i have opted for upgradation of tatasky set up top box from normal to TATASKY HD Box under festive offer scheme. On 22.10.2014, Rs.1500/- deducted from my tatasky balance.

TATASKY representative has installed HD box on 22.10.2014, after installation he checked some of the channels were not coming properly especially channel no. 752, 755, 747 . TATASKY Representative told that your existing antenna is not suitable for HD box and it is to be changed. Also confirmed that he will change it within 02 days that to free of cost. Till today, neither new dish was installed nor informed the reason for delay in installation of antenna.

Very recently i have lodged an online complaint " i am unable to view some of the channel". Immediately, TATASKY representative came to home and attended and told it will not come as the antenna was not changed.

i have discussed this issue with local tatasky customer care regarding replacement of antenna. they are not ready to replace the antenna and were asking for additional money for that for no mistake of mine. The reason they were citing is that the fellow technisian who has replaced the HD box has left our company and we are not aware of his commitments as he left the organization.

i took tatasky connection from TATA Group not from any individual or an employee of tatasky.

Now request you to kindly look into the issue and help us in installation of antenna.

    Its been 15 days we are unable to view any south pack channels . everday i call to customer care and they tell that it will be resolved in a day time and nothing is happening. Hence would like to take a legal action against them

    Since last week, most of the channels are not working on the set top box. We are trying to contact your customer care, but could not able to get through. You are requested to look into the matter.

      Customer ID: [protected]. Recharged with Rs. 1810/- today for existing pack of "Supreme Sports Kids Pack", valid for a period of six months. I have not opted for any additional packs and/or HD channels, but HD channels are coming for view. Mistake to be rectified and no charges should be levied for this. If you read my email from above, , in the 4-5 sentences u will get to know the reason behind my complaint to you. Actually, i was paying before for my tatasky recharge is 575/- which comprises of grand sports-450+ hd access fee=125 =575/- but in the mid of november, the hbo defined and hits was activated on my recharge offer and my bill due date is ist week of a month. So, for the lat two months am paying 650/- something which includes 99/- per hbo channels. So, this I chatted with one of your CCE in mid december asking about how I can unsubscribe the channels and he told me that he understood my query and likewise he will do that on his own before my next bill cycle but no respond and the result is I have again paid the 650 something amount this time also on 4-01-15 as that's my due date. Today, I chatted again with your CCE and if you read my email from above, I asked her that I want to unsubscribe the HBO channels and she said ok and in the next 2-3 minutes she go on her own into my account and deactivate the channels without listen to my full query. and then I wrote when she told me the response ok that you can tell me the alternative as I have already paid the amount i.e 650/- something in this starting of a month and when wil be the deadline then I can again contact you to unsubscribe it. Now, you tell me this is how you respond to the customer's query without even listen to her /him fully. As this is a second time issue faced by me and i cant tolerate it.I want the solution! Simple My question to you if you can answer it? 1) I was paying the amount 575 before but after adding hbo channels i started paid the amount for last 2 months 650 /- .Now you tell me why the recommended recharge was showing me the 650 amount to recharge it. Because according to ur CCE, Vineet Sharma he told me that the amount is daily deducted from the pack that I already knew but my question is this only, , till yesterday I was able to watch the HBO channels & for which I paid, , so after she deactivated from my account today, , i am not able to see it. Kindly add the package again without incurring any additional charges as this mistake is not done from my side as this is done from yours or Tell me the suitable alternative.           my complaint regarding charges on my packages comes total Rs.333 as per given msg from tata sky, but the representative saying Rs 374 have to be charged, i dont know for what thing they are charging extra amount & i called so many times but they not responded and avoid to take a complaint also. second the channel i made on my package why the company not showing details of the channel that i have selected, it means that the company dont want to do transparency in services.my ID is [protected].

            I've booked tatasky through online for 2 times on the same day and the transaction got failed., when i called the customer care about the refund, they said the amount will automatically refunded to the account. And after two months i again called the customer care for the refund, they said the amount got already been added to the account, but when i reviewed my bank's account the money wasn't debited. it was been 3 months since the billing failure had happened and we are yet to receive the amount paid. customer name : s.arumugam

            Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that they can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter safeguard and refund your money.

