I am Rajeev Kumar a Tata Sky user([protected]).In last 4 months 3 times i had to call tata sky engineers for the issues that can be easily solved on call itself and evertime they are charging money 170 Rs unnecessarily.I am very much disappointed with your services and also planning to change the service provider.Last time i had issues where i am getting no signal.I had clearly explained tata sky executive that i had connected USB and after that when i am connecting Tata sky i am not getting the supply.He is not able to tell me that i had to change the TV source to AV1 for Tata Sky to work and for this simple thing they had book the visit and charge money.Every time for such small small things they are taking the visit request and charging extra money.It seems like it is a way for them to collect extra money from the consumers.If this time my money was not compensated then i am not going to use TATA sky in future and also will not recommend anyone to use this.

    I have subscribed for annual mega SD pack for subscriber ID My subscriber ID [protected] with package validity up to 14 Jun 2015. As per the terms service should be provided free of cost. I have complaint for no signal on 20 Oct 15. But till date i.e. 28 Oct 14 it is not attended. Everyday I am calling their helpline and getting answer that issue will be resolved within next 24 hours. I request that if service is not provided in time, the amount I have paid for the package Rs 5800 and other balance in my account may be refunded at the earliest. So that I will switch over to some other network. Thanks

    A person from tatsky had come to remove the connection of my neighbour and has also removed mine and now it's been 3 days and each day we have given a complaint and not received any service and the person who had come has also taken some parts of the dish

    And the person who has caused this problem his number is [protected] we request the company to take action against the man. And now when we call him he tells us that it's our mistake and accuses us that our connection was in our neighbours connection
    But this is. Not true as when we got the Tatasky connection the person who put the connection had put a new dish ( umbrella part ) in front of our eyes

      Sir, having failed to lodge my complain on line due to poor conectivity, I informed one of your service team who were attending an damaged antenna by complete replacement to my neighbour, to help restore my set . The gentleman informed that my antenna need replacement and completed the job for a payment of Rs 1000 ( one thousands) . I later on came to know from my friends that in their case NO PAYMENT was required for new set as they directly talked to some concerned officer of tata sky . My ID no is [protected] .         Today I received phone call from tata sky offered to give Active fun learn pack free for a month as a regular customer but when I brouse my A/c found Rs 49/ cost added.Then I call customercare but they couldnot listen to delete pack.So on their mercy unnecessarily adding financial burden to customer.Please take necessary steps.

Yesterday 11.3.15 at 4:30 PM. there are No signal in both the TV connection.I have try to contact hundred times to TataSky Customer Care but got no reply. Not able to contact with customer till 12.3.14 upto 12 PM.It is very bad reputation for Tata sky. It very shame thing for Tatasky reputation.If there is some problem in tatasky site then tatasky should inform to customer or covey any massage.It is mental harassment to customer.I want to disconnect one Tata sky connection.
          Hi my name is Abhishek Upadhayay, ID [protected], registered Mob no: - [protected]. I know that you guys are updating your software’s and that's why there was some problem with the signals. However I believe that the up gradation has been finished by 8th of April, but in my case there are some serious problems with my signal. I am unable to watch none of my English movies channels, news channels and Hindi movies channel including Discovery, and I am facing this problem from 1st of April. I choose Tata Sky over Airtel because I thought that you guys will give me the
          better services, but folks seriously you are giving a pathetic services and
          I mean it. I have talked to many Tata sky customers as they are facing the same issue but everyone said that we are facing the bad signal with only 3 or 4 channels. In my case I am facing this in most of my channels. I have registered a complaint for the same before 6 days ago but no one come. This is my last complaint and after that I will change my DTH connection and will make sure no one in my circle opt for TATA

            i am Divyesh Amrutlal Patel, TATA SKY consumer id no. [protected]. MOB. [protected] I have problem regarding my multi TV connection. I called the TATA Sky helpline for the same 15 days ago & they provided the executive of Vapi branch for the same. I am calling repeatedly on the executive"s no. [protected] from last 15 days & he is not coming for correction of the problem. I hadn't get my TATA Sky multi TV connection service yet & more shocking news for me is that they have deducted the service visit charges from my TATA Sky account, even though their executive hadn't visited to correct the problem. I have asked the costomer care executive for the same & he promised me to come & attend my complain before 1 pm today but he has not come yet. Finally i have to file the complain against the TATA Sky customer service department. I hope that this complaint will be considered soon.

