Dear Sir, This is regarding false promises done by Tata Sky representative. I was facing some signal issues in my TV. I made a phone call and the representative promised me that since my box is under warranty everything will be free of charge (checking, analyzing, visit etc.) however if there will be any part damaged then the amount will be charged depending on the cost of that part replaced to which I agreed. The technician came in time. He took just 10 seconds and move the dish face (There are other dish antenna from tata sky and other companies that are on my roof). My dish face was opposite to where other dish antennas face was. Probably this was easy for him to identify and get this done. As I told you earlier this entire exercise took 10 seconds. This simple work fixed the issue. Based on my conversation with tata sky representative nothing was damaged or changed so it should fall under free charge. I mentioned this in the slip that the representative asked me to sign. To my surprise they charged some amount from me. Now here is the twist from tata sky. Each representative is telling a different story. 1) When inquired for the first time I was told my HD box was damaged and he fixed that part hence it was charged. For your information only, the technical never entered my home. All this was done in my roof. But when I told him the story the person confirmed me that there were wrong charges made by mistake and it will be reimbursed back. 2) When nothing happened for few days, I inquired second time. This time there was a different story. I was told that HD box was out of warranty. When told him that this has nothing with the HD box and moreover when he checked found that HD box is within warranty similar to last time he also agreed that this was wrong charged. (Conversation Id 1-[protected]) 3) Third time, today I hear new story (Conversation Id 1-[protected]). Now they are saying that there were damages on the dish and technical apply some part on the dish antenna hence the amount was charged. I am shocked to hear because this activity took 10 seconds and all the time I was with the technician. When argued the lady (Reshma - Billing Deptt.) very abruptly told me that they will charge the amount anyhow. If not under this head they we will charge it under technician visit charges. It seems that Tatasky does not trust their customers and trust their technicians. Moreover they already told me indirectly that they are going to charge the amount by hook or by crook by telling different stories everytime. This is really very frustrating and pathetic. I have two tata sky connections at home. I am sorry to say but this was something very shocking for me which I never expected from such a good company.     Dear Tatasky executive, I would like to bring to your notice that on 5th November 2014 I registered a complain of no DTH service. Complain number assign to me was FJ3BJ5L. The tatasky technician was suppose to visit my place to attend the DTH service problem. He did not turn up yesterday and to my surprise I received an SMS on registered mobile number that the problem has been attended. Every time I call on customer care number [protected] to register my grievances, I get a response that the complain cannot be registered as the system is being upgraded. I am sorry to say that it was not expected from such a reputed company of Tata group.       "Greetings from Tata Sky. Your Work Order reference number is FEWTBQG. You will receive a call from us within 24hrs". This was the message that I got on 26-Oct-2014 at 15:09 hrs. After one hour or so, I got a call from Tata Sky person enquiring about the problem that we face. I explained the problem in detail that my HD Box was not responding to the remote and became silent without even blinking either red light or green light. One of the Technician visited our house the next day i.e. 27-Oct-2014 and taken away the HD Box assuring that it would be replaced in one day with another one on charge of INR 500/- as it was not under warranty. In fact the same box was repaired by Tata Sky 8 months ago. On 28th Oct 2014, I called Tata Sky help line and enquired about the status of my HDBox replacement. They said my request was cancelled as the problem was already rectified. I was shocked. Naturally, I argued with them for their dereliction of duties. Then I with a wrong hope I escalated to their senior / Lead in TataSky. The moment he picked up the phone, he keeps on telling sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry. I said it is okay but let me get my HD Box. He assured within 2 hours it will be done. I waited the whole day. No response. Again I called Tata Sky helpline/customer care centre. The poor guys are helpless. Again I escalated to their senior. Same sorry. I said be sorry for yourself and TataSky. Get me my box. They said again my request was cancelled and a fresh compliant was registered. I left it to their discretion. After two days i.e. on 30th Oct 2014, I called them to ascertain the reasons for not getting the problem resolved. They said boxes are not available. How shameful? Only for one HD Box they keep me waited for 5 days. I said where are you? If I place order in Flipkart or Amazon, I used to get the parcel in one day. What are you saying? Having a good network across the country, TataSky has utterly failed to get one HD Box. Then I said I cannot wait any more. Arange for a standby. At last, they could arrange a standby on assurance of giving back my HDBox within 2 days. Again I called them on 2nd Nov to know the update. Surprisingly, they informed that your complaint was cancelled and again I need to register a fresh complaint. I lost my temper and shouted on them. I think they are very well trained in all these matters. Fantastic Training in TataSky in maintaining calm and peace. No reaction. Simply asked me to register fresh complaint. I did so. Again I called on 3rd Nov. This time I expected a weird reply from them. As expected, they gave me a shock saying as per my advice, my complaint was kept on hold for 15 days. I asked them can you please play back my call log? They said no, as per "SYSTEM", it is showing that you asked us to keep the complaint on hold for 15 days. I could not understand what to do!!! I asked them with folded hands to take back my connection and I am ready to return TataSky. Then the Executive (Customer Care) said, he does not know the procedure as how to take back the connection but assured me that he would call me back on this issue. Very sincere TataSky employee. On 4th Nov 2014, I called the Technician on his phone number ( instead of calling "less-use" Customer Care Centre) and checked the status. He informed offline the fact that there was no stock of any HD Box and it is not for the first time that they face the issue in TataSky and the people at TataSky wantonly do the same thing. Immediately I called the TataSky CC and asked about an update. This time I talked to them very politely. Then they said the complete history of my calls and what had happened to this issue. As they are unable to get my HD Box repaired, they played all these games / gimmicks / tactics. Knowingly they cancelled all my complaints as they had a mandate of resolving the customer complaints within 24 hours. As they failed to do, they simply cancel the requests and take the complaints afresh. Anyhow, we call them after waiting for 24-48 hours. Then they register the complaint afresh. That is how the TataSky functions and treats its customers. If this continues, days are not far off to shut down their businesses. Please help Tatasky!!! My work order reference FEWTBQG.           I have bought the tata sky new connection on 03.11.2014. And every day the installation request sent by me but every time the dealer has cancelled the request stating that the local cable operator is giving them problems. Only on the first day they called me regarding the problem and I assured them that my home is near by TCS office so there is no local people are staying, so they should not have any problem. In spite of that they are not came to my house for installation. Now I do not understand what to do?