                I hav registered a complaint for my 2 set up boxes...bt dey r not bothered to repair the same..technican must hav visited my house thrice for d same problem..but they themselves are not aware about the solution..we jus dont wish to continue with the same DTH service..hence request you to cancel our connection and return my money back...

                  Sir, I have subscribed for TATASKY with standard set-up box through M/s Unisyn Enterprises, Hyderabad who is a authorized dealer of Tata Sky and marketed by M/s appco Marketing (India) Pvt Ltd and the Tata Sky executive Mr. Devi Prasad, Mobile No. [protected] to whom a cheque for Rs.2320/- dt. 2-4-2013 was given in favour of M/s Unisyn Enterprises, Hyderabad and the same was cleared within a week. I was told by the executive that installation would be done within 7 days on honoring of my given cheque. According to their promises for getting connection will be benefited at cheap prices but not he is fake person who is lying everytime to us.Now we want our refund as we have already cancelled this installation in the month of October which is already done by you but and for refund nobody responded to us. How ridiculous...??????????? Somebody told us courier to us, but our home is locked as we both are working and nobody is at home at day time. Please check all your account nobody given our money back... Tata sky customer care is saying ask your dealer, its not my dealer its your dealer APPCo marketing and sub dealer UNIsyn Enterprises. In this regard I request the concerned Tata Sky authority to look into the matter to examine my case and do the needful at an early date please.                           I am residing at Chandernagar West Bengal. I am facing no signal condition from late morning of 3.1.15. After waiting for a day I booked for the fault in the service centre. I immediately got the work order number.( Tata Sky work order no G7S33LY ) However they are yet to attend the call. When I contacted over phone the person having phone no [protected] said that i had to wait more since he was heavily engaged.( in a rough mood). I talked another person in the centre bearing phone no [protected], who also said that he had allotted the work and it was the responsibility of the concerned technician.

                              Dear Team, Sub ID - [protected] I had called for a technician for a problem pertaining to visibility in the service on november 6, the person cam to the house and tried solving the issue, however the issue continued and next time he came with offer to upgrade to HD box @ Rs. 990 which comes with 1 year HD channels free, the offer was good so i switch to HD after year of normal box. A month later i get a message from TATA Sky that the free HD pack was over and i will be charged rs 125 evey month here on (the free pack was told to us was for a year). I raised the complaint twice with the Tata Sky help line for the same but they the resolvers banged the phone after they were not helpful (last one begin someone Josh - who was not ready to agree that the dealer offered one year subscription free offer) Now i have paid 1000 for nothing as i do not want to pay for HD services as i was happy without them, nor is the dealer or the Tata Sky helpline ready to listen. The Dealer has not provided us with any receipt of payment i did in cash, just recharged and the money got deducted. All i want i my 1000 and old set top box to be returned or one year free HD subcribtion. My complaints to tata sky were useless and this is a clear case of earning money by the technicians by providing false information. The name of the technicians boss was either Dharmendra or Dhananyjay.

                                  Hi, I registered complaint on for charging foul payment on 25the December the complaint no. is 1-[protected]. It is pending since last 10 days, I have called at least 10 times, every time the customer care person say we willl take action within next 24 hours but till date nothing has been done. One call atleast takes half an hour, so I am spending big amount on calling them but to no avail. Will my concern be taken into consideration or should i need to go to the consumer court.                                     Last few weeks I, Satinath Banerjee (ID-[protected]), not getting Bengali Channels, whereas rest all channels are O.K. The problem is not of any Hardware problem, which can be viewed and solved from your system, I suppose. To see the problem, if some representative comes to home an amount of Rs170/ will be charged, as your local Service Centre says. Why should it be there? Since, it's a problem of matching the frequency of those 04-05 Bengali Channels. This problem can be solved from your system itself. Please do the needful. I am one your oldest Customer. Please acknowledge and do the needful.
