear Sir, Our complaint no. (Work order No.) GSXPHCQ in connection with the above said subject. Though premised your service provider does not give a return call within two hours. Today we received a call and as we are out we requested him to attend the call after 3 Pm today and as per him depending on work load he may attend today or tomorrow. We have registered our complaint for the same reason in the past two times and can view Marathi channels on that day. Please note in case you are not in position to offer services for Marathi channel we are not interested in continuing with your services and would here by request you to refund the amount paid and we will go ahead with other option.             I Just received an message that my basic pack for ID No: [protected] is now increased to Rs 340/- This is highly disgusting. We have technologies reducing cost as the years past and TATA sky has no reason why this charges are to be increased. I will have to take a step and cancel all my connections and go back to other service providers There should be some control on such service providers by Govt who cheat customers after taking the connections This is LOOT !!!               I made complaint on 7th Jan 2015, for non recording. Guy came, said, set-top and remote defective, gave me repaired units, took away old once, charge Rs 725, still not recording in spite of 5 complaints, 6 calls from Tata customer care saying they don't have good set top boxes in stock. There was nothing wrong in box which they replace, charging me for no reason. Customer in India is at mercy of such thugs. May be now your organisation will help.                   Hi, Please de-activate the "Vedic Maths" pack active on my tata sky I.D [protected] immediately. This pack is activated against my a/c without my consent/wish/demand, I don't know what it is neither I want to know as I don't require it. As per your records you called my resident number for this pack my mother picks up the phone and she never agreed to activate it but you still activated it. I have raised request to deactivate it many times before but your customer care guys told me about the locking period of 91 days and didn't provide any solution. Why should I pay for something which I don't require and never asked you to activate it. Please look into this matter urgently and deactivate this pack, also I want my money back which is deducted for this pack till now, otherwise I will be forced to quit from Tata sky Services.                         Team, I am fed up of services provided by you since the last 2 years. Wrong information and untrained service personal 1. My TV Any where was required only for the first 2 months and I had raised a complaint for the same. the package is not dropped yet even after my account was recharged . I am charged till the last billing cycle. THIS IS INTERGIRITY AND ZERO IN THIS CASE 2. Did not request for HD services right from the time of putting a request for an extra connection the charges still continue in spite of telling your on site technical person and calling the help desk. The HD package is still Live and after numerous attempts to make your online staf[censored]nderstand the situation is still negative balance due to negligence of the staff 3. Rains have affected my viewing every year, no attempts to rectify. 4. FED UP of dealing with incorrect information since long now !

I am sorry to say that blue slogan for payment reminder is still showing between the TV sCreen till date 18/2/2015.                                 Hi, I am disappointed with the service TATA Sky is providing. When I call customer care they cut the call badly. Also without my prior confirmation TATA Sky started deducting the money on a daily basis. I am using TATA Sky for more the 4 years and taking Annual Subscription every Year. I do not understand the way TATA Sky treated your regular customer. I feel disconnecting the connection itself. I am not thinking some other option now. Kind Regards, Akshat Jain

                                  Tata Sky Installer visit for WO:GN5VXPB is scheduled between 11/02/2015 17:25 & 18:05 In case of query pls contact our helpline on[protected]...this my service request. However no action taken. Instead of servicing the tata sky servicing people demand money 500-1000 to do the service where as acording to comoany rule it is only 170 dat too will be deducted from the a/c itself.. This is absolutely not tolarable.

                                  I am calling customer care but there was nobody to pick the call .in my TV I can't view my id number. What should I do. Its a worst service
                                  I have been patiently waiting since yesterday i e 11th March for some kind of response from your side but to no avail. There has been no signal and only a couple of channels work. HD is off the air. I don't expect this from Tata Sky. We have 70 connections in our building and we will be surrendering all connections and moving to Airtel.

                                  Since yesterday there has been a signal issue in number of important Channels. Even I am not able to register a complaint on customer care helpdesk.They ask us to send a SMS to 56633 even that no one responds.This would definitely create a chaos situation and people will keep on logging complaints on consumer forum's. If this is a global problem I would suggest you to send a periodic SMS to all Registered Mobile numbers specifying the type of issue, length of issue and root cause of problem later.