              Dear Sir, I recently bought new connection of Tata Sky with full payment of one year of Rs 4250 however my connection was activated on 9th Oct 14 and my due date is coming as 5th May 14. I tried to contact you severally through your customer care number however never able to reach beyond automated route. Again I got activated Music active chanel no 650 for a day however not able to disconnect even after four days. Kindly get this deactivate immediately. I do not want this any more and I do not wish to pay for the same additionally. Kindly call back how my one year subscription is converted to six months. [protected] i would like to state that i had recharged after seen packages as displayed in tata sky site, name of package that i had recharged for one year is SUPREME KIDS and in above packages tata sky described in his portal that above pacakge contains 117 SD channels along with 11 HD channels but after recharged NO ANY HD channels open at my TV regarding this when i contact with tata sky help line they told me for HD facility i have to pay additional subscription ie. rs.125 pm. when i told there is no any ** mark or any term condition shown in advertisement, and it is not fair to ask for additional payment while any package should contain every facility without any additional charges regarding my this reply they could not answered correctly, repeatedly told for additional charges for HD please look at this matter and stop this type fraud

                  I have Tata Sky HD connection for last more than 1 year. Last week ( 22/10/2014 at 11 a m) I wanted to get my connection recharged, I went to a authorized shop at Sattelite Plaza, Ayodhya, Bhopal.As I wanted to change my packege from Rs.650 to Rs. 230 as most of the channels were activated by my children. I asked the shop keeper for that he gave me the costumer care no. i.e.[protected]. I talked to a executive he told me that my base package is " Dhamal Mix " with many activated channels, so he asked me to firstly get recharge of Rs. 240 ( 230 +10) . I got it recharged as I was at the shop. Then he put me for wait and transfered my call to someone else for change of my package. I told the person that side that please remove all other activated with my base packege i.e. Dhamal Mix. Then my problem started, That person instead of my repeated request didn't listened and started compelling me to have other channels too with " mai aapko mast doha aur shayari sunaunga ( atleast 20-30 times). As I got recharged for Rs.240, when I asked for next recharge date he told me 4th Nov. ( Once I paid as per the instruction or guidance of first person whom I talked, It should be of 30 days but it is said to be of only 13 days). That conversataion lasted for more than 30 minutes but that person was just making fun of me by repeatedly saying " mai apko mast wala doha aur shayari sunaunga". And at last he didn't changed the packege and wasted my Money, Time, mood and above all The Faith I had on Tata's product.( I have Tata Indica, Tata Safari as my vehicle and TV connectio of Tata sky HD that too I upgraded from Tata Sky which I was having for last more than 4 years). Very Disappointing and Disgusting for me as I think I am a well educated citizen and well known to my country's Law and my Rights ( I am a Professor in Radiodiagnosis in Medical College at Bhopal, MP). Please look into this as a serious matter otherwise I will proceed to some higher forum. Thanks.

                    My Customer I [protected]. I have given complaint 10 days before by phonically on customer care, he assured me that within 96 hours our reps will come to rectify the problem. On 20 Oct I received one sms on my registered mobile that give missed call on given no, I follow same, but your reps not come. On 26 Oct again I contact to customer care he told me your complaint turn down he given the logic that your house was closed (that is totally false statement because my house was not closed for single minute). I want try to contact your customer executive but he did not connect me. So please rectify my problem and guide your reps that not to make illegal statement without attending the complaint. Regards.

                      please refer Request Nos 1-[protected] of 23 oct and 1-[protected] dt 27 oct ...the first request number was given to me after 5-6 days of my requesting and asking for transfer of ID ...till one assiciate told me that there is no request from me... today I am told that I have to wait for 72 hours ...i have no problem waiting .request is to train your staff to know the solutions rather than telling a customer that ID cannot be transferred or someone suggested that buy a new package for new ID, then I was made to speak to supervisors twice but to no avail...The customer service needs a push because at ground level there is too much of sluggishness...and carelessness. some monitoring mechanism may help keeping brand of Tatasky intact...best wishes...ak bakshi

