The DTH setup box has not been working since 40-45 days, Regular complaints have been made but neglected response from tatasky is seen moreover the problem is from their side still they are charging me for the service which has not been given and say if the problem is from my side then also they cannot and should not charge on the not given service. The service man who came to address the problem went away without addressing the problem and without meeting the concerned person. It would be pleasing if they could address the problem and look into the matter now. My subscriber ID of tatasky is : [protected] registered on the name Bhupendra goyal A prompt action is expected .

    my id:[protected]. my HD box was not working. when i called the company technician, he came and changed the box on 25.11.14. and he told me that my account will be debited by rs.675/- (rs.500/- for the HD box and rs.175/- for the visit.) and i recharged by rs.600/- on 27.11.14. from 28.11.14, the sound goes off after 5 minutes and screen goes blank after 10 minutes. i have sent 3 mails (nos:1-[protected](2 mails with same complaint number) and1-[protected]. each time one executive called and assuree that it will be set right within 24 hrs. when i contacted the local service personnel, he said that the box he put in was a re-conditioned one and the company is not sending new HD boxes. he himself told me to raise the complaint mails. since 28.11.14, i am unable to view the TV. this is sheer looting of the individual's hard earned money. it is a shame on that a group of tata's is irresponsive and swindle the money and time of the consumer. will the problem be solved or shall i have to go to the consumer court? aps

      The Tata Sky Id. No.[protected] is not functioning properly specially all the English Channels. All other channels are alright but English News and English Movies are not coming at all. Please correct it as soons as posble its been three months I have not been able to watch the English News I am paying the amount for nothing.

          Hi My subscriber id is [protected]. I recently got moved to new address and it took tatasky 3 days to come for installation. After doing the installation Non of my HD channels are working i.e there is no audio from any HD channels.I insisted the field eng. to fix this and to increase the signal strength which is below 50. But is refure to do that. When I complain to tatasky now they are saying that they will charge Rs 170 for the visit. What the H*ll is this? They are charging Rs 125 for HD box, their eng. was not well trained and he did not completed his job then wht they are asking customer to pay extra money?

            I RECHARGED MY TATA SKY CONNECTIONS { WITH 2 H.D WITH 2 ORDINARY ] ON 1 AUG I PAYED 6600 RS WHICH INCLUDED MY NEW TATA SKY BOX OF HD WITH RECORDING AND SUBMITTED MY OLD ORDINARY BOX TO TATA SKY, AND ONE NEW ORDINARY CONNECTION WITH A MONTH OF FREE TO AIR CONNECTION FROM THEM .AND ON 18 AUG 2014 RECHARGED BY 6600 RS AND IT WAS TOLD THAT IT IS AN ANNUAL PACK, AND DATES KEPT ON CHANGING, I WAS AGAIN TOLD TO DEPOSIT SOME AMT IN NOV LAST WEEK, NOW FINALLY THE BLOCKED MY H.D CHANNELS THERE BILLING TEAM IS ACCEPTING THAT THERE WAS SOME MISTAKE, BUT NO RECTIFICATION IS DONE AFTER REPEATED COMPLAINTS

              My subscriber ID is [protected]. My subscription charges was due on 02.12.2014. I recharged the same for Rs.210.00 on 3.12.14. I got message from tatasky that the recharge is made to my ID and the next due is 02.01.2015. In spite of my recharging, urgent payment reminder confirmation is regularly appearing on the Tv while watching the programmes which is distracting my constant watching. kindly look into the matter and confirm the action taken immediately

                Sir I change my ordanery setup box into HD setup box in March/April2014 but from date of instlation setup box not working properly, some time chanels hang some time remote not working, some time when setup box on waite instlating appear on tv screen. Complent raised and I demand new seal pack box but refused and provide old repair setup box but this setup box also not working properly some time chanel hang, and some time remote not workingproperly, compney enginer tried so many times but problem not resolved so again I raised complend and demand new seal pack setup box due to avoide my problem again.                     Sub Id:- [protected] From last 6 days i am not able to watch any channels as my Tata sky is not starting.When called to customer care they had said that my setup box an old version ( MP2) and if i need to continue watching channels i need to upgrade the setup box to (MP4) by paying Rs 500/- . From last 4 days this story is going on and after several complains the person from tata sky comes and narrates the story as :- You have to pay Rs 500/ upgrade it to MP4 and you will get a warranty period of 1 year. Today when i have recharged the connection by Rs 500 the same person tells me that u will get warranty period of 1 month only instead of 1 year and your setup box is of MP 4 only, so there is no need to replace the same and i[censored] pay Rs 1000/- u can get warranty of 1 year. Mr Mahendra Solanki and Arjun Bhai had visited my place and are misleading us and try to fool us by giving fake information. What is this nonsense, even the customer care guy does'nt know whether it is MP4 or MP2 setup box and what will be remedy for it. Why is that my set up box is not getting any signals and always no signal. All the people in customer care, dealers are trying to mis lead us.                       We are not interested On Music but your customer care Executive requested us to listen newly established music channel, so we accepted and activated for one month that is for the month of October. That time you have deducted Rs. 49 /- for charge. But you are continuing the same channel actually I don't want this newly established music channel. So immediately deactivate the above said Music channel from my ID No. [protected]. And please stop deduction of amount for this month.

