My Subscriber id is [protected]. 2 days back we have given a complaint that we are not receiving the services, an executive came, rectified the issue and collected Rs 450/-. Now today, after 2 days the services got de-activated. I spoke with Customer Care executive (Sridevi, Supervisor) and the response is so cold. She is not listening to the grievances of the customer and she says we need to wait for 2 more days to resolve the issue which is not acceptable. Why the hell should i wait for 2 days when i have paid the money on time. Who should be responsible for it. And moreover, instead of resolving my issue, executive are keeping call on mute. If this goes on, Tata sky will lose lot of business. I hope it should lose, if it does not tight the customer care unit. Shame on Tata Sky and its executives. Raghunath [protected]

    My subscriber ID is [protected]. There was an offer for Javed Akhtar channel 15 days trial. Although, I watched that channel for hardly for 2 days. And after 15 days the charges were deducted. They did not even care to take my permission. This practice is fraudulent in nature. You miss and you will be unreasonably charged.

      I have 3 different connections of tatasky from past 6 years, the problem began with one of my connection with customer ID [protected]. I am paying 450 rs per Month for mostly all the channels, from last 40 to 45 days i am facing difficulties in watching english movies channels except than starmovies and hbo. I lodge a complaint many a times but the most stupid people and People are working at tatasky customer care as they hung up the calls without listening our problems. However somehow they sent some guy to fix the problem but when i checked after 30 mins problem remains the same. Nevertheless i am thinking to switch with another DTH Service provider. poorest service from Tatasky. Sourabh Baheti

                My tatasky number is [protected] ...one guy (dog) call from customer care and talk in hindi and ask me to talk in english. ...this is the 2nd time. ..he told that active cooking is a new channel one month free then charged I said that I don't have any idea so I don't want but that bullsit guy cut that phone and activate that channel ...actually I gave that call tto my brother he only spoke to him...ddont keep tthis type of guy in tatasky...he spoil the name o[censored]r brand...

                  Hi, I am using TATA SKY for the past 7 years. One year back I switched to TATA SKY HD. Last feb 2013 TATA SKY did some update and they called me and said the update caused some issue, so they are going to replace the set top box. Even though my set top box was working fine and i dint have any issue viewing my channels. TATA SKY replace the box and said there will be a charge of 275(I am not sure about the exact price). I had call them in regards with this and spoke to them multiple times. They said will waive off the charges. On 1st nov 2014 my Subscription ran out and I recharged for annual pack 7500rs(as I do always). Before recharging I called TATASKY and told then I am recharging for 1 year HD pack. Also I asked about the negative balance which came as remainder. They said some one from TATA SKY will call me. I did not receive call till Saturday. On Saturday someone called me and said your account is being charged on per day basis rather then yearly. I was surprised as why was it being charged that way. I tried explaining him there should be no charges and I have made payment for a year. After a while I asked his supervisor or manage to call me. Till date no one has called me and I am being charged on daily basis. The services of TATA SKY has gone down. Now I regret of renewing my connection with TATASKY. I am using it for 7 year now. I am highly disappointed with TATAKY. They don't care about their customer anymore. They are trying to mint money from their customer.

                  Yesterday, I got a call from Tata Sky representative and i get to know that there is active fun learn pack is activated on my pack from June, 10 2014, without my permission. Even I haven't any child in my home.
                  Dear Sir / Madam,

                  On 29th May 2015, I got a call from Tatasky Customer Care to check about the signal quality as there was some fluctuation observed. The Tata Sky Customer Care Executive told me that the Service Engineer will come for Inspection and for this there will no visiting charges.

                  The Service Engineer visited on 29th May 2015 for Inspection and told that the weak signals are due to weather conditions and this will be fine automatically.

                  The very next day my Account was debited Rs. 170 towards Service Engineer's visiting charges which is WRONG as committed by Tata Sky Customer Care Executive.

                  On 01st June 2015 I registered a complaint to Tata Sky vide Compalaint No. 1-[protected] and was assured by Tata Sky Customer Care that the amount will be reversed to my Account by 8th June 2015.

                  Till now no reversal of Rs. 170 has been done and the complaint is still lying pending with their Back End Department.

                  Our services are going to be de-activiated tonight due to non-payment of Recharge Value which is due today; had an amount of Rs. 170 been the balance left in my Tata Sky Account, the services would have not de-activated.

                  Due to the above negligence from Tata Sky I am seeking Rs. 3 lakh compensation from them due to wrong commitment and not providing the customer service of their committed services and wrong charges.

                  Please help me resolve the issue with Tata Sky.

                        MY Subscriber ID : [protected], NAME : VINOD KUMAR PANDEY, mob: [protected] DEAR SIR, i have opted tata sky Dhamaal Cricket pack 107 Channels and services (view) Duration : Monthly Price : Rs. 260 Start Date : 30 Aug 2014 from the starting date unable to see the maximum channels like DD National, Star Sports, Aaj Tak news, Zee News, Movies Channel UTV, Only entrainment channel like SONY, COLOURS, STARPLUS i can watch, I have asked the customer care executive they say its chargeable service to visit the problem, Then I have asked them when Maximum Channels I am able to See, then why some particulars channels creating problem, If there is problem in Set Top Box than All channels should not be available to me. It means poor signal strength and quality you are providing me How can i pay for that. In current scenario /Laws i m unable to switch my DTH Operator I also asked to Executive if i pay this time, what will be guarantee period for the service.                             i am paying Rs 125 for HD channels.I complained to them about a week back that I am not receiving proper signal.They promised the issue will be resolved immediately. But till now the service is very poor.The sound quality is awful and breaks.The picture quality is also poor. 2. I have multi TV connection .This is also not working properly.I displays message that you have to recharge the amount. I had paid Rs 700 on 25 OCtober 14 and my payment is due only on 23/11/2014 as per A/C status on home page of Tata Sky. 3.                               Service Deficiency: I subscribed for biennial mega pack valid till Sept-2016 with TATASKY. As part of the promised package, 12 showcase movies are free per annum. Today when I tried to book a showcase movie SC-61068, the request was rejected. Call center team (Team leader: Mr. Dipender) put me on wait for over an hour and terminated the call while the conversation on. The showcase movie was not activated till this time. Wrong promise: I got a call from TATASKY marketing guy advising me to use HBO paid channels 358 & 360 for one month on concession. I agreed to use for one month and asked for termination if do not pay the future subscription. But, now the company continued to charge me without terminating after month. I am not using the channel after the validity &period, which can be verified from your records. Now, I demand removal of any negative balance claim in my account.

                                The TV screen is going "On" and "Off", also at times "Please wait initialising..." message is coming. We do not know what is the problem. After calling to customer care a technician came to home and checked the setup box and it started working but after he left again same problem is happening again and again.                                     The set up box is not working and i have been continuously contacting customer care executive and they are assuring me that technicians will come at my place to replace the set up box but no one has come to replace it... I didn't expect such response from tata sky. I hope this submission of complaint works for me and gives an effective result at the end of the day.

                                        My customer ID is [protected]. Last year I was on a one year subscription of annual grand sports package which expired yesterday. Since it was costly for me, I decided to join Metro annual pack from today onwards and in this regard I first recharged with the base amount and then called them numerous times. Even on the net they have disabled the option to change the pack (presumably because I am trying to go to a LOWER pack!) I called them up numerous times but to no avail. Today morning they have started charging me as per the previous pack on a per-day-basis which is absolutely shocking.This is DELIBERATE because whenever we try to take a new connection they ring up numerous times but since I am trying to go to a lower pack they are deliberately disconnecting my calls at some pretext or the other.