I have just received a message, that the problem will be fixed tomorrow !!! and then I guess will be charged for the two days of no Tatasky viewing . !                                   I have two HD set top of TATA SKY both sets not receiving signal. I have annual subscription for the same. I tried the complaint no. my mobile account was debited 90 paise for getting connected for a busy message. Each time they debit I must have tried some 25 times and e mailed twice.
                                  Tata Sky no signal from 11th March 2015. Tried calling customer care, busy tone and got thru after many tries waited for 30 mins on one answred. Tried to chat on chat tool, 100 in que after 20 mins got to 3rd in que, got a message saying we are off line and chat disconnected. Today 12th morning spoke with one in chat by luck. Not helpful. Says we will get the issue fixed by 12th evening. Registered a complaint by sms (56633) paying Rs3 and it said we will call you in 2 business hrs and fix the issue in 24 hrs. Still no call from tata sky.

                                  When asked for refund of balance deduction since we have no service, reply is our team will call you.

                                  When asked to cancel the add on packs and HD access, reply is our team will call you

                                  So bottom line Tata sky does not work from 11th March. We can reach them on call chat SMS. We can't cancel service on mytatasky.com.

I keep getting messages that concerned people have been asked to contact me, but no one has contacted so far. Services of tata sky has deteriorated very badly. This is occurring second time after a month

There is absolutely no indication by these guys on why there is a problem, how long will it take to fix this problem and what happens to the consumer who has been paying the monthly bills regularly? How will the compensate the consumer who has had to bear the pain not once but twice within a 30-day period?

                                  In the world of cut throat competition, its very disappointing to see Tata Sky being a dinosaur. If they dont wake-up and start fixing their loose ends, they will drastically loose customers, like me and will eventually get wiped out.

We understand that the upgradation is an issue but still being such a brand can't expect this that the viewer are unable to watch the program for a long time. Not only for a day in all now its more than 8 days. Since march n this is happening from long time that hd channels we are unable to watch now n then.

                                  I am getting the message " NO SIGNAL" on the screen for last three days. Booked a complaint with TATASKY by SMS on 02.04.2015 and was given No. WO:NS[protected]. I received different SMS from them giving expected time of visit of their installer, but no one turned up.
                                  It is more than 48 hours but still the problem persists, have sent message to their site and have chatted with their agent but to no result. Now when I try to log in to the TATASKY web site, get the following message:
                                  "Sorry! Your request could not be processed. Please try again later.Please call the helpline for further assistance."

                                  This second time i am facing NO Signal in less than month. 100% of my preferred channels are not available. No advance information from the tatasky and not able to contact any of the tatasky offical.

                                    I purchased a new TATA Sky connection in the last week of december 2014 either on 29 or 30 dec vide id no. [protected]. Account was recharged for the package chosen on the same day which was said to be valid for 1 month i.e. my first recharge was valid till 28-29 Jan 2015. However before the due date I recharged my account with monthly recharge amount of Rs. 350 on 20 Jan 2015. Now my due has been changed to 18 Feb 2015 which should otherwise be valid upto 28 Feb or 1st March. I dont know how the charges are adjusted without providing full service. I called on the no- [protected] from my registered mobile but was not able to get any satisfactory response and the phone was hung up asking to call so and so number. I want know the actual validity of my subscription and what all are rthe hiddeen charges.

                                      I have registered a complaint on 14 Feb regarding set top box not functioning and a burning smell coming from inside.I was told it will be replaced, Even after 4 days no action has been taken.I have made atleast 10 complaints on the helpline but still no response.The only response is an sms saying expect service within 2 days and loss of money regarding paid subscription and phone charges as customer care number is not toll free.

                                        I m the regular subsciber of tatasky having subscription id-[protected].plz refund my Rs.186/- which have deducted against option for actve vedic maths from 1 jan'2015 to 31 jan'2015 without taking me knowledge.while i contacted tatasky cc.they told me now actve vedic maths option stops but Rs.186/- cann't be refunded or adjusted.plz need me justice. subscriber tatasky 16 feb'2015