After Long Wait Neither Ur Authorised Technician Nor Any Information Is Forth coming For Ur End Regret to Inform u I Spent Rs 300/- To Speak To Ur Officials Every Day On My Mob . it became futile Effort no positive result is in the offing .                           This is to inform you that i called up tata sky customer care more than 30 times but did get proper responce for my complaint.My Tata sky id is [protected] and complaint no is WO#FE8A8CK my tata sky set up box is showing error. I have been told from the customer care team that they will change the set up box in 2 hrs but nobody turn up and they did not even inform me. may i know by what time and date i can get some help on this, pls treat this as urgent.                             submitted complaint at 10.30am on 26 oct 2014, was informed someone will get in touch within 2 hours, however got amessage technician will come at 6.30pm, no one turned up .reported the matter to customer care.got a call that they could not come due to their faulty personal motorcycle a very lame excuse.to top it all i found a message in my mobile that work has been completed, it was really very funny and highly unprofessional for such a huge organisation.i had to file the complaint again this morning 27 oct, and again i get an answer that someone will get in touch with me within 2 hours, i am sure you will look into it and restore the faith of your consumer. GIVEN WAS WO#F8NKQ78 BUT NO PERSON HAS EXECUTED THE RELOCATION EVERY TIME THEY SAY THAT YOUR REQUEST HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND YOUR WORK HAS BEEN DONE MAIL HAS COME FROM THE RELOCATION OFFICE THAT ANY FALSE REASON PROVIDED BY THE DEALER AND THERE IS NO SERVICE IN YOUR AREA BUT FOR YOUR INFORMATION THERE ARE ALREADY SO MANY DISHES WORKING IN SAME BUILDING VASHI SECTOR 19 NAVI MUMBAI IT IS THE BUSINESS HUB I DONT KNOW WHAT IS THE PROBLEM AND TILL DATE NO WORK IS DONE SEVEN TIMES THE REQUEST HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND AFTER CALLING THE CALL CENTRE I HAVE TO WAIT AND DISCUSS TALK TO THE CONCERNED PERSONS 10 TO 15 MINUTES AS THEY ONLY TALK AND NOT GIVE RESULTS AS YOU HAVE CALL RECORDING CONVERSATIONS OF MY CALL AND GO TO THE SYSTEMS HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE MADE THE COMPLAINTS AND REQUESTS PLEASE SEE IT HEAR IT AND DECIDE I HAVE ALSO CALL RECORDER IN MY MOBILE PHONE AND SAVED THE CONVERSATIONS AND MY PACKAGE OF ONE YEAR HAS ALSO BEEN ACTIVATED ON 13/10/2014 HOW CAN I PAY WITHOUT GETTING OR STARTING THE SETUP BOX AS RELOCATION IS NOT DONE FROM YOUR SIDE I WANT THE DISH RECOLATED SOON TODAY ONLY AND ACCOUNT DATE TO BE STARTED FROM THE DATE OF RELOCATION DONE ACTIVATED OR CANCEL THE TATA SKY DISH AND REFUND MY AMOUNT PAID AND MOBILE PHONE CHARGES BILL AND MENTALLY HARRASMENT OCURED DUE TO YOUR DEFICIENCY IN YOUR SERVICES I WILL SURRENDER MY SETUP BOX AS YOU ARE NOT CAPABLE OF DOING RELOCATION OF ONE DISH OF TATA SKY OF MY ID TATA SKY IS GIVING ONLY EXCUSES AND NO RESULTS PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER DO THE SAME OR I WILL HAVE NO OPTION LEFT TO GO TO CONSUMER FORUM COURT FOR THE SAME IN DEFICIENCY AND NEGLIGENCE IN SERVICES BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER AFTER SALES AND CHARGES PAID BY THE CUSTOMER WITH ALL MY CONVERSATIONS AND OTHER THINGS REGARDS BHAGWAN L CHATLANI [protected]/[protected].