            Dear Sir, I purchased tata sky set up box 3-4 months back approx. and is in guarantee/warranty up to 1 year. My adapter got defective and found internal fault (adapter burnt from inside due to material failure) and there is no any physical damage in it as per their (tata sky) service technician so it should be cover in warranty but their service technician saying that it is chargeable and it will add in my bill/next recharge. It is totally due to manufacturing defect not physical damage, if they charge for that then what mean of warranty they are giving for 1 year. They are just making fool to their customers. I am not satisfied with them. It is like as a blackmailing. Please do needful. Regards Adesh Kumar [protected]

              My cost I'd is [protected].. I have complained that I am not receiving signal past 20 days almost all my HD channels and in other TV all news and many other channels... Since 20 Sept till date I have repeatedly complained but no response till date.. To my shock 320 Rs. For service charge is deducted but till date problem is not resolved... Pls help

                My subscriber ID is [protected]. I called help desk to drop everywhere TV and to change connection owner name from my wife's name to mine. Preetam picked up phone. He told me, he will transfer call to everywhere TV section and I have to call again for change of name. I told him, already I am holding the call since last 10 minutes, can you please handle both requests in same call. Now Preetam started talking harshly with me and he kept my call in mute. After 2 minutes he resumed the call but again he diverted the call to main menu where my call disconnected due to number of attempts exceeded. I made second call, this time Harish picked up phone and told me connection owner name can not be changed. I will suggest Tata Sky to replace unqualified service personnel. If they can not do that please refund the recharge amount. I will switch to other service provider.

