I am using TATA Sky services since last 6 years. In 2013 I have decided to go for Tata Sky HD service . In 2013 I was not using any LCD/LED but now I am using an LCD since last month. The person delivered the HD box without any HD cable and I had no idea about that. But at present I require that for better viewing facility. I am surprised how the tata sky authorised representative did not intimated me about this and features of this....

Activation of value added pack without my request

Poor signal strength and no response

Double charge

But, the payment has been made double @ Rs. 230 for 2 times which may be due to disturbance in network problem at the time of online payment. Tata sky Set box policy & it's service

Channels are not receiving.. regarding

I am the customer of Tata sky from past 3 years onwards. EVery month i am recharging with Rs. 170/-. This month my recharge due date is on 28/11/2014. So as usual I recharged with Rs. 170/- But no use my TV shows that YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS DEACTIVE. IT IS ALMOST 24 HOURS I HAVE BEEN RECHARGED. WHY THIS PROBLEM IS STILL CONTINUING?...
