Tatasky work order No.FAGSA3C. i HAVE PAID Rs.2360/- vide cheque and my ID has been recharged with Rs.1361/-. i requested the agent to provide Telugu channels, Hindi Channels, Kids channels ie., Cartoon network, nick, nick junior, pogo, Khushi, Doremaon, etc.. i have been reminding your agent Mr. Pavan from 16.10.2014 to till date, he is promising to provide these kids channels but nothing was done. Your agent Mr. Pavan, mobile No.[protected]. i wish my problem be solved and all the kids channels be connected to my DTH connection. or else kindly return my amount of Rs.2360/- and disconnect your DTH which will disgrace your reputation as well as market just because of your agent. we wish the problem be resolved by you as soon as possible. after one month's free service, you will ask payment for every channel. i am losing this month particularly, your free service of one month, which i have already lost from 14th to 23rd october, will this ten days be carried forward as free service days?. with regards,