                    I have been using the Tata Sky Services. I have recharged my account on 30th Sept 2014 for annual Mega HD for Rs 7000 online before my due date taking the help of customer care executive of Tata sky. Immediately my account in their website started showing amount credited by Rs.7000.Now they called me on 31st Oct 2014 informing that there is a shortage of amount in my account and I need to pay Rs.900 more to activate the Megha HD pack. The Tata Sky Executive informed me that they have not activated my annual Megha HD yet as no confirmation call was made after recharge. When I was making the payment their executive did not inform me that a confirmation call has to be made after making the payment. But I don’t understand where were they for one full month? Why dint they inform me earlier when they have already received the payment before due date? And if no confirmation call was made from customers side then why dint they made the call. And moreover what confirmation call they needed? When I making such huge payment selecting schemes that only shows my willingness and confirmation towards the package. When asking the senior executive (Ranjana Nag & Rahul Viswas) of Tata sky they confirmed "Making the confirmation call after payment" is nowhere mentioned and updated in the website. Now please tell me if they don’t intimate about such things how a customer will know if he or she is making the payment for the first time. I believe they should have informed me via sms, mails or calls before my due date only .This is something illegal and unethical done on the part of TATA SKY services and making misuse of customer’s money. They are just fooling everyone.

                          I want to say that I am a Tata sky subscriber and my subscriber id is: [protected]. I had recharged my subscriber id on[protected] through mobile banking and the amount was 351 rs.an amount of 351 Rs has been alredly deducted from my account but at this time my subscription is due. I have attached the copy of my account statement for your information. i want quick reply and action. If i don't have reply in 24 hour than I will complaint it in CBI.

                              This complaint is against Tata Sky. I am not getting relay of many channels on Tata Sky for which I am paying for. (Around 25-30 channels). So I complained to Tata Sky by email on 26.10.14 on [protected]@tatasky.com and complaint no. is 1-[protected]. I tried to call the helpline no. [protected] also but it is always busy. I didn’t get any response for 4 days so I again complained on 30.10.14. by email. I received a call from[protected] on 31.10.14 and explained the whole problem but they were not serious of the problem but started explaining me the service charges. I told them that I have paid for the wires, settop box and other charges for connection and was paying around 400 rs per month as service charges for the channels of which many I am not able to see. If I get a local cable connection for the same number of channels I have to pay only 250rs. But for better service and quality I am paying extra which I am not getting. On 1.11.14. 3 persons came in the evening and asked the problem. They went back saying they will get a connector and did not do anything and didn’t come back also. But next day I received a message that my WO#FGJ49DD is completed and charges payable are rs170. Tata Sky is very prompt and particular on the Service charges not on the service. No service is done but they sent a message for the service charges. The quality of relay of the channels and service is not good in spite of high charges. Please take appropriate action and awaiting a positive reply. Kamlesh.

                                A local tata sky agent, named shailesh Parmar from Charkop Next to Bhagwati Hospital, Borivli(W) has been fooling many o[censored]s from past few years. He has been charging us money for one year subscription and does a recharge for one month subscription using the other money as a rolling amount for his other business purpose. Every month we have to call him and ask him to recharge our account and everytime the account gets deactivated he realizes to recharge the account. He has been fooling many people since last few year and has been harassing many senior citizens too. Please take back the dealership from him. His contact number is :[protected]

                                    TvFrom Friday evening unable to watch Tv... tatasky displays your setup box is not receiving signal.. Called up customer care on friday evening with no response.. Saturday after a person picks the cal and said remove the wire and start the setup box again and call back again if you stil cant view the tv.. while i told him i hav tried and its not working he says currently complaint logging system is down and he cant lodge the complaint. I called them back again after an hour and this time a lady executive tells me to wait for two more hours and then call back if it doesn't.. Again denies to lodge complaint.. PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE is not enough to describe them. After that noone pucks the cal!!! No tv over the weekend and all thanks to TATASKY!! I would tell all my friends to never install tatasky..

                                      two days back after new tatasky installation, cc is not responding my request to activate two regional packs(odia and bengali).they are telling, syster is down, call after some time or playing the prerecorded tape...OUR PERSONS ARE BUSY ATTENDING OTHER CUSTOMER, PLS CALL AFTER SOMETIME, night time they r fully sleeping.                                         On 26th October 2014, I had raised the complain to Tata Sky that my Tata Sky Set up box signal is very weak and due to this I am not able to view many Channels every alternate day. The complain number is FERH589. I got the message on my mobile on 1st November 2014 that the complain number FERH589 has been cancelled. But my issue has not yet resolved. How can they cancel the complain without informing to me and without fixing the issue ? Please take immediate against Tata Sky Company.
