I have Tata Sky HD connection for last more than 1 year. Last week ( 22/10/2014 at 11 a m) I wanted to get my connection recharged, I went to a authorized shop at Sattelite Plaza, Ayodhya, Bhopal.As I wanted to change my packege from Rs.650 to Rs. 230 as most of the channels were activated by my children. I asked the shop keeper for that he gave me the costumer care no. i.e.[protected].
I talked to a executive he told me that my base package is " Dhamal Mix " with many activated channels, so he asked me to firstly get recharge of Rs. 240 ( 230 +10) . I got it recharged as I was at the shop. Then he put me for wait and transfered my call to someone else for change of my package. I told the person that side that please remove all other activated with my base packege i.e. Dhamal Mix. Then my problem started, That person instead of my repeated request didn't listened and started compelling me to have other channels too with " mai aapko mast doha aur shayari sunaunga ( atleast 20-30 times).
As I got recharged for Rs.240, when I asked for next recharge date he told me 4th Nov. ( Once I paid as per the instruction or guidance of first person whom I talked, It should be of 30 days but it is said to be of only 13 days).
That conversataion lasted for more than 30 minutes but that person was just making fun of me by repeatedly saying " mai apko mast wala doha aur shayari sunaunga". And at last he didn't changed the packege and wasted my Money, Time, mood and above all The Faith I had on Tata's product.( I have Tata Indica, Tata Safari as my vehicle and TV connectio of Tata sky HD that too I upgraded from Tata Sky which I was having for last more than 4 years).
Very Disappointing and Disgusting for me as I think I am a well educated citizen and well known to my country's Law and my Rights ( I am a Professor in Radiodiagnosis in Medical College at Bhopal, MP).
Please look into this as a serious matter otherwise I will proceed to some higher forum. Thanks.

And the person who has caused this problem his number is [protected] we request the company to take action against the man. And now when we call him he tells us that it's our mistake and accuses us that our connection was in our neighbours connection
But this is. Not true as when we got the Tatasky connection the person who put the connection had put a new dish ( umbrella part ) in front of our eyes