                        I have 3 Tata sky connections. I have been facing signal problems with 1 of the connections from the past 4 days. I have been complaining everyday on Tata sky customer care for the same but the problem has not been resolved yet. The set top box is not working for the past 4 days and I have not been able to make use of Tata sky services!

                            Tata Sky Subscriber ID - [protected] This complaint is regarding unprofessional customer care of Tata Sky. I had raised an issue with tata sky website through mail. I had an issue of sudden disconnection of signal. On lodging the complaint, had received a call from Tata sky call centre, saying, since a common dish receiver is installed in our society, if any fault is related to common hardware, I wont be charged for that. Up to this everything was okay. Technician visited and he found that the cable was cut by rat in common passage. Surprisingly my got debited for a service charge of 170 INR. I immediately raised another complaint stating the entire thing and asked how I can be responsible if anything hapens to common area which is out side my flat. The customer care executive continued her repeated script stating that I am wrong and I am not using common connection. The fact is my own dish is lying packed in my room as this building had common dish already installed and the society does not allow to install individual dish. This was highly unfortunate the way customer care handles the issue without even knowing the fact. And I am also doubtful about their credibility in terms of basic understanding of simple english language. 170 ruppes is not a matter of concern, but the way the company claims the care for customer is very very annoying experience. Being a Tata group employee, its shameful for me to experience such a pathetic experience from one of our sister concern.

                              Dear sir /madam 1. Please be informed that I had not asked for the mike . my on line payment specifically excluded karaoke mike charges . there were 2 offers on 5 th October on your web site one with mike and the other without mike . The fact that My on line payment specifically excluded karaoke and mike charges was fully known to your person who made the installation and he had assured me that nothing would be charged extra as the full payment was made on line. he also informed me that the installation would take at least 24 to 48 hours before which I got the message for mike charge and I immediately called back your person to return back the karaoke before the installation was complete and also called your call Centre for return and reversal before installing could be done. You cannot complete me to buy a product forcefully which has been specifically refused at the time of making on line payment. Your person making the delivery was fully aware of the items I had purchased and thus should not have delivered the mike at all in the first place. Your delivery person lied to me at the time of delivery and is again lying to you. Please very the recording conversation between me and your seller at the time of purchase on 5 th October because this was reconfirmed by him that I would not be paying for karaoke or mike charges. Everything was included in the payments of Rs 13700 and noting extra was to be paid by me to your person who would do the delivery. If I wanted to buy the mike them I would have made the payment at the time of my on line purchase but this was specifically refused by me as can be seen from the payment of only Rs13700 as per the offer on your web site on 5th October 2014. Please take back the mike which has not been activated nor used and your Delivery person has also agreed on phone to take it back but was on leave and reverse the wrong charge. I will not be making any further payment and because of your negligence and that of your person who made the delivery, being fully aware that i have excluded the cost of mike. i will need to take up this matter at a higher level or legally including going to the consumer court . you shall be fully responsible for the cost and consequences including the mental haressment caused to me due to your continues SMS for wrong outstanding and calls made by me to resolve this issue in the least 50 days. 2. Please also refer to your web site on 5th October the date of making on line payment by credit card . it included a) mantra voucher of Rs 1500 and b. India today one year free subscription . please provide me with the redemption code for India today one year subscription . I have received the mantra code. 3. As regards the installation charge of Rs 300 for a installation of dongel. This was also confirmed on 5th October by your person on phone that nothing would be charged as per the on line offer for payment by credit card to your telephone executive. The telephonic recorded conversation would reconfirm this as this was also clarified and it was assured to me that I need not make any payment for karaoke or activation of vod. Thus please reverse the wrong charges and take back your mike as it was never ordered and thus should not have been delivered as specifically excluded from my on line payment. Thanks .                                 I am using TATA Sky services since last 6 years. In 2013 I have decided to go for Tata Sky HD service . In 2013 I was not using any LCD/LED but now I am using an LCD since last month. The person delivered the HD box without any HD cable and I had no idea about that. But at present I require that for better viewing facility. I am surprised how the tata sky authorised representative did not intimated me about this and features of this. I have a talk with customer care regarding the HD Cable of my TATA Sky HD but they advised me to pay Rs. 240 /-(Rs. 70 /- for cable and Rs. 170/- for visiting). My earnest request is to stop this type of cheating with customers and advice me for further steps. My TATA Sky ID is [protected].Mobile No. [protected]
