I made complaint on 7th Jan 2015, for non recording. Guy came, said, set-top and remote defective, gave me repaired units, took away old once, charge Rs 725, still not recording in spite of 5 complaints, 6 calls from Tata customer care saying they don't have good set top boxes in stock.
There was nothing wrong in box which they replace, charging me for no reason.
Customer in India is at mercy of such thugs. May be now your organisation will help.