                                  I purchased an addon TATA SKY HD+ with Karoke MIC on 02/10/2014 through authorized TATASKY vendor in Mohali, Punjab. A price of Rs. 7700.00 was paid to the vendor for the same (as asked by the vendor). But on 19/10/2014, I was shocked to find a message flashing on my TV screen that my account balance has been reduced to -Rs. 824.00 (negative). On enquiry from TATA SKY customer care, I was informed that MIC charges have been deducted again and they registered my complaint for the same on 19/10/2014. I was given an assurance that the issue would be resolved by 23/10/2014. But on 20/10/2014 the SERVICES WERE TERMINATED. I waited till 23/10/2014, but NO action was taken by TATA SKY. Further on 24/10/2014, I contacted customer care again via online chat and I was informed that my earlier complaint was closed as my mobile number was busy when TATA SKY. They again registered my complaint on 24/10/2014 and assured that an action would be taken within two hours on priority basis. But till date no communication has been received from TATA SKY on this issue. This is a shear case of negligence and poor service on part of TATSKY. I am made to suffer for no fault of mine.                                   Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Still no action has been taken. Only received a couple of calls from TATA SKY to arrange a call back from concerned department within 24 hours. Still NO CALL from the concerned department has been received. Every time a new customer care executive calls or attends the call, the only reply I get is to get a call arranged from the concerned department within 24 hours. My connection stands terminated after paying a sum of Rs. 7700.00. This shows how serious TATASKY is about customer services.

                                    Why I am writing this because somewhere I am not satisfy with tata sky response aligned with my recent complaint?For small small issues, I never complaint to tata sky. Even rate revised number of times but no complaints. even one time I complained that time I did not get any resolution. But I some how managed to continue. But this time too much. I am not getting my tata sky signals from last 4 days and day by day my a/c balance is decreasing.No one is caring and suggesting that you need to pay visiting charge 200 and then the guy will visit and resolve your issue.But I am not understanding why the signal is not working for me only. As There is no change in wire, antenna and TV and Set top box and card also account is recharge before time.Then Why should I pay if I have not done anything. So after a long discussion, I complaint to disconnect/deactivate my connection from that day only.And requested to refund my complete balance as of date(the date i requested for disconnect).I got a complaint number and did not get any call for resolution or refund. After 2 days again called and told the same story but this time also got a complaint number but no call with in 24hr. So I am hoping that this time, I will get the resolution of my request/complaint.                                       Sir, I brought Tata Sky HD Connection with Consumer no [protected] on 19.10.14. The box was supplied n connection was given the same day. However, it came to our notice that HDMI cable was not supplied and we promptly asked the dealer at Dombivli MR. Vijendra on [protected] to supply us HDMI cable. But he asked us to collect after 2 days. Ever since we have been following it with him daily but he is just delaying it under one pretext or the other. We have even lodged a complaint with your custmer care but no response is seen. Pls do d neeedful Thanks S.R. Venkitachalam [protected]

                                        Customer ID: [protected] I have been trying to get this fixed now with no results over a month. I have made annual subscription payment but am not receiving the service which I have paid for. Either get this sorted or I demand a refund on my subscription and this is due to the incapable technicians who visit the premises every now and then. They have been on the site for 6 times; once they visited and said on their last visit they forgot to plug in the port correctly hence I lost connection for 3 days and this time a Guy called Jagdish visited and said the cable needs a replacement. I asked him to do the needful and to my surprise he says better leave it for next visit. I suppose he did not want to do the job and wanted to finish early. Somehow he made it work and as soon as he left it was gone again. This is a nightmare now the call centre people says they can't comment the technicians say they will come next time. It has been 6 times now I am really annoyed now. I made tried to call as soon as he left but no response. Fortunately was able to get through today to the call centre they noted the complaint under reference number FCRL9UA and said the earliest technician could visit the site by 27th October only. I don't have any service since last 6 days now and know that the technician visiting will be not fit for the job again. I need advise on how to process the refund now.
