Sir, I brought Tata Sky HD Connection with Consumer no [protected] on 19.10.14. The box was supplied n connection was given the same day. However, it came to our notice that HDMI cable was not supplied and we promptly asked the dealer at Dombivli MR. Vijendra on [protected] to supply us HDMI cable. But he asked us to collect after 2 days. Ever since we have been following it with him daily but he is just delaying it under one pretext or the other. We have even lodged a complaint with your custmer care but no response is seen. Pls do d neeedful Thanks S.R. Venkitachalam [protected]

    Customer ID: [protected] I have been trying to get this fixed now with no results over a month. I have made annual subscription payment but am not receiving the service which I have paid for. Either get this sorted or I demand a refund on my subscription and this is due to the incapable technicians who visit the premises every now and then. They have been on the site for 6 times; once they visited and said on their last visit they forgot to plug in the port correctly hence I lost connection for 3 days and this time a Guy called Jagdish visited and said the cable needs a replacement. I asked him to do the needful and to my surprise he says better leave it for next visit. I suppose he did not want to do the job and wanted to finish early. Somehow he made it work and as soon as he left it was gone again. This is a nightmare now the call centre people says they can't comment the technicians say they will come next time. It has been 6 times now I am really annoyed now. I made tried to call as soon as he left but no response. Fortunately was able to get through today to the call centre they noted the complaint under reference number FCRL9UA and said the earliest technician could visit the site by 27th October only. I don't have any service since last 6 days now and know that the technician visiting will be not fit for the job again. I need advise on how to process the refund now.

      subscription of active pack start on 3 august without the concern of the subscriber. when ask to the costumer care service, they said its been lock for 3 month in which they charge me Rs.150 per month. another reason, why don't they gave a free costumer calling number. Now that its been lock will have to wait for three month without viewing any channel.

        booked complaint on 18OCT2014 which was confirmed by SMS-Ref: W.O. No. FB8M930 indicating that your technician would call within 24 hrs. Reminded your Help Desk on 20th, 22nd and 24thOct2014 but except for stock reply that representative would call in 24 hrs no action has been taken. Yesterday evening(24th) some one from Tatasky called and informed that would visit to rectify but so far he has not turned up. His mob no. [protected]. When I called back to inquire, I am asked to call local office who do not respond at all. My experience is disgusting. Can you help?

        I have one SD set top box and 2 multitv HD set top boxes. most of the channels are not coming and the error msg is set top box is not receiving signal. However., few channels are coming. Please resolve this issue.

          I have put up the complaint on 17th Oct 2012 regarding the disc plate is fly away during cyclone at Visakhapatnam. I have contacted 5 times to the customer care centers. Every time they says with in one hour our representative will contact to you. But they are neither contact to us nor attend the problem. They are not giving to the complaint no. after my request also. Kindly help me in this regard.

            I ([protected]@gmail.com) have registered a complaint regarding poor quality of Tata sky on 13/10/14. An engineer visited us and informed us of problem with our Dish. We agreed to change the dish at an additional charge, yet it has been 2 weeks and nobody has attended the complaint. On calling up the call centre again, we have been told that our complaint has been "Closed". We agreed to register a fresh complaint, following which we have received several confirmation calls and sms from them. We plan our time so that we can attend their engineer. However at the particular time, we get a fresh sms informing us of the time being rescehduled to the next day. The worst quality of Call Center staff and the worst quality of Service.

              This is to bring into every ones notice that Tata Sky is not complying with their product warranty. I installed a new HD box replacing my old SD box. Within one month, the box developed issues and it would hang. Tata Sky sent a technician who diagnosed the problem and didn't fix it. The charged me visiting charges for a shoddy product. Its been one month but this problem has not been resolved by tata sky.

