Dismal Services

chanells are not working

Non installaton of tatasky antenna

i have opted for upgradation of tatasky set up top box from normal to TATASKY HD Box under festive offer scheme. On 22.10.2014, Rs.1500/- deducted from my tatasky balance.

TATASKY representative has installed HD box on 22.10.2014, after installation he checked some of the channels were not coming properly especially channel no. 752, 755, 747 . TATASKY Representative told that your existing antenna is not suitable for HD box...