                To Whom So Ever It May Concern: Hello, My name is Roopa and our subscriber id is [protected]. Our account is in the name of Mr. T. Rajendra Kumar. We are from visakhapatnam which was affected by the cyclone Hudhud.on 12th October 2014. After the mishap, our power lines were reset by 16th in most of the areas and by 17th all the lines are back to normalcy. We raised a complaint on 17th October 2014 stating that our Tata Sky signal is lost due to the Hudhud and the complaint # is FAV2RAF as per one of your floor supervisors. At the time of raising the complaint we were informed that a technician would visit our place and the services will be resumed within 96 hours maximum. We were also asked to pay Rs. 170.00 to get this issue fixed. I felt very bad at that time because without any minimum compassion for what has happened to us, they are charging Rs. 170.00 to help us get back the service. They were not considerate at all for even the mishap that took place here. I still agreed to it because we had no other means to know what is happening around in the city if we don't have T.V. I waited for more than 96 hours and then called them to enquire about the status but none of them have any clue about it. Each one of them give different information. In fact agents say that I raised the first complaint on 20th and their floor supervisors say that I raised on 17th. I paid for the whole year subscription already and from almost 2 weeks I am not having connection to watch the T.V. I called about 24 times and all the time, I would be offered for a call back from the concerned department or I am still being asked to wait for another 96 hours. Mr. Santosh (floor Supervisor gave me another deadline of 22nd evening or 23rd maximum but when I call them today, they either RELEASE my call or say that they will arrange for a call back. I am paying STD charges for the phone, I am paying Rs. 170.00 for the issue to get resolved and above all I am paying for the subscription that I am not watching from last 2 weeks. How much right is it on their part for doing this way. I am very upset with this kind of misleading company. Before submitting the audio clips that I have for each of the call that I made to Tata Sky at the consumer court online, I was asked to first submit the complaint in writing to you and then I have another person to forward and then finally I can file a case against the company. That is the only reason why I am submitting this complaint in writing now. If this complaint is not considered seriously, I would be left with no other option, other than forwarding it to the next level. I have the audio clips for every conversation that I had with your agents, floor supervisors and also the team leader and in addition to those, I also have the clips in which my call was deliberately released by few agents and even one of the Supervisor named Siva. I am hoping to get a call in next 24hours regarding the same. If not, I would be compelled to take this issue to the next level. Roopa.

One technician visited our place on 10/10/2014 and informed us that there was a problem in the top box and will bring the same by evening 4 TILL THIS TIME EVEN CONTINUOUSLY FOLLOW UP WITH ALL CONCERNED, AS COMMITTED TO NEITHER ANY TECHNICIAN HAS TURNED UP. Tatasky work order No.FAGSA3C. i HAVE PAID Rs.2360/- vide cheque and my ID has been recharged with Rs.1361/-. i requested the agent to provide Telugu channels, Hindi Channels, Kids channels ie., Cartoon network, nick, nick junior, pogo, Khushi, Doremaon, etc.. i have been reminding your agent Mr. Pavan from 16.10.2014 to till date, he is promising to provide these kids channels but nothing was done. Your agent Mr. Pavan, mobile No.[protected]. i wish my problem be solved and all the kids channels be connected to my DTH connection. or else kindly return my amount of Rs.2360/- and disconnect your DTH which will disgrace your reputation as well as market just because of your agent. we wish the problem be resolved by you as soon as possible. after one month's free service, you will ask payment for every channel. i am losing this month particularly, your free service of one month, which i have already lost from 14th to 23rd october, will this ten days be carried forward as free service days?. with regards, phani gowri ID No.[protected].                       On[protected] I booked HD connection by phone the Technician of Tata Sky visited and enquired about my requirement for which i explained that i need Two connections of HD Tata Sky in the same address for which they charged me Rs 8000 for the both the connections. After enquiring all this from RK solutions Chennai they asked me to pay the technician Mr Kumarisan the said amt. I received connection for only One ID number - [protected] and not for the other HD connection. Inspite of my several reminder to RK solution and to Mr kumarisan No reply from their end and asked me to contact number [protected]. And promised me by 4 pm today they will connect.                         set top box hangs n replacing a new box with old used n repaired box

                        I got new tata sky hd connection on 17 june 2014 with lots of promises on quality n good services. Firstly I wanted to buy standard box but the call center person persuaded me that for some more I should buy hd . From sep the set box started hanging, then I called the person who came for installing, he gave instructions on phone to do some software upgrade but of no use. Then called the worst customer care center they sent a guy next day,...

                        Dear Sir/Madam I am very sorry to write this mail but its very sad to see such a cheating attitude and pathetic customer care service from such a big name like TATA. I had a talk with two of TataSKy executives - Neelima (most probably) and second one was Mamta. I had a problem that Ten sports was added to my pack without my permission and this is all because Tata Sky wants to earn money now through cheating. I called up Neelima and was astonished to hear her words She was totally rude and unpractical and she disconnected the phone without hearing to my query. How can you keep such people in customer care who cant talk to their customers and are so arrogant. She even denied when i wanted to talk to her senior. Then i called up once again when Ms Mamta picked up the call and she was unable to tell the name of the executive i just talked but she refused to give saying they dont have an updated data right now. I tried to find a email id for complain but the site tatasky.com does not provide that. After talking to Mamta i came to know that a guy Deepjyoti or Debjyoti has taken the request for adding the channel pack whom i have talked to for just refreshing the channels as my one of the secondary boxes was not working. he himself added the channel to my package saying i have made the request. I would request you to look into the matter and also give me an email id for compalin directly to tata sky too.                           we have received one phone call from tata sky executive, without my concerned they are adding english movie channel and pogo channel, and they deducting the money from my account as monthly Rs. 290-00 . we dont want that package please change my package in to south special monthly charge Rs.180-00 is enough. please do the rectification as early as possible..                             Subscription Id:..[protected] Compalint No...1-[protected] Name:...Eima Azim Issue.. My TATA Sky connection is approx.4 yrs old.. I was offered a Long Duration pack of Rs.2300 in may 2013 which expired on may 2014.. I called your toll free number on 13 of October 2012 for enquiring about offers .. I spoke to Ms Maneesha from Customer Care and Mr.Ajay from Offers deptt. ar 2.13 pm approx. They asked me to recharge my account with Rs 2610/- for Yearly subscription and Rs. 1500/- for HD Fees for one year.They asked me to call back to tata sky number again after recharging for activation of package..with in next three minutes I recharged my account and called back tata sky... but contrary to what confirmed they said you are not valid for any offers.. Upon asking for senior Intervention Mr. Gurvinder Said that his SHIFT is finished and he cant help me and i need to call back again...later Mr sarthak was also not of any help.. Then i called next day and Mr. Vinay registered my complaint and gave me complaint number and he confirmed that the offer was made from the offer deptt and this will be given to us. he asked for 72 hrs of time to get the same resolved... but till today none of my issues are resolved or handled... Is making a payment to TATA Sky so dangerous that now i am in a fix ??? If TATA Sky is not able to help i would urge to get my money refunded and on priority basis.I am positive that this complaint shall be answered urgently..if not I shall not hesitate to forward this mail to consumer court...                                   First they have activated some packs without infomation and now deducting amount after repeated request to close these packages (1) Tata Sky DTH could not drop their channel packages and they have to wait for 90 days; (2) When we want to change the package, the Customer Support is not picking up; (3) Why not TRAI restrict the DTH operators to charge for a per-channel subscription instead of per-package subscription? subscription ID no.                                     My Tatasky ID: [protected] and My Name is ARUN KUMAR I received a call from TATASKY today itself (20 Oct 2014) on 12:35 PM from [protected]. The executive told that "You are selected customer who is getting 91 days FREE ACTIVE VEDIC MATH pack. So if you continue this pack after 91 days, you will be charged Rs.7 per day. So he asked me for my permission to activate this pack. I told to activate the same if it is free for first 91 days. Just after my approval, the phone was disconnected and i received a SMS that Rs. 5 has been deducted for today and my monthly subscription amount is modified from Rs.230 to Rs.389 per month. I called customer care and asked to deactivate the same and return my deducted amount, they told me that it can't be deactivated till 90 days. Why this kind of loose activity is being doing by TATASKY ? This is nothing but cheating and making customer FOOL. I request you to deactivate the ACTIV VEDIC MATH pack and modify my pack as it was previously (Dhamal Mix - 230 per month.). Regards ARUN KUMAR Mob: [protected]

                                      Hello, I wish to bring to your attention the apathetic customer service tata sky provides when it comes to relocating to a new residence. None of the customer service reps seem to be able to do this and thus have to put the call through the "concerned team" who does the 'relocation' and the only thing the relocation team "assists" the customer with is 'not answering the phone'. Very clever if you come to think about it. Now the only option as me as a consumer is left with is to move to the new location and into the manipulating hands of yet another DTH provider. I miss the good old days when we had the simple 'cable-tv'. Very dissatisfied, Subscriber ID : [protected] ( thats all I am to tata sky - a number! )
